The service was good. The food was good. The management was not so good. I and 11 of my friends came in after we did the Color Run today 4/4/15 as we have done for the past 3 years. The Color Run is a 5k where as you walk/run you have colored corn starch thrown on you. This year included glitter. Every customer in the establishment was from the Color Run. We had 4 children with us. They played in the play area as they have done every year for about a total of 45 min. As our children played 2 more children joined. Also from the Color Run. The manager Karen came in and told the children they could not play because they had color all over them and the other kids would get the color on them so they needed to leave. The child ran to his mother (who already had her hands full with new born twins) crying. The lady asked what was going on and was told her children could not play because they had the color on them. The manager also told our children to leave also. At this time we were there for about an 1.5hr. They manager had no problem with taking our money (total over $80). She had no problem with all of the people from the Color Run doubling her sales for the day. Yet she is making a big deal about the kids playing in the play area. This was totally unexceptionable and we will . NEVER go back to this restaurant and we will advise everyone at the next Color Run not to go to this Chick-Fil-A but to go to the one down the road.

Super Clean establishment and well organized. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Modern layout and extra amenities make this location a 5 star. The food is icing on the cake. This Chick-Fil-A features the world's best chicken sandwich & the world's best chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit IMO. Super Fast Service! Among the best restaurants in the OTP SOUTH.

Most Chick-fil-a locations are clean and well run, but this location is a showcase. It is emaculate and features a lot of the newer concepts the chain is trying out in their restaurants. Even classy enough to have mouthwash dispensers in the bathroom. Compared to the other fast food choices in the area, it is almost fine dining. Exceptional Chick-fil-a service and personality. Always make it a point to stop here on my trips down to Atlanta Motor Speedway.
