This is so far the best Chik Fil A I've been to. Manager took my huge order and was very patience with me since I was very undecidable. I even ordered lunch during breakfast time and he made it for me. Just had to wait few extra minute. This location is clean and each table had flowers in a vase. I thought they were fake but they were real. Manager brought out our drinks and food to us personally. I felt very welcomed. I definitely recommend this location. Oh as for food, seriously? This is Chik fil a. You can never go wrong with Chik fil a sandwiches. Yum!!!

Great service ! Fantastic Staff! Where does your staff go for training? I say this because other Chick-fil-a locations have terrible customer service and they should learn from this store. The only thing I noticed a few times is some of the new people get your order wrong but the managers fix it quickly . I come here almost everyday for lunch !

The 2 stars are just because it's Chick-fil-a and I love Chick-fil-a but this particular location should get no stars. I work in the area and have constant issues with them messing orders up, not giving me everything I order, etc. Finally, I called the manager who sent me promotional cards to use for free sandwiches. I'm gluten free and can't eat the bread so I tried to use the card for a grilled chicken sandwich with no bun and they argued with me about not being able to use it for that. Another location told me that I could use each card 3 times and this location took the card and told me I could only use it once. I love Chickfila but avoid this one like the plague because it's always a frustration.

I went the day I originally wrote this review. I dined in because I had a free entree coupon that someone gave to me. No money spent, can't beat that. As I was wrapping up lunch, an employee, who so happened to be a middle aged lady, approached me and offered me a mint. Her smile was genuine, bright and white. She went around the dining room offering that smile and mints. WHAT!!!! I have never had that at any fast food restaurant. I don't want anything else fast except Chipotle and this Chic-Fil-A. Sorry, got excited. Customer service is everything to me.

Chick-fil-a, the better of all fast food restaurants. The restaurant that makes you feel like you're not eating at a fast food joint. The staff are really nice at this location and they usually get my order correct 90% of the time. I have been to other locations and the staff just don't have it together. Sometimes I pick up chick-fil-a before I go to work and I go to this location. There is one way closer to my work, but the service is not that great there. This is one of the best locations I've ever been to!

This location, as with all Chick-fil-a locations, has great service. I don't normally frequent this location, but for some reason there was a very pleasant feel to the place externally and internally. There is a remnant of nature outside, and the inside is clean and bright. Great experience and great location.

This place is so clean, fresh, and shiny - you wouldn't have any idea it is a fast food restaurant. In fact, the staff actually bring the food to your table. Great food. I trust their quality over any other similar fast food place. Their spicy chicken sandwich is incredible.

No complaints, very nice staff, food is always great. If I ever have a problem(rare), the manager always fix it no attitude(unlike most fast food). Would definitely recommend this restaurant to friends.

I always venture out to this location for a juicy, spicy chicken sandwich & there tasteful lemonade that's gone in one sip. However, today the chicken sandwich was not to my liking. It seems that they cooked the chicken too long. It was dark and extra crispy. Not very tasteful! Of coarse, I was back at my desk when I opened the silver package it comes in and realize that they had jacked the sandwich up. Instead, I made the best of the over crispy sandwich, by adding extra ketchup and mayo. Think goodness I had the lemonade to wash it down! I know next time to check the silver package before leaving the drive thru line.

As usually Chick-Fil-A is on point. I walk into a crowded restaurant and am greeted from someone behind the counter. I head to the right to go to the restroom to change clothes quickly before my friend arrives. I enter the restroom and I think is this Nakato, the Ritz, Ray's on the River? When did CFA get a "Fabulous" bathroom???? Anyway I probably stayed in there longer than I needed too just looking at the nice sinks and fancy bathroom decor. Nice clean and big enough to handle large crowds quickly. The rest of the restaurant was just as nice and clean as well. We ordered our meals which were both just what we ordered and fresh and hot like I like my food. Then we headed out of here ready to shop on a full belly and full of energy as well.

Still the nicest and cleanest Chick-fil-A's I've been to. Did the drive thru 2 days ago and I saw one of the managers outside picking up litter left around the parking lot. Just says so much.

Very quick service in the Chick fil a drive thru on a friday night. Their icedream and waffle fries were still excellent, as was the nice customer service, but as mentioned before, the folks at the chicky pride themselves on their service. Thumbs up!

