Your standard Chinese buffet with pretty much the same thing you can find at any of them. The food was okay. We went on Valentine's Day, so the price per person was raised to about $13.99 to $14.99 per person because they had crab legs and some other things I guess they didn't normally offer. You couldn't help yourself to the crab legs though as there was a server there guarding them and doling them out. Found that annoying for the extra price. Not sure what else extra was being served because even that is standard where I am from and noone is guarding it. The thing I was happy with is that they had the thin rice noodles, but they could have had more cabbage and other veggies in them. Tasted kind of plain which was disappointing. Over all, unless you are into sushi, which there was a nice selection, this is just a standard buffet that I have seen plenty of. Sadly, they didn't even have the Sushi that I like. Had the crab legs, egg roll, rice noodles, stuffed mushrooms, blue crab, crawfish, and some shrimp. Crab legs were good and not soaking in water, but the rest was just average or below average. Staff seemed non interested. And quite honestly, I don't see the point of booths at a buffet. Didn't get to try nearly as much as I would have liked because of that. If I came on a different day, when the prices weren't jacked up over something I consider standard, and I sat at a table to be able to get out easier to try more, maybe my review would be more favorable. Had to ask for fortune cookies after paying the bill. REALLY ???

I go here about 3 times a month - for the price the food is very good . If you want premium sushi go to a restaurant where that is a speciality . As a buffet the food is always good ,the food is fresh and it's clean . The service is okay sometimes you have to ask for a refill- that's the only negative . Overall my family and I enjoy going here and a family of 4 can eat at a great price . The best china buffet in Columbus and I have ate at them all from auburn al to columbus ga .

We have tried the other Chinese food establishments in in Columbus, Ga. Don't make our mistakes... This is the best for the area so far. The food is fresh, especially since turnover is high. We have sampled quite a bit here. The meats and seafood are tasty and well prepared. The fruit and salad bars had sweet and fresh selections. The service is attentive and courteous. I would heartily recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This is definitely a BANG for your BUCK type of place. Come hungry and leave happy. Just don't count too much on the quality in taste.

We had a group dinner for our church's young people here last night. First of all, the restaurant was clean and not too loud. The food seemed fresh and warm, and the service was good. We got our drinks promptly and our refills too. The selection was good and all delicious. They also had a wide variety of sushi rolls, but they lacked choice in their regular sushi. Desert choices was good, and ice cream quality was top notch. What was really good about this place tho was the price. Dinner price was 8.99 and lunch price 6.99. I'm not from the area so I was extremely surprised, because usually where I come from it's far more expensive than that, with lower quality. I'm very impressed with this buffet and would recommend it to anyone in the area for both quality and quantity.

I will choose quality over quantity any day. Yes this place had sushi, yes they have Chinese food BUT it feels like they don't care about the taste if their food. The sushi tastes really old. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Good fresh food by that I mean they don't leave the food get gross under the heat lamps like they do in golden coral.

It's an excellent buffet. They have a great variety of foods. I like their egg drop soup, the yellow rice, the cheesy crab and the salmon. You can also enjoy a big selection of sushi. Come hungry if you want to try a bit of everything. For dessert they have cheese cake, cookies, fruits, gelatin... They also cook steak on the grill the way you want in front of you.

We found ants in the water that was brought to our table after we had finished our meal. When we told the management they acted like it wasn't a big deal and gave us attitude. I will not be going back here ever again!

Food was not as fresh as I would expect going around lunchtime and took a while before check came

Food: 3 Value: 5 It takes servers a long time to fill up water, but I don't normally go to a buffet for service. Most of the food is above average, slim select of sushi rolls. Didn't try the hibachi because it was busy. All of the hot entrees that I tried were good, not dry, and flavorful. The frog legs were great! The ice cream bar has butter pecan (!). Overall, $10 for a buffet in Columbus is pretty good, especially for the selection. They were refilling the different entrees at a very fast rate as well. Definitely wouldn't come here for a special occasion, but is a better-than-average "chinese" buffet.

Recently went here for the first time. Absolutely delicious and far too much stuff to even sample at one meal. Someone else paid, so what's not to like!?

Been there four times now and really enjoy it. One of the best Chinese I've been to. Great variety/selection. Food is hot and fresh. Service was quick. Has stir fry grill, sushi bar, salad/fruit bar, soup bar, dessert bar, and other good stuff. Lots of condiments too; first time in a long time I could get cocktail sauce and hot mustard, which I like to mix together for fried shrimps. Just seems to have it all!

The food is fresh and hot, the service was descent, had to ask for refills. definitely recommend this place over all the rest.

THIS IS THE ONE THE ARMY GUYS LIKE. Just picked my brother up from Ranger School and we didn't know which Hibachi Grill was the one the army guys like. Turns out it's this one. Very big selection of food. Very inexpensive prices for beer/wine. Very inexpensive overall. Under $10/person for the buffet!

The male servers are very disrespecful, i come here once a month with my family to eat their sushi and seafood buffet. Today is memorial day and I brought my family for lunch, I was accused of not tipping the male server while i was in the middle of eating with my family. I totally lost it when he did that. Every time I come here I always get the kind ladies as my servers and I always tip even if i don't have too. The management didn't care much so i paid FULL price, didn't even finish my food, i was so furious I had to leave before i hurt the guy!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
