I totally miss Rio Bravo. So On The Border is definately last resort. Well we went to the Kennesaw location and our waiter was very nice and the restaurant itself seemed clean, etc. But the food was the most bland, over processed crap I've ever eaten in my life!! I ordered tacos and an enchilada. The tacos were crap at best and the enchilada was worse than that. It seemed like they poured Ragu's Alfredo sauce all over it and then just put it on a plate to serve. I didn't go to this restaurant looking for authentic Mexican food. But I did expect to eat something palatable. This was the worst dining experience I've ever had in my life. Again - The service was fine this was 100% based on food alone, and it was AWFUL!!

The salsa is good. The food is good. The wait staff is just not attentive enough and the margaritas are way too overpriced for the quality. This place would probably have its fun moments with a group of people chillin on the patio in the summertime.

Salsa has a bit of chipolte on it, if you like that. Beverages utilize Sauza, again not my fav, but were reasonably tasty nonetheless. Cuervo was another step, Patron yet another-reasonable. Mini tacos reportedly good, SW chic tacos very good. Fish tacos ok, but my wife's spoil me ; ). We'd come back, but not as a first choice.

We came in for lunch yesterday and the service was great. We got seated fast. Erin was our waitress and she did a great job with everything. Always had a smile on her face and came over at the right time to check on us. There is a meal that is not on the menu anymore but they still have the ingredient to make it and Erin was more than happy to have them make it for me. I noticed the manager stopping by a few tables to check on how other families meals were but didnt check on ours. Not a huge deal but didnt know if it was an age thing or not.

Really dissappointed with the quality of food and service here. Food was bad, service was worse, this Restaurant REALLY needs new management. Avoid at all costs

This is a fun place. The food is fresh and really tasty. I love the nachos that they make onsite. I miss having the "Border Stack Nachos" on the menu, although some of the more senior cooks still know how to make them. Too good!! Wait staff has always been top notch!

Wow, nobody must have had their Avocado enchilada's. They are great! Something you can't get anywhere else. I'm a Vegan and ask for black beans instead of cheese and they always accommodate.

I love this place. The food is great, and the service is USUALLY good. I would give it a 5-star because of the great food they have, but we have been a few times and been ignored by our wait staff. The management there is great when they REALIZE there's a problem, but otherwise I haven't seen them much.

Pretty great experience overall considering this was our first time at OTB. Went in a bit later than a typical Monday dinner crowd, but It was a great place to unwind and grab a drink after house hunting all day. We were seated immediately, and our server was fairly attentive but not very knowledgeable about the drinks. Bathroom was fairly clean so I was happy about that. Chips, salsa, and queso were average. I ordered a coronarita, and it was as expected. That one is pretty hard to mess up. I Ordered the grilled chicken fajita tacos. They were ok but the black beans were overcooked. My husband ordered the Monday night special which was the Endless Enchiladas. He enjoyed them and had a second serving. The refried beans had an odd taste in my opinion. Overall, it was a typical Mexican food experience. We ended up choosing OTB over our usual Chueys because they were open later on a Monday. I think we would prefer to go to Chueys instead on a regular basis though. They just have that "extra wow factor" in my opinion.

I do not believe I have ever had a worse restaurant meal in my life! I had "Hatch Chile Chicken Enchiladas", The refried(?) beans were runny and flowing juice through-out the plate; the heavily cheese coated enchilada was tasteless and the most disturbing thing about the meal was the chicken was pink and must have been ground meat because there was no evidence of anything that looked like chicken. I could only manage a couple of bites. On the bright side the hosts and waiter were great! I will go with Taco Bell before returning to this establishment

Chips and salsa was delicious and fresh. Went for veterans day. Food was below average, I've had better.. Go seat by the bar, service was faster! Thanks for the free meal for Veterans day!!

Sat at the bar, and service was pretty much as bad as I could imagine. Enough said.

