Awesome experience. Food and service was wonderful. Great atmosphere, ideal for family dinning or a special night for two,

We come here often because of the food, but every time we come here, we always have the same problem, the wait for our food is always terrible, even if it's not busy and on ordinary days, you sit and wait for the food to come out for an hour or more, ridiculous!!! It's always like spending half of your day inside the restaurant. So if you come to this restaurant, make sure you have at least 3 hours to spend in here.

PF Chang's always has good food and this location is no exception. What this location lacks is good and consistent service. The restaurant is enormous but there is always a wait no matter what time it is or how many empty tables. There seems to be quite a disconnect between hostess and servers because on more than one occasion there was total confusion over who had what table. On my last visit, two servers argued over tables right in the middle of a crowded section. Very unprofessional and distracting. Maybe there is just not enough wait staff, but every server seems overloaded every time I go. Food usually comes out quickly but it takes entirely too long to get a check or order another drink. The food is always very tasty though. Even the staple beef and broccoli is terrific. The general's chicken is great and only a tad spicy. My advice, go during off peak hours and enjoy the good food.
When we arrived we waited 15 minutes to be greeted by the wait staff. Actually I had to ask. We also had to ask for silverware and napkins when the food started coming. The waiter was obviously angry that I had asked for him, however he did a good job for the remainder of the meal. The appetizers were so-so. A standout was the fried veggie dumplings, very good. The calamari and dynamite shrimp looked as if they had been prepared at some previous time. Entrees were so-so, to disappointing. Kung Pao chicken and Scallops were palatable, but so not what one expects for the price. Cashew chicken and Pad Thai have both been better on previous trips. I do believe, judging by the poor quality of the food to the nasty appearance of the restrooms that this restaurant is on a downhill slide. Spend this kind of cash somewhere better.

Service tonight missed the mark. Plates came out seperately. One meal was forgotten for 15 mins. Everyone has busy/bad service nights, this went beyond. After several F*bombs by staff including a "haha shut the F* up Blake " and a "twerking" lesson by several female staff waiting on the line for food to come out, we requested to see management who never came by. The table next to us had their appetizers brought out after the meal with a less than sincere apology by management, who we then recognized as one of the vocal pottie mouths. We attempted to catch her and she walked past us. At $17 a plate it would be really great if the casual manner of conversation could perhaps stay in the back, and someone could have briefly spoken to us about our concerns.

I would have given a 3, but ... after thinking about it, I kind of had to give a 2... Parking - The lot is huge. No need to worry. Even during peak hours for Lunch/Dinner, you'll find a spot. P.F. Chang's is also next to Cheescake Factory and Maggiano's, so yep, this side of the mall is pretty busy. They even have valet if you want it. But I'd just find a spot and avoid the hassle. Seating - I've heard P.F. Chang's can take awhile. But the past 2 times I've been here, I never waited. So - I'm assuming they can accommodate a lot of people. Which is nice during a lunch/dinner rush hour. Service - this was a HUGE set back. Not good at all. Our server went MIA after we got our food. OH and when my table needed something (server was still MIA), we got the attention of 2 other servers, but when we waved at them, they just looked at us in confusion. Seriously? I understand we weren't on their tables side, but still - management should have taught them to always be on the lookout for tables who need help. Maybe they are taught this, but it's not enforced? Regardless, service itself was a 1 star. Our server also took a lot longer than usual to run our cards. Pet peeve:.... my table only had 3 people. Yet when we got our checks, our server only gave us 1 pen and left. Didn't even try to get another pen -_- I kind of dislike places who are too lazy to provide extra things like that. I guess I'm just being nit picky, but geez. Our meal should have been 45 mins to an hour, but lasted around 1.5 hours. Environment - I actually liked the environment & could tell the place was buzzing. Not a bad place to have a business meeting. Food: Gluten Free Singapore Noodles: Don't get this. It was so watery. The shrimp was meh and the chicken was bland. Noodles were okay. But way too watery. The taste was also was not there. I had to add hot sauce to at least experience some sort of flavor. The portion was good though. Just need the dish itself needs to improve. Spring Rolls - if you have 3-4 people in your table, I'd get this as an app. It's not amazing or anything, but it's an ok appetizer to start your meal. The sauce that was included had a nice zing to it. Definitely had a better flavor when compared to my Singapore noodles. Although, the spring rolls were kind of greasy inside. I'd probably drink ginger ale or something to make sure your stomach doesn't suffer later. Chang's Spicy Chicken - out of the dishes I've had so far, this was the better dish. Had a little bit more flavor. But was cold when it came out. Seems like our server forgot to get it to us sooner. The portions were good & the rice that came out with it was a good compliment. I'd order their hot sauce to get a full flavor. I'm sure it's better if it's warm. My co worker ordered the lettuce wrap. I didn't get to try it since I was getting full. But from what I saw, the portion was generous, but she also added hot sauce to get a nice kick out of the dish. The lettuce looked kind of old & not fresh. Overall....I'll only probably come back if I have a client meeting here. Not worth the money to come here to eat just for fun. Overpriced for quality.

