I've been to this location of Zoe's a few times and I find it less infuriating than the location at Peachtree Battle, luckily. I'm always on the lookout for slightly more healthy alternatives while eating out, so I'm glad this spot is close to my parents' house so I can get in and out quickly. On my first visit, there was nothing quick about it. I think it took us 25 minutes to get our food (two salads) and we were taking it to go. Womp womp. Admittedly they were busy, but that's ridiculous. More recently I came in at the weird 3:30 hour when no one else is eating, so I had the place pretty much to myself. Trying to keep to my vegetarian-ish ways while trying to have the lowest caloric intake, I stared slackjawed at the menu for a while. Given that this place prides itself on being fresh and healthy, I'd love it if they posted the nutrition facts alongside the menu items, although I assume this is one of those places where those facts would like shock and scare you. I settled on the spinach wraps and they were pretty decent, although the accompanying salsa was nearly inedible: really didn't like it, and definitely didn't like the two of them together. And while the spinach wraps were a decent portion for my weird late afternoon kind of lunch kind of dinner, I can see someone who was expecting a full meal (given they were under the "entree" section) to be a little disappointed. I've got to admit, as someone who's trying to stay on diet it's a little frustrating to order something that's on track while getting stared down by giant chocolate chip cookies and brownies. This is all genius marketing, of course, but the temptation might be enough to make me avoid coming in here again, just for fear that I'll break my stride. Service was friendly and they've got free wifi, so that's a bonus.

I was apartment hunting in the area and one of the apartment managers gave me and my friend a free meal coupon at Zoes Kitchen. I was excited to try it. The options of food was great, so I went with the Grilled Chicken and Braised beans. I handed the meal coupon to the young lady behind the counter, and she made a face like I asked her for some change. Needless to say I did not care for the attitude. Overall this place rocks. So tasty!

Health and tasty?? What a concept! It exists at Zoe's. Loved the chicken kabobs. Chicken was moist and flavorful; veggies were perfectly tender-crisp. Greek salad was served on the side and the dressing is terrific. I found our service to be pleasant and efficient, even though they were in the middle of lunch rush. I will definitely return in the near future!

I really wanted to like this place. It seemed cute, the decor is very relaxing and cute and everyone is really friendly. However, the food here is simply food you can make at home. I got the chicken salad sandwich with a side of fruit and my husband got the chicken kabob platter. While I liked my husband's meal, I felt my sandwich was very bland and it tasted like something I could make on my own - the chicken salad was NOT good tasting and there was not enough seasoning to warrant the 8 dollars price tag. I guess what I'm trying to say is, when I go out, I like to eat food that is something I can't really make at home or something that tastes so good that I wouldn't know how to re-create it. Even simple places like Panera have special things about their sandwich such as special bread or spreads on the bread. While the sides are definitely fresh (the fruit was great and the highlight of my meal), the sandwich was definitely not worth the money. I would go to Atlanta Bread Company or Panera before coming here again.

I really like the food here, and based on the line at lunch every time I go I'm guessing that a lot more of you do as well. I usually always get the tomato bisque as a side because it is so good. The Mediteranean Tuna Pita and Grilled Chicken and Slaw Pita are really good as well. It is healthier fare so know that going in. You won't find any mayo laden sandwiches here. The Protein Power Plate is another favorite of mine. There is still so much here that I want to try. The steak roll-ups are very good so I have heard.

Has this place really been right under my nose this whole time?! It's EXCELLENT. Though I wanted to try everything on the menu, I went for the chicken spinach wrap, but everything else looked just as slamming. My coworker had the tomato bisque and a half sandwich and she loved it. We'll be back for sure. Also, I didn't try it, but the homemade chocolate cake looked aaaaaamazing.

Zoe's is a cute concept. I'm not sure if they are trying to be a Greek or Persian place yet.. ordered some to-go food from there the other night. They had only 2 people working the front with tons of people waiting.. we were given cold, rubbery chicken to bring home.. won't be going back.

Fabulous! Today was opening day- a few leaks and jitters but wow what an excellent staff. really. the managers were both extremely helpful when i had questions regarding my gluten allergy. they even had the cook change his gloves! ! thankfully the greek salad is safe (minus the pita of course) . i know this may sound extreme but it *may* have been the best salad i've ever had! the potato salad rocks- no mayo! and the dressing is simple and delicious. Cannot wait to come back!