Dear No Talent Ass McClown and Fake Corporate Smile with a Crown, The chicken biscuit is often imitated, but never duplicated. 'All your base are belong to us.' With love and squalor, Chick Fil A Lover. The Good: + These guys did not invent chicken, but they DID invent the chicken sandwich. Wow, I love their chicken biscuit. The lunch sandwich uses a larger chicken and a bun, but is not as delicious as its breakfast counterpart. + Courteous staff. I have to point this out because these cashiers are polite. Extremely polite. If Southern charm came to New York, I would feel like I was in a Twilight Zone episode. + Condiment rack: salt, pepper, ketchup, mayo, mustard, hot sauce (2 kinds), straws, kid flexible straws, napkins, forks, knives, sporks, flavored coffee creamers, etc. I should just come here and steal their supplies for home. Amazing. + Clean facility. From inside and out, it looks like a brand new store that opened yesterday. + The presence of a kids play pen. I personally did not jump in, but I guess this is a nice amenity for parents. The Bad: - Chick Fil A is closed on Sundays. - The Chicken Biscuit is only offered for breakfast. - Polynesian sauce : I was not a fan. This is a case of trying to do too much. I guess the variety of sauces is nice, providing something for everyone. - Less exciting menu items: minis and nuggets. Fail. I tried them and asked myself why do I eat anything else besides the chicken biscuit. - In NY, I have to sneak into an NYU student center or go to a NJ mall for a chicken biscuit. Damn. The Ugly: -- The drive through line. During the morning, I would see 10 cars in queue and no one inside. Avoid it if you can. -- My waistline since I was going every day I was in Georgia (five days, except Sunday). I can't give five stars to a fast food chain without taking a drug test, but damn it comes very close to great. This chain is spectacular. My work colleagues in Duluth are so lucky to have this place so close to the office. IFHTP 3+

First time in Georgia and my coworker told me that this was a chain that I had to try before we left for California. This was my last meal before I went home to CALI! This was a different fast food joint I have gone to, we paid the same way, but the workers actually brought our trays to our table and asked if we needed anything else? So nice! Southern Hospitality? I ordered the fried chicken nuggets, grilled nuggets and came with waffle fries. The nuggets weren't rubbery like MCD nuggets, it tasted like real chicken chunks but deep fried,. anything fried is good to me. The grilled nuggets weren't as tasty but the waffle fries were delicious. Normally waffle fries are hard to eat, they usually cut the top of my gums, but these were crunchy but soft and I was able to put a whole waffle fry in my mouth. They also have tons of sauces, but my favorite was their prepackaged Texas Pete hot sauce! Also had my first sweet tea in Georgia,. pretty darn good!

I come here occasionally during my lunch break or after working out. And the service here is really good. I don't visit other Fast food chains anymore like McDonald's, but based on my experience here and past experiences at other chains the employees attitudes here are much better than the piss poor attitudes at other places. The employees seem happy to work there which makes a huge difference in how they treat customers. The restaurant is also cleaner than other chains and the difference between bathroom cleanliness is like night and day. More importantly the food tastes a lot better than other fast food chains. Sure they may cost more but the quality of food is so much better. My favorite thing to get from here is the Spicy Chicken Wrap with lemonade or sweet tea, but their chicken sandwiches are good as well including the spicy chicken sandwich which I get on occasion. I also sometimes visit here for a quick breakfast before my Saturday football games and I usually either get the sausage and egg biscuit or the bacon and egg biscuit. 3/17/2014 Time for another update. On 11/17/2014, I wrote an update about how this place seemed to go downhill about them constantly messing up my orders and how the staff wasn't as friendly as they used to be. Well I am happy to report it seems that this issue has been resolved and everything appears to be back to the way I remember. I paid three visits here recently and all the visits have been excellent. The staff is friendly again, and orders are correct. The cashiers are always smiling and greet you appropriately. I don't know what changes were made, but keep it up!! Back to five stars.

My first visit to a chain that has table service was great. This very kid friendly spot was above par for whatever my expectation of a mass market chicken outlet could be. Service was polite and gracious about everything from cleaning tables to preparing kids mats. I have never been to a fast food place like this in the Northwest part of the country. I love In-N-Out as a regional chain more only because I like burgers more than chicken. I will never write a review for McDs, BgrKng or any of the other chains until they have service like this.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this particular chick-fil-a location. They have kids night every Tuesday night, and my kids beg to go. The food is, of course, so yummy. And the staff are always friendly and conscientious. They remember my daughter's name, even when we hadn't been there in a couple of weeks, and always make our children feel special.