Food was excellent, however the PF Changs in Puerto Rico has a superior food presentation. Food was somewhat not so warm. Our waitress was very nice.

I had such a great time at this PF Changs last night (saturday)! From the beginning we were greeted by a very nice girl. She was very professional and attentive. We were seated quickly and she even pulled out my chair. Our waiter was very quick as well. He had good suggestions of cocktails. We ordered two appetizers and were surprised on how quick it came out. When it came to ordering entrees we like to see what the server suggests. Sometimes servers have no clue what there menu is like but our server gave us a few of his favorites and narrowed our ideas down to a few dishes that we could all share. We had a little bit of everything! Shrimp with lobster sauce, Mongolian beef and a Buddha's feast. The manager even stopped by during the meal to check in with us. He was very attentive and it seemed he really cared about how our experience was going! I forget his name but he had glasses on. I had such a wonderful experience and can't wait to come back! Thank you!

My first time ever visiting the chain and I'm already trying to think of a reason to go back. I don't know about other locations, but generally when my family is in the area and I can convince everyone that I want to eat here the wait is 45 mins plus and of course no one wants to wait upwards of an hour to eat "Chinese food" This time was different, maybe it had something to do with it being Sunday night but we entered and was told that the wait time was less than 15 minutes, so I almost yelped for joy. The hostess led us to a table, and handed us our menus. I'm not sure how, but the menu was covered in some sticky residue and food, so we brought this to her attention and she apologized and bought us another menu. After sitting there for about 5 mins, our server came over an apologized for how busy he was and advised he would be with us shortly. It was within a few minutes he was standing at our table and encouraging us to order some cocktails. I went with something called a Cucumber Alfresco which was muddle cucumbers with tequila and some other mixture. Do not confuse this with the Strawberry Cucumber Lime drink they have, which is not alcoholic. Mines was refreshing, but nothing to brag about and probably not the drink on a day when most people are wearing sweatpants and jackets. Fall has arrived, put away the summer drinks. For our starters, we started with a cup of soup each. I went with the hot and sour soup and mom had the wonton soup. I ended up ordering a bowl of the soup to take home and have for lunch the next day it was just that good. For our entrees we went with the CHANG'S Shrimp KUNG PAO and SHAKING BEEF. I enjoyed the Shaking Beef, but kinda was lost on why the "fresh greens" was more like salad than steamed green veggies or something more complimentary to the beef. I stole more than 1/2 of mom's shrimp from the Kung Pao and she still had a great deal many more so the portion sizes are nothing to complain about. We ordered a side of green beans but was bought out a side of cold steamed spinach, which was taken off our tab and the green beans bought out and were told that we could just keep the spinach. Overall the service was fine, although a little slow....possibly because our server was handling five tables but otherwise it wasn't so slow that I should be considered as complaining about it, The food was gone, and thankfully the wait time was small. I'll be happy to come back.

