Very tasty place. The top sirloin was awesome, and the side of Mac and cheese will be some of the best you ever have

The feel and vibe in this place is wonderful. Definitely a cozy Inman park feel to it. The food was equally wonderful. The Gouda arancini and the deviled eggs were both amazing. We all had different entrè so tried a few...the beef and veal meatballs topped my list...the veal was tender and very flavorful and the vodka sauce was the best I've had. Pork tenderloin was also wonderful. Brussel sprouts and mac&cheese ...fantastic. Try the sampler dessert option....all scrumptious. The only small ding was although their manhatten was very well prepared..they served it in a low ball glass straight up...I'm picky about my manhattens. A Perfect Manhatten, neat, should be served in a chilled tall stem cocktail glass. Other than that very small thing..this place is one of our favorites now. I'll get over the glass thing. : )

This place remains one of my top favorites in Atlanta. The food is consistently great and the service is wonderful. We had the Sate Wing the last time we were in and it was fabulous!

We really enjoyed our dinner here. We went on a Tuesday night so it was not very crowded- this made for a more cozy and romantic dinner. The crab cake app was very well done and not heavily breaded. I had the molasses pork chop which was probably the best thing I've had to eat out in a while. My boyfriend had the steak and said they only negative was they cut it up for him which he didn't care for. We would come eat here again to see what else they have to offer. The service was attentive and helpful.

Restaurant Management NOT very helpful at all when trying to secure a large party reservation online. M. Clifford was EXTREMELY rude and confrontational via email with me. We booked a 10 person reservation online, securing with a credit card, months ago, only to get phone calls less than a week out of the event to find out we have to sign a "Large Party Format Agreement". WTH? Since when do you need to sign a contract to dine at a restaurant?? We weren't asking for a private dining experience, nor a specialized menu. In the past the club never was subjected to this type of treatment, so we are effectively taking Wisteria off our list of "must attends". Far too many other choices in Atlanta to deal with this type of treatment.

In town for a conference, the boss asked us if we had any opinions on a few restaurants for a team dinner. Do I have an opinion about food? Of course... and so does Yelp! Based on Yelp reviews, I suggested Wisteria as one of the top choices, and we locked in some reservations to go from there. Day of, we had multiple people want to join our party, and Wisteria was able to make adjustments on a very full Thursday evening to increase our reservation from 10 to 17. All with a wink and smile, and no exasperation! Serious points for great customer service. Sat down ordered up a bevy of appetizers (which I didn't test the foodie waters for, as not everyone at the table would enjoy pork belly and other unctuous deliciousness), main courses, and of course some dessert! Here's the details: Cornmeal fried calamari: Wonderfully crisp, not oily at all, these were perfectly done calamari. I'm not the type to order calamari typically at restaurants, but they do it pretty damn well. Prince Edwards Mussels: Mussels were tender, the tomato/garlic/herb broth was excellent, another simple dish that's done well. We asked for bread to sop up some of that phenomenal broth and so that it didn't go to waste. Not a drop. Gouda Stuffed Arancini: Having a die-hard italian at the table (not me) meant we had to order up some Arancini. Not a big appetizer (I think about 3-4 small balls) but fried just right. I only got half a bite of a truffle sized arancini, but from what I tasted, it was quite good! Main: Grilled Beef Tenderloin: Seriously tender, perfectly cooked to a medium rare, the meat was spectacular. The mac and cheese, while good, would be better subbed out for a sweet potato souffle if you can negotiate it. (Rich mac and cheese, but I prefer sweet potato personally). The waiter stated that he believes the tenderloin is the best thing on the menu out of the three options I asked for him to pick from... whether it's because it was the highest priced item is questionable, but I'm glad he recommended this dish. Seriously good stuff. I got a chance to taste some shrimp and grits as well (coaxing others to share a bite) and while I really don't lke grit typically, I could easily finish up a whole bowl of these... their shrimp and grits are the best I've had, in my limited experience of eating grits. Carrot cake: Bourbon sauce was an interesting southern twist on this dessert. Surprisingly small, I don' think desserts are really meant to be shared. Tasty, worth checking out if you're a carrot cake fan (which I am). Bread Pudding: Thick and rich with flavor, the bread pudding adds more guilt to the end of a rich savory meal already. Yes, it's good. Yes, it's pretty small so not meant for more than two people to share, similar to the other desserts. Verdict: A serious gem in Atlanta, Wisteria does classic dishes with a Southern touch at a very deliciously high level. I'd definitely go back if ever in the area.

