Horrid. We walk in and the waitress asks us for our drinks. I ask if they can serve alcohol (knowing I should ask, it is Sunday in GA afterall) to which the snarky reply was, "it is Sunday and this is Rabun county....no way" or something similar. Our waitress wouldn't even look us in our eyes -- I guess expecting us to be snobby city diners and returning the "snob" right back. Nice effort, btw. I can look past this. But I can't look past the food: my dining companion and I both had the BBQ pork and it tasted like a wet dog smells. No. Seriously. The greens beans looked like they were actually taken out of a can and then cooked in another pot with their own seasonings -- not fresh, (though they did not boast to be either so...) and finally the cole slaw was store-bought, but not as much as a turnoff as the two previously mentioned items. Good gracious - how is this place open? A sure-fire sign for us not to have even tried it was the lack of diners when a church crowd should be filling the joint. FAIL!

Short review. Made the mistake of stopping here because it was open late on a Sunday afternoon. Locals do not eat here. You probably shouldn't either. :-(

I live in Tampa and have to stop every time i go home to NC. my favorite thing are the wings! I have yet to have wings that are better than mountain mans...of course the BBQ is great but last time i went i tried a pizza and was pleasantly surprised the deep dish is amazing! You can not go wrong with any choice in this place, consistent and friendly

We don't go often, but whenever we're up that way, we stop by for pizza. We're originally from the Chicago suburbs, and so are the owners (someone told me...haven't verified that). Anyway, their thin crust is very good...and this is what we always get. I just went with a group of ladies this past weekend and the others were pleased with their food as well (burger, salad). Their prices are fair, the service is good...don't hesistate based on one bad review!

I've been here a couple times and it's always been good, although not amazing, food and really great service. Very decently priced. Really clean and open late.

They had a very dry environment and the food was not good at all. The dark meat smoked chicken was very dry and so was the pork sandwich. It came with a side of coleslaw served in a 2 ounce container. I was still very hungry when I left

Food was awesome! Wonderful home cooking. The BBC was excellent. It's vinegar based sauce, which I love. The burgers were hand made and delicious! Great homemade potato chips and cole slaw. Didn't try the pizza. Cold beer, great meal, friendly service!

Got mine to go...Would've be nice to get enough BBQ sauce to BBQ my pulled pork . Sadly I'm now 15 minutes away and don't feel like driving. If you go, get the pizza I guess. Now I'm eating it.. I over rated with 2 stars. At least it was open. Seems like nothing is open in this town except for an awesome Mexican place with a great staff. Pass on this next time, sadly. And the baked beans- little brown beans in warm water. This is ridiculous. This is horrible. Forget it- this is going in the trash. Cereal and milk for dinner tonight. Thanks a lot to the worlds worst BBQ. Nice enough staff though. Horrid BBQ.

Worst BBQ I have ever had. I got a combo plate - the ribs were dry and tough, the chicken was so-so, and the chopped pork? Awful. It tasted like boiled pork roast (no flavor whatsoever) that had been chopped up. Chicken wings tasted like the kind you get frozen in a bag at the grocery store. Fries were pretty good, and the fried cheese appetizer was delicious (apparently they make it there). I hear the pizza and Greek offerings are good. Wish we'd gotten those. Nice server.

I ordered the three meat plate. It had ribs, chicken leg quarter, and some chipped bbq.It was all flavorless. The bbq was horrible. They had 2 sauces, spicey or regular. Both were bad. It tasted like watery vinegar. It comes with 2 sides. The potato salad tasted like the kind you get from a grocery store already made and full of vinegar. The baked beans were just ok. I believe the roll may have been the best part of the meal and it was nothing special. It took over 45 minutes for us to get our food. We all ordered the same plate. It cost $15 each. I would never return. Not even for a free meal. Not even if they paid me to eat it.
