This is the second Greek gyro place to go in this location. The other lasted just a few months. I went to Gtro Bros last night for the first time. I'm use to have Gryo's from Chicago. There they weigh about 5lbs each and can feed a small family. Well this isn't Chicago. I ordered a gyro, 2 Greek salads and the lamb kabobs to go. When they gave me my to go back I noticed it was very light. When I got to my car and checked the contents it was missing my 5lb Gyro. I had to go back inside and explain to them that they didn't include it. Well 5 minutes later after having to go through the trash to find my order receipt they agreed they forgot. Kinda of funny, the place was slow and it wasn't like I didnt place the order just a few minutes earlier. On to the food. Got home opened the bag took out the salads first and of course they forgot the dressings. At $5.99 you would think it would have something more than a couple of Greek olives and something gross dressed up in a grape leaf. The Iceberg lettuce was fresh and it did have the essence of feta cheese on top. Next was the lamb kabob. When I think of kabobs I think of a big stick with a lot of stuff stuck on it. These were sticks or should I say twigs. About twice the size of a toothpick. I was so surprised how small they were that I decided to weigh them. 3 oz of lamb is what both kabobs weighed in at. I think the lambs could have survived his injuries based on the amount of meat. I never saw the kabobs go on the grill. They came out of a hot box along with all the other meat they serve. The kabobs were complemented with some pretty old looking fries. Lucky the portion was equal to the size of the kabobs. They looked a couple days old and I think they took the old fries and just re-fried them, anyway I didn eat them. The lamb was cold and didn't taste fresh. At $11.99 I found my self looking around to see if I was at Disney, over priced for what you get. Finally the gyro. Not the 5lb Chicago style that's sliced fresh from the spit. This is more like the 3oz cold sitting in a warming pan all day kinda of gyro. I could taste the flavor of the meat but not the sauce. The amount of meat they spare is so small that I would be tempted to call it vegetarian but again I can't since there was the essence of meat. I only ate a few bites of each meal. Why waste your time eating this kind of food. i have no ideal how anyone could give this place 5 stars. Maybe I was here on an off night. I don't plan on going back. $33 was lesson enough. I love Greek food since I grew up in Tarpon Springs Fl. I wish the owners of Gyro Bros loved Greek food as much. It's not hard food to cook. You just have to know how. Hungry in GA

Great service and good food. Was angry when hungry greek went out of business, I was so excited to hear Gyro Bros was opening to fill my tuesday gyro craving! Food was fast and fresh. Wait staff was polite and seating area was very clean. Will come again.

My husband and I love this little spot. He always gets the gyro combo and I alternate between the chicken gyro and a Greek salad with chicken. Gyros are huge. Fries are fresh cut and always good, not the frozen kind. The salad is also huge, I can never finish and always have enough for a to go box. The service is on point and often they prop the doors open. Very Euro feel to the whole experience. Friendly folks. Only thing I don't like is that they have Pepsi products and their tea always tastes funny but I think it's just the brand, not like it's old or anything. Definitely check this place out if you're in the area.

The restaurant is supposedly Greek/MidE -- it was neither! We ordered two wraps and a Greek salad. The grilled chicken gyro wrap was not what I expected; the chicken was basted in a curry-flavored sauce. The falafel wrap that just salty; the falafel balls were over-salted and the tzatziki sauce was spicy as it seemed to be made with white pepper. The wraps were topped with a ton of finely-chopped onion. The best part of the wraps was the pita. The salad was nothing to remember. I was hoping that it would be as good as the Hungry Greek but it wasn't. I should have recognized when I walked in at 5:45 pm on a Saturday night and there was no one in the restaurant. What a bummer about this place! If you're craving Greek or Mediterranean food then go to Baba's in Cumming or Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe in Alpharetta. You won't be disappointed!

The fries turned out to be the best part of the meal. Gyro's were very "bland" and had no flavor and the tzatziki sauce tasted almost like plain yogurt. It had absolutely no flavor other than a funny after taste. Very disappointed with overall quality and price which is a shame because it's so close to home and I LOVE gyros!

I really did not enjoy this restaurant. The service was very good and the restaurant is clean and nice but, the food is not good at all. I ordered a beef kebab plate with green salad. The kebab was inatible, drawned in marinade and way overcooked. The salad had no dressing at all and the hummus had a very strange texture. Unfortunately, I wouldn't advise coming here.

Great gyro. Good service. Like the menus and plate selection. They need to fix the AC. It's hot in here.

Very good food and was served quickly. Ordered the gyro combo which was a gyro, fries and drink for $7.94 + tax. New place that has a good clean dining area and outdoor area.

Sorry I want this place to be the close to home Yayy Greek experience but sadly this is not the case. I ordered the Combo Sample Platter and paid $16.04 for it as to go to share with my daughter at home later. Sadly I didn't realize it was barely enough for even one person to eat (basically an appetizer plate). The portions were not worth the money spent and there were very small coin sized falafels (hard as rocks) and tiny spanakopitas (good but small) and there were no dolmades that was supposed to come with the platter. The meats were very small and on toothpicks with barely any bite to it. I gave my daughter chicken and I took the steak kabob. I am sorry but it tasted awful but I don't know what seasoning was used but it literally tasted like dirt and old- I kid u not. We even had to heat our own pitas from our freezer as there were not enough to share. I did call to complain (nicely) but then I was told to come back to get the dolmades order later next day. Sorry, but no...you should have offered to discount my debit card or offer a coupon toward my next meal and I live over the river so no to coming back.We are very very disappointed with our food. My daughter and I will stick with OPA! or Athens Kouzzina or Zoe's Kitchen even. Save your money. Although the desserts look very good, that is the only thing I had not tried. *I ended up tossing mine in the sink....wishing for my money back as I am still hungry!!!!

By far the worst gyro sandwich I've ever had. Was not expecting much when I walked into the place - restaurant was empty at 5:30pm and no gyros on the rotating spits - not a good sign. The gyro meat itself was seasoned ok but was obviously reheated and dried out. The tzasiki was watery and sour without a hint of cucumber - ech. Shredded lettuce and tomatoes on a gyros without any onions?? Me thinks not... My search for edible greek food in northern Ga continues....

I've tried them twice so far. First time, I would agree with the other reviews not the best Greek in Georgia but It's skim pickings here for Greek food to begin with. Today we tried it for the second time. This time I was impressed. We we're greeted right away and super friendly. Our food came out hot and prompt. The flavor was far better than the previous visit. We will definitely be returning. I got the chicken gyro combo and my husband got the special Sriracha chicken gyro combo.

We had been fans of the Hungry Greek, glad to see another Greek restaurant replaced. Food not bad, but not as good as the last. Service was another story, I came in with my son and we both ordered the same thing. They brought mine right away and his would be right up. After a 10-12 minute wait my son went up front to check on his meal. He was told our tables order was complete, he disagreed and they did bring the second order. The girl did check the receipt that I had on the table.

Being Greek, I despise gyros with the preformed meat strips. Gyro Bro uses a real rotisserie, as it should be prepared, with fresh vegetables, great service with great personalities. It has to be one of the cleanest restaurants with an awesome outdoor seating area. I highly recommend this location. You need to be a fool not to eat hear. No more waiting for the Greek festivals, and even they serve the preformed meat strip.
