Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

The service was excellent! We had two waitresses, one being a trainee. She was so kind! She noticed we were cold so she raised the temperature. I felt like a princess eating. It wasn't just our waitress but also all the other staff. I have never been to such a courteous restaurant before and I would definitely recommend coming here! Also, I always order fettuccine Alfredo and, as usual, it was delicious. My date ordered chicken scampi and he didn't like it as much but he said the service was so great that it covered the taste. So order right and have a great time!

The best Olive Garden I have gone to so far... I am not an OG regular, but my Mom eats in OG at least twice to three times a week. She normally goes to the one in D'ville, but since we were in Ctown, we checked this branch out. SERVICE: Our server was a bit slow. We had to ask for her on three different occassions. However, in the end, all was wel when we had to return our plate of food due to overcooked pasta and a very soupy consistency in the sauce. We felt bad having to complain, but the manager was quick to respond, and she definitely made the whole things comfortable for us. Also, in the end, they removed said entree without us even making a fuss whatsoever. It was a very pleasant surprise, and with that, I am impressed. I never expect for my meal to be taken off regardless if I had to send it back, especially if they got it right by the second time. FOOD: The bread was TOO salty. My oh my. Do slow down on the salt on those things. I had to brush it off several times. The salad was great as always, I had the unlimited soup and salad, and I had the kale and potato soup and the gnocchi soup. I did appreciate my server giving me a bowl of soup without the gnocchi when she saw me pick it off the first time around. haha. I just like the soup itself without the gnocchi. We also had the calamari appetizer and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it. De-lish. Also, $8 for a quartino on their wine is not bad either. All in all, I would really reconsider giving them a full five stars- if only we didn't have to ask for our server several times and if the bread was actually edible. But just to make it clear, our server WAS VERY NICE, it is just we had to wait on her several times. I will be coming back, and possibly one of the nicest restaurants in good 'ol C'town.

Great food, but the service was very slow in general. I was waiting longer than I thought I should for refills and for the food to come out. Still a great place to eat, and I think the serving time will improve over time. This particular branch is very new to Carrollton.

Went today for a late lunch / early dinner. The food was fantastic and our server Andy was very knowledgeable about the menu and treated us very well. He made suggestions and seemed eager to serve and please his customers.

Our waitress was Great! Her name is Carmen. She didn't get mad about me picking on her in fact she was a good sport about it. As far as the review for the restaurant its self... Food was good just wished they had not gotten it to us so fast. Its just that it all got there at once other than that great place and people!
