Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

We have been here several times and NEVER had a single bad visit. The bread that they serve before the meal is always steaming fresh: Crunchy and crumbly on the outside, and dense and moist on the inside. The dried italian herb dip with olive oil is the perfect match. The Shrimp Scampi appetizer was served with plump, buttery shrimps served on toasted sliced baguette that just goes so well with the shrimp. The Chicken Marsala is ALWAYS on point and just damn delicious. I dont understand how they keep this thing so juicy and mouth watering! I always asked for the pasta on the side and the Romano cheese just adds more joy to an already celebration-worthy dish. And oh, the sausage and lentil soup? Tastes like home. Or what I imagine an old italian lady in the italian country in a small humble cottage would serve. The ambiance is good, and we always had good service. I highly recommend his restaurant.

We really enjoy sitting at the bar and having dinner. The food is always well prepared and they are always very accommodating to customize the entrees to meet our request. Also, This is the only restaurant in Douglasville that keeps their wines at the correct temperature, even their red wines are not serviced at room temperature but about 64 degrees.

Clean, nice atmosphere! Great food, and great service! Two thumbs up!

Happy hour every day of the week from 3-7. At the bar, all appetizers are half off during happy hour and the half price beers are under $2. On Sundays the bar regulars are funny and welcoming, and it is a great time. Come by and say hi!

We are always sure to visit here when we are in town. The blackberry sangria is a great complement to any meal,

They must have an Italian grand mother as head chef on the line. They did not disappoint as usual the only problem is trying to figure out what to get for dessert... But is that really a problem? We did not have wine tonight but with the chicken trio you don't really need it. Every bite was amazing then, as the flavors started to run together (because the juices start to co-mingle on the plate) each bite has a bit more or less of its neighbor's ingredients making every mouth watering bite one of a kind and amazingly unique. The Sogno do Cioccolata signature dessert was the most amazingly sinful chocolate dish at a chain restaurant. The tiramisu was a close second. Try them both.

The service was terrible the food tastes like grass they forgot my drink I never drunk my wine with my salad I would never ever ever come back again

I love going to this restaurant. every time I go I have the black berry sangria. if you haven't tried it you must. their dishes change periodically for different seasons etc but they have a steak dish with goat cheese, dried peppers with mashed potatoes. I believe it is the steak bryan. I believe they have the chicken bryan now but if you ask the waitress for a few more dollars you can have the chef cook you the steak bryan. It's awesome. I also love their chicken soup. I love it extra hot and it is quite filling so you may want to order the cup vs. the bowl. I go to this restaurant frequently so it is definitely a place I will go to in the future.

Monday Armore deal is great value and quality. Had the soup ,sirloin Marsala special with spinach, john cole dessert all for a fixed price of 17.00? Steak better cooked than filets at other steakhouses. Great meal, great price and quality. Great manager who honored coupon discount .

I mean, it's a chain (read: microwaved food), but for chain food it's pretty good. We had a really great waiter (Alex?? I think?) who empathized with our feelings of exhaustion on the last pit stop we made on a recent road trip. Since it was a weekend night, the restaurant was packed with a long waiting list. Being on the road, we couldn't wait. We sat at the bar and it was great! Fast service, same restaurant, I don't know why people would wait given all the open seating.

This was our first visit and it couldn't have been better! Honestly the only complaint I have is that we didn't try it sooner! Our waiter Kevin was an absolute delight and took very good care of us the whole visit! Service was amazing and very prompt, we were seated immediately after walking in. The food was delicious, I had the champagne shrimp and scallop pasta and my husband had the Tag Pic Pac, both of our meals were fantastic! We will definitely be returning! I honestly have nothing bad to say about this restaurant! Thanks so much for a great experience!

Meal was outstanding, ambience was great, and the restaurant was very clean. I had veal marsala with mashed potatoes. It was the best I've ever had. My wife ate the fried ravioli parmigiano. It was perfect. We will definitely be back.

