I am pretty sure I had the fajitas (started the review on my phone and didn't put much, but since I gave it 4 stars at the time, I guess I liked it that much). The salsa is a tad spicy, but not bad. Overall, the family had a good meal -- the wait time was good, and the food came relatively quickly. We will go back.

We have been to this new Mi Rancho four times and love it! There are always plenty of wait staff available. They seat and serve you quickly. Food is always fresh and good. One of our favorite places.

Your typical American Mexican restaurant. Cheese laden and microwaved. It is close to home so we come here out of convenience. I don't like the food all that much. I think of Chef Ramsey on Kitchen Nightmares, the food cooked in mass quantities then put in the cooler to be microwaved later. Who knows how old the food is? Chef Ramsey would be appalled by the food, that is why I think this place could be on Kitchen Nightmares. If you want good Mexican choose a different place. If you want to watch TV with loud music in the background and sub par food then choose here.

Anyone who likes this place has never eaten good Mexican food. I rarely write bad reviews, but the food here is terrible. I ordered the ridiculously small and unappetizing beef fajitas. Steak was like jerky, small pieces and not enough meat for a 5 year old. The wait staff was very polite and accommodating, but the food is the pits. If I had to say something nice, I would say that the Beer was good.
