Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Decided to give them a try for lunch, I had the shrimp and catfish fry combo with a sweet tea for about 10 bucks. I was not blown away by the fish it was just average at best, the shrimp are pretty good though and fry's were soggy. Maybe I ordered the wrong items but I will give it another in the future. They did have gator meat which I was curious about so I may try that next.

None of Chinese dishes have vegetables according to owner so I ordered Chinese vegetable stir fry dish. I added $3 worth of shrimp. What I got was some sort of dish with beef chicken and shrimp. I think I got a 3 happiness dish. The soy sauce is brown water with corn syrup tastes like crap. The hot sauce is full of food coloring and preservatives. My fish sandwich was two pieces of white bread w a good size piece of croaker. Cant tell if fish is fresh or fresh frozen. Tastes frozen. Very similar set up to Huntington fish market in SW Augusta. Place is clean. Neighborhood is not ghetto but has its share of vagrants. If you like fried food this place is as good as it gets.

Being a regular at Ming Wah, the owners were telling me they were opening a fish market up the street. I was uber excited, being that I love fish, and fried at that!!! So once they opened I had to experience this place. First let me say, the owners bend over backwards to accomodate your needs and explain anything that needs to be explained. Now to the food, can you say "good down home southern fried fish"!!!! I love fish that is fried in corn meal, it gives it more flavor to me, and the fixing are just as tasty. But they also sell chinese food as well. Being a new business they have their hand on the pulse of how a business should be ran! I see them being there for a long time to come!!!

The young girl that works the cash register SUCKS!!! She OBVIOUSLY did NOT want to be there! But, the food is good! Had the General Tao's Chicken and House Fried Rice with a Large Sweet Tea...It was all good, but the "GT's Chicken" was different from what I was used to! I'd prolly go back if I'm ever in Augusta again which I doubt! Lol! But I'll definitely peek my head in 1st to see if she's there! LOL! The neighborhood was "suspect" too, just thought I'd add that on there...I already know what time it is when I see Checker's, Church's Chicken, Liquor Stores and People walking up & down the street talkin to themselves...lol!

I was impressed. Best southern seafood since Hyman's in Charleston. The fried shrimp is a must have! The place is brand new so very clean. As far a fried food it's also as healthy as you can get ... you can pick the fresh fish before it's cut and they don't put too much salt in it.