This place is great. The chicken salad & pimento cheese are awesome. The steak roll ups are an easy go to. They have fresh salads that are always on point. A little pricey for a quick eats place. Always hot broads around.

I was drawn in by the bright colors and patio seating, while trying to navigate Atlanta without a map. The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the food was yummy. I had the kabob and they let me substitute fruit for the pilaf to make my meal gluten free. A great casual lunch place!

I don't really love Zoe's. Everything I have ever ordered there has been bland, except maybe for the chicken salad which was slightly too mayonnaise-y. The chicken kabobs I had last time were extremely dry and rubbery. Maybe I should acquire a taste for feta cheese; there seems to be plenty of it on the menu. A review revision might be in order once I've tried the new location in Greenville...?

Love this place!! Went here for lunch last week for the first time. I had the Greek Chicken Pita. It was very filling and healthful. This place has an awesome patio too. Nice, healthful alternative to other restaurants!

Gruben sandwich and chicken salad sandwich with pasta salad and rosemary white beans. Perfect for after workout. :) Everything is fresh, refreshing and gourmet. How can you not like it.

Nice variety to the traditional food options around. I like the spin on mediterranean casual food. One of the biggest things I noticed were piles of dirty dishes. The portions are a little small for some of the dishes (spinach roll ups) and some of the rice was a little tough, but I enjoy mediterranean food enough to come back and try something different and hopefully they will have the place a bit cleaner.

Clean, fast, cheerful. This Zoës Kitchen was a nice stopping place on a cold, wet day. The food is Greek-themed, with a wide selection of sandwiches, salads, and a healthy offering of Mediterranean treats like hummus and kabobs. My hummus was tasty, but it has something like Lawry's seasoning salt on it that seems kind-of out of place. Otherwise, I an see this as a quick & healthy option to many other kinds of lunch counters in the area. However, if you're a wi-fi fiend like me, be forewarned: it works, but their wifi service blocks easily half of the pages I tried to surf while getting ready for my next meeting. (No, not THOSE kinds of pages! Legitimate reading, I swear.)

The food is pretty good but for the third time I come and they have this guy name Teran at the register taking order with no manners and poor customer service and always rude in a bad mood, it may my visits very uncomfortable , and just because of this I think twice in the parking lot if I should go in or the next place down the road. Very unfortunate .

  • Anabel S.

Disappointed with the food, especially for the price. I got the chicken salad and fruit, was supposed to come with pita chips and didn't, smaller portion that expected. The chicken salad was good but I can't understand why it was so expensive ($9) for a small scoop of chicken salad and just some apples and grapes, and for counter service. I would rather have gone across the street to panera for better food at a better price. Service was friendly.

Never disappoints. Food is always fresh and tasty. Have gone many times. Occasionally the kebabs are a little overcooked but still one of my favorite quick eat spots for food that feels healthy. And their choc chip cookies will be the death of me!

This place is so frustrating. For one their app doesn't work, so you have to call in the order and therein lies a major piece of the problem...at least as far as this review goes. To be fair, I go in ever couple of weeks and carry out less frequently. This review is about my carry out experience which was made bad by the one woman of whom I uploaded the pic. The problem began as I called to give the lady on the line was clearly harried and abrupt...strike that....she was brusque. Zoe should teach her phone answering people some phone etiquette. Regardless I get her the order and a ten minutes later have a couple of people pick up the order. They bring it home and we find Zoes missed an order. Being the host, I run up to Zoes and ask for the missing item. The rude lady in my pic is the one I'm dealing with. She says I need to pay whatever the difference is, as they didn't charge me for it. I pulled out my card but inquired loudly and rhetorically about how they wanted me to pay $5 but didn't consider the fact I had to drive back up to pick up something they forgot. She said they didn't forget rather I didn't order it, but I had ordered it. Fortunately a manager overheard our argument and told me to out my card away. Then this offensive brunette starts muttering under her breath that people should order right. I didn't get all of it but she kept on, passive aggressively. Listen Zoe. I know we're at 5.25% unemployment, and I know it's hard to find good talent, but you can do better than this Asperger Syndrome suffering client service rep. It's either a personality issue with her or a training issue with store management. You can decide but ultimately if she stays acting as she did, she will chase off your customers. I'm giving two stars only because the overworked manager on duty was able to intervene.

