This Cracker Barrel is on par with the rest. It's a madhouse of people trying to get seated, wait staff rushing with food, and kids going in every direction. Food is ok. In general, this location and restaurant are ok. Again, nothing out of the ordanary.

Difficult time finding a manager. We've had several negative experiences @ this location. Time before last, we left after being seated as we were never greeted by a server about 10 min. Last visit we got our order piecemeal (one item @ a time). Were told when entree was served they were out of sweet potatoes. Server said he'd send manager, so we sat there with our entree 10 min. Before manager showed up.

Good Service. Scott is the best Waiter working there. And the only consistent and really good restaurant in Braselton, Hoschton area. The more expensive restaurants in the area are a 1 star compared to this Corporate eatery.

Been here many times and have not had a bad meal yet. The coffee is good and the breakfast choices are reasonable. The one complaint I do have is that their service can be hit-or-miss, depending on the day and/or your server. What I can strongly recommend for breakfast is The Country Boy Breakfast- it is a can't miss in my book. The only 'small' complaint I have is that the portions of Hashbrown Casserole and Fried Apples are a little on the small side.

I LOVE Southern Food. Therefore I love Cracker Barrel. The first time I ever spotted it on the side of the freeway, I asked my friend Dalton, "Hey man, what's Cracker Barrel? Is that place good?" He replied "I dunno man, it sounds like it's for crackers." (LOL cause he's black) Sorry to go off topic - I just think it's a funny story! haha Two years later, I'm back in Atlanta and I decide to try out Cracker Barrel with Andy Sapp ( andysapp.com ), the Slide America crew ( slideamerica.com ), and my friends from S3 Magazine ( s3magazine.com ). What the!!! Come to find out, Cracker Barrel is AWESOME! I wish I tried it 2 years prior!!! They are always selling some weird stuff at the Cracker Barrel general store... rocking chairs, candies, cookies, sodas, plates, and stuff like that. However, inside the restaurant is some of the best Southern cooking I've had (especially from a chain restaurant!). Some of my favs are: Fried Catfish Chicken Fried Chicken Turnip Greens (super flavorful with chunks of ham!!!) Macaroni n Cheese Fresh Lemonade Sweet Tea (especially when it's mixed with lemonade!) Fried Okra - sometimes it's kinda dry tho. =( Seriously, I love their Turnip Greens. I've never had better greens anywhere. Anywhere!!! It's like the Southern version of Hawaiian Lau Lau (soft, succulent pork wrapped in taro leaves)... Cracker Barrel's turnip greens are soaking in this effing DELICIOUS broth made from ham.... damnnnnn... soooo good. I wish I could have some right now, but I'm already back home in Los Angeles! Dammit!!! I went here 2 days in a row for lunch while we were in town for Formula Drift at Road Atlanta. And you can be for damn sure I'mma be back at Cracker Barrel next year when the Formula D Championship tour rolls back into town! Hell yeah, Cracker Barrel is the spot!!!

Nothing special about this particular Cracker Barrel, but I went from eating at Cracker Barrel once a year to once a month in recent months. Is quickly becoming one of my favorite restaurants. Great food.

The eggs are absolutely disgusting and fake. The service is slow and not always the brightest candle on the cake. Hostess is sweet and the store is neat. The French toast is good. Some of the food is tasty if you like country style southern food. Prices are a bit high.

Whomever does the planning and food management is a joke! Made a special trip out twice at 730pm on a weekday for meatloaf (as in a busy working mom and have no time to prep myself and my son loves it! Too bad both times they took my phone order and then informed me at pickup they had sold out! The second time this week a waitress even shared they have run out week nights for the last three weeks. What in the world?!?! You try telling a four year old that when he is already a picky eater. How about they didn't even offer to comp my order or anything just offered me less than ideal alternatives!?!?!? Terrible false advertising and management- it's simple- you see trend for a couple days YOU DO WHAT YOU CAN TO FIX IT FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!

To be honest, this location is inconsistent at best. The food is fine but the service is either really good or terrible with no in-between.

The food is always fantastic but be sure to check your to-go orders. I just ordered extra biscuits and did not get any and one of my plates was missing my favorite side, also had to remind them about the drinks.

If your from the South then you will instantly recognize Cracker Barrel as good ole home cooking. It is really hard to say what is the best, because it is all so good. Another great thing is you can get breakfast anytime! Try the Country Boy breakfast, but come hungry. The store portion is neat to browse around. You can find stuff there that you can't find anywhere else. Also check out the mark down area for some real bargains.