My favorite restaurant in Atlanta! Creative new Southern food, always prepared perfectly. And vegetarian-friendly! Highly recommend the vegetable plate, which offers a sample of all the best sides on the menu. And the banana pudding. Say hello to the friendly staff for me! (PS: There'd also a bar if you're dining alone, as I was while traveling on business.)

I came here for my birthday, and I must say that I was impressed! The atmosphere was quite cozy and "sexy". Great for date night! Also, dress business casual. Not a place to wear jeans, T shirt and baseball cap. Just a little fyi. Our waiter was remarkable! He checked on us often and knew the menu and what to recommend based off of our desired taste. We chose calamari as an appetizer and it was great! It's a mix of sweet and hint of salty type of flavor! Try that as an appetizer, you won't regret it! For my entree, I had the salmon over spaghetti squash. It was seasoned perfectly!! It wasn't over seasoned nor under seasoned. I also had the brussels sprouts as an additional side. It has this roasted flavor it is soooooooooo damn good! For desert I had the bread pudding with ice cream. It was good and not a huge portion but not too small. This place is somewhat a little pricey but you pay for what you get and I definitely got good service and food here!

This place was AWESOME! The service and atmosphere were perfect! We had a party of 7 and had no trouble getting a reservation. The Sirloin with Mac and Cheese was fabulous! You can even get a small sampling of all of their desserts! The Banana Pudding and Sea Salt Molasses Gelato were our favorites! It was only $100 for two of us! We are definitely coming back!

One of my favorite places for a nice dinner out. Southern American cuisine, usually sourced locally. When I first went there I was a little caught off guard at the price, but it is all worth it. The staff, at every level, is very well trained and attentive regardless of how busy it is. They are fully knowledgeable of the food, and want you to have a great experience. The food is very well made, and I've never had a bad dish. It can be crowded, but I'm not going to let that affect the rating. They go to great lengths with the service to make you comfortable.

I loved this place. They have valet parking and they take reservations. The mussels were amazing. I Highly recommend it for dinner with a group of friends or even a romantic dinner. They even have a kids menu which I was surprised by. This place is small and unique. The service is top notch as well. Anything you choose on this menu will be amazing.

One of my favs. I like fresh food. Even if it is seasonally available. Wisteria doesn't have the biggest menu, but there seems to be something everyone in our party. I don't recall ever getting something I didn't like there. Then again, when you present me with artfully prepared, great tasting fresh food, most of which is sourced locally or regionally, there isn't a whole lot more that I ask for other than decent service. Never had a problem with the service either. Yes, as some people have complained about, it's small and potentially loud and crowded. But it's a small place and lots of people want to eat there. It's a cause and effect that makes perfect sense. If that's the biggest complaint people have about your restaurant, you have a pretty darn good restaurant. Great bar too.

After reading the glorious reviews, I was sure this was the place to take a dear friend for her birthday. We started with the French martinis. They were good. Then came the calamari. It was wonderful. Lightly breaded and well seasoned - approx $12. My guest had the salmon (approx $25) with a side of collard greens (approx $6). She ate every drop. Highly recommended. I ordered the Trout...and this is where the wheels fell off. It was tasteless, the skin was flabby, absolutely no development of flavor. Steer clear. For dessert, we had the smores; the apple pie; and the carrot cake ($10). FAAAARRRRR too sweet. Ugh. The atmosphere is good for a group of 4; or an intimate dinner for 2; but it's not a place for young or mid career singles.

This place was pretty good. Service was great and the food was good. The entrees were the best part of the meal. The dessert was ok at best. I would definitely return, but would skip the dessert.

I absolutely love this place. It's so romantic and amazing. All the way from the candle lit ambience and the jazz, acoustic and mellow music to the entrees and the dessert. The waiter was very attentive. Everyone there was helpful if they seen you needed refills or if you were waiting to order dessert or just looked as of you wanted assistance they came running to fulfill your needs. It's small and quint the only negative for me is that the tables are extremely close together like really close but I assume it's because they're using the space they have. The decor is really nice most of the seating is lined around the wall with a few tables aligned in the floor as well. There is a U-shaped bar and oh there's complimentary valet of course as well, which is always nice. I love the location so quiet not busy more in a community area. It's in Inman Park. The desserts are designed to be shared we chose 3 small desserts for $10. The food was reasonably priced for fresh entrees, chef prepares it to order. Overall great experience will def return and recommend to others.