Another horrible customer service experience at Zoe's Kitchen on Roswell Rd. I came in and ordered to-go the chicken salad sampler at 12:45pm. I sat patiently waiting on my order as I noticed several individuals and groups that came in after me had already received their orders. At 1:00pm when I still had not received my order I attempted to ask the guy working up front about my order, but he never acknowledged me. Even after standing up at the counter saying excuse me several times as he stood there I was not acknowledged by him. Several minutes later one of the two females that were also working at the front finally asked if I needed some help. This entire 5 minutes that I am standing at the counter I notice that there is a chicken salad sampler just sitting there. What was ever more disturbing is that I had been watching, and there had not been a to-go order placed in the window for at least 5 minutes prior to me standing up. This would mean that my order had sat there for a minimum of 10 minutes while the 3 individuals working in the front just walked by. You would think that they must have been extremely busy for this to happen. However, this was not the case. They were just sitting there as if they did not have a care in the world. At 1:06 when I finally got my order not one apology was given from this carefree crew. I wish that I could say that this was my first bad customer service experience at Zoe's Kitchen, but that is simply far from the truth. However, I really must make this my last.

Zoës Kitchen: The official lunch of my agency! Seriously. If we can't think of anywhere to eat, we usually get lunch from here. And by lunch, I mean the "quinoa salad with chicken." It's so fulfilling even if it's a "salad" - the add-on of the chicken totally completes the meal!. It's HUGE and juicy (ow-oww). I've tried their chicken salad sampler (with potato salad, pasta salad and cole slaw) as well. Can't say I enjoyed the potato salad but that's from preference. It's basically a whole potato with salad dressing over. Despite coming here all the time, I'm giving it three stars because sometimes the staff isn't the friendliest. I can understand that lunchtime gets stressful but that's why my workplace gets lunch around 1:30-2:30 (later than the norm). The workers are still unpleasant and inattentive when we're there. Additionally, you have to double check your orders because if you have special instructions, they sometimes forget. See you same time next week, Zoë.

Chicken Salad = more please! oh and yes, I'll have some more pasta salad too! I loved the chicken salad sandwich but i really couldn't decide if I like the pasta salad side or the sandwich more. The pasta salad had a great flavor combo. To me most pasta salad taste like bland noodles with cheap Italian dressing poured over it... Not Zoes. Friend of mine got the chicken kabobs and let me have a sample. Tasty!

Zoe's kitchen is just very average food that I don't have much to say about. It's not bad, but you know, it's just one of those places thats sorta there and once in a while, might be ok to eat at.

Zoes Kitchen gets a solid 4 stars out of me. It's a fast casual restaurant that serves healthy, tasty food at affordable prices. We need more restaurants like this. Zoes has many locations in the Southeast and Texas. This one is located near the busy intersection of Roswell Rd. and Piedmont Rd, in the Tuxedo shopping center next door to Buckhead Italian Market and Bakery and FLIP Burger Buckhead. The storefront is easily visible from the road. You can't miss it. Some people have likened Zoes to Doc Green's. I agree, except I think Zoes is significantly better in terms of menu options and the quality and taste of the food. Zoes has Greek/Mediterranean influence in its dishes. Examples include hummus and pita, Greek salads, and kabobs. All but one item on the menu are under $10 each. Other foods you can find here include soups, different kinds of salads, sandwiches (classic style, grilled, pita), and even pita pizzas. If you have a family or a group, they also sell "Dinners for Four," which are a good value -- less than $10 per person for a nice assortment of foods. Two of the entrees I've tried here also happen to be two of the restaurant's most popular. Entrees: Spinach Roll-ups - tortillas, mozzarella, mushrooms, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, scallions Chicken Kabobs - chicken, grilled peppers and onions, tomato Sides: Greek Salad - tomato, cucumber, peppers, olives, onions, feta, pita bread Braised White Beans - with fresh rosemary Pasta Salad - made with fresh basil and feta, no mayo The Spinach Roll-ups are quite delicious. I could come back to Zoes again and again just for this item alone. My only complaint is I wish more roll-ups were served with each order. One order = 4 pieces. I'm sure this amount suffices for many people, though. The roll-ups are served warm and have a lot of flavor. The mozzarella and feta cheese bring everything together. Two Chicken Kabobs come with one order. The kabobs are big. The chunks of presumably white meat chicken are nice and thick. So thick, you'll probably have to take them off the kabob and cut them into smaller, more manageable pieces. The kabobs are sufficiently seasoned and grilled, though I do wish the meat was more tender and juicy as it tends to dry out rather fast and easily. I love the Greek Salad here. The mixed greens and veggies are fresh and crisp. The olives and feta taste very good. My favorite part is the restaurant's Greek dressing, made in-house with olive oil, red wine vinegar, and salt and spices. I sometimes put that dressing on more than just the salad. The Braised White Beans are dense (yet soft), hearty, and filling. They have a mild, subtle flavor to them. A nice change of pace from red or black beans. As mentioned above, the Pasta Salad has no mayo, so it's simple and light. In general, I'm pleased with the portion sizes. I rarely leave unsatisfied. The restaurant interior has a modern design and is clean, open, and spacious. Service is good. S/O to Alanna for doing a nice job.

