Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

I love Mei Garden! I am a regular and pride myself on it! Been going religiously for 5 yrs now! My favorite is the Singapore Noodles.

This Restaurant repeatedly fails their health inspection test and always are on Fox 5 News. Eat here at your own risk, just Google them to find out for yourself.

Everything I've ever ordered has been excellent. The potstickers are on par with some of the dumpling spots on Buford Highway so I no longer have to drive far for my potstickers fix.

the service was bad and the host and hostesses were very very rude . I saw 2 roaches and the food was way too salty . doubt I will return .

The best Chinese food I've found in my area. When my 9 year old niece comes to visit, she has three requests...Going to Sky Zone, going to my gym's pool and orange chicken from Mei Garden :) My favorites are their shrimp toast, the best wonton soup, shrimp & scallops w/garlic sauce and the Jalepeno chicken. BTW their wonton soup has chicken, shrimp, snow peas and more...is so good! I typically order delivery. The same gentleman has been delivering for at least 3 or 4 years. Recently they had a couple of low health dept scores, which did concern me...but when I read them it wasn't anything disgusting. A couple of friends and I did decide to stop ordering from there...but that only lasted about a month! I honestly missed my weekly Chinese food night from Mei Garden. Fingers crossed they're able to correct the issues the HD found. At this point I'm still a loyal customer.

I liked it, my daughter got the Singapore noodles and I got the pan fried beef noodles.my first time trying this dish and I was pleasantly suprised! We went on a Thursday night and they were slammed we are inside the small place the service while hurried is on top of it. Will be going back soon!!!

The best lo mein and soups in town!!! Their lunch menu is a bargain deal!!! You can feed two people with one lunch combo! It's a small comfortable restaurant. Very clean and kept up. Will never ever go back to a buffet again! If you're ever in town during lunch hours with a 10 dollar budget this is definitely the place to go for a full and filling meal!!

Food Is good and prices are great! Place is a little dusty and restrooms needs a better cleaning. Service is always great and Joe is awesome!!!! He is friendly and always checking on our drinks refill and making sure food is good. Portions are right too. Rice sizzling soup is delicious in here and Mongolian beef too.

The food portion here is just right. I've had quick lunches here at least 3 times already. A lot of their dishes are tasty, but some are just too saucy and you kinda get tired after a few bites (i.e. General Tso). Other than that, good americanized chinese food. Clean store and isn't very spacious. Try it out!

The food is good not the best but certainly good for the price you get soup, egg roll, chicken wing (which I doubt anybody eats) and a meal for about $5.50 with tax during lunch! I usually get their lo mein! Although they do accept credit cards I think they prefer cash during lunch because the food is so cheap and the credit card transaction rate probably isnt worth paying.

@Christopher N. I totally agree with you..I know the brother you are talking about. He always has a little smart remark and never smiles when talking to him. He needs to stop taking orders if you are going to act like that. I have been going to them for a

Certainly nothing special. It's close to my house so I've really wanted to even "kinda" like it but I'm disappointed every time by lack of flavor. Really fast service, cheap, fast delivery.

The food is better than average storefront American-Chinese. The portions are good. The atmosphere is better than the average storefront chinese restaurant. It is actually light enough to see the food which actually looks good. The down side? It is family owned - sisters and brothers. I do not believe that the one brother really wants to be there and as a result he seems smart-alecky and aloof. I know from conversations that I am not the only customer who senses this.

Always hot and its always fresh. It's literally a 1/2 mile from my house, so it's a can't miss call on a moments notice. Everything we've ordered is good. Portion sizes are good so there's always some leftovers. Really good for a storefront Chinese restaurant.