I was really disappointed. While the staff gets a five, the food just wasn't that great - especially for the price. We tried the calamari app: no zing, just okay, slightly soggy and fishy. I had shrimp and grits. It was different, with a red sauce, pretty good. Skate wing was just okay. The special, Haddock, was overdone combo of flavors that didn't quite work - especially for $35. Neither of the people that ordered it finished it. All in all, With all the other choices in town, I won't be back.

My mother and I had a fantastic first experience here. They were running a little late on reservations but were very nice about it. We loved the wine list. My mother loved the special, which was an Alaskan cod, and I gobbled up the pecan crusted salmon. The small bites for dessert are perfect portions and we enjoyed the sea salt molasses gelato.

Dear Wisteria ~ I would LOVE to give you 5 stars if you would just add one nice gourmet vegetarian/vegan item to your menu. You know a DINNER plate that isn't a conglomeration of vegetable sides. A real effort - something creative because I can tell you are creative. Until then, you get 4 stars. Your restaurant is chic without being pretentious. Your drinks are oh so very tasty to imbibe and your bar has a welcoming cozy neighborhood feel. Your vegetarian soup (when you have one) tantalizes the taste buds and warms the soul. Your salads bring ingredients that my palate finds interesting and refreshing. And then the dinner plate....arrrrgh. I'm always getting stuck with that vegetable plate. I'm not saying I don't like vegetables, I'm saying I would like for you to put forth some effort. Learn how to cook them other than as a side item. Please and thank you. Sincerely, Your neighbor who would eat there weekly if you learned how to make some creative vegetarian cuisine.

If I could give 4.5 stars, I would. I've been to Wisteria twice now, once with friends and once with my parents. Both times everyone at the table was extremely impressed. I got the pork both times. Extremely lean, and topped with a perfectly sweet molasses sauce on top of a bed of sweet potato puree. I almost always order pork if its on a menu, and this is one of my favorite dishes. The cocktails are delicious and appropriately priced at I think $10 each. In fact, everything on the menu is pretty well priced, with the exception of a few bottles of wine, which I know have a steep up charge just from my knowledge of the particular bottles. However, considering in-town Atlanta at a semi-fancy restaurant, Wisteria is not too expensive of a place to eat or drink at. The quality is of everything I've tasted has been top notch.

This place missed the mark across the board. 1) I ordered a bottle of wine. When the wine came out, it was not the same vintage as the bottle listed on the menu. This makes a difference. In short, I paid for a nicer bottle than what I drank, 2) The service sucked. Plain and simple. I didn't feel like our waitress even wanted us to be there. She was curt, inattentive, unconcerned, and generally rude. 3) The food was awful. My date ordered the sirloin with braised greens mac and cheese. The steak was tough. The mac and cheese was nothing to write home about... overly greasy, separating, not appetizing at all. I ordered the veal and beef meatballs with ricotta gnocchi. My food was cold. Not kind of cold, ice cold. The tomato sauce tasted exactly like spaghetti o's. It was nostalgic, but not what I want when I am paying $20+ for a pasta dish. 4) We asked for bread. Never came. Details like this matter when you are paying ~200 bucks for dinner and wine. Didn't even order dessert, just wanted to get out. I don't get the rave reviews for this place. There are so many better options in the neighborhood.

Wisteria has become an Inman Park establishment at this point, and has been serving elevated southern food way before it was trendy nationwide. And they do it wonderfully well. Elevated southern food means that yes, they still use butter and make comfort food staples (e.g. mac and cheese, fried chicken, deviled eggs, fried okra and collard greens), but they add a refining touch to the dish- be it an larger emphasis on quality local vegetables (eg their carrot soup, which was to die for), an addition of an interesting broth (as in for the fried chicken) or a complete reinterpretation of a common favorite (eg the sea-salted caramel smore, which is quite different from the bonfire variety). Yes, it's refined, but they still serve larger food portions than most upscale eateries, making the price point quite reasonable. The menu advises that splitting entrees involve a $4 surcharge, but I found this incredibly justified when I realized they do kitchen splits, and for most cases each person gets a pretty decent portion of food in the process, leaving room for appetizers and desserts. I just wish I had realized this and my bf was into sharing, cause maybe then I wouldn't have left the restaurant with a food coma despite taking leftovers home. Enjoy!