Disgusting. Ordered hummus and pita and the bread was hard around the edges. Ordered a steak pita with portobello and onions. I asked them to sans the onions but the piled them on and forgot the mushroom. Instead of a pita I got a greasy piece of bread. The steak had no flavor. Won't eat here again.

I read a previous review of a (seem-to-be) long time customer complain on how the service has gotten bad & portions have gotten smaller. I went to Zoes Kitchen on Roswell Rd this evening around 8:30 and sat outside. I sat closer towards the parking lot than the door and it was another couple across from me. The male server that brought my food sourly complained saying, "YOU would come in and sit outside ALL THE WAY IN THE BACK making me have to work." This is what he told me in a smart tone. He complained about having to walk (what he thought was far... to bring my food). There were many other people inside the restaurant & other people on the patio. The portions were very small. The veggies were room temp and cold in some places. Maybe this was what you get from Zoes near closing. They closed at 9:00. That's why I sat outside. But I guess, even though I tried being considerate, I still got attitude from an employee. I just wanted a nice, peaceful, dinner. The server ruined it from the beginning. My food was below average. Not tasteful, room temp and cold, small portions (but I didn't complain Bec it wasn't good enough to want more).

We used to be usuals to Zoes Kitchen for a while. We've brought friend and family, and we were in love with the food and service. Last couple times the experience hasn't been the same. Portions are getting smaller and not as tasty. We usually get chicken kabobs with potato salad, chicken pieces used to be bigger, now they are barely as the size of the roasted baby tomatoes. Also, a lot of messed up order, or missing sides. Pita bread dry on the edges. Roasted veggies side used to be more too, and better executed. Potato salad didn't have the great vinagry flavor that it usually had. The only thing that tastes the same is the limemade! You should look into that.

Loved the concept! Think chipotle but Mediterranean. Really healthy and fresh, ordered the Greek chicken pita and it was delicious. The hummus is good and lemony.

I went there today and I have to say, one of the best places I have been to in a long time. First off, the food was amazing. The streak kabobs are to die for. The service was just as amazing. Zoe's Kitchen is one of my go-to restaurants for lunch. I probably go, on average, once a week. I usually order the chicken kabobs...you get two skewers full of chicken, bell peppers and tomato, served over rice and a side salad. This is enough food for two meals and I've never been disappointed in the quality of the food. When I'm extra hungry, I'll opt for a side of hummus. Sometimes the pita bread isn't the freshest, but that's the only thing negative I have to say about the restaurant. I frequent both the one in Buckhead and the one by Cumberland Mall.

I'm a HUGE Zoe's fan but this location was literally appalling. I stood at the front of the line (3 ppl) while one employee was on the phone taking an order, the other playing on computer, and the other chatting with kitchen staff with back to the counter. When I finally ordered the employee did not apologize for the wait. She was actually quite tart and unfriendly (something that never happens at Zoe's!!). Then I finally got my food it was made improperly. When I then asked for the correct salad ingredients. So said 'ok you want me to do that?' In a flat "don't give a shit" tone. She then ppl my salad back to kitchen stff and started chatting with other staff members. Literally could not be more disappointed in this Zoe's location

Went here with a group from work. They had something for everyone. It was fast, clean and the service was very friendly. I had the hummus and salad place. It was the perfect lunch. It was one of our co-workers birthday and they gave her a piece of cake for free which was very nice.

