Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Really dig this location. The lunch rush is horrible and the line is always 15-20 people deep around noon but the team here is super efficient and the wait is not too bad. Food is always consistent and whenever I'm craving a brown rice burrito bowl with all the trimmings, I visit this location if in the Johns Creek area for work. The staff here is super friendly, upbeat and "customer centric." If you ever need anything or have any special requests, they always try to accomodate. Condiments area is always clean and the overall restaurant is well maintained and managed.

If there is a Chipotle nearby, I will always eat there multiple times during the week, and this one is no exception. What this Chipotle has going for it is its design. Unlike some Chipotles, this one was designed so the flow of the order line doesn't force people into standing among the tables were people are eating. There is half wall that separates the two areas. The seating area has a good number of low top tables as well as some high tops. This place can get packed, especially during the lunch time and dinner rushes where the line can be out the door. It has also been packed around 9 pm as well on multiple occasions that I've been there. For whatever reason the food just seems average when compared to the other Chipotles I frequent. The staff is accommodating when I ask for them to change gloves when alerting them as to having issues with gluten. This is a great option when looking for a cheap and safer gluten free option in the John's Creek area.

LOVE Chipotle! Yes, it's a little expensive, but it's quality REAL food. The service at this location was particularly friendly and quick. :-)

When I need a quick lunch I can grab and take back to my desk this is another place in my rotation. I'm eating my crispy chicken tacos as I write this and gotta say, George, my chicken isn't dry. Probably a timing thing. Sure, I'd much rather hit up my buddies at Taqueria Los Hermanos, but sometimes I need to be fast. I can stop here quickly after my Starbucks run and be on my way back to the office in less than 5 minutes. I'd only be happier if it were Willy's.

I don't understand the draw of Chipotle. I was driving around Johns Creek looking for a place to eat lunch while talking on the phone with a friend. I mentioned that there was a Chipotle in my line of sight, and she began raving about how much she loves it and never gets a chance to go there. I told her, "I've been to Chipotle about 4 times in my life and have yet to be impressed. I'll give it another chance to see if you can prove me wrong," Nope. I won that bet. The chicken burrito that I ordered was probably worse than something I could make at home. Loaded with way more rice than necessary inside of a tortilla that, in and of itself, is probably 800 calories and not something I need to do again. Not to mention, the amount of cilantro that was in the pico made the entire thing taste like a 4-pound Band-Aid. (PS: The only thing worse than the taste of cilantro are people who pronounce it "theee-lan-thro".) Chipotle? You've seen the last of me.

I'm a big chipotle fan and this is hands down the worst location I've ever been to. Unfortunately it's also close to me. They have very few ingredients but run out of guacamole, pico, and other things all the time because they cannot manage their biz. Go to Queso across the street!

This has to be the slowest Chipotle that I have ever been two. This is my second visit and they have people just walking around versus serving food. Sunday evening and I have waited in line for over 25 minutes. If you are in a rush...this is not the place for you!!!!

I think all Chipotle can only achieve 4/5 stars. The food is good but not that good. Since the food never varies why only 3 stars? Well because their service is lacking. I tend to go during lunch and my review is based on that experience. I know what you're thinking "Going to a Chipotle during lunch is asking for their worst possible everything" . To you I say "True but you still can't mess up this much when you have a manual to run your business". What did they mess up you ask? Well the sweet tea was not sweetened, the rest of the soda fountain area was a bit out of sorts and no matter how long or crazy the lunch service is, I tend to get the usual side of attitude. It's not a big portion but just enough for a taste. Otherwise, this place has food on par with the rest.

As with all the Chipotle restaurants, you must keep in mind that it's still fast-food. That being said, Chipotle is just about the best fast-food'sh restaurant anywhere with unique flavors and the freshest ingredients. It's very fast to get in and out, and either eat there or take-out. Oh, and use the internet/iPhone apps. It makes ordering/pickup a breeze.

Steak burrito bowl with extra corn is OMG so good! I'm so glad that this place is right around the corner from where I work. It does tend to get crazy busy around lunchtime, so be prepared to wait.

They are extremely busy but they are great about getting customers through the line. The service is always great and food is always good. I appreciate the excellent customer service every single visit.

Always a great place to grab a quick meal. It is fast food with a great twist and is always fresh and friendly. Can't go wrong with the small menu option but can still customize the food the way you like it. Great place if you want to grab quick Mexican food at a great price.

I've probably been here a million times, so I don't know why it took me 999,999 times to finally yelp about it. Probably because it was really a high school hang out spot and hasn't been much since. So, I guess it's only fitting that I met up with two high school buds for dinner to relive those exxxxxxxtra exciting high school years. Ha! Kidding. Maybe. Anyway, the experience was just as I had remembered it. The truth is, Chipotle is only really yummy in your tummy if you are 1. seriously starving and 2. want Mexican-ish food. I don't consider this 100% legit Mexican grub, but for a fast food type of place, it's definitely one of the better ones. They give you a pretty fair amount for the price you pay and service is always friendly. I always appreciate the vegetarian options and as so-so as the flavors are, I admit that there are days when I am having a major Chipotle craving episode. Lots of places to sit and when you're done here, you can always walk a few seconds to grab dessert next door!

Friends called tonight and wanted to know if we would meet them at either Cracker Barrel or Chipotle. Knowing that a horde of travelers would be packed into CB at dinner, we opted for Chipotle. On our way there it occurred to both of us that we had never been in one of these. I never get very excited about going anywhere in Atlanta for Mexican food, especially now that my beloved Por Fin has closed its doors. So we went in this place with a mindset that any result short of ptomaine would be satisfactory. It's now 4 hours later and no gurglings or cramping have yet developed. As far as the restaurant goes, it's a modified cafeteria set-up. I peered over the countertop at the ingredients sequestered in little steam table type pans and bleakly noted the chopped and pulled meats all looked to be a little on the dry side. Ann ordered three hard chicken tacos, side of chips and guacamole, and I ordered three soft tacos topped with green chili sauce. Add two drinks and we were looking at $18.90. As I suspected, the chicken meat was a little dry without much flavor. The sour cream, lettuce, chili sauce, and cheese contributed to the bulk of the flavor. Myself, I'd rather go to a hole-in-the-wall taqueria than one of these clinically clean corporate cafes, but those don't exist up here in trendy North Fulton/Suwanee/Forsyth. Taco Bell is cheaper, for what it's worth.