I want to love this place, I really do. I have been here a few times, and it has never wowed me. Their food is good, don't get me wrong, but its not great for the price point. There is nothing wrong with the place, I have just never left here thinking "I can't wait to come back."

Came here during restaurant week... I really wanted to like it, they really tried to get me to like it. I couldn't eat a lot on the menu, but they were open about that, after a fashion. Their deserts were amazing. I wanted to try more, but my bell pepper/paprika allergy kept much of the menu from me. The cocktail we had seemed off, not mixed like the menu said they would taste... but they were super busy. The service was fine. The trout was forgettable.

The Good 1. Everything I have tried here was very good. Shrimp and Grits is tasty and so are the mussels. 2. Love the ambiance and servers are attentive and friendly. 3. It's one of my favorite restaurants in Atlanta. If I could I would come here for every special occasion. It's a bit pricey but worth the occasional splurge.

Delicious! The veggie plate was to die for. I appreciate places that actually make the vegetables on their veggie plate full of flavor, instead of just steaming a bunch of veggies and putting them on a plate. My only disappointment was with the s'mores desert. It was lacking chocolate, which seems to be a critical ingredient in a s'more. The graham crackers were delicious, but I was left wanting a little more. Overall though, very, very good. I would highly recommend this place for a good meal or a nice date night.

We recently visited on a Sunday night. I like to visit restaurants on Sunday nights for several reasons. The traffic is usually lighter or at least I like to kid myself that it is and the dinner crowds are usually a bit smaller allowing for a little more leisurely paced dining. Wisteria offers complimentary valet parking immediately adjacent to its storefront so it's a short few steps and you're being greeted with a smile at the hostess stand. It's an eye-pleasing relatively small space that has been carefully utilized to accommodate around 100 people. You might think that you'll be dining only with your date tonight but a brush of an elbow and you're now a party of 8. We found seating at the end of a wall-length banquet that ended up being quite intimate. We were quickly greeted by our server, who I'll go ahead and identify upfront, as probably one of the nicest and most helpful wait staff as I've encountered anywhere in the city. This person loves his job and is very good at it. Looking around at the other servers and staff, I got the feeling that this is a common theme. We ordered cocktails and wine. The bar does a nice job with its version of the currently popular bourbon and ginger beer libation calling it the Old Wive's Tale. There's also a cucumber vodka martini that is a subtle relative to a Bloody Mary replete with salted rim and pimento-stuffed olive and cherry tomato garnish. The wine list is fairly extensive. It has some helpful tasting notes and even "points reviews" on its Reserve wines from such well known wine aficionados as Robert Parker and the Wine Spectator. Tasting flights are also offered. For the salad and appetizer round, we ordered the Kale and Acorn Squash salad, the Arugula and Grilled Apple salad, the Black-eyed Pea Hummus and the Gouda Stuffed Arancini. The Kale and Acorn Squash salad was crispy cold perhaps needing just a touch more apple cider vinaigrette. The Arugula and Grilled Apple salad was exceptional with the tartness of the apples playing perfectly with the sweetness of the honey roasted pecans and the crunchy, saltiness of the fried onions. The Black-eyed Pea Hummus was good but would have really sung had the accompanying sweet potato chips been warm and slightly crispier. The Arancini were the hands-down favorite; the lightly fried rice balls popped with the warm Gouda filling complimented by a thin drizzle of Meyer lemon aioli. For entrees, our party ordered the Pan Seared North Atlantic Skate Wing, the Georgia Mountain Trout Almond Encrusted and All-Natural Half Chicken Iron Skillet Fried. If you've never had skate wing, this is the place to try it. It has the taste and mouth feel somewhere between lobster and crab. It was delicious with the stone ground grits, asparagus and lemon brown butter. The trout was another winner. The bacon vinaigrette did not overpower the delicate, flaky, Panko-crusted fish and united the flavors of the accompanying fingerling potatoes, roasted tomatoes, green beans and corn. The skillet-fried chicken was a perfect example of a dish that is made better by the sum of its parts. The deboned half chicken was crispy and well seasoned. It was served over a bed of bacon-braised collards that were perfectly done with a hint of vinegary tartness. The accompanying corn pudding was served as rectangular blocks with a crusty exterior and a sweet, soft middle. The one element of the dish that initially appeared out of place was the mushroom herb broth but it worked, acting as a delicate gravy even though it contained bits of meaty mushroom. We also ordered the Braised Greens Mac & Cheese and the Caramelized Brussels Sprouts, Grano Padano; both were exceptional. The braised greens cut just enough of the richness in the mac & cheese such that every one at the table could have probably eaten a hotel pan full of the stuff. We ordered three "small bite desserts"; the Carrot Cake with cream cheese frosting and bourbon sauce, the Bread Pudding "Traditional Style" with bourbon sauce and the Handcrafted Caramel and Sea Salt S'more. Each of these "small cupcake-sized" portions were enough for our party of 4 to each get a bite and each was delicious. It's clear why Wisteria has been around as long as it has. Its recipe is simple... great food and great service. A definite destination restaurant. A solid four and a half stars but the service bumped it up to five.