I go to Zoe's ALL the time. I've talked many people into going as well and now they love it. The service at this bucked location has definitely gone down hill. The manager at this locating needs to do some customer service training. Greeting people when they come in, making sure you're at the register and paying attention to the person and not looking at your nails like the lady today. I'll be going to the Peachtree battle one from now on.

I like this location since its close by to where I reside but twice now the food has come out in dirty dishes...I am OCD about cleanliness and especially when I'm out I expect them to be clean at the very least. I just don't get it. Put your dishes through a dishwasher and double check before serving!!! Food is OK/decent for what it is and the price.

I like Zoe's, I feel like the food is super fresh and light. I get in moods where I just want grilled meat and a salad. If u enjoy Greek salads and grilled meats you would enjoy Zoe's. I eat gluten free but I've heard the pasta salad is delicious. And I tried the potato salad once and it was really good especially since I'm not big on potato salads. Relaxed atmosphere. Although this location feels a little uppity compared to local midtown joints.

Shiny black beetle in my Greek Salad! After eating most of my salad, I found the bug sitting beneath the salad on my potatoes. Our office used the Roswell Road location in Buckhead for our working lunch. Our office rep. spoke with the manager who advised that his staff washes the salad, but may not have washed the lettuce enough. No apology or offer to refund the cost of the salad. We will not order another lunch from here again. Totally disgusted.

The food here is mediocre at best. It sounds great in theory - fresh! healthy options! different than other fast places to eat! But in reality, it is just not the best food. Kind of tastes like it is coming out of a cafeteria I have had both the Steak Stack (greasy, so greasy), and the Spinach Roll Ups (spinach in a boring tortilla.....nothing fantastic). The pasta salad is incredibly bland and has the most bizarre dry texture. This is coming from a girl who loves pasta salad and carbs in general. The restaurant itself is bright and cherry. There is a good mix of booths, tall tables, and large tables for groups. There are vegetarian options , normal sandwiches for people looking for something classic, and Mediterranean options for people looking for something a little more exciting. Maybe I just haven't found "my meal" here.....but maybe I won't be going back so that perfect Zoes meal for me just may never be found.

So, I'd call this place the Panda Express of mediterranean food. I mean, there's actual mediterranean food somewhere in there, but there's so much American all over it, its kinda hard to find. Beyond that, though, the food's pretty solid. I got the chicken kabob, which comes with with a pretty tasty rice, and a salad, which is full of iceburg and pretty much a throw-away. The hummus was pretty boss though. I enjoyed myself, and the food did what it was supposed to do. Seems like the kind of place to go during a lunch hour or something away from work. I can't see coming here outside of that time. There are actual mediterranean places around the city.

Zoe's is my go-to for healthy fast food. They are always crowded and running late. If you use the app to place an order, put it for 15 minutes before you need it. The tossed Greek is yummy with both raw and cooked onions. The kabob dinner for 4 is a good option.

This Saturday, there was much discussion in the office of what to order. One person argued strongly for KFC (??), another for Stout, another for . . . the boss finally settled on Zoe's. I wasn't thrilled with the choice, but I have to say that the hummus and just-warm pita I had was tasty. I'm trying to eat better (and less) and it was a nice snack. Of course I'll be ready for dinner when I meet the boy right after work, but texture-wise and flavor-wise, I will definitely put this hummus on my go-to list.

Had lunch with a friend at Zoe's Kitchen. It was a pretty pleasant experience. here's the low-down: Pros: - good, healthy food. Had the steak sandwich and it was stuffed with portobellos, onions and steak. - the food options are pretty healthy, aith several sandwiches and sides made without mayo -service was quick. This is a order at the counter, grab a number and find a seat place. So there wasn't much interaction with the staff. Cons: -parking lot is crazy here - typical Buckhead prices - I kinda felt like I was in a cafeteria eating because of the layout.

