My husband and I stopped at Cook's Country Kitchen for lunch. Food and service was fantastic. My husband had the Swiss Onion Burger which was cooked to perfection, and I had the best country fried steak sandwich.

My first true southern breakfast. And I sure wasn't disappointed! This place is awesome. The service is awesome and the food is perfect. I got the special for breakfast. Ham Gravey eggs grits bacon and a biscuit. I ate every bite and it was delicious! If you come to Blairsville this is the place to visit for a meal.

Went here with the grandparents over the Christmas holiday. Had an absolutely perfectly cooked bacon cheeseburger, crispy bacon but not burnt, juicy burger, fresh toppings, good stuff. The service was great and super friendly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the salad bar was starting to get a little sad, but it was 30 minutes before closing. Also, the hot buffet wasn't really a buffet but a meat-and-three...which if you come here all the time is not an issue cuz you already know how it works. If you are a first timer like us, can be confusing without a tiny bit of explanation. The wifey wanted a little bit of green beans for her veg plate, but had already selected 3 veg, and if she would have known, she would have selected different vegetables. But a small complaint. Keep up the good work!

Looking for good biscuits and gravy? Stop here. Good ol' fashioned cooking. Cheap, delicious, and easy to find.

Tired and hungry travelers had few dinner choices. Cook's had a sliced ham dinner with two side for less than $9. It was very good. We also had a grilled pork chop dinner with two sides. Also very good and price about $12 Service fast and efficient Would recommend to all travelers.

Stopped by after Brasstown Bald for dinner with the kids. Prices were great and food was delicious. We had country fried steak, taco salad and 2 kids meals with 2 pieces of pie came to $31. Lemon ice box pie was great.

We spent a 3 day weekend in Hiawassee and ate here 3 times! We found this place on the way there, and drove the 15 miles back twice! My husband says they have the best hamburgers ever. I love the country cookin. On our last visit they had so much I wanted I had a hard time just picking a meat and 3 ( which comes with bread, and dessert for about $6!) I would recommend this place for breakfast or lunch primarily, as on our dinner visit they were out of most of the special meats and veggies since they are so busy during the day. If I had one complaint it would be the fried chicken breast I got was small, delicious, but small. I have found myself craving this place since we've been home and feel that a road trip back to the mountains (Cook's) may be in our near future.

Whole family went here for breakfast its kind of like a family tradition.. They seated our big party right away.. The server was very sweet she handled our big loud family with a smile on the whole time.. The food is great I would have given it a 5 star but I had a hair in my food and my bacon wasn't crispy at all like I ordered... But all and all its one of the best breakfast spots in the North Ga Mountains...

Solid home cooking, food cooked to order. A little dismayed when I ordered chicken fried steak and got a chicken fried hamburger?! Pies for dessert were excellent. Dinner for four with coffee & dessert about $60.00

Stopped for lunch while hiking in the Georgia mountains. Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with bacon and tomato. Tomato tasted just picked and the bacon was crisp ... truly a delicious CHEAP lunch - $2.49 for the grilled cheese plus an additional dollar for the bacon and tomato! Hubby had a burger and homemade Vidalia onion rings. My only disappointment was no milk shakes -this seemed like a milkshake-type place! Total bill for 2 was $12 and that also included a cup of good vegetable beef soup.