The food is simply amazing. I ate here for Sunday dinner. I loved it and so did my boyfriend. Everything was delicious. I have nothing bad to say about this restaurant. I plan to return really soon.
Went here for the first time last night and absolutely loved it! I love the food at Folk Art so I figured Wisteria would be just as good, glad I wasn't wrong. I brought a friend from out of town and we both talked about how good the food was during our dinner and for hours afterwards. We ordered the beef carpaccio as an appetizer and the molasses rubbed pork tenderloin and beef tenderloin (both ordered medium rare). The meat was cooked to perfection, melted in my mouth like butter. The sides accompanying the main dishes were perfectly suited to the meat and were really enjoyable. On top of all of that, the butter served with the bread was really flavorful and creamy. I have lived in Atlanta for 3.5 years now and this is by far one of my most memorable culinary experiences. Highly recommend.

My wife and I wanted to try something different for our 6th wedding anniversary. Overall...we loved Wisteria and would recommend it to a friend. But I do have some criticisms that prevented me from giving it a 5 star. The friendly staff, cocktails and bread were great! The Ancho Chili Rubbed Sea Scallops were melt in your mouth! But you only got 2 small scallops for $12. The Charleston-Style Jumbo Lump Crab Cake was delicious on the corn relish, but you only get 1 for $12. I thought these two appetizers for $12 were a tad on the high side for the quantity of food, but still recommend them for the flavor. I had the Molasses Rubbed Pork Tenderloin. The souffle was bland, maybe it's the southern in me but I expected more vanilla/sweet flavor. I also thought there was too much sauce which masked the flavor of the apple walnut relish. My wife had the Grilled Beef Tenderloin. I must say this steak reviles any steak restaurant in Atlanta. The greens mac & cheese was very creamy and full of flavor. I'd highly recommend this dish! For desert we shared the Homemade Banana Pudding with Nilla Wafers and Whipped Cream, Bread Pudding 'Traditional Style' with Bourbon Sauce, and Strawberry Shortcake. It was a home run on all three...perfect! The seating was too close for me because we couldn't help but over hear all conversations from surrounding tables.

A really neat restaurant in Inman Park, just past North Ave. if heading south on Highland Ave. The restaurant atmosphere and energy reflects the feel of Inman Park. Service was good, though our server appeared slightly overwhelmed, though it wasn't quite a busy night. The menu is extensive, but very few items grabbed my attention. I settled on an artisan greens salad was very good, very simple. I did have my eyes set on the fried chicken. This was very good too, though slightly overcooked. I really like the setting here. I came here really to catch up with a close friend and eat some food. The food didn't steal the show here. But it's still good. I'd still come here, but probably for the same exact scenario. A great neighborhood place, to hang out, catch up, and enjoy the night, which happens to serve some good Southern food too.

How have I missed finding this place the last 3 years?? Had the best chicken dish EVAH there last night, with collards and corn pudding. Amazing! My favorite now over Valenza's Brick Pressed Chicken. Mac n Cheese was a bit dry, but moist is my personal preference, although I give them credit for making it different, and it was tasty. Service was direct and professional and efficient, just as it should be. Place is a bit crowded and noisy, but who wants to go out on a Friday night to a funeral parlor?

I really enjoyed this place! Be careful, it's pricey! But I enjoyed the food and service. I had the calamari and crawfish & corn fritters for appetizer and shrimp n grits for the entree. I enjoyed it all and would return. Reservations are recommended, because it can get crowded. There's valet parking.