Well it looks like I have the graces of writing the first review of the year for this establishment ^_^ First I just want to say I would recommend calling ahead. That's not to say we didn't get to our table quickly, but it still took a whole. Upon finally getting seated (which I was very thankful of because the waiting area wasn't that great) we sat there for at least a good 5-7 minutes. The place was pretty packed but honestly I've seen worse, but then again this is the first time I have been here so who knows, maybe that's just how they run their business. When finally presented with a waiter 7 minutes after being seated I think he saw the irritation in our faces (mainly mine as I can be very curt and blunt when I want to be, and I was). Needless to say he was very fast paced after this. Our course was as follows: Bread which comes endlessly! I believe it is true Italian bread as I have a few Italian friends and this tasted just the same as well as the doughy inside but thick crunchy outside. The basil and olive oil was to die for! When I received the salad with my meal I really wasn't that impressed. The Parmesan that I got was a little little and it wasn't as big as I had wished. I tasted the lentil soup my uncle had and was shocked to found out how much I wish I had got it instead! For the main course I ordered the shrimp and scallop in vodka. First idk what vodka was on it or used in it but it went POOF! Lol. There really wasn't that much shrimp and the scallops were a little on the small size. It was good but nothing like what I had hoped for. I tried some of the chicken Marsala I always here about and OMG I should have listened. It was delicious!!! I was the only one to have desert. I had the newest one as I generally do when I go to places (there really weren't that many options :/ and some of them just sounded like they were going to make me sick). I had the corra passan. A light cheesecake in a small mason jar with raspberries on top. It does not have the sweetness nor the texture that most cheesecakes do but over all every morsel was consumed. Price wise I thought it was very well priced. The most expensive dish was 12$. Will defiantly make plans to come again.

I love this location always good service and good food. The zucchini fries are the best. ..try the pasta wizzie. ... and a nice bottle of wine.

Food was bland and had boring flavors. Service people were nice but I waited 40 min for my free bread and I had to ask for it and an entire hour for my plate of spaghetti. In any restaurant in the world spaghetti takes 10 minutes to make. really is no excuse for that service. I would've been much happier going to the fast food restaurant across the street. I think the food would've been better too and a third of the price this place is charging.

This was my first exposure to this chain, and the first impression was a nice one! I really enjoyed how they took care of our large group, we were seated promptly and served immediately, which is always a nice touch. I ordered the chicken Marsala, and a side salad, and wasn't disappointed with either one, its nice to taste the various versions of Chicken Marsala, and this turned out to be one of the better kinds. They served warm bread with olive oil before hand, and it was delicious, the service was great, and they were very pleasant dealing with such a crazy group as ours, I would go back to this restaurant in a heartbeat!

My wife and I dined here last night; we have been loyal customers for years now. I have written several positive reviews about the people who work here, however enough is enough; they can't get an order right to save their lives. The staff always corrects the order, but not till the food is getting cold or the other person is almost done eating. We got our food to go because we lost our appetite by the time they finally got our order right. The food is excellent, so why do we have to leave Carrabba's with a bad taste in my mouth. I think it's time to check out the competition.

I'm not sure I even knew this was part of a chain, and I'd just as soon not get into the whole chain bashing thing. This place, chain or not, seemed to be very likable. The wait was a little less than estimated (which is always nice), and a cordial host ushered us to a comfortable table. Had it been a little earlier, we probably would have opted for a booth. Our server was friendly and put up with menu indecision admirably. Food was fresh, properly prepared and nicely presented. Appetizers included lentil soup, and grilled bruschette. Main courses included lasagna, chicken and broccoli cannelloni, and pizza. All very tasty, and ample enough to bring home afterward. Nice decor, friendly staff... seems like a keeper.

Food was average but served quickly. When to celebrate my Niece receiving her masters degree but she found hair in her food. Manager handled the issue poorly. They have to do more to regain my patronage.

For a chain restaurant, this is a good choice because the food is consistently tasty and the service is generally quite good. They start you out with a very tasty bread and dipping oil with spices, and it's so much better than the boring, dry bread sticks that the other Italian chain serves. The entrees, the ones I've tried, have all been good: the chicken Bryan, the tilapia, the pizza, the ravioli...all tasty. The one thing I've had here that wasn't up to par was the creme brulee, which had yucky little curdled parts in it. But on the whole we've been happy with our meals and our service each time we've eaten there.

I had no idea this was a chain when we visited. We thought the food was great and the service was way above par. Our waitress did such a great job that we even made a point to let her know how much it was appreciated. I look forward to going back.

good food, horrible service. Been there twice in the last two months and both times took 2 1/2 hours to get out of there. Not sure if it's the kitchen, wait staff, or the management. I won't be back until something is done.

Great food and great atmosphere make for a wonderful dinning experience. After getting seated, they bring out warm bread and dipping spices and olive oil. Then move onto a salad and my favorite the pollo rosa maria. It's 2 grilled chicken breasts stuffed with fontina cheese and prosciutto covered in a mushroom lemon basil sauce. They also have the best fettuchini alfredo I have ever had in my life. The desserts are not my favorite but that's not why I'm there.
