This is a very routine Monday or Tuesday dinner for us. They have an excellent value dinner deal with two entrees and two sides for $14.99 (basically $7.50 per person). There are many options to choose from and it's not an early bird deal. It is good from open to close each Monday and Tuesday. I typically get the grilled salmon (again that's $7.50 for that and the two sides...no one can touch that price). Also, they have very tasty grilled vegetable skewers (zucchini, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms) that's are always perfectly grilled and seasoned. They cut all their steaks and grind their sirloin onsite daily for chopped steaks and hamburgers as well. My daughter always gets the sirloin ($2 up charge) and my wife usually gets the grilled BBQ chicken. All of their salad dressing are homemade and are always fresh and cold. Of course, their rolls and butter are a nice accompaniment. This is a solid 4 star restaurant given the value on Mondays and Tuesdays each week. We have yet to find a regular server that we always ask for here since our favorite guy left here about a year ago.

Ok this was horrible there Limon pepper wings were way over seasoned we had to send them back 2 times and even have gave a tip of 10 to the waiter being nice because it's no his fault the cook sucked.

The service is terribly slow and horrible. The food was just ok. We came here 3 yrs ago had the same experience but forgot and came back today. Never again!
Mesquite-grilled salmon... Healthy choice, but still had a lot of flavor. Wanted a steak so bad, but I'm trying to eat lighter. From past experience though, I know they are GOOD!

Got a gift card so we went to Logan's Roadhouse, and my server Ashley was awesome and really attentive to our needs, but the food was disgusting (mushiest and blandest macaroni, and almost solid and dry mashed potatoes, the tomatoes in my chicken sandwich were frozen mush and the lettuce was wilted and bitter). The manager was awful and extremely rude and condescending. It wasn't even worth the money I DIDN'T spend. What manager sits there and argues with a customer? She actually had the nerve to bring the replacements in to-go boxes, I didn't ask for that, we had only been in there 20 minutes at the most and I wanted to sit and eat. I didn't want to get over, I didn't want a free meal, I just wanted to sit and EAT good food. What a disappointment and I am highly offended (maybe she hates interracial couples idk) because her disdain for me was apparent. I see their Yelp reviews really reflect the quality of their garbage management. Thanks for the awful experience Cathy. Avoid this place like the PLAGUE.

Last night my wife and I were in Douglasville seeing family. We talked about stopping by Logans for dinner as we had a gift card and don't have one in our part of town. It was Friday night around 7:45 when we arrived. Just as expected for that day and time, they were pretty busy, but no wait! We sat down and were greeted by Brittany. She took our order and promptly brought us rolls and our drinks. We proceeded with our order and our food came out in a timely manner. Our drinks stayed full and Brittany did a great job attending to any additional get needs we had. When we are in the area again and are hungry, Logans is where we will go!

Logan's does not offer the hotel 10 % discount as all other steak places and restaurants in area offer Outback Texas Roadhouse Carrabas Charley's Many others.

I have heard of this restaurant for ever, but for some reason, just never made it here. But thank goodness we finally did. We had a very lovely time as we took advantage of their Monday/Tuesday two for $15 deal. They also have a very very good deal during happy hour. We ordered a 22 oz draft Yeungling for only 3 bucks! what what?? They have other deals but this is the only one we took advantage. I suggest to call them and ask them what time the afternoon happy hour is since they have a second one in the evening starting at 9pm until they close at 10pm. Hubby ordered the 6oz sirloin steak that came with salad and baked potato: the steak was seasoned well and cooked right, but it was quite chewy. The salad and baked potato were nothing too special, but was tasty. I ordered the grilled meat loaf that was topped with sauteed mushroom and onions, onion petals and dip, and mac and cheese: I loved the grilled meat loaf and onion petals ... kind of remained me of the blooming onion by Outback. The mac and cheese was a big blah though. It was waayyyyy too soft and the cheese was not that great. The bread and butter was ok. It's like the harder version of O'Charley's bread. But, all in all, we were very pleased. Our server was very very very nice, attentive, and we just loved the atmosphere! Hubby had a good time eating the peanuts, throwing the shells on the floor, and crunching them! Haha. That was kinda cool.