Although I'm not the biggest fan of chain restaurants, I really like how OTB is consistent across locations; other chains can be hit-or-miss, and having insider info on the "good" ones is key. I've been to the Buckhead Loop one several times, and this location on Barrett Parkway has a similar vibe and great food. OTB isn't a place I seek out when I'm craving Mexican or need a quick bite, but I take comfort in knowing it's there and knowing what my experience and food will be like. Always a winner when you're tired and need something filling without being too expensive. This time, we stopped in to fuel up for an upcoming ridiculous Target shopping trip (holiday season + 20% off you whole purchase. We were serious!), and had a coupon for a free app with an entree purchase. We split the fajita quesadilla with chicken, and it was good. The tortilla was a little too salty and buttery for my liking, but it overall tasted good. And was served warm. For the entree, we split the street tacos with chicken. They were good, but not so good for sharing because they're smaller and they serve 3 on the plate. One thing I would change is to serve it with guacamole instead of avocado slices because the guac is easier to spread evenly across the taco. We had some left over from the quesadilla that I used, and liked it better than the plain avocado (that I still ate, just separately). Between that and the bottomless chips they serve with every meal, it was plenty of food. And, I have to use the term "chips" loosely here because they take corn tortillas, cut them in half then fry them. So they're really big pieces, but it's nice to break them down to your preferred size. And, they gave us two salsas, one for each of us, which was generous and convenient.

Beef tacos, rice, black beans, endless chips and salsa. All pretty good. And a house margarita for $3. My bill was under twenty including tip. I'll be back. I was there on a Monday night and there were lots of families. Nice outdoor seating too.

The place was not busy. Waiter greeted us fast enough but that was it. Took forever to get our drink orders or anything else. Waited over 30 minutes for our meal. Waiter kept disappearing. Had to ask another waiter to get ours, then the table behind us haf issues too.. I ordered fajitas and they were not sizzling when they arrived like other tables, that and when i spend 15 for fajitas i want more than 2, add my husbands steak was still mooing. They took it back but it took over 12 minutes to bring him a replacement and it looked burnt. The hubby said the plate at least looked fresher than the last plate but ended up sending it back as the cheese in the enchilada was hard since we had finished our meal before he got his they at least they took it off and sent us on our way with dessert.

It is a chain Mexican restaurant and the food tastes as such. There is nothing that I have had at this place that has really overwhelmed me with flavor so far. I have sampled everything from tacos, to burritos, to enchiladas and I have never taken a bite and said "this bite just flipped the script on Mexican food and possibly my definition of living". Ok so that's a bit of a stretch as far as expectations go but you get the idea. Nothing tastes super fresh. Now, where it makes up for the food is in the margs. The skinny margaritas are delicious and only 100 calories! That is good news for me or anyone else that is watching their diet! Also, a well rounded selection of other mixed drinks really completes the menu. Finally, the service. The servers are wonderful in my experience! Just last night we had great service at the end of the night even! You know they were ready to leave and he served us like his job was on the line. I can't say enough about this places hiring practices. All in all, it's a solid experience worth trying.

Again, I justify my presence at a chain by claiming the opportunity to meet up with an old friend who suggested it. I'd tried On The Border about 7-8 years ago and found it to be uninspiring, so I wasn't expecting much. But at least we wouldn't have to wait on a table at noon on Christmas Eve, and we settled in for some major catching up. I'll grant you the company was great, but I didn't have a sip of alcohol and I was still pleasantly surprised by this food. The salsa actually tasted okay, and the food was about as flavorful as chain fare can be: An example of a chain realizing that there's a market for actual flavor even among the McBurger crowd if you don't overdo it. 3.5 star food was a pleasant surprise. We also had very good service. I'm most impressed when a waiter does a great job on a slow day, because the slowness makes you want to be even slower with the one or two pathetic losers who want to eat out at an odd time. Our waitress was the opposite, taking great care of us during a longer-than-average lunch while we chatted away. Decent food and great service made this a great way to start our most recent visit to Georgia.

A mediocre restaurant that's been in decline for years. The food is now practically inedible. 1. The ground beef tacos were intensely salty 2. The salsa is the worst kind of industrial 'stuff' 3. Almost everything reeks of frozen, trucked in and reheated to order 4. The restaurant keeps getting more desperate and adding more items to the menu and not fixing the fundamental problem: the existing items aren't made properly.