Absolutely, totally, completely my favorite fast casual restaurant...ever. I came here on a whim with my friend, with all intentions of it being thoroughly underwhelming. Well, my friends, we found a WINNER! Granted I always get the same thing, my review could be a bit biased. But hey, why mess with perfection, right?? The tossed greek salad, $9, is stellar. It's a greek salad with warm chicken breast, sauteed onions, and pasta salad. Big, fresh, and taaasty. Definitely rocks my world every time. PS The pita that comes with the salad is a joke, but I merely toss it aside in preparation for the greatness to follow. And the chocolate chunk cookies are ridiculous in the best way possible. Get on it!!

Zoes is a great go-to lunch spot because it has something for everyone. My favorite is the grilled pimiento cheese sandwich with a side of their basil pasta salad. It gets pretty crowded right at lunch time, but it's quick, so plan accordingly.

I stopped in at 8 on a Tuesday night, and there were a handful of other groups scattered around the place. The bright colors on the wall definitely felt warm and cozy on a rainy night. After perusing the menu, I opted for the Mediterranean tuna salad (olive oil, red onion, capers and no mayo). When prompted, I chose the pita instead of the sandwich ($.20 more). I got the roasted vegetables as my side. And I tacked on a cup of the tomato bisque. I took my cup and number, and grabbed one of the two-person booths. By the time I'd filled my water, and checked in (which you should do before you check out so that you can get the 10% discount), my food was out. I hadn't even had time to grab my silverware, which is at the drink station. The pita was a wise choice because the tuna salad was dripping olive oil. There's no way regular bread could've handled it, because even the pita wasn't taking it all that well. That said, the combination of tuna, olive oil, capers, and red onion was tasty. It didn't really need the shredded ice berg and sliced tomatoes on top. The roasted veggies (broccoli, carrots, onions, and mushrooms) were really good. My palate picked up oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper - just enough seasoning to keep it from being bland. The tomato bisque was served with slivers of basil and shredded mozzarella. It was nice and thick, with an ever so slightly spicy kick at the end. I would return for the veggies and the bisque, but I don't think I'd get the MTS again. Whoever likened this place to Doc Green's in the previous reviews that I read, I concur. It's a little healthier (although there was so much olive oil on the tuna that it couldn't have been much worse than just getting mayo) and swanky enough to be fast casual instead of just fast food. But I won't be craving it any time soon. #Yelp365 - 250/365

I really liked the shrimp, a bit more than the chicken, in fact. The salad was mostly iceberg lettuce. So, I ate all the veggies and left the rest. The rice was pretty good. I'd call it a good lunch spot. I will say the place was clean (even the bathrooms), the food was made quickly, and the service was helpful and friendly. Another point for making this a decent lunch spot.

I love Zoe's! I came here for lunch and found a quite table outside. The atmosphere is fun. The tables get less attention outside and are a little dirty. The food is always great.

Checked out Zoe's Kitchen for a simple lunch due to a friend's recommendation. The joint is good, but it's one of those places where you should expect to be pleased and not stuffed....which of course I don't mind...but some folks want to get stuffed when they enter a joint. The pitas are great, as I had a Zoe club pita, with the rice pilaf. The rice was tasty as well. My friend has the mayo-free pasta salad, which I loved, since I'm not a huge fan of mayo. If you do want to get full, then try a salad, as I saw those were huge. Not sure how healthy it is, but it does look healthy, which may be a good change of pace for those that usually hit up fast food joints instead. Probably will try the kabobs next time, as they have gotten rave reviews over this wall and now that I know the rice is great...should be a good combo.

I've eye balled this place several times and it wasn't until yesterday that I broke down and came in. Most this on the menu are healthy. All seem to be made from scratch. The menu items are mostly sandwich, salad, small platter items with a greek touch. The chicken orzo soup was ok, a little salty. The chicken kabobs and shrimp kabobs are great. The meat was all well seasoned, the salad was crisp and fresh and the rice has a lot of good flavor without being over or under cooked. The general manager at this location has the most personalized/ best customer service I've seen at a small chain restaurant. He really made our dining experience a great one. It's almost 5 stars in my book.