I haven't been to a Logan's in a few years and was in the mood for some red meat so when the bf suggested going, I was down for it. It was kinda busy but the bar was quiet and we grabbed two seats. One of the bar waitresses actually waited on us instead of the bartender, and she was really great. Attentive and totally on top of it. We shared the bayou shrimp appetizer (note, you can add any side with it, we got sweet potato fries, which were awesome!), it was decent although the shrimp were small (def not fresh, but I didn't expect that). I had the small filet mignon (with bleu cheese on top, naturally) and a side of sauteed mushrooms. I would recommend, if you like mushrooms, get the grilled ones -- the sauteed variety tasted VERY salty and came with a lot of juice. I also had a caesar salad, which I was pretty unimpressed with (it had a weird taste -- I def make a better salad at home) but it was a side salad, so whatever. Great service, decent food -- really good value overall.

Food was decent. Had a party of about 20 and a couple folks didn't get their meal. Well, eventually but after everyone else was finished. Plates were served without sides. Drinks left empty for long periods of time. Overall poor experience. The kitchen and servers seemed disorganized and confused.

Been to this Logan's location many times ever since it opened in the late 90s. This joint has consistently had good food that I enjoy eating while sitting around with some friends with a round of beers. The menu hasn't changed a whole lot over the years, but that is expected with a chain restaurant. The serving staff is usually friendly, but there's always that one guy/gal that can't keep up the pace. Overall my experience at Logan's has been fun, making me want to come back for another meal. Logan's is a fav of mine!

Brought five other people here for dinner close to 9:30 on a clear Saturday night. Sat immediately and served drinks immediately. My sister ordered the 2 for 1 margarita and gave me one. Meh. I'd be surprised if there was a full ounce of liquor in it. Service was good. Food was below par for a place that bills themselves as an American road house. Steak (8oz sirloin) was temped well but was frozen and possibly freezer burned. Can't mistake the tough first 1/8 inch when the rest is reasonably tender and mid-rare. Not fresh. Sweet potato.... was a sweet potato. What can I say. Caesar salad... small, but ok. I can't believe the prices... we're in a recession and the average entree price is north of $20 - but yet you can't serve a decent sirloin. The rest of the table were young professionals and late college kids. No one was particularly impressed with anything.

Ive been to this location several times but just decided to write a review tonight. First off, I have to say for this to be a "steak place" I love everything about this place...but the steak. OK...ill get back to that. We normally go on Mon or Tues night as they have a special 2 people dine for $14.99 or something like that. Anyway...its an awesome deal and the food and service are always great. Now back to the steak. Just like Run DMC's album..the steaks are Tougher than leather. Ive ordered steaks from this place several times and each time it seems to be tougher than the last. They are normally seasoned very well and cooked just the way you order it ( I prefer Medium)..anywho...too many tough steaks... So I started ordering the salmon or grilled pork chops and those always seem to be spot on. Well tonight I decided to give the steak another try.....#epicfail The service is here is normally pretty cool. Ive only had shabby service maybe once...but hey..everyone has an off night im sure. This is a great place for family and friends. Very inexpensive, very casual and laid back atmosphere and worth a trip to D'ville if there is not one in your area. Just stay clear of the steak. Based upon several visits I rate it 4 stars.

I wasn't feeling the peanut shells being all over the floor. It just came off very trashy. The food was sub par, well, not even that. Originally I had mashed potatoes because, well, who could screw up that? Well let me tell you, Logan's can. I sent my sides back and got the fries which were decent but stay away from the wack, distasteful mac & cheese and mashed potatoes. Honestly I wasn't impressed in the slightest. If you're going to eat steak from a chain then stick to Longhorn or Outback and stay FAR away from this place. YUCK!

