The subs are GREAT! This is by far the best spot for hot subs. Ive been to this 99 A rated location a few times but was very disappointed they had NO ice! I was told the machine was down. They were closing in 10 minutes so they were ready to go. 2 ladys came to the door begging to get in and Brandon the manager, nicely let them in I thought that was very nice because I know they all are ready to go home! Brandon, is always there and will take excellent care of you if you have any problems. Did I mention my sub was so YUMMY!! Yummy!!

I must admit...I just do not understand all the hype about Firehouse Subs. The subs are not any better tasting than any other sub shop. In fact, I would say they taste worse than any other sub shop. Not to mention the price is absolutely ridiculous. And at this Stonecrest Mall location, the service is terrible. I have tried this place 3 times now. The first time, I was the only person in the restaurant and it took 13 minutes to get a sub made. Pathetic. The other two times it was busy in there and it took about 10-12 minutes which is still a long time when you are only the 3rd person in line. All in all, if you have a ton of money, plenty of time on your hands and a passion for mediocre food, this is a great location for you to try. If you are getting it to go, I highly recommend ordering and pre-paying online. However, they will still take 5 minutes to acknowlege your existence if there is even one other person in line when you get there. But it will save you about 10 minutes. As for me, the third strike was the last strike and I will not go back unless someone else is A)Buying and B)has their mind set on going there.

This is the only place, outside of my home, I will eat tuna from. See, most places that serve tuna salad sandwiches, serve tuna that is either bland or really bitter. Neither are my thing. I make my tuna with sweet relish at home so I desire the same hint of sweetness when I order tuna out. Well, up until Firehouse Subs, I have never found a place that makes it slightly sweet. With that said, I can't speak for all the rest of the sandwiches since I just cannot tear myself away from the tuna sandwich but my coworkers loved the sandwiches they consumed and my exe used to enjoy his sandwiches. Put me down for tuna every time. Oh...and I really enjoy the new soda machine some of the locations have introduced. There's like 200 different flavors in the machine.

Had to settle for Firehouse since the Thai place that I like so much next door was closed, I love the smokehouse beef & cheddar & the ladies behind the counter get you in and out fast. This is one of the better sub chains that I enjoy and this is a welcome addition to this area.

...health ratings in ant establishment is important to me. They are always above a 90%! I love the greeting that is given when customers come in (albeit I think Chick -Fil-A was the first to institute this). Truth be told .... i haven't had anything but teir meatball sub w extra marina sauce. During your birthday month, well a month prior, make sure you sign up for their birthday club ... you will get s FREE 8"sub. #yummy

Great subs with plenty of meat, veggies and FLAVOR! I love their Italian subs and I frequently eat here when I go to Stonecrest. The workers are friendly and even though there is usually a 10-15 minute wait since all of the subs are made to order and there are a few people ahead waiting it is definitely worth the wait! Firehouse subs are much better than Subway subs!
