I arrived on Friday around lunch time. The kids had a free waffle for reading so many books during the Summer. We had good, fast service. The order was correct and hot. I didn't like the duck tape on all the booth seats. That seems to be a shorts leg pinch waiting to happen.

i like me some pancake san d they sure got them here! cover them pancakes with one of the syrups on the table in there blue jugs and youll have a real happy day! ive never really tried anything else on the menu so i cant comment, but why would you go to the House of Pancakes for anything but pancaks and maple syrup?

Not one of my favorite locations. This place and the one on Thornton Road suck. The food really is just average. You can get better service a McDonald's. I don't understand why this place is always so crowded. I ordered the Chicken Fajita Omelete with no sour cream. It came with a pile of sour cream on top and cheese that was not meltled. I asked the waitress to take the entire meal back and she didn't want to take the pancakes back. Well what am I going to do with cold azz pancakes? Once my meal arrived again it took another 10 minutes for me to get my warm syrup. So now I have cold pancakes again. Hmmm! My BF's meal came with Bacon but he asked for Sausage Patties. He was almost done with his meal by the time the Sausage that he ordered arrived.

My best friend was served cold food. The cook staff had no idea what was wrong. The manager insisted that the sandwiches are made to order. My omelet came Luke warm with the cheese not melted. My friend got her chopped salad with a side order of bugs. I will never go back.

I only give this IHOP a one start because there is nothing lower. Walked in and immediately was told there was a 30 minute wait. There was numerous open tables and while leaving there was a couple who even said the service wasn't the greatest. Last time I come here.

I had the Turkey Dinner today.I believe it's available until the end of the year. The dinner was good... However, I don't recommend the green string beans that come with it. I believe you can substitute the string beans. Also, if you participate in the Ihop rewards. Check your reward points prior, it can save you a last minute headeache when time to use your points with your payment.

I haven't been to IHOP in a very long time. The staff is friendly, they greeted us Immediately and we were seated shortly after. The atmosphere was clean and the food came out pretty fast. The food was just normal. I like blueberry pancakes so I ordered that and my boyfriend ordered an omelet. I asked for a little cheese in my eggs and they gave me a little eggs with lots of cheese I couldn't eat them. This place is ok if you just want an average breakfast.

Food Is ok, Service is horrible. Staff acts like you are putting them out by walking in door. I agree with most of the other comments you can get friendlier service at McDonald's. When order is incorrect they look at you like you screwed it up and gets annoyed they have to take it back. We have tried this place several times. with same result.

I should have checked the reviews before going to this IHOP. If I had, I wouldn't be here writing this review. Please, avoid this place like the plague. I went it on a Monday evening, maybe around 7PM. Started out good, service was standard, and the waiter was friendly. I ordered Crepes that came with eggs and bacon. I asked if I could get the eggs soft boiled (thats with a liquid yolk) and to my surprise, the waiter said yes. I already knew I should expect hard boiled (hard yolk) but I would have been fine with that. What I got instead were dark crepes that were burnt on the edges, and tasteless eggs with the texture of rubber, as if they were microwaved and way overcooked. I could deal with the crepes, but the eggs were absolutely disgusting. I wanted to puke after eating the first egg, and completely lost my appetite. I'm not condemning the entire IHOP chain, but please, avoid the East West Connector IHOP at all costs. Instead you could go to the Waffle House at the corner of Highlands Ridge and EW Connector, which is one of the best ones I've been to in Cobb.

I've only been to this location a handful of times. I would consider this one of my "lower-end" IHOP experiences. I mean, nothing horrible happened, yet the restaurant's employees and food was just not the best I've had. On my last visit, my sister & a couple of our friends dropped in right before 2 A.M. Before we entered, 2 women who were leaving stopped us in the parking lot and said, "Are y'all eating in? Be careful, cause the waitresses are in there arguing. They may be fighting by now." We all shook our heads and went in. Nothing. No fighting, no arguing. I don't even know who was arguing at first. I ordered pancakes, of course, and an omelette. The omelette was huge and stuffed with cheese, onions, green peppers, and all that good stuff. The pancakes were good, but I don't remember them being as tiny as they were. I stuck with my sweet tea. You know that. ;) Our waitress could be less interested in providing decent service. No personality, no smile, just a "what else?" facial expression. IHOP normally does not go wrong, but this was not my normal IHOP experience. Wah!

unfortunately for the surrounding area, this IHOP is not closed. I had an "experience" here that left a sour taste in my mouth (figuratively speaking). first of all, the service was slower than molasses in january (coming from a fellow server), but we only got half our food then had to wait forever for the rest. we decided to forgo placing a to go order for fear we'd be in there until the sun came up. This, in an empty restaurant. This is definitely one of those restaurants that should NOT be open 24 hours. I'm sure IHOP is great during the day, and I actually remember having some awesome breakfasts here, but in terms of late night dining, leave it to the pros (pros being WaHo, of course.)

