The food was ok, but nothing to write home about. The service was non-existent to the point that I had to get up and ask for flatware after our food had been delivered and had to get up again to ask someone to take our payment. The bathroom was clean enough, but out of toilet paper in one stall and with no lock on the door on the next stall. The manager was was nice about the ants on our table, though.

The food was good but the service was terrible. Half and half sweet/unsweet tea was like syrup. Food took forever to arrive and then only when we asked the host about it and he brought it. Did not check for drink refills. Had to ask for check and then ask for the ticket. Server was not around and when she was, she was more interested in chatting with other guests. Will not go back.

For a chilis this one wasn't bad. Service was great, and they seem to have number of happy hour specials. Food isn't over priced, and I found that for a chain, this one operates very well. I'll be back agin the next time I'm in town.

Won't return and recommend you stay clear! The place was pretty much empty and so you would think service would be great. Wrong! I had to request a different server before ours came back to the table. Who knows where he was. Then he had attitude like we were a bother to him. I just wanted dinner, would have left but was to hungry. Being a vegetarian I was at least able to make a meal with the sides but they need more options. Get with the times folks. Not everyone wants a salad every time or meat in their soup.

Short walk from the Groome transportation services in Macon. We essentially just wanted a spot to grab a drink while waiting for my dad to come pick us up. Service was friendly at the bar. Prompt but we were the only people at the bar. I had a house Margarita and the wife a glass of wine. It served a purpose.

Horrible! If i could give no stars, I would! Me, my mom, and dad went last night for dinner, and WOW, do we regret it! My dad ordered steak that wasn't cooked to the right temp and service took forever! About 45 min to get food since they were so far behind! I got Cajun chicken pasta and my mom got margarita chicken. My mom woke up at 3am and I at 5am with horrible food poisoning! This is the second time my mom has it from this restaurant! Save yourself an DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

Had a combo of ribs and steak. The ribs tasted bad and we're very dry. The steak was ordered medium and came back medium well. Sent the steak back and when the brought it out again, again it was medium well and tough.

Last night I took my wife and son to eat at Chili's. We've never been to this location and hadn't been to Chili's in years. We ordered the nachos as an appetizer. Several minutes later, the waitress came back and took our food order. After about 20 minutes, our appetizer came out along with my son's pizza. I told the food runner who brought it out that I'd rather his food came out at the same time as ours because otherwise he'd gobble up his dinner and sit there bored while my wife and I ate. He's only 6, so keeping his entertained is still a priority. The food runner then said, "Oh, but your food is right here." and another food runner walked up with our food. Our waitress came up just then and I explained to her (nicely, I am NEVER rude with food service workers. Remember, whatever happens, its probably the kitchen's fault--not your server!) that our appetizer arrived at the same time as our food. We'd ordered the appetizer so that we would have something for our son to munch on to keep him entertained before dinner. The waitress misunderstood and told the food runners to take our food back to the kitchen! That means it would sit under the hot lamp while we ate our appetizer. That isn't a solution, but both hot food runners and our waitress scampered off before I could say anything. I ended up having to call the manager over and explain what had happened. We didn't want the appetizer if it came out at the same time as our meals because that defeats the whole purpose of an appetizer. The manager was very understanding and told us she'd take the appetizer off our bill and make sure that our food was brought out to us immediately. I made certain to point out to the manager that this was NOT in any way our waitress's fault, and I also apologized to the waitress for the inconvenience. Our own waitress, rather than a hot food runner, brought us our food. I'd ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. She sat it down in front of me and said, "That chicken looked too dark to me so a few minutes ago I asked the chef to make another one, just in case. It's up to you if you want the dark one or the new one." I opted for the new one and it was delicious. We decided to try the southwestern macaroni and cheese (a new menu item) as well. Just a warning: its so creamy that it was almost gag-inducing. The actual flavor was good, but there was far too much cream. It was nearly inedible. So unless you're a huge fan of super creamy mac-and-cheese, I'd avoid this one. The worst part, however, was my son's pizza. He loves pizza and, after one bit, refused to eat his mini-pizza. He said it didn't taste good. When we went to pack up the uneaten food to take home, my wife discovered that the super-thick kids pizza my son had wasn't cooked all the way through! It was nothing but uncooked dough on the inside. No wonder he didn't like it! I had originally given this Chili's two stars instead of one because of the exemplary service but upon checking my receipt, I discovered that they went ahead and charged us for that appetizer anyway! Rest assured, we will NOT be going back.