I'm somewhat surprised to say that Wisteria was one of the best meals I've had in Atlanta. They have an extremely creative nouveau southern menu, and the ambiance is great, refined yet aged (somewhat analogous to southern cuisine?). I was a little apprehensive at first to order the carrot soup with peanut brittle & radish sorbet, as it sounded a little weird, but I was surprised by how well the tastes go together. The skate wing with cream grits and roasted asparagus was phenomenal. I'm very picky when it comes to grits, but there's was exceptional, and the skate was cooked perfectly. I ordered conservatively and everything was done quite nicely, but I could have gone with almost any of the other entrees. You know you've picked a great place when you have a hard time deciding what to order.

I have mixed feelings about Wisteria. I love the complimentary valet parking, but dislike that there's nowhere to self-park if you so choose. Decor and ambiance is good, and the service was decent. I appreciated that the wine list had sparkling wines available by the glass. The bread they brought out was too hard, but the butter was whipped nicely. My guest diners liked their dishes (shrimp and grits and scallops) but my lamb chops were fatty, and the sauce was very heavy. The potatoes and asparagus were normal but good. The desserts were small and tasty. My biggest disappointment? I have never been to a place that doesn't allow ALL diners to use a ScoutMob discount, and this was the first place they told us "one per table" - that one thing will keep me from going back. Shame on you, Wisteria.

Let me just say that Wisteria was one of the most incredible and unforgettable experiences that my husband and I have even had. The food and drinks were incredible, the services unbelievable, and the people...some of the nicest and friendliest people we have ever met, ever. If you are in Atlanta, go to Wisteria. You will not regret it.

Kudos to the Chef for putting lamb shank on the menu, and cooking it to perfection. Its hard to find this cut of meat at restaurants these days, and when you do it is questionable. This place knows how to do it just right, awsome experience.

eh...not impressed by their supposedly famous fried chicken & cornbread. I didn't really like the mushroom broth that rendered the crispy fried chicken soggy. I didn't like the collard greens either...pretty disappointed in my last visits to Wisteria, when the staff was kinda...aloof? And they took off their mushroom risotto (that I loved last time) from the menu. There are plenty of other places to get good fried chicken in this town.

I have made many returns to Wisteria since my review and not a single visit made me regret giving them five stars. The service is always friendly, professional, attentive, and helpful; the ambiance is cozy and warm; the food is absolutely delicious. I've recently tried the Kobe Beef Carpaccio, which was fresh and delightful - a great starter. But nothing beats the Calamari with wasabi creme fraiche. Such an unforgettable dish! I could seriously come here everyday just for the calamari. If you are a fan of calamari dish, you must give this one a try. As for the entree, I highly recommend the Molasses-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin. It is impossible to describe how amazing this dish is. You just have to try it. I would recommend making a reservation because it can get pretty busy even on a week night. Also, if you are planning to valet park your car, remember to bring cash! Oh, and the most important thing. Remember this: Molasses-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin. You won't regret it.

Wisteria... wistful hysteria. Beautiful plates of food... I got the crab cake and beef tenderloin for the restaurant week special... the beef tenderloin was cooked really well and was really really delicious... the crab cake was very good as well. I tried the crawfish and corn fritters too and they were good... I tried the pork tenderloin (a little sweet for me)... the lamb chops (very good)... the trout (fish is fish)... At first I didn't think I was going to get full... but by the end I was stuffed full of some amazing food. One of the top meals I've had in Atlanta... I want to try some of the other things... the beef tenderloin is worth 5 stars from me. yum.

I have been to Wisteria twice, and both times the fried chicken has been the standout dish and both times I was not the one to order it. The first time, I tried the pork tenderloin and the meat was cooked perfectly and everything on the plate was delicious. This past visit, I had the catfish. Boy, was that a mistake. The catfish was on the small side but there were two fillets. The meat was nice and had decent flavor but the ragout was just off. First, I noticed that half of the okra looked freshly cut and the other half looked like it had been stewing for hours. The crawfish had an overwhelming sour flavor and there was some other foul taste from an unknown origin. Luckily, my table mates both ordered the fried chicken and I got to partake of its goodness. They batter and fry up an airplane chicken and it's crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The collards underneath are tasty and not mushy. And the corn pudding... there are no words to describe how delicious it is. It takes me back to eating corn potage in Japan. I do like that you can order a small dessert and share with your entire table. The three of us were full from our meals but when we heard that the cobbler was blueberry-peach, we had to try it. And it was good. The small ramekin of cobbler with a scoop of vanilla ice cream... brilliant. Last time, I wanted to try multiple desserts but we only had room for one taste. We ordered the granita to eat at the restaurant and ordered the carrot cake and bread pudding to go. When I got home, I opened the dessert box to find one and a half slices of carrot cake. Not cool. With my choices batting at a .500 average, my recommendation is this: if you want a guaranteed good meal, order the fried chicken. If you're wanting to explore beyond the beaten path and at least one person in your party is ordering the fried chicken AND is willing to share, take that chance. If no one is getting the fried chicken, ORDER THE FRIED CHICKEN. And don't forget to check your to go box before you leave!

