My sister and I came here last night and ordered sashimi and two rolls. Cannot remember the name but it's wrapped in cucumber. We did not realize it wasn't a normal roll (with rice and seaweed) and when we told our server about the confusion, he told us "that happens a lot".. Question is, if it happens a lot, why not point it out to the customers when they are ordering? Customer service needs some work, one server sat at the rolling station looking bored out of her mind and stared at me when I asked where the bathroom was. Then she pointed to it. Nice. Not sure I'll be back to this location.

Oh yes, the ol' throw the eggs at the guests at the hibachi grill routine. The show was the classic 15 minutes of entertainment while you watch your food go from raw to cooked and plated, and they do a really good job of it. The food was excellent, the entertainment was classic hibachi, and the service was top notch. I do have to give these folks a kudos for doing the right thing as well. My 6 year old daughter took some food shrapnel to the eye during the show, and they comped her meal. She was basically unharmed, but I really appreciate that kind of exceptional customer service. Let's do it again! I'm in!

Hands down the food vs the cost- 10!!! The prices are the best of any hibachi out there!! You can actually go to a delicious family dinner without spending a G every time u think hibachi!! They could use some work on service is give it about a 4. The problem is some of the staff is awesome but if u get a newbie.... They get overwhelmed! Still it doesn't take away from the quality & price of the food! U won't live there hungry!

We always eat here and always have great food. Today they only had 2 chefs so we were waiting for about 15 minutes. They also have a great show while cooking the food. Osaka is a lot better than the Kani House which is also more expensive. We will be back here as soon as possible!

The sushi here is pretty good and very reasonably priced, however the service here is AWFUL! My girlfriends California roll came out somewhat at a reasonable time, but 30 minutes later after hers was brought out, they finally inform me that they got around to starting my spicy salmon roll. In the mean time, they would not refill my drink, not once. The wait staff and even the manager passed by our table multiple times, saw my empty glass and blatantly ignored it not 1, not 2, but 9 times! And I am stuck here waiting on my bill, 50 minutes after our small meal has been eaten, I fear as though this is where I shall die, as it appears as though I shall be forever waiting on my bill. If it were actually busy and full of people this might be somewhat excusable, but it is next to empty so this is beyond reason.

Osaka is delicious! I have sat at the bar, tables, and hibachi style and always receive excellent service and food. The sushi is always good and the hibachi lunch size portions are perfect! I highly recommend Osaka!

Best fried rice! They have awesome lunch deals and dinner deals. The sushi is wonderful!! Staff is very friendly willing to help. Only every had one problem and the management took care of my issue immediately and to my satisfaction! Love this place.

This is one of our family's favorite places to eat while in N. GA. The food is great and the price is reasonable. The grill "show" is fairly standard, but we don't necessarily come for it anyway.

We ate here many years ago and decided to try it again. Service was not bad but the food was not great. Nothing seemed to have any seasoning and tasted bland, even the yum yum sauce. A person should not have to add soy sauce to fried rice covered in yum yum sauce to give it flavor. Will not be back again.

Go to Kani house instead. My brother and I went for hibachi, we were one of the fist people at our table so we were seated at the end, my brother asked to sit at the corner so he could see, the lady said no. We had to wait till the table filled before the cook came. The cook must have been new, he messed up his tricks and over cooked the fish and shrimp. Also he served the meal in pieces, a good cook knows his cook times and times the elements so that you get your food together. This guy would serve the shrimp, when you were done with that you had to wait for the veggies and the same story with the fish . He did not say a word the whole time. The food was mediocre and the ginger salad too watery. Some poor couple that arrived shortly after we were seated at the table behind the cook had to just sit there till he finished with us, went to the back to clean up and restock before he went to serve them. Was there no other hibachi cook at the place? Like I said go to kani house instead

The food is amazing the best shef is Sam provides great service only down side is the wait is horrible and they no one to take the names that have a clue poor management and slow to be seated kills the experience

I was really surprised to see poor reviews on here. I've been twice and had great experiences both times. I am a big fan of sushi, and I've eaten at Kani House and others, and this sushi was right on par with what I expected, the exception being the price. They do a deal on Sundays for 30% off, which was an excellent bargain in my opinion. I ordered four rolls ( I was famished! ) and they were all prepared wonderfully. I only omitted one star because I haven't tried the Habachi, but my roommate did and said it was standard.

My girlfriend and I come here all the time. The sushi chef Jason is always super nice and makes some of the most creative and delicious rolls that I've ever had. We always try and stop on Sundays when sushi rolls are half price. If you are a huge sushi fan, I recommend you ask Jason to make a special roll just for you. He has made us some pretty awesome rolls.

We came in last night for our anniversary and were seated at 6:15 at a hibachi table. We ordered got our soup (good), our salad (pathetic), and ordered sake and a martini. We then sat for 30 minutes (eating nothing) as they seated 8 other people at our grill (one poor couple was added between to grills so the chefs back was to them, they looked pissed), and another 20 before a chef came to our table. Literally it was 50 minutes of sitting before they even started to cook our food, nobody told us we had to wait for other people or apologized for the wait. I ordered a lunch portion and my husband ordered a dinner portion, his was double the price of mine. The rice was cooked we got the same portion, the shrimp was cooked, he got ONE more piece than I did, he then got his filet minion and I waited another 10 minutes for my chicken while he did the other peoples steaks. Finally his dinner portion of vegetables was finished and they were less than impressive. I'm sorry but with that many people at a table, the way the food came out made no sense, by the time all the meat was finished and the veg our rice was cold. My martini glass and water glass sat empty the ENTIRE time we ate the main course because our server was apparently spread too thin between us, the bar, and normal dining. I will probably NEVER come here again and just want to warn everyone GET THE LUNCH PORTION OR YOU WILL PAY DOUBLE JUST TO GET SOME VEGETABLE THAT COSTS 1.00 WITH THE LUNCH PORTION.

The food here is good for the most part, ever since Kani house opened I notice a downhill as far as service goes, its a shame and has become quite a nightmare to eat here. Had a hair in my salad, very rude server who even when it was written down on paper messed up my order or forgot to put it in, 30 mins for a beer, and the worst part is that the manager just hides when you want to talk. The hibachi food is still good, I just can't deal with the management! Too bad because I really enjoyed the prices...

Every time I've dined here whether it was for Hibachi or Sushi it has always been amazing. I prefer their sauces as opposed to the Kani house for the Hibachi & when my boyfriend & I stopped in for Sushi after a day long hike on the AT we ordered the sushi from the bar & had a splendid time. Plus the prices beat most other places for their Hibachi I give it an A+

We eat here at least once a week. Great food. Great sauce. Great service except one time when we were the last people eating at the table and waitress rushed us (4 stars instead of 5). I know it was busy with people waiting but we are regulars.

Came in at 9:30, an hour before they close, and pretty much got ignored. Yellowfin tuna sashimi was AMAZING but the Alaska roll and the sunshine California roll tasted horrible. Oh yeah.... And the sushi chef was eavesdropping on a conversation I was having with my boyfriend and interjected in the middle of the convo. Rude.
