This location is inside the Augusta Mall's Food Court area. I like to stop in to get a cookie while I shop. I figure the walking/shopping balances out the calories I may intake LOL! This location isn't too different from any other cookie place I've seen. The cookies are overpriced, but that doesn't stop me from buying them. They always advertise a Buy 5, Get 1 Free deal. I just stick to two cookies, because that is hardly a deal the prices. I would recommend this location for a cookie cake that you can drop by and pick up. They are really good at those. The cookies are great too. I think the Great American Cookie Co. lacks customer service because of its location. I believe if it were a storefront the service would be better. Currently, the staff rushes you through the line and looks slightly irritated when you haven't decided on your cookie choice. They also offer ICEEs and no other vendor in the Augusta Mall offers those. The foot traffic for the location is high and the line can be confused with shoppers loitering near the location. A cool place to grab a sweet treat on the go.