It was ok, not great. Chips and Salsa are tasty, packin' some heat. I had shrimp fajitas and they lacked seasoning and flavor. I wouldn't order them again. The hubs ordered green chile burger and while the flavor was pretty good, it was very greasy and messy.

Great service and food. What more can you ask for?! Glad I gave it a try instead of going by the ratings. I love the avocado fries and the fish tacos!!!! Can't forget the chips and salsa. Salsa is a bit on the spicy side, which I love.

I'm always a bit skeptical about chains, especially for Mexican food, but a friend wanted to meet here for lunch. I'm so glad I decided to give On The Border a try. Our waiter was super friendly and didn't make us rush even through we took over a table for quite awhile. The chips and salsa were great with just enough of a kick to keep you going back for more. I ordered the lunch burrito with shredded beef and enjoyed every bite of it. I even liked the black beans that came with it (which I normally ignore). My only disappointment was I didn't leave enough room tor try one of their desserts. Oh well, maybe next time.

I moved to GA from MD and there was an On the Border that I used to go to in Bowie and we ( my family ) would go there a lot. They had the best empanadas. I originally got hooked on them when I lived in TX. However this location sucks big time. The food is horrible it doesn't even taste like it's real meat or something. I can't explain it. I used to stop by and just order the salsa in TX and MD locations, but since my bad food experience at this location I just pass by, I never stop.

It was a toss up: redeem our gift card at Chili's, or On The Border. We chose the latter. Based on mediocre Urban Spoon reviews, and our preconceived notion of chain restaurants, we had little expectation. Guess what? Our meals were delicious! For an additional fifty cents, the server urged us to upgrade our frozen margaritas, which proved to be a good suggestion. My husband enjoyed his enchiladas, and I went with the pork guajillo tacos. They were sooooo good. On The Border has a solid following. The restaurant is nicely appointed, the wait staff friendly and efficient, and the food, well- priced and nicely prepared.

Had to wait 25 minutes for our food to come out and then had to wait 5 more minutes after it did for the tortillas to be made and come out. One server was good and the other wasnt. Chips and salsa were the only good point

I live about 45 mins from Kenneesaw. I was in town doing some shoping. This place made me wish I drove all the way back home just to eat lunch at my local Mexican place. On The Border is not even good enough to be considered good tex mex. It was subpar for sure. Lets start with the appetizer white queso dip. It did not taste like goat cheese like it would be at a normal Mexican resturant. It was very thick and tasteless. Now on to the entrees. I had the barbacoa enchiladas and my boyfriend had a choose three combo ( 1 enchilada, 1 hard taco, 1 soft taco). My enchiladas were covered in an awful chili sauce that tasted like it came from a can. The barbacoa inside was tasteless. Chipotle's barbacoa is 100 times better. I only ate one one the enchiladas. I had a little rice it was just ok. I do not eat beans but my boyfriend said the black beans were just okay. He had to give me his soft taco. It was better than what I had but still not the best. Two positives the salsa was good and the waitress was nice. but that is it. So to sum it up if you like food from cans that you could make yourself at home check this place out. If you like good food do not go. Just go to Chipotle if you want fast and great Mexican food while you shop.

This place is terrible. We ate here as it was walking distance from our hotel. We've never been to one of these chains before and at first got a good vibe when they brought us out fresh chips and salsa which were delicious but the goodness stops there. Our waitress was terribly slow. Especially in bringing us our drinks. I ordered a mixed drink which they didn't know how to make, and my boyfriend ordered a miller light. We didn't even get our drinks until after we ordered. Then we waited forever for our food to come out and when it did everything was freezing cold. I had to send my tacos back to have them warm them up. Now I've never done that at a restaurant before so the food had had to been really bad for me to do this. When we were finished our waitress brought our check and left all of our dirty plates sitting at the table while we were finishing our drinks. To top it off, our bill was $50! I had two mixed drinks and the bf had two beers. Fed not worth the money at all!!!