I came here today ( a Saturday ) with some friends after watching a movie at the AMC Theater at Parkway Pointe down the street. I've heard different things about P.F. Chang's in the past ( I mean, just look at the mixed reviews posted here on Yelp ), but I still wanted to try it out for myself. Besides, we were also HUNGRY. First of all, it's Valentine's Day and we came here around noon. Let's just say because of the traffic stemming from the mall and the other restaurants in the plaza, finding a parking spot took some time. As for the wait for a table, we were told it would be 25 to 30 minutes, but it ended up being 10 minutes, which wasn't bad and we were thankful for it because we were starving. They have a pretty small waiting area by the hostesses, so it kind of felt like everyone was on top of one another at times. The decor of the restaurant was nice: low lighting, art work representing the Asian culture, with both booth and table seating, and a bar towards the back. It wasn't as big as I thought it would be, as I've heard the locations near Perimeter and the Mall of Georgia are way bigger. Our waitress's name was Niecey and I only know this because of her name was printed on the receipt. I don't recall her saying it when we sat down, but maybe I just didn't hear her. She wasn't one of those overbearing waiters or waitresses that's constantly hovering over you, but she was around often enough to where if we needed her assistance, she was there. I've read reviews about the service here, but we didn't have any problems. She wasn't exactly bubbly, but she was nice. As for the food, for starters we shared the vegetable spring rolls and the handmade pork dumplings. The spring rolls were delicious; they were Vietnamese - style and severed with sweet chill sauce, but as for the dumplings? Ehh. Maybe it's because I've never had dumplings before, but I could go without them. To me, they had a funny smell. For entrees, I ordered the ginger chicken with broccoli, while one of my friends got the crispy honey shrimp that's battered in sweet and tangy honey sauce served with rice on the side, and my other friend ordered the crispy honey chicken. Because I got full off the spring rolls and water, I didn't enjoy as much of my meal as I would liked, but it went home with me. It was delicious and my friends enjoyed their entrees as well. Everything was seasoned well and wasn't lukewarm. Our entrees came with a choice of soup or salad. I decided to try the egg drop soup while my friends both got salads. They didn't like the salads and the egg drop soup ok, but I'm sure it was better than their salads lol. All in all, P.F. Chang's was nice. I wouldn't say that it will be my go-to restaurant in the Cumberland area, but the food was good. I may come back for a future visit.

Came here for a birthday dinner and had a terrible experience. Our waiter was completely stand-off and rude. I have also been here for birthdays before and they do a complimentary mini dessert with a candle, but when he said he could do a birthday dessert for us he charged me $10 for the dish, he did not ask who had the birthday, never said happy birthday, and it didn't even have a candle! Completely unhappy with my visit and probably won't go back!

I'm not big on chain restaurants but my good friend really want to go here. This place is unorganized! The wait for food was terrible and once received it was cold. They ran out of several items and the wait staff was clueless. Never again will I ever visit this place no matter who ask me to!

Eating here for my daughter's birthday. The restaurant was clean, the food was delish, and our server Jason was the best. The price was good and served quickly. I will certainly visit this restaurant again. And best of all they have Koala Care in both restrooms which is very important since we dine with a toddler.

Ordered a drink from the bar...took forever...arrived only minutes before our meal and only after we asked where it was...it has just been sitting at the end of the bar. Meal arrived...but we were never given silverware so all we could do was sit and watch our food cool. Once we got silverware the beef (Beef & Broccoli) was so overcooked I could barely pierce it with my fork. And it tasted burnt! The "steamed"white rice was crunchy! The cooked me another order of B&B which was perfect and comped our meal, which is why I will still give them 2 stars. It will be awhile before I eat here again.

Horrible service. Extremely slow service. They seemed understaffed. Our waiter (Casey) was terrible. The only reason we came here is because we got a gift card for Christmas. We won't come back and I will make sure I tell at least 10 other people!

We love PF Changs in California. However, this PF Changs is different in a bad way. The service was super slow. We always order same dishes (chicken lettuce wrap, shrimp fried rice, kung pao chicken, and salt and pepper calamari) when having lunch or dinner at this chain restaurant. All the dishes we ordered at this place was not good at all. They did not taste like the ones we used to eat in California. The meats (chicken and beef) were hard. The sauce was very, very little. The calamari was cold. We will never come back at this place.

love this place!!! great lettuce wraps and service
We were sat right away, and you are eating at a pf changs so you know what your getting. Everything was hot, and not overly salty. It took a few moments to get the bill, but our server was all smiles and very nice. He let us take a pair of the plastic chopsticks!