This place never ever disappoints me. The service is always excellent and the atmosphere laid back. Among their appetizers, I've had the crab cake, calamari and crawfish and corn fritters. All are great, but the fritters are my personal favorite. For entreees, I've had their meatloaf, fried chicken and beef tenderloin. All were wonderful, cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. What this place does really well is provide a top notch restaurant experience for a moderate price. Service, food that is fresh, hot and well seasoned. I return to this place over and over and am never disappointed. It is indeed one of my favorite dinner stops. I'd recommend for a date or with friends, but this does not strike me as a place to take the kids. But I could be wrong. also, if you're on a gluten free diet, there are some great choices here for you as well.

(1)Derrick T.

(5)Billy S.

(5)Whitlee H.
(5)Tom S.
(5)Felicia L.
(2)Ashley W.
This place was pretty good. Service was great and the food was good. The entrees were the best part of the meal. The dessert was ok at best. I would definitely return, but would skip the dessert.
(4)Precious P.
(5)Dottie T.
(3)Maya C.

(4)Tom L.

Enjoy!
(5)Blaire B.
I want to love this place, I really do. I have been here a few times, and it has never wowed me. Their food is good, don't get me wrong, but its not great for the price point. There is nothing wrong with the place, I have just never left here thinking "I can't wait to come back."
(3)Ashleigh P.
(3)Damon M.
Wonderful atmosphere and great food. This place also had a really classic cocktail list. I highly recommend coming here to have dinner if you're looking for a great restaurant to try.
(4)Gina C.
(5)Lauren L.

(5)Courtney R.
The food is simply amazing. I ate here for Sunday dinner. I loved it and so did my boyfriend. Everything was delicious. I have nothing bad to say about this restaurant. I plan to return really soon.
(5)Jason B.
Chef Walker Brown has brought his A game to Wisteria. I've never been before but I'll be back again and again. I dined with two friends on a Thursday night to a full house. The service was excellent as we were well cared for by our staff and even enjoyed a visit from the chef. The food was superb. I'm not a fish eater typically but my favorite entrée in our group was the almond encrusted white trout. The bacon vinaigrette was a divine compliment to the flakey fish and almond crunch. I also highly recommend the pimento stuffed deviled eggs and the arancini with gouda for appetizers. I especially liked the sunflower seed pesto that came with the arancini. Our whole meal including four drinks, three appetizers, three entrees and three desserts ran about $45 per person including taxes and tip. I'll definitely be back.
(5)Ashleigh S.
(5)Lee C.
Great food, nice bar, very cute inside. I was very excited to see a very good gluten free menu that had many many options
(4)Ryan H.

(3)Bill W.
(5)Monique B.
(4)Richard H.
(5)Jessica O.
(3)Aaron G.
The best dining experience I have ever had....
(5)Debra D.
creative and well executed use of flavors! Pork Tenderloin was creative and very complimentary flavors. Triggerfish special was delicious also! Ahi Tuna flatbread app. was an unusual ceviche. Perfect light appetizer. thanx to my friend Wayne for enlightening us with Wisteria!!
(4)Sara G.
(5)The Decide R.
Kudos to the Chef for putting lamb shank on the menu, and cooking it to perfection. Its hard to find this cut of meat at restaurants these days, and when you do it is questionable. This place knows how to do it just right, awsome experience.
(5)Lucy W.
eh...not impressed by their supposedly famous fried chicken & cornbread.
(3)Yuna P.
(5)Ken L.
Wisteria... wistful hysteria. I want to try some of the other things... the beef tenderloin is worth 5 stars from me. yum.
(5)Paula M.
