Always awesome! The app makes it easy for pick-up. Quincy is always there and is always super helpful and on top of it (: well done! You have a customer as long as I'm here

This is the best place to get your wings (pun intended). Since I'm on a low carb diet, I order their parmesan and lemon pepper wings without the fries, and, goodness, they are delicious! They are better than other wings you get, like, let's say at buffalo wild wings which are very oily :O These wings have perfect amount of seasoning and made crispy from the outside and soft from the inside. Try em! They are too good not to.

I called in my orders and they were ready in less time than stated. The entire staff was pleasant and attentive to customer needs. They were out of lemons and cut up some for my friend who was eating with me. When I'm on this side of the city, I will definitely eat here again.

I went recently with a friend, who claimed this was the best wing place ever. I didnt see the hype, took forever to get our food, it was basically chicken with mild hot sauce... i was not impressed. i feel like i could have spent my money on the same amount of chicken, get a beer with it and have it taste good, at a bar. its not a bad place, and its not hard ti find. im just very picky with my chicken.

Granted, the service is slow, but this is by far my favorite place to get wings in Atlanta The wings are crispy and delicious, and their fries are to die for

First the only positive, delicious wings...the boneless at least. Lemon pepper poppin, people. Now for the truth....who the HELL hired these people, and how do they keep their job?! This is my third visit, and each one has proven either the employees's incompetence, or complete disregard for the blessing of having a job! Today I call and make my order to a young dude that was totally supposed to be somewhere else today, and was NOT happy about earning money. Upon completing my order I ask for the total. He says after a long pause "Prolly bout twenny bux". I say "Can you not give me a total?" to which he replies "Iont know da total til I put it in da regista!" I call back and another, more knowledgeable employee gave me totals and taxes off the top of his head. When I arrive, I see a calculator on the desk in front of the lamenting youth I spoke to on the phone, being equally as uncomfortable to live customers! Just LAZY, KID!!!! So, if you like decent service, steer clear. Someone needs to coach the employees on how to behave whilst working, and toss those who can't cut it. Some people like positivity with their chicken. Boost business!

We had a pretty poor experience scheduling an order in advance. We ordered online and scheduled for noon, but when we arrived at 12:20 the order hadn't even been started. Turns out the fax machine was off, so online orders were not coming in. After that the employee told us it would be 3-4 minutes until the order was ready, but it ended up being 15. No acknowledgement of the error or apology until after I pointed out how late the order was. We weren't offered a coupon or anything to make up for the delay either. To be fair, the wings *were* tasty and it's nice to have a gluten-free option. We'll just have to plan to go there in person to order and wait in the future, which is pretty inconvenient.

Never had an issue with this place, wings are always delicious and I've tried a few flavors. Lemon pepper is the best and then the hot. Their ranch is amazing, and so are their fries!

OVERRATED!! The Fries are really good, but still overpriced for the quantity. The wings are small and the prices are almost higher than Zaxby's. Actually I think the prices are higher for the amount you get. They make yu wait on your food a long time sometimes even for just a small order too. Overall II would say the wings are good but $$.

Who knew wings could be so awful? The wings were burnt and flavorless. Maybe it was just this location, but that sucked! Thank goodness it was .50 wing Wed. and I only ordered 5. The best part about these wings was the ranch.....now that's sad :'(.

I like the food, but who really has time for this super slow service. I've seen glaciers move faster than the staff at WingStop. I ordered using the app, which was an awful experience, and my food still took forever and a day and was not ready when I arrived.

My favorite wing spot out here in the Roswell area is this place. Iove their lemon pepper wings. I call in a to go order so much they recognize my voice and know my order as soon as I say hello.. Kind of like the episode of Sex and the City when Miranda called the Chinese place and they recited her regular order before she could, lol.. I love there wings due to the fact they are also the right size. Not too big like the chickens were on steroids and not to small like that other spot in town, JR crickets, but I won't mention there name :) They also have good variety of flavors. Next time you are in the Roswell area be sure to drop in and order toy a nice 20 piece!

I love my wings extra crispy and they do a fantastic job cooking them exactly how I like them. The family pack is a great deal and the Lemon Pepper are the best around in my opinion.

I like'em! Haven't been to Wingstop in years (none in my area) so when I found one close enough to drive to in less than 20minutes I had to visit. It's in a standard shopping center, plenty of parking. Walked in and it was pretty quiet though folks were inside. Not a party crowd at all even though this was .50 cent wing night. You place your order at the counter and then sit and wait and wait and wait..lol Seriously because the wings are made to order (as they should be) it takes 20 minutes for an order to be cooked. I have no problem with this. If you do, then call ahead. I had the garlic parm, perfect! Lots of garlic, lots of parm and lots of grease. Just the way I like my wings. Extra crispy and full of seasoning. My GF had garlic parm and the original hot. She said the original hot was almost mild to her. But be mindful she likes heat on everything so her opinion isn't worth a dash of hot sauce..lol We also had fries. The fries are interesting in that they sprinkle sugar and salt. That's right sugar and salt. It kicks in and touches all your taste buds..almost reminiscent of an Asian influence. American Asian..lol We will be back, hopefully when the crowd is more enthusiastic about being there. That was probably the only downer of the place..just a crappy crowd. I guess it was the I'm in a rush to get dinner for the kids waiting at home crowd. It was quiet..to quiet for a wing spot. Needed some music or the tv's volume to be cut up. Hell anything would have made that better. Weird moment. I watched a customer try three times to enter the male bathroom. It was locked but no one ever came out the entire hour I was there, which leads me to believe it wasn't clean or they didn't want to clean it again. No manager on duty and it appeared only two staff. Odd.

Overpriced. Sub par wings. I would not visit again unless they dropped prices significantly or improved their product.

Wing Stop are definitely wing experts. There is consistency across all franchise locations. I used to live in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area where there are a lot more locations. The Roswell location's quality is just as good. The wings are not huge, they are actually just the right size to give a wing lover what they came for- the perfect ratio of meat, skin and bone. I would recommend driving past all the Asian places and making a bee line to Wing Stop for your next wing adventure.

This place was recommended to me. It was pretty good, but I'm still unsure how I feel. The parmesean were kind of a mess. A wing with parmesean. That's it. No oregano or anything to actually give it flavor. Just kraft parmesean. The lemon pepper were good. Very lemony and very peppery. Different, but good. Need to go back and have some buffalo and see how that goes.