The only good thing about this place is the pancakes.. but I can make just as good pancakes at home for a fraction of price. DON'T order scrambled eggs! Not real eggs...POWDERED! This particular IHOP is VERY DIRTY!!!!!! If you are up to date on your shots... then take your chances here.

If I could give this IHOP 0 stars, I would. Our experience was awful from the time we walked in until the time we walked out. The servers are not attentive, we were served on dirty dishes, our order was incomplete, the food we did get was cold, and we were even overcharged for items on our bill. I spoke with a manager, who was busy hearing complaints from two other customers, and while we were speaking with her another table walked out, exclaiming that they were leaving because they had been sitting for 20 minutes and no one had even come by to ask them for their beverage order yet. The store wasn't even that busy, so there's really no excuse. This IHOP should really be closed -- I'd rather not eat at all than eat there again.

I ordered the whole grain blueberry crepes. The blueberries were served on the side per my request, they were frozen. My crepe was cold. I also had eggs over easy and bacon. There was a hair on my eggs and the bacon was so fatty it became chewy. My husband ordered some hash browns with his meal. They arrived about 20 seconds before we asked for the check. It's 9pm on a Saturday night. The place has less than 10 patrons. Our server did a good job, very friendly, attentive. That's the only reason she got a tip and this business got a 2 rating. Thank you Ashlee 13 for trying to provide us with a pleasurable experience. Too bad the food was sub-par. My only other complaint is the menu, it seems like every picture had banana's on it. Made it confusing when trying to order my 3 crepe special, and I ended up with a combo I really didn't want.

This place is horrible. The service there absolutely sucks. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is for the food. The waiter showed up at the table after 10 minutes, took our order and did not even turn mine in! And there were only 2 of us. So I had to sit there and watch my daughter eat while I waited on mine. Then, by the time I got mine, my drink was sitting there empty and not once did he offer to refill it. Will never ever go back there again. The IHOP on Thornton Road is much much better.

It seems as though the only time I visit IHOP is during some kind of pancake promotion. Well today was no different. We took advantage of the 57 cent short stack of pancakes for IHOP's 57th birthday celebration, I think. We arrived before the crowds did, so we were immediately seated. The food was good, although the bacon I ordered was a little salty. Our server was nice and attentive. I will visit again. Perhaps next time it won't be during a pancake promotion:)

Never again will I come to this place! My brother and I came here to get some breakfast on a Saturday the place was busy so we waited about 10 minutes until we got seated. Once we got in and seated we ordered our food and drinks. I got the French toast with hash browns eggs and bacon. When I got the food, the French Toast was literally like stale bread. I thought it was just me but when my brother tried it and spit it out I knew something was wrong. I tried looking for the waitress but I never got a chance as she never showed back up until the end to drop the check on the table so we didn't even receive refills on our drinks. As for management, they came to every table but ours and when we tried to get their attention they just looked at us and walked away. I would've been better off just going to Waffle House luckily I had a gift card and didn't have to spend real cash on this place.

Have always had a 5 star experience here. Have been going since they opened up, don't know why some others are having a hard time.

Staff is usually friendly. However they tend to be on the slower pace of things. Otherwise the food is good. It is what you expect from IHOP. Establishment is always clean.

Omg! I usually hate this ihop, but after not coming for some time, there is a noticeable difference today. It's cleaner, the lady at the register has changed and is so pleasant. I hope this just wasn't an off day .

The big steak omelet is to die for! Served with 3 buttermilk pancakes and warm syrup, it makes the wait (on the weekends) absolutely worth it.

Wah!

No one brought us our food we have been here for a hour still no food they told us they forgot our Order so we just payed for the coffee left

I arrived on Friday around lunch time. The kids had a free waffle for reading so many books during the Summer. We had good, fast service. The order was correct and hot. I didn't like the duck tape on all the booth seats. That seems to be a shorts leg pinch waiting to happen.

The customer service just sucks and the food is average at best. I've been to other ihops and have had much better service and food.

unfortunately for the surrounding area, this IHOP is not closed.

One word: ROACHES! Ok, a few more: No joke, I saw a roach at this location climbing up by my table. This place has a pest problem!

I hate this is the only ihop close by my house. The service is ify..Some times i go and the service is good but most of the time it isnt. One day i dined here and the restaurant was slow, maybe only two or three other people eating, i saw servers and managers walking around and is took 10minutes before i was helped and seated. It took another 15-20 minutes for my food to come out and the service who wasn't busy, still messed up my order