There's a reason Yelp exists and I learned my lesson. I *should* have checked here first before seating myself at the bar for a late night dinner. The average 2.5 stars this location has earned from Yelpers is right on the mark. But, I didn't check the ratings first. And I suffered through it. Fried avocado slices that deserve a written apology from the cook to every California avocado farmer for despoiling such a luscious fruit. (Yes, it's a fruit. I just Googled that to be sure.) Next up was my platter of enchiladas with sauce and a shy portion of meat. There were indeed a couple of bites of meat in each enchilada. Hidden like frightened puppies in mounds of blankets. (The rolled enchiladas being the blankets. C'mon, stick with me here.) The bartender was nice enough to recognize this meat deficiency and comp'ed my dinner portion of the ticket. And for that, I upped his tip. But, I won't be back crossing this border for a meal any time soon. It's a sorry cousin to the chain I grew to love back in Dallas, TX.

I wish I could give it 3 1/2 stars but I decided to round up. My husband and I went today for the first time because we had a gift card. I had a combo plate with beef empanadas, cheese enchilada, and a chicken tostada. Everything was good but the empanadas were excellent! My husband had the Enchilada Suiza and he really enjoyed it. My issue with this place are the prices. The food is similar to a lot of mexican restaurants but the prices are a good 20% more. Next time I come I'd probably go for lunch or taco Tuesday.

Despite this being a chain restaurant it actually has a lot of flavor, even compared to "real" Mexican restaurants in the area. The salsa was surprisingly spicy and my chimichanga was much more flavorful than the chimichangas I've eaten at other local restaurants. The service was pretty normal, nothing to write home about. My only complaint is the cheesy quasi-Mexican interior decorations, which in my opinion look stereotypical to the point of being tacky.

I really like the On the Border in Buckhead, so I suggested this to out of town guests staying in Marietta. What a mistake. The entree food is mostly good. We ordered the guacamole appetizer. It's cheaper to get it from the kitchen than have the server make it at the table. That's insulting. Don't have a gimmick and then charge customers more for it. I wish we had opted for the table made guacamole. What was served to use should have been thrown in the garbage. One half if the guacamole wasn't even chopped. It was an under-ripened piece of avocado. The cilantro was still attached to the stalk. It looked like a 5 yo made it with the world's dullest knife. Obviously there is little quality control here. Our entrees were good, reliable tex-mex. My carnitas were a little dry, but had a good flavor. The reason I gave this restaurant 1 star is the condition of the restaurant itself. It's very rundown and filthy. The women's bathroom was disgusting. There was food on the floor around the tables and our table was never wiped down from the prior customer. The server can't do it all. Hire busers, cleaning staff, and better hosts. My guests wanted to eat at the Applebee's next to their hotel and I suggested this place. Now I wish we had eaten at Applebee's.

OK Tex-Mex for a chain. Would rather find something local and more authentic Mexican but still better than your run of the mill Americanized Mexican joints.

The food is usually pretty good. Service can be hit or miss. This particular visit, the server took up my salsa bowl (which still had salsa in it) and didn't replace it with a new one. Not cool, man...

My party was seated quickly and our waitress was usually around when we needed her. They're a large chain restaurant and so you kind of expect them to have that part down. Beyond that, there's just not much to rave about. The chips were fine, but the salsa tastes like spicy ketchup. I ordered sour cream chicken enchiladas. The chicken was dry and while it's supposed to be a mild dish, there was not much flavor at all. The black beans on the side were fine, not over seasoned. The rice on the other side was overcooked and bland. My margarita was decent... *shrug*

Disgusting. Everything on my plate looked appetizing, but tasted disgusting. From the chips to main meal, all I wanted to do was leave and go eat somewhere else. On the plus side, they have customer service down. I was very happy with the way we were greeted upon walking in and our waitress. That doesn't make up for the nasty food. Avoid this place.

