Was a bit sceptical when my husband drove me out to the middle of nowhere to eat dinner. The only advertising sign out front had the bulbs burned out and all you could see was a flashing orange arrow. However, when we entered, we found a clean, country restaurant on the inside with large wooden tables, a large fire built in the fireplace and a large crowd of people. We went to the counter to order our food before we sat ourselves. The staff were very friendly. My husband ordered the Ribeye Steak and I got BBQ chicken. We were so surprised at the quality and taste of the steak. Hands down, the best steak we have had in a restaurant. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly, melted in your mouth. Excellent quality for a value price. The stuffed potato and broccoli salad was delicious. Real "southern" Sweet Tea, too. Enjoyed the atmosphere, warming by the fire on a cold night, enjoying one of the best meals we have had out. Highly recommend!!!!!

I love this place. It's true home cooking. Mister and I make the 20 minute trip from time to time when I just don't feel like cooking soul food and can stand a little BBQ. The price is reasonable and the food delicious. I haven't had a thing here that wasn't good. I'll always be back.

Best rib eye steak I've ever had. Sides were good too. The broccoli casserole was a little over cooked (mushy) other than that, the Mac n cheese and green beans were awesome! The wife had the bbq'd chicken and it was so good too!

Oh my goodness! What a great find in the middle of nowhere! Family owned and operated! Delicious homemade country cooking, with all the trimmings! The best streak you will sink your teeth into! They grill their streaks on an actual charcoal grill! And always cooked to order! Their ribs are superb also! I personally go for the steak though! But do try everything on their menu, you will not be disappointed! It's a little far, but always worth the 40 mins drive for me! FYI--you will not need steak sauce!

My buddy and I were looking for a good place for lunch as we were doing construction in the middle of nowhere in Georgia, I'm from Seattle and he is from New York - both in town on business building out the Starbucks roasting plant near by. Saw this place with good reviews and decided to drive out to it. The place looks like someones house almost and we were apprehensive opening the door. AM I ever glad we did though. This place is seriously awesome and does BBQ right! Ribs were delicious! I'm just sad we found this place on our last day before leaving Georgia, or i'd of eaten here every day I was down there! Seriously good food here!

I sampled just one chicken wing from a friend's plate and my God, it was the best tasting chicken I have ever eaten in my 46 years of existence! Coincidentally, everything I had on my plate was delicious as well. I will go out of my way to eat here next time. Can't wait to go again!

This place was a Godsend. We were traveling and found this restaurant on YELP a free restaurant app. When we first pulled up there was a markee sign in front of a house. When we turned in we found the restaurant building behind the house. The people were so friendly, service was fast and the food was awesome. Best tasting food we have ever had. The food portions were generous. You will not leave hungry. We will definitely go back here whenever we are in this area. This is definitely a place you need to try.

I really liked this place. Atmosphere, sides were super nice. My family mainly had the ribs which were a hit. A couple in our group had the BBQ which wasn't cut up correctly and was a bit grisly at times. Would I go again - yep I would.

From the steak to the ribs and barbq country boys is good eating. Love the corn casserole and banana cake pudding. I have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed.