I'm giving this place 3 stars...because if you can't cook you might really like this place. For anyone that has cooking 101 under control you will be hitting yourself for spending money on something you definitely could have made at home. .. For less money and a little more time you could have the same dishes, just a lot more leftovers. I had the spinach wrap and I added chicken (1.00 extra) and my girlfriend had the tuna pita-we both had pasta salad. We went for a late lunch and it was crowded but not unpleasantly so. Nothing much to say other than you wait in a line, place your order, they give you a number and bring you your food. hint: don't forget the silverware, it's by the drinks. We did and when my friend innocently asked the food runner she stared and then shrieked "ITS BY THE DRINK STATION!" at the top of her lungs. Ok then. If you want to make the spinach wraps at home the recipe is as follows: sauté mushrooms and sundried tomatoes, add to Stouffers creamed spinach and blend in feta and the tiniest amount of Swiss cheese possible. Grill a chicken tender on the Foreman, place on top of spinach mixture and roll in a tortilla. Serve with a side of Mild Pace Picante sauce. I didn't taste my friends tuna but according to her the recipe seemed to consist of canned tuna, not the solid white albacore but the cheap can. Add capers, red onions, olives and some other crap. Stuff in a pita, top with lettuce and tomatoes. Do not season to taste. Done. Pasta salad was good, after salt and pepper were added. Pasta, feta, fresh basil and tomatoes. Nothing wrong with this place, nothing great either. Your best bet is to skip it and go next door to the Buckhead Italian Kitchen.

Zoe's is a nice change of pace from other fast-casual restaurants. Their food skews more toward the healthy options - although I'm not certain it's truly health food. The chicken kabobs were great. The meal comes with a salad and rice and the portion size is generous. The seasoning on the kabobs was good and I'd probably get them again. I've also tried the chicken roll-ups, but swapped out the feta cheese for pimento cheese. I think it was a good upgrade. You'll have to ask for it, but the staff was accommodating. The pricing was about right - maybe slightly high. The restaurant is clean and the staff seems friendly and professional. It's certainly worth a try to make your own call.

I was taking a break from studying and on my way to Jalisco Mexican Restaurant when I saw Zoe's Kichen. Because I hadn't heard of it before I checked on Yelp to get information. I saw it had good ratings, healthy food and I was in. Food:I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and I really wanted to like it, but I found it, just ok. Service: The people that work there are very friendly and one reason I will return. Note: I was curious how many calories the sandwich had, it was a little less than 400. Bravo for that.

I like Zoe's. They're casual, good for lunch or dinner, and falsely healthy :-). I'm fairly certain they're not as healthy as they want you to believe, but it's still not bad. I'm a big fan of their salads, and highly recommend them if you're in the mood, the area, and need a fix. The price is right, about $10 for a large salad with chicken and fixings, and I haven't had a bad one yet.

Disappointed in this location (and this location only). I love love love Zoe's generally - spent many a day studying with a Greek salad in Birmingham on the Zoe's patio. The Buckhead location however, does not live up to the fresh, "healthy" food I have come to expect. Today ordered my usual greek salad, which is huge and has a fun surprise of potato salad at the bottom. I ordered online and picked it up with no real fuss (and surprisingly there was easy parking). Some of the lettuce was questionable, but that didn't really turn me off. They had not bothered to shake the bottle of dressing before they poured it into the to-go cups, so it was all oil (completely, 100% oil), but again, that didn't bother me so much. The salad has enough stuff on it to be eaten without dressing. A few bites in however, I noticed that one of the cherry tomatoes was split, with black and white mold growing on it. Actual fuzzy mold. That was the end of the salad. Never have I had such poor quality food from Zoe's and I am sad that this location does not seem to meet the standards of the rest. Based on prior reviews, it appears that the poor quality was not a one off issue. Hoof it down to Ptree Battle if you want it done right. Better yet, drive to Birmingham.

I am a huge fan of Mediterranean food, so I was a tad hesitant at first... BUT, it was totally worth it! Location: Buckhead (Atlanta, GA) Food: I ordered an orzo salad (a vegetarian choice on the menu) with shrimp kabobs and a tea. Shrimp was a tad crispy, but just the way I like it! The flavoring fit the food, and I'm a new found fan! Customer service: Very friendly folks! They asked me how my meal was (which was great of course), and then even gave me a piece of cake for trying them out (not something expected by any means, but really a nice effort.) A gentleman (I'm assuming a manager type figure) thanked me and my friend for giving them a try and was extremely sincere with his words. Why the rating/final thoughts? For what I am paying for and expecting, it totally deserves 5 stars. The food was flavored just right, and the customer service was great!