First: I worked at a Chili's in college, and the fact that I come back time and again throughout 15 years is testament to what I think: it's a great chain restaurant with consistently high-quality Tex-Mex. HOWEVER, today I went with my mom and best friend and had a very different experience. My friend and I both ordered the bottomless soup/salad. TWENTY MINUTES later our salad arrived, followed by ANOTHER TWENTY MINUTES for the soup. The Chili's chicken enchilada soup might be one of my top 10 favorites of any soups anywhere; today, though, it tasted like the cooks had added too much water, and the cheese was missing, and the taste was off. A manager visited our table but offered no comps (we're talking about a $6.99 entree here). He apologized about the soup and eventually the waitress brought out a "new batch", which frankly tasted like the earlier version with a full shaker of salt thrown in and slightly hotter. I love me some Chili's, but will not be returning to this one. Which is unfortunate, being that Chili's doesn't exist where I live (NYC) and this one is the only option in my hometown. Le sigh.

It took forever for our food to arrive. They are severely understaffed. I would not go back to this location ever again. My fiance's food was delivered to the wrong table which increase our wait time. The staff had no since of urgency to get people their food or drinks. I was sitting there for almost 2 hours before the food was brought to our table. I wasn't hungry by the time it arrived. I'm hoping that some new management is brought in that can keep their employees happy and have them show up to work.

Such an amazing dining experience! And it was all made possible by our server, Christopher. He made eye contact with us and had an easy-going demeanor that made me feel he genuinely enjoys his customers. The manager also came around to our table and reassured us if we needed anything to let them know; we appreciated that. So few managers to that now. I had a Chilis on campus at University of Houston and lets just say I had my fair share of Chilis between 2007 and 2011. Well, they have completely updated their menu since then. I asked our server about drink specials, and he informed us about the $3.50 margaritas all day. Score! I was also intrigued by the new homemade house pickles but regretfully I didn't order them. Sad face. I will definitely try them next time! Back to the new menu, we were floored by the number of updated choices. Our server was so polite and said he would give us more time. Usually that scares me because they never return. The tell tale sign that a table is ready to order is the menus go down and the phones come out. Our server didn't miss a beat! He must have had telepathic super powers or something... We ordered the Southwest Pairings, choose two and choose three options that comes with rice and beans. I ordered a sour cream chicken enchilada and tostada and my fiance ordered a chicken quesadilla, beef taco and green chili chicken enchilada. We were in the mood to try a little of everything (in case you can't tell). I cannot begin to describe how blown away I was. For a "chain" restaurant, it was some of the best food I've ever had. Whatever food prep they have going on is beyond any expectations I had for Chilis. The enchilada salsa topper, house made corn and black bean salsa with fresh jalepeno, is something I'm going to try and replicate at home. Two thumbs up and great job! I will be returning!