I cannot even imagine why people go here. After returning from a weekend in Chattanooga we made one last stop so we wouldn't have to cook dinner when we got home and are regretting it still. Every single thing on my plate (I ordered a combo platter) tasted like pre-fab, canned, chemicalized crap. I had to search for the meat in my taco, the empanada looked and tasted like a hot pocket, and the enchilada was boring. To top all this off, I wanted to finish my top shelf margarita (on the rocks) and in order to get to the liquid I used a straw, only to suck up a PILE of salt!!! WTH?? But wait, there's more...I now feel like I have food poisoning and have been in the bathroom all night.

On the border usually gets my vote because of the emanadas. I think I'd stop dating a woman if she told me she didn't like them. This location is located about 5 minutes from 75 & town center mall usually never too crowded unless your there for happy hour or the weekend rush. They even have a SEC Football countdown clock :)

I've been back a couple of times since my first visit, and am not crazy about the food at all. The margaritas are good, but that's about it.

This is my second time eating at this On the Border and it was very good again. We were seated quickly and our server was quick with chips and salsa. Our drink order was taken and filled very quickly. First of all I like the chips quite a bit and I love their salsa. It is delicious with a nice bite to it. Josh and I ordered the Flauta's and Janet ordered the Chimichanga. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Our service was friendly and our drinks were refilled quickly. Both times that I have eaten here the service was great and the food delicious.

Ate there this past Saturday. Food was great and had excellent service. I recommend the brisket tacos, which are my new favorite there! We got a coupon for free queso on their website before we went, so check that out!

The wait staff is almost always wonderful. There are some really lazy people working there, but they also have some amazing servers. The food isn't like La Parilla or Los Bravos or any of the little Mexican restaurants all over the place. The rice is kinda gross but the black beans are to die for. I love getting the Taco Melts. You can get hard or soft tortillas and the meat/cheese mixture comes on a sizzling fajita pan. You build the taco yourself. Super tasty. The margaritas are also quite delicious here. I'm pretty addicted to their salsa. After eating so much of it, I seem to have formed a distaste for other salsas. I could drink the OTB salsa, it's so good!

Wow. Glancing at the reviews below I'm a bit of a rebel. That's okay with me! I really enjoyed my experience at On the Border last night. I mean, it's a Mexican chain and my expectations weren't too high, but I was pleasantly surprised by their new fancy menu and their increase in options. Their chips and salsa were really yummy and had a little kick to them. Much better than the ordinary red sauce that it often called salsa. As a vegetarian, I always order a cheese enchi, bean taco, rice and beans. It gets old. Let's be honest. Well last night I discovered grilled enchiladas with avocado and red chile' sauce. I ordered them with their lime rice and black beans (the other options contain meat) and I was fully satisfied and happy. The service was really great! The girl who waited on us was super friendly and helpful, and although we were a party of 10 she took care of us with no problem. AND! We had a young man come and make balloons for us, which was fun for the birthday girl. I'm not going to say this is my favorite Mexican joint, but I really appreciate their options.

They got rid of their carne asada tacos, which was like the ONLY reason we went there all the time... soooo the carnitas fajitas are still awesome but super disappointed, and what they tried to give us to substitute was extremely poor. Very sad, my husband isn't coming with me here anymore :(
(4)
Nick D.
It's a chain but it's not that bad. Get the white queso if you get cheese dip and the fajitas are chain-style but ok. The empanadas are good in my opinion but how can you go wrong with fried meat pies. The tacos are decent and they have a full bar with decent drinks. Good food for the value I'd say.

The food here is always delicious and waitstaff like Colin always make this a refreshing experience. Brisket tacos, grande salads, chicken nachos, and patron ritas... Awesome!

Walked right in and seated right away. Our waitress was already in the process of bringing us our drink orders when two other workers asked us if we had been taken care of. I love the attention to customer service! The food came out almost instantly and was amazing! The one argument was the fact that it wasn't busy and the refills were a little slow.

Oh wow. So disappointed. I didn't know what to order to I created my own combo. A fish taco, a pork temale, and an enchilada. Nothing tasted good. The fish taco tasted like a tortilla wrapped around a fish stick...I SWEAR! Husband had the lunch burrito, which I have to agree overdid it on the rice, and di not come with standard sides like Sour cream, or the weird salad with lettuce and a tomatoe slice. It was very dry, and the salad and sour cream were sorely missed.

