Terrible experience !!!!! When we walked in they said they had closed the kitchen because of a problem with dropped plates and such. We should have left then!!!!! We were seated and given water and ordered a wing meal and a Cobb salad. The waitress came by twice to see if everything was OK, since we only had water, then it was. When our food did get there, it looked good, BUT halfway thru our meal my wife found a half dollar sized piece of plate in her salad!!!! OMG, we may have digested some of the other broken pieces before we noticed this. The manager was called and she apologized and gave us our glass embedded food no charge and a few coupons for wings, WE WILL NEVER ENTER YOUR CRAPPY ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN? I asked for a corporate number and was Given the restaurant managers number. He still hasn't returned my call!!!! What a fine example of we don't give a crap!!! Stay away if you value your health.

I have always been a fan of BW3s, but I am not a huge fan of football and wanted something better for a sunday afternoon lunch. This place was a great alternative. The decor was Western and amusing, although I would not call it authentic southwest cuisine by any means. I ordered a grilled entree, that was seasoned perfectly and a healthy surprise with grilled veggies. My boyfriend had a salad that was great, but the chips were stale. The 'ritas were strong and plenty of salt. We will be going back. Hopefully for karoke or trivia night!

My parents (both who are over 60) went to visit this location after I spoke highly of how good the wings were. They were seated and waited patiently for service for approximately 15 minutes. There was a sever who was having a detailed (non-work related) conversation with the occupants of the table behind them. The conversation lasted for nearly ten minutes and my parents still went unacknowledged. My father was able to flag down a servant and asked him if he could locate a waiter. They continued to wait for an additional 5 minutes without being served or even acknowledged. They did not want to believe that they would receive this type of service at a restaurant in Hiram GA in 2013 and patiently gave them the benefit of the doubt. They both agreed to leave and vowed NEVER to return again.

I think they are fair, not good, but fair. My daughter on the other hand loves this place, hence the 3 stars as opposed to 2. Service is average and friendly. Food is nothing special, but it's not bad.

Yum! I love their Chips and Queso and my favorite Lemon Pepper Wings!! They have great entertainment on the weekends with live music and karoke! Fun!

Staff is amazing. Tables were great. We had red hot ranch wings which were absolutely amazing!!! Order a side of extra sauce if you like your wings more wet. Fresh with awesome flavor!!! Prices were appropriate for what we purchased. Our waitress was extremely attentive and helpful!!

The only reason the this pace didn't get one star is because the food was decent. We had some wings and chicken flatbreads which had good flavor. That's about the extent of the good. The have a "saloon" which is indoors and right next to the entrance. The smoke from the bar has permeated the restaurant. The place was filthy. My feet stuck to the floor in some spots and two of our chairs had what felt like grease on the backs. Bathrooms were gross too. Needless to say, I won't be going back.

The service was good and the food was good also. This was my families first time at Buff.. And we really enjoyed it. It was a little smokey when we first came in because the bar allows smoking but it's separated by a door. My burger was well cooked and my wife's bbq shrimp were good too. Service was attentive and quick.

We stopped by here on a Sunday afternoon. They weren't very busy, so there was only a short wait. But the floors were very dirty an slippery. Likewise the table we were seated at had not been properly cleaned. I had a chicken wrap and my husband had a burger. Both were small and not served at the correct temperatures. The home made potato chips were cold and limp due to an excess of oil. The veggies were limp and the lettuce had started to go bad (you know how it gets kinda slimy?). There was a guy doing balloon animals for the children in the restaurant. I thought that was cool. But I would not go back.

Clean table. Friendly staff. Good food! I usually get the 8 piece wings extra crispy with fries. This would've been 5 stars but the booth next to me had children screaming out soo loud, elbowing our booth and very loud conversations. Overall the sound here can be louder than average at times.

Came back and had the same wing meal. I was very satisfied with this restaurant again. Different waitress, same great attentive attitude and great service. I will definitely be back!

I love this place! I always have. The wings are so good. I get the medium extra crispy. I do not like the place down the street.....even when I am out of town. Servers are always super friendly and food is hot a fresh. Clean environment. Managers always walking about the dining room. They have coupons so that's a plus. Corn is amazing and so is the cheese dip app. Haven't had anything other than the wings. My parents get something different every time and enjoy it. Will continue to return when I am in town!

New to the area. Stop in for lunch. Great lunch specials. The steak sandwich was excellent. I should know; I eat them all the time when I am Philadelphia.

One star is too much for the horrible service. Even when the order was repeated back correctly it was wrong. I was ignored got an an attitude. I paid for one beer and left . I hope the manager reads this and understands why he/she only has a few patrons and their competitor up the street is packed. I walked in set down was greeted, served presented a menu etc.... Totally opposite of what I received at buffalos I use to love the place, but the wait staff and bar staff need training on how to treat customers.

Been here MANY a times! I looooooovvvveeeee it. 4 out of 5 cause they have messed up my order before :/ it is what it is, but that doesn't stop me from coming back to this wonderful wing place of joy! The options are limitless! You can create wings, mix sauces to be made for your specific order. Hot, mild, REALLY HOT for the Cajun in me I like that the food is warm even with a 10 minute drive back home. I wish they gave you more carrots and celery but I'm sure you can always ask for more, I've just always been in a rush and never have. From what I hear they have a very nice array of drafts and other signature drinks. One thing that really caught my attention one day was that they had an outside lounge where a lot of older people were congregating smoking cigars. I thought that was great! Allowing people to just hang out and socialize is a great way for to promote your business and boy do they stay packed!

My family and I go to this buffalos a couple of times a month. We really love their wings and our servers are usually attentive and friendly. When the restaurant is full, it does take longer for the food and it gets really loud. Our daughters enjoyed the balloon artist a few weeks ago. It would be nice if they could figure out how to make things a bit quieter

Wings are fried to perfection!!! Everything I've had is good. There aren't many good eating places in Hiram...I take off two stars because they have a saloon area/bar where people smoke and it takes away from your first impression...especially if you have kids. I almost walked out the first time. Even though it's closed off, you really don't want to eat anywhere that reeks of smoke. I think I'll be taking out for now on.

We dine here frequently, but lately the food quality is going downhill. Burnt and dry corn, cold-undercooked fries, wings with feathers but no sauce and toast as hard as bricks. I honestly felt like I was eating someone else's leftovers. I brag on this place all the time because we eat here weekly...but this was embarrassing! (Because we invited guest for a party).

Love the food!!!! Reasonable prices for the quality of food. Great atmosphere. You should defiantly try the boneless wings, fires, corn and bread. Its amazing.

So if you came here looking for some authentic Southwest experience, of course you were disappointed. You're in Hiram, Ga. where all of Northwest Ga descends nightly to stuff their diabetic faces. If one place isn't good, there's a hundred others to choose from! Bottom line, come here for the wing specials. Monday night is AYCE wings. Eleven and change for boneless, thirteen and change for traditional. Place is pretty empty on Monday night so the service is quick and friendly and the wings are hot and juicy. Put down 20+ and you've easily gotten your money's worth. Manage your expectations and you'll never be disappointed!
