But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. This place is the real deal! Order some tacos and walk through the the grocery store next to it and get some fresh donuts and look at the fresh meat! I tried la rosita down the road and won't go back. This place is hands down the best authentic and amazing food!

After reading some helpful reviews on here, I had lunch here today and was blown away. They have house-made soft corn tortillas that go with their tacos that are amazing. No frills here, you get the meat you choose on the tortilla. Dress it up to taste at their salsa bar (pico de gallo, guacamole, salsa, peppers, etc...). Great food, cheap prices. This will be my go-to Mexican restaurant in town.

This is a another of my favorite "Hole in the Wall" finds! This is a small restaurant attached to a Mexican grocery store. Authentic, FRESH, Mexican food. I have seen them bringing produce directly from the store to the kitchen. DO NOT go here if you are expecting to find "Speedy Gonzalez" on the menu! This is the real deal! There is nothing here in terms of decor, it is a cheap seats set up in a room adjacent to the store. I have yet to see anyone eat here that was not Mexican, except for me. This is probably not the restaurant to impress a date, but a terrific place to spend your lunch money.

My new favorite mom and pop Authentic Mexican restaurant. The tortas blew my mind and my taste buds! It's what you would expect if you went to Mexico and had someone's grandmother make it, mouth watering delicious. The tortas was made with fresh on-site made bun, lettuce, huge avocado slices, cheese, ham, laguna, tomato, pickles, fried egg, and a sliced hot dog for $6.50??? Really? Because that's amazing! I still can't believe it and I paid the bill. Brush up on your Spanish because you'll need it. There is very little to no English spoken. If you like authentic Mexican foods then give this spot a shot. I'm glad I did!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Everything I have tried so far has been outstanding. This is my 4th visit in 8 days if that tells you anything about how good the food is here. The sopes are great, as are the tortas. The tacos are as good as any taco joint in Roswell. Every visit we have been the only non-Hispanics in the place. Hidden gem in Cumming for sure!