The staff is very helpful and friendly and for service I would give an A+ .... but the food is not that good. They have great Items like the Pepper Jack Enchilada ( Brisket and Chicken ) and there chicken Flautas are good.Oh and the Guacamole Live is amazing. The Tacos and small enchiladas suck. The rice is always over cooked. Its just very corporate and if you are looking for an authentic Mexican dining experience... this is not the place

TacobTuesdays and Happy Hour is our favorite time to go! Great food and service, upbeat hipster servers in the bar area are fun! Always have too much food and are just forced to take home left overs (lol). Tinga (?) Chicken is spicy beware but very very good!

Always have liked On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina and when I visited last Saturday night, once again I wasn't disappointed. I try something new, the Tomatillo Enchiladas which were really good. I didn't want anything loaded down with cheese and this was a perfect fit...I was very pleased and satisfied.... My only complaint would be that the service was a bit slow, but then again it was a crowded Saturday night and I wasn't in any hurry, so all was good. Thanks again for another satisfying dinning experience.

I'm not a fan of this specific On The Border. I am a huge fajita fan and when I go out for Mexican/ Tex-mex I typically have a set idea of what i want to order. I was excited to come here the first few times because the On the Border in Buckhead has such great fajitas and my family and I would go their to always get their guac and fajitas for a Sunday lunch. Sadly enough I've given the fajitas a try here 3 times now and each time seems to be more disappointing than the next. Call me crazy but when I order fajitas, half the excitement behind fajitas is the presentation as they're served hot and steaming at your table. Every time they've served them they look like they've been sitting and they show up only warm and not very flavorful The only plus here is that the chips and guac are really good but the meals are kinda mediocre and not very tasty. Also the drinks are unimpressive and look WAAAAY better in the pictures than when they're served to you in a cheap plastic cup....yes plastic. Nothing beats a tasty $8 drink in a plastic cup........ This On the Border is a good place to hang out, but I wouldn't recommend it for the food.

Not the biggest fan of chain Tex Mex, but On the Border is a good lock to be the Appplebees of Mexican restaurants.......so if youre a fan of Applebees, youre going to love this place! Since Im not really into the chain thing, I am limited to giving them kudos on the salsa, service and the prices......and the steak in my fajita was seared perfectly. Other than that....its meh.

Food= ok Salsa= BEST SALSA EVER! When I get salsa from here I get one quart for me and 1 quart for my boyfriend. I also get a large order of chips. Their chips are perfect for the salsa. They are gigantic and perfect thickness. Writing this review makes me really, really want some. Even at 10 pm!

I don't understand the bad reviews. I eat here frequently and am always happy. Let me say I am a transplanted Southern Californian and know what good Mexican food is. OTB has many offerings that are typical Sonoran foods and I think they do a very good job. Better than most so-called Mexican food in Georgia by a long shot. The Dos XX Fish Tacos are the best I have had in GA; the Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas are on par with those at El Torito Grill in So Cal. When it comes to Margaritas, you get what you pay for. The Hand Shaken is a good choice. The flour tortillas used in food preparation are hand made at each location and are a real treat. If you did not enjoy your experience, you either like bad Georgian Mexican food or you ordered the wrong thing.

My friend and I came here and had an awful experience. When we first walked in they were playing club music which was very annoying. It was 60 degrees outside and raining and when we walked in to the restaurant it was freezing. We were placed under an air vent and they had the air on. Then they brought out some chips and salsa, and I love spicy salsa and food, but this salsa was unbearably hot. We both ordered Chicken Fajita Quesadilla's and they were also terrible. The chicken looked and tasted like dark meat chicken, tasted horrible, the spices they used were nasty, and the tortillas tasted like we were eating pure flour. Worst food ever I must say. I will not be coming back to this restaurant terrible food and atmosphere...

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

(2)Herman W.