I will try to be as objective and constructive as possible, despite my desire to shred this place. So....we arrived at 6:30PM and asked for a table for two. We were told by the hostess that the wait was 35/45 minutes. After a brief "Argggghhh", we decided to wait. While we sat, I just made a few general observations about the restaurant. For starters, the lighting is BAD. Overall, the place is too dark, however, in the dining area, the overhead light fixtures had the world's brightest CFL's making them uncomfortable to look at, and really did just hurt the eyes, as the bulbs are exposed below the globes. I know Obama is big on his CFL's, but they suck. After a 10 minute wait, the hostess calls my name??!!! Wow....that was either really great luck or they have no idea how long the wait really is. Either way, not complaining at this point. So then she brings us to our table. Ya know, one of those tables the size of a miniature picnic table in kindergarten classrooms? And we're not big folks either. The waitress comes out, brings us our drinks, and takes out order. No issues there. Drinks come out fine. So my wife says she needs to go off to the bathroom for a sec. About 5 minutes later, she's back looking like she'd just seen a ghost. I asked what was wrong and she refused to tell me. After prodding her repeatedly, she told me that when she went into the disgusting and poorly lit bathroom, she slipped on something and nearly fell. When she looked down, she was disgusted to find a used feminine napkin drenched in blood, with blood spatter all over the floor with other women's foot prints tracking blood all over the bathroom floor!! She said it looked like someone was sacrificed in there!! YUCK!!! So after a little calming her down, the food comes out. And of course, after that experience, we're ready! Food takes a little long for a couple of burgers.....about 30-45 minutes. And.....it was awful. The bread was stale, fries were too greasy, and my burger was burned (guacamoli burger). Also, the guacamoli had not been completely cut up, so there were still large chunks of avacado on my burger! What kind of chef does that?? Anyways, I wolfed down the burger and fries. My wife wasn't as enthusiastic as I was, and only ate one bite of hers. Oh....I almost forgot the Chili's secret agents running all over the restaurant talking on the headsets while people were trying to eat. Not very classy. If the guys with the brooms and buckets came out to sweep under my feet as we ate, I would have rated this Chili's one step over my local Micky Dee's. OK...enough of that and now to my bottom line: This was not only the worst Chili's I've ever set foot in, but likely the worst eating establishment I've ever been at. Bad food, bad management, filthy dirty. I feel bad for the hard working waitresses and waiters who were obviously trying to do the best they could. Better hope the franchisor never finds out about this little black sheep establishment of theirs, somewhere down in south-central Georgia.

Going to Chili's is such a pleasure. As an extremely picky diner, the staff at Chili's bends over backwards to accommodate me. They not only offer suggestions, but listen to what I want. They make veggie tacos for me that are delicious. The margaritas are the best, and I would go there just for them. But the staff and the food is great, and I could never visit without something to eat. Thanks, and keep up the good work.

The atmosphere at Chili's is fun, friendly, and clean. I've never had bad food there, but the service, is at times slow. Today's experience was something out of the ordinary. My friend and I went there for lunch today and we sat at one of the high top tables near the bar. The server comes over to us. She has bleached blonde and black hair. She says, "My name is *insert random server name here*. I'll be taking care of you today. The bartender is my partner. If you need anything just ask." OK...wait...what? Go back to that part about her being your partner... Do you mean the two of you fight crime together? I'm absolutely fine with the alternate lifestyle choices of people, but my friend and I both just found it very odd that she had to mention it to us within the first minute of us meeting her. Anyway, the food was good (my Southern Smokehouse Bacon Burger was hot and delicious), but the service was a little slow toward the end when we were waiting to get our checks.

One of the worst experience ever. We came in before this Caucasian couple who also asked to be seated outside. The first server came out, passed us and went straight to that couple. Then when our server found out, I heard her made a comment to the other server along the line of that server got the better table, then they both laughed about it. (I guess they can choose which table to serve?) It took forever for our order to be taken, when another table came in after us got their order and drinks before us (from the same server). Then our food arrived without utensils ( which we had to wait some more). My husband's Drink took forever to be refilled, and mine never did. Not to mention, the only time we were ever asked if everything was ok was when the server yelled across from another table, and another time before we leave (obviously it was for us to say "check please"). Mean while the table next to us and every other table was being attended to and taken care of. From the comments made and the way we were being treated compared to others, I can't help but wonder if it's because we were the only Asian there? The manager was understanding and nice enough to offered us some discount for the next time we come in, but I declined. Needless to say, we will never step foot into that restaurant again.

Went here on a late afternoon when it was pretty empty. Took forever to get our appetizer, and we had to ask about it twice before finally getting it. I asked for my burger well done and it came out completely pink. The waitress was very nice and seemed frustrated with the kitchen. My second burger was still pink in the very middle - seriously?! My friend's sandwich was bland and didn't include the sauce it was supposed to have on it. The only good part of the meal was the fries.