Let me start by saying how happy I am that these are popping up all around town. I fell in love with Zoe's in Tuscaloosa and after moving to Atlanta I was very upset that one wasn't close by. Not anymore! This location is great, it's huge inside and they have a decent sized patio that was packed this past weekend! The food is priced comparable to Panera but, in my opinion, is much fresher. You need to go and try it for yourself. They are well known for their chicken salad, but try the roll ups- those never disappoint. And the pita chips- yummy!

Fantastic, fresh, delicious, and healthful food. Went with a group of three adults and two kids, and every one of us was happy with our food. I had the chicken kabobs and subbed a side of the roasted veggies instead of the rice pilaf that usually comes with the plate. I was glad I made that choice as the roasted veggies were excellent and my meal overall was veggie-rich and compatible with a paleo/primal type of eating. The chicken was tender and seasoned just right. I had tastes of the rosemary white beans (extremely tender and deep flavored with the perfect hint of rosemary), the orzo "tabbouli" salad with shrimp kabobs (all very tasty and properly cooked), and the hummus (an excellent rendition, fresh and flavorful). The restaurant is comfortable, clean, relaxed, and attractively furnished. Service was very good. I would definitely go back by myself or with a group. Anyone interested in healthful eating would be pleased with the menu choices.

As much as I'd love to give this a "Yum-O!"rating, it pains me to say that this place falls a bit short. I went here today for the first time with two friends. Each of them had been to this location before. Zoe's, as best as I can describe it, is sort of a cross-between of Panera and Doc Green's - it's a soup, sandwich, salad kinda place. I got the Turkey Stack (a grilled sammie) with a side of their cole slaw and my friends got the chicken salad sandwich and the Steak Stack. There was very little meat on my sandwich and the most flavorful part was the bread :\ . . . . My friend's Steak Stack also had maybe one or two slices of meat and the portabella mushroom portion (ingredient of sandwich) was slight. The cole slaw was unique, with lots of feta cheese. Good points: There's outdoor (and covered) seating and plenty of parking. Overall? Won't go back.

  • Lindsay G.

I got the turkey pita and fruit salad. The turkey was processed and salty in a cold, almost stale pita that broke to pieces. I thought this was supposed to be a fresh and healthier alternative. I can't believe I just paid $8 for half a pita and a tiny bowl of fruit. I was looking forward to much better since the place is always so packed. I won't be back.

Let me start off by saying today was my second trip to Zoe's. My four star rating is a result of my visit today. My first visit was nothing to write home about so I didn't write anything. The first visit included the chicken salad which was barely average and nothing special. Because the menu is fairly healthy and it is close to the job I wanted to give it a second chance. Boy, I am so glad I did... Today I had the Protein Power Plate, but instead of slaw I substituted the grilled veggies and got a side of the rice pilaf. Awesome! The veggies were perfectly seasoned and the chicken was moist and tender. And the rice - best part of the meal. I think they told me it was seasoned in chicken broth. It was so good I could have just eaten it alone. My coworker got the regular Protein Plate and was not pleased. She said the slaw was not seasoned well and just tasted like plain old cabbage. But I did share my rice with her, lol. The only complaint I have was the price. The protein plate, the rice and a drink totaled over $12. Not sure if they charged extra for the substitution of the veggies, but it was worth it.

Tasty!

Never disappoints. Food is always fresh and tasty. Have gone many times. Occasionally the kebabs are a little overcooked but still one of my favorite quick eat spots for food that feels healthy. And their choc chip cookies will be the death of me!

Get on it!!

This place is great. The chicken salad & pimento cheese are awesome. The steak roll ups are an easy go to. They have fresh salads that are always on point. A little pricey for a quick eats place. Always hot broads around.

Zoes is a great go-to lunch spot because it has something for everyone. My favorite is the grilled pimiento cheese sandwich with a side of their basil pasta salad. It gets pretty crowded right at lunch time, but it's quick, so plan accordingly.

  • Phoebe T.