(1)Glenn S.
This is a fun place. The food is fresh and really tasty. I love the nachos that they make onsite. I miss having the "Border Stack Nachos" on the menu, although some of the more senior cooks still know how to make them. Too good!! Wait staff has always been top notch!
(4)Katie S.
Wow, nobody must have had their Avocado enchilada's. They are great! Something you can't get anywhere else. I'm a Vegan and ask for black beans instead of cheese and they always accommodate.
(4)Charles A.

(3)Anthony D.

(4)B D.
Beef tacos, rice, black beans, endless chips and salsa. All pretty good. And a house margarita for $3. My bill was under twenty including tip. I'll be back. I was there on a Monday night and there were lots of families. Nice outdoor seating too.
(4)Suzanne B.

(4)Pedro S.
(1)Kim H.
It was ok, not great. Chips and Salsa are tasty, packin' some heat. I had shrimp fajitas and they lacked seasoning and flavor. I wouldn't order them again. The hubs ordered green chile burger and while the flavor was pretty good, it was very greasy and messy.
(3)Truthful R.
Great service and food. What more can you ask for?! Glad I gave it a try instead of going by the ratings. I love the avocado fries and the fish tacos!!!! Can't forget the chips and salsa. Salsa is a bit on the spicy side, which I love.
(4)Christina C.

(3)Chase M.
Had to wait 25 minutes for our food to come out and then had to wait 5 more minutes after it did for the tortillas to be made and come out. One server was good and the other wasnt. Chips and salsa were the only good point
(2)Jennifer B.

Regular Mexican chain restaurant, good prices. Nothing special, but I really enjoy their bottomless chips for some reason.
(3)Tony M.
(2)Maggie C.
(4)Corporal H.
I wish they'd bring back the double stack club quesadilla. Staff is friendly and knows how to treat people. Good stuff.
(5)Will S.
(3)Jennifer G.
(1)Brad H.
OK Tex-Mex for a chain. Would rather find something local and more authentic Mexican but still better than your run of the mill Americanized Mexican joints.
(3)Julie G.
The food is usually pretty good. Service can be hit or miss. This particular visit, the server took up my salsa bowl (which still had salsa in it) and didn't replace it with a new one. Not cool, man...
(4)Nikki B.
*shrug*
(2)Jennifer V.
(1)Suzanne E.
(1)Darren H.
(3)Ashley C.
I've been back a couple of times since my first visit, and am not crazy about the food at all. The margaritas are good, but that's about it.
(3)Brian C.
(4)Warren W.
Ate there this past Saturday. Food was great and had excellent service. I recommend the brisket tacos, which are my new favorite there! We got a coupon for free queso on their website before we went, so check that out!
(5)Laura J.
(4)Caitlin L.
(4)Melanie M.
They got rid of their carne asada tacos, which was like the ONLY reason we went there all the time... soooo the carnitas fajitas are still awesome but super disappointed, and what they tried to give us to substitute was extremely poor. Very sad, my husband isn't coming with me here anymore :(
(4)Nick D.
(3)Galen J.
The food here is always delicious and waitstaff like Colin always make this a refreshing experience. Brisket tacos, grande salads, chicken nachos, and patron ritas... Awesome!
(5)Kyle I.
Walked right in and seated right away. Our waitress was already in the process of bringing us our drink orders when two other workers asked us if we had been taken care of. I love the attention to customer service! The food came out almost instantly and was amazing! The one argument was the fact that it wasn't busy and the refills were a little slow.
(4)Kathy H.
(2)Mallory D.
(2)David F.
I love this On the Border, its is a great location and the food has always been excellent. I especially can recommend the Avocado Fries, they are to die for!
(4)Morgan M.
Holy cow this place is terrible! My food was just plain bad, like Taco Bell quality. Ok maybe that is not fair, cause I like Taco Bell sometimes. Its like bad taco bell only way more expensive. YUCK.
(1)Jeanne G.
TacobTuesdays and Happy Hour is our favorite time to go! Great food and service, upbeat hipster servers in the bar area are fun! Always have too much food and are just forced to take home left overs (lol). Tinga (?) Chicken is spicy beware but very very good!
(5)Gary B.
(4)Emran A.
(2)Claude L.
(3)Kristina K.
(4)Jim L.
(4)Amber A.
