Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Love Moe's! They have all sorts of options for the whole family. They are always very nice and clean. The burritos are amazing. The quest is to die for! They have the new coke machine where you can make whatever you want to drink. They have a salsa bar with a variety of salsas and spicy range. Great to take kids!

This was our second visit to this location. I was not impressed. The music volume seemed to be louder than normal. We had a difficult time speaking to each other over the music. There wasn't a crowd but the salsa was empty. The tables were dirty. The part that was upsetting- the bathrooms were not clean.

I can't believe I just ate here for the first time! I had the jr. homewrecker with chicken and it was ah-mazing! My husband had a chicken quesadilla with all kinds of good stuff piled on. Delicious food and very fast service. Highly recommended! 100 A++++

This is another great Moe's location. Standard, cheerful greetings you expect when entering a Moe's and of course, the beloved Coca Cola machine of awesomeness. Because of its location and proximity to a large shopping area and the best movie theater in town, expect a line but you won't be there too long because they are very efficient. Their guac is delicious and their chips, especially if you get them freshly fried with a salsa of your choice is a wonderful way to accompany your Coca Cola creation and burrito/taco/etc deliciousness.

My husband took me here for lunch and I found it to be good and bad. Good- the choices and food quality. I had a burrito bowl and got to have exactly what I wanted on it instead of subtracting and replacing items. The chicken was of great quality and I love all the drink choices they have. The salsa bar was also really neat! Bad- All of the employees were sitting around, including the manager (well, I'm assuming he was the manager) who was playing on a laptop. Only one employee was doing anything and he was the one who had to do everything. I really didn't find that to be fair, and I think the manager needs to step it up. Good food, just needs a better manager.

This was my first time at this particular location, and I was not happy at all. I ordered the John Coctostan (quesadilla), which is what I order every time I go to any Moe's, but instead received the Joey (burrito). I told the cashier that this is not what I requested, and I let her know that I asked for the John Coctostan. She apparently needs to learn the menu because she told me that the Coctostan is a burrito and my order was correct. She's a short, Black girl with glasses if it helps you all. That way you're fair warned she doesn't know the menu! I politely took it back to the prep guy that I'd initially ordered from, and he remembered right away that wasn't my order and that I had, in fact, ordered the Coctostan. He remedied it but left off my black beans. I didn't worry about that, though. I just appreciated that he immediately recognized that I was correct and fixed the problem. The food was up to par with what I have come to expect from Moe's, so I was happy about that. I will go back again but steer clear of the 4 ft tall chick who doesn't know the menu!

They have an advanced drink machine with all of the flavors of Soda you can mix! lol Great for the car meet hangout days when you can sit outside talk about cars and eat some delicious food. Lines can stretch out since it's so popular here. Check it out Columbus!

My first time here was not impressive in fact I was not going back. I gave the one in LaGrange a try and while ringing up my order the manager and I were talking and he mentioned the Columbus one had changed management after it was opened. So I went back and was a lot more satisfied than my first visit.

If you go on Mondays, the burrito is $5! You can also make it into a bowl. They have grass fed beef, chicken, pork, and tofu. Then you add rice and beans and tons of toppings. The guacamole is included, which is great because other burrito bar places charge extra. Also, every entre comes with free chips and salsa.

The service was fast, the staff friendly and food was great. This place is very similar to Qdoba. Same concept and food style, except for the free chops and salsa. Yum

This was my first time ever having Moes (I'm a Qdoba lover but there's no Qdoba in the area) & I loved it! The burritos are super tasty & the staff was really helpful! This will definitely be my new hot spot for my burrito addiction! :)

I love this place! We were greeted by the entire staff upon walking in, the menu is displayed big & clear (with great selection of Tex-Mex), and they have the new 100+ drink soda fountain! My order was screwed-up (beef instead of steak) but they compensated me handsomely! The food was great, beer was tasty, the salsa selection was outstanding, and employees stayed busy instead of standing idle. Moe's is another new favorite of mine!

Moe's Southwest Grill = Top notch burritos I have eaten at these places all over and they remain one of my favorites, consistent quality and very tasty food. If you have never eaten at Moe's the menu can be confusing as the names of their selections are not based on the food any of the characteristic of the food ( Joey bag Of Donuts, Homewrecker, etc) The meat in the burritos ( If you choose to have meat) has always been good , never had a tough , grissly peice make its way in, the rice, beans and all the trimmings are always fresh also. They have a salsa bar where you can get some for your burrito or chips with many different kinds that are very tasty. They also have a small selection of bottled beer. The only negative to the Columbus place is the cleanliness of the dining area.

Here's why I love Moe's: Fast, healthy, and generally fresher-quality ingredients than other fast-food joints. Also, as someone who eats mostly vegetarian, I love their selection of grilled veggies and tofu. They even have whole-wheat tortillas. I also love salsa, and the options at their unlimited salsa bar are nice. That said, here's why you shouldn't be as excited about this specific Moe's: the quality of service isn't really that great. The friendliness of the employees is a little hit-and-miss. For example, yesterday I entered the restaurant, greeted by two very lackluster mumbles of "Welcome to Moe's" from the far end of the restaurant where the employees were sitting in the dining room. Get a life, I know, but that tiny little detail is really pretty indicative of the quality of service you'll get. I stood at the head of the line for about a minute before I was joined by an employee from across the room. After my burrito was constructed and passed to the register, I waited another minute for an additional employee (who was still having a conversation with a coworker in the dining room) to join me at the register. It wasn't a huge deal, but it was a little off-putting. Then there's the quality of the construction of their food. Let's face it-- those beans have been soaking in liquid for some time. The least they could do is suspend the serving spoon in midair for a whopping three seconds so the liquid could drain through the spoon's holes (designed specifically for that purpose) before plopping the spoon's contents onto your tortilla. Never at this location has that ever worked out in my favor. The result: really soggy burritos, always. Next is the fact that they overload the Joey Jr I always order to the point that they can't really wrap the burrito very well. Call me old-fashioned (or logical); but, after you've put beans, rice, and tofu on my burrito and I ask you for grilled mushrooms, onions, and peppers, do you really think its all going to fit if you heap full-sizes spoonfuls on the tortilla? The answer is yes. Yes, you do, and it never works. I merely want a little of each. Then there's the tofu issue: yours is always old because it's been there forever and you have like two pieces left. Always. You see where I'm going with this. So, what's supposed to be a wonderful meal with food I enjoy usually ends up an old, soggy, over-stuffed mess. I love you, Moe's Burritos, and I really want to like this location, but you make it so hard.

Mmmm Moes

It's not chipotle, but its a good substitute if i dont wanna take that 30 something minute drive to Auburn

I loved Moe's so much before I moved to Boston and into Qdoba and Chipotle land... I miss it. Great burritos that are HUGE at good prices. Of course, when a southerner like myself first sees $9 for a burrito, no matter how big, our first instinct is to say no way... but, it's a reasonable price for fresh ingredients, house made guacamole and salsa, and the world's greatest texican burrito-the Homewrecker. Do yourself a favor... just go.

Decent food and service...would prefer chipotle over moes any day!!!