The food here is pretty good, my favorite is the barbeque chicken with sweet potatoe fries, and mixed vegetables. The meats are all kind of on the dry side, but their service makes up for it. The peanuts in a bucket are always a winner, and the location is good.

I liked this place. But the food, aside from the cesar salad, just wasn't great enough to warrant more stars. The vibe is fun, they're super-friendly, apparently on peoples' birthdays they make you stand up so everyone in the restaurant can shout, "Yee-haw!" which is cute. They also have some super cheap two-for-one happy hour specials (on a Friday night, it was from 3 to 6 and 9 till closing I believe.) The cesar salad was delicious, the sweet dinner rolls they serve are also good. My steak sandwich was, as Yelp says, "A-OK."

Again, I want to preface this by saying that I usually am so disappointed in chain restaurants that I seldom go to them and usually don't bother to rate them when I do unless they are really good or really bad...usually they are mediocre at best. However, we ate at the Logan's Roadhouse in front of Arbor Place Mall in Douglasville today and I was pleasantly surprised. For starters, we were the last people to be seated before the crowds started to come in (there ended up being an hour wait)...I mention this because I want you to know how absolutely packed it was...every table full and every seat at the bar...absolute madhouse! We were expecting awful, slow service because of the crowds. We were welcomed by several staff on the way to our table. Our waitress was Melissa N. and she got to us within a minute or so and took our drink orders. She was back promptly with our drinks and took our orders. She had an entire row of tables in her section and yet she seemed to always be there when we needed her...she brought us the myriad of things we always forget to ask for (extra lemons, mayo, etc.) so fast we barely noticed she was gone before she came back with what we needed. Our drinks were never less than half full before she refilled them. I don't know how she did it with all the tables she had! I ordered their new appetizer, a 4-cheese dip served with toasted yeast rolls and homemade potato chips. The homemade chips were delicious...very crisp and perfectly salted. However, the dip wasn't hot...just lukewarm. One word to Melissa and it was whisked away and promptly brought back on a fresh plate and bubbling hot. There are yeast rolls constantly being cooked and they will bring you as many as you want...they are delicious. They also have the steak-house-staple...roasted peanuts...in a big bucket on the table. I ordered a cup of chili, which was as close to my homemade as I've had anywhere...lots of meat and beans, thick (but not gloppy) and hot enough to make your nose run, but not so hot that you feel like you just had a tonsillectomy without anesthesia. My partner-in-food got a burger, medium-well, that was perfectly cooked (and it's tough to get a burger medium well without having it dry and tasteless). Condiments were brought out promptly. They have cool little desserts...you can get three "samplers" that come in three tiny little metal Logan's buckets (that you can take home). One is a cheesecake, one is a chocolate brownie with a tiny scoop of ice cream and one is a chocolate mousse with peanut butter. A couple of big spoonfuls in each one...the perfect ending and enough for two to share (altho you may fight over your favorite!). I took away a star just because they had the front door open (it was a nice day, but a tad chilly) and since we were sitting near the door, it was a little chilly on us (probably not for the rest of the restaurant...might have been hot in other areas) and because the dip was initially not hot (although, as mentioned, it was heated up quickly when that was pointed out). Also, the dip is served with a small side of the homemade potato chips and a LOT of toasted yeast rolls. They should just leave off the yeast rolls...for starters, you get baskets of them brought to the table anyway...and secondly, because the chips make a much better vehicle for the dip than the soft yeast rolls do. A big plate of the chips would be a much better choice as accompaniment to the dip! Overall, a great experience on a busy, busy day...Melissa was amazing!

I've had Logan's several times in California. I figured since we are in the South it would be better. Our waiter was so so. It was obvious the waitress behind us was a lot better. I listened to her with her customers and she came back a lot more often she was proactive while ours just got what we asked for. My BBQ had very little sauce and the pulled pork looked liked it was puréed. Kind of gross. My chicken breast was dry.
