Cracker Barrel is nothing if not consistent. Food is constantly good, especially breakfast and the portions are generous. Two of us ordered country style breakfasts this morning. My friend had eggs with two pork chops, I ordered my eggs with country fried chicken. Both were great, service was friendly, the coffee was plentiful. Just the way it should be.

Been eating here a number of times since its on the way home from church, and I never left a review... Nothing special about it in comparisons to other Cracker Barrels, but not deserving of the other bad reviews here from people who were just visiting. So come on in and have a seat in the a rocking chair while playing one of the peg games. It's all about the country fried steak!

First off, why is this listed as an "African" restaurant? Second, this was my first time in a Cracker Barrel in YEARS, it's been so long I unfortunately forgot everything comes with grits and gravy (that's not the reason for the low ranking, to each their own). I was in Atlanta visiting friends for the weekend and there wasn't a lot that could have spoiled my great mood, besides bland food. Since I'm not a grits and gravy fan, I chose to order lunch. I've been craving chicken and dumplings for quite sometime so when better than now? I'll tell you when...anytime you're not at Cracker Barrel. I ordered my lunch with carrots, green beans and apples. The carrots were the only good thing on my plate, the rest was crap. The green beans were straight from a can and had that awful "can taste" and the apples were tough. The shining star should have been the chicken and dumplings, but it wasn't. There was no flavor what-so-ever. I had to use all the salt and pepper I could find just to give it some sort of taste, plus dumplings had a slimy texture to them. I tasted someone's pancakes and wow, were they horrible. I think frozen pancakes from your grocer's freezer would taste better than these. What a waste of time and money.

Met the husbands family for dinner. Service was outstanding! Had the Sunday fried chicken. Never lets me down. Chayce was our server and he is definitely the best server we have ever had at Cracker Barrel! Nice job!

This is Cracker Barrel everyone should know by now it's great country food. Got to catfish platters to go with turnip greens and fried okra and green means and they were great. Remember people when you order something for takeout tip the server. Someone still has to put your order together and bring it to you so it's just like sitting down and getting service. Just my two cents worth. The guy who took my order brought it to me and handed it to me so I know he had to put it together. Great location good service good food.

We have been to a few Cracker Barrels and this one is by far the worst, the server was good, my wife and I ordered our food about 15 - 20 min before another group of five and their food came out around the same time as ours, our food was cold while we could see the steam coming from their's. This raggedy looking server came out with our food and my wife's grits were spilled off to the side, it looked like they just rushed the food on the plate. You could not pay me to eat at this Cracker Barrel again.

We came here told the place was dead, yet a 15 minute wait... strange. The chicken and dumplings weren't very flavorful, yet the homestyle fried chicken was delicious. Our waitress was quite kind, and I could think she knew how to get the job done. Food came somewhat quick, but for one thing I am not a big fan of having four plates in my space. You put everything on one plate and if it doesn't fit some on another. All in all, the experience was O.K.

Just ate at Cracker Barrel with the fam. for our usual Sunday evening get-together. Chayse was our server, possibly the best server I have ever had at a CB. I could not enjoy the Sunday fried chicken because I am fasting. But their veggie plate accommodates perfectly!!!!!!!!!!

I came here for breakfast on a Friday morning. I have been to several cracker barrels, and this one seemed fine. Service was quick and friendly, and both my friend and I thought the food was good.

First off, I love Cracker Barrel. I gave this location 3 chances. Each time a manager had to take something off my ticket because the food was bad or cooked wrong. And it's like pulling teeth to get decent service. Everyone there moves so slow!! I'm used to other locations getting my food out in 10 minutes and a server checking on me often. But apparently servers are not being trained properly here, because that does not happen. Do yourself a favor a go down a few exits to the Suwanee location. It's 10x better.

Every time I drive by this particular CB, it's always packed! I must say that Flowery Branch is THE place for this store to open up -- it caters to the demographic perfectly. The food is always hearty and filling, the service is top notch, but the wait is often pretty long. I never really notice the wait much, though, because I entertain myself with the peg game they have on all the tables. Ask for apple butter for your fluffy biscuits!

So, CB has always had, in my book, a poor reputation for service. However, in the past year or so, I've been having some really good experiences there. They were well on their way to redeeming themselves. Until last night. Was served chicken instead of country fried steak. server asked if I wanted cheese on my eggs, I said no, but got cheese anyway. Ordered my hashbrowns extra crispy, they were undercooked even by normal standards, when I sent them back to get a little more done, they came back barely any browner than they were before. Not to mention the fact that the steak was nasty and overcooked. Avoid this CB at all costs.

I used to be a huge, huge fan of Cracker Barrel and so, I took my sister to this one on Friendship. This was a HUGE mistake. We got there at around 10:00 AM and was seated immediately because it was past the typical breakfast rush. One would think that since there is hardly anyone in the restaurant, our order would not take long. Well, I was wrong, AGAIN, after 15 minutes, I almost walked out and should have because the breakfast was HORRIBLE. UNLESS you enjoy "Grit Soup" meaninng watery grits, which I don't. Do yourself a favor and find any other Cracker Barrel, but this one. I had no choice, but to give it one star. They deserve zero stars for the wait, the horrible food, and service.

We have had several problems with this location. Service is always a little sketchy, and often times slow. Our last visit, food took 40 minutes to get to us and it was not busy at all. Half of our food was cold and the other 2 orders were ok. Coffee was watered down. Items missing from our order. It was very disappointing, considering some of the wonderful experiences we have had at other locations.
