This Papa Johns is amazing. Always on time and if they make a mistake like forget a topping or if you order a extra garlic cup or something and they forget it, the next pizza is on them. Which very rarely happens. Amazing customer service and also they are open for delivery until 2am on weekends. Tonight I ordered a supreme pizza with jalapeños it came hot and fast. About a week ago we were having a movie night with my sister and wife. We were craving something sweet so we decided to order brownies, chocolate chip cookies, and cinna-knots. Then we realized we had no milk. I told the guy that was taking my order that we would provide a good tip to the delivery guy if they show up with a gallon of milk also. Long be bold 30 minutes later there's a knock on the door and he has everything we asked for!

Consistently decent pizza. My girlfriend and I often pick one up after a long day. There are usually coupons online for discounts. The staff are friendly and usually pretty quick to help out. We like to substitute whatever meat is on the pizza for chicken since it tastes fresher. The Papa John's Italian seasoning mix is also really good.

Open for delivery until 2am... but don't deliver five miles down the fucking road after dark because the drivers have been robbed. Then they don't even have the courtesy to call (they CLAIM they tried, but my phone never rang) and I call them an hour after the order to find this out. Good pizza. Hour and a half delivery more than twice, two times i order a coke and it's not delivered and I pay for it. Typically I order and pick up. It must suck to work there. The driver loses out on tips, no doubt, though I pay them. I blame the manager for not properly staffing or managing the time. Hmmm.... It's Papa Johns. You don't review McDonalds by comparing them to Farm Burger so don't compare this place to some custom joint that flies their yeast proof in from Italy. Ordered on Super bowl Sunday. The only choice I needed to make was who had the easiest online ordering experience. Papa Johns won. Food arrived hot, order was accurate, pizza was good. Showed up in time for the game and my Lifetime movie. I'm pleased.

Let's be realistic here when writing reviews. Papa johns is a franchise, they don't make their pizza in brick ovens, etc etc. They make pizza for people that are too lazy to prepare food for themselves, or stoners. I've been a customer of the store on Hugh howell for a little over a year. THe pizza has been pretty much good all the time. One time the pizza was terrible, it was cold, it just tasted terrible. I pretty much had to stick slices in the toaster oven for them to taste good...... I normally don't complain much, but the next day i sent a complaint email to papa johns corporate. Same , or next day (don't remember, really), get a reply phone call from store manager. He adamantly apologized for bad experience, and offered a free pizza. That was enough to garner my business., I appreciate the fact that you (the store manager ) took the time to address my complaint, and rectified it. I am a loyal papa john's costumer.

My mother would smack me if she knew how much pizza I ate. Papa John's is one of the better chains, in my opinion. I like taste of the sauce and the freshness of the toppings. What makes Papa John's unique is the signature garlic-butter sauce you receive with every pie. Butter on a cheesy pizza sounds bizarre....but it's so delicious! I recommend PJ's to those who are willing to ignore the caloric intake. Very tasty pizza but always leaves me feeling like I need to run ten miles.....

Awful customer service, and I don't expect much from a pizza delivery joint. I live 2.3 miles from this location yet every time I call to place an order they tell me that I am out of their delivery area. I could believe this if not for the fact that when I place my order online the pizza comes from their store, I guess they can't tell the computer no. I had another issue with them which I don't hold against them, it was a simple mistake, but the way the driver handled it has made me vow to never waste my time with them again. The driver was 45 minutes late due to a mix up with our address. Once this was resolved he had the nerve to tell me, after I had waited all this time, that I was too far away. 5 minutes later he calls me back again asking for my address AGAIN. He then denies that he told me I was too far away and he attempts to bring me this pizza which was, at this point cooked over an hour and a half ago. I decided to call a different pizza place that is located much further away from my house and received their pizza within 35 minutes. Sorry Papa Johns but your addictive garlic sauce isn't enough to keep me coming back with customer service like that.

I mean as far as delivery pizza goes this place is pretty good. The peperochini as well garlic dipping sauce is a plus. However its still mainstream delivery pizza. Id rather go to shorty's a lil further up the road anyday. Altho the papa can make a pretty good pizza.