Yet another reason to hate chain restaurants. I've been to this restaurant a handful of times, mostly because it was someone else's idea to go here. The ingredients are cheap, the quality of the food is poor... the atmosphere is nice, the service is decent, but that's about the only nice thing I can say about PF Changs. PF Changs is notorious for having high-calorie, high-sugar, high-sodium, low-nutrient dishes. So, the last time I came here for a birthday dinner, I asked for the calorie menu (they do have one, but keep it hidden). It is absolutely amazing to see dishes that have 1200 calories on the menu. 1200 CALORIES... in ONE dish!! That's almost a day's worth of calories. Or if you want to translate it into a workout... almost 2 hours in a spin class. I spent about 30 minutes pouring over the menu trying to find something I may like and not regret later. I ended up getting some steamed vegetable dumplings and Moo Goo Gai Pan. The dumplings were completely flavor-less and the Moo Goo Gai Pan was just nasty. It didn't taste like anything until I dumped a whole bunch of their spicy sauce on it. at that point, I could've just had the sauce by itself. Anyway, unless someone drags me here, I'm not going to come back on my own.

Went here with a party of 8 and had dinner reservations for 7. Restaurants was full but had to wait a good 20 minutes or more for a table. Should have been a clue. Waiter was good except, as can happen, he tilted a whole tray of water down my back, I screamed and the crowd silenced. Water also went on the table behind us where the gentlemen had his phone - not good. Trying to mop up with nonabsorbent napkins until one of the bus folks who was mopping up the floor handed me a towel. No sign of manager, but waiter was very apologetic. Placed order for 2 lettuce wraps and egg rolls, which arrived after a long wait. When we were finished, someone tried to bring us two additional orders. Placed our order, brother-in-law ordered combo lo mein. Kitchen was apparently having problems and they brought out chicken lo mein. Waiter knew it was wrong and took it back. Unfortunately, we were all about finished with our meal when the waiter brought the correct order. Check came and I had to ASK for the manager. Explained the situation, as if he didn't already know, and he offered desert. Didn't want anything so he agreed to take drinks and appetizers off of tab - which amounted to 2 ice teas and a wine - everyone else had water. In any event, took $40 off bill. Tipped waiter on full amount as other than the water which could happen to anyone, it really wasn't his fault. I guess what got to me more than anything was that I had to ask to see the manager. In my opinion, he should have been there as soon as the water spilled. Poor management!!! As I said the service was adequate - but kitchen was definitely having problems that night.

I have been going to this PF Chang for such a long time and i usually visit 2 to 3 times a week. As of today, I will not continue going to their PF Chang because our waiter Ivory took a long time to bring our tea. I asked for an appetizer and he never arrived (40 minutes had passed) with my appetizer. Now, I tried to be patient but when other customers arrived (20 later than me), their waiters brought their food fast and the same appetizer I ordered was brought right away. At that point, my husband said let's go because this is not correct. After we asked for our check (for our drinks only), he took 19 minutes to arrive with the check and he approached my husband with a silent and serious face (not caring) and he walked away. No words or apoligies said to my husband. I had such a bad experience and there are many waiters that know me even the manager that are excellent but Ivory needs to be retrain (with all respect I write this) with giving excellent customer service. Plus, he needs to learn how to handle situations like the one I encountered. For now, I will not continue attending or eating and P.F. Chang.

So I used to come here a lot on my lunch breaks if I worked at America's Department Store on Sundays. Normally I would just go up to the bar and order there. Fast service and no drama. I had a favorite waitress there by the name of Hailey but she graduated from school and I'm sure she left this place. I went here Saturday because I was soooo hungry my typical thoroughfare (Fresh 2 Order, Chickfila) was not going to cut it. They have a lunch menu Monday thru Saturday here so I took advantage of that. You get a soup and a lunch portion of an entree between 8 and 12 dollars. Pretty decent. I always order the same thing so I haven't had the issue with over saltiness or things of the like. They get 3 stars for overall service and efficiency (at the bar). I took away two because I got sick on Sunday and I don't know where to place the blame....plus they only have an 81 on their inspection and being a former food service manager that's not acceptable. #Yelp100

This is suppose to be an upscale version of Chinese food right???? NO!!! I have been to this place several times and never had a problem until TODAY!! Only reason this place get 2 stars is bc of the server he was super sweet and for the lettuce wraps. Didn't realized until I left they have a health score of 73 C which is tucked away where you can barely see it. Hot & Sour soup YUCK!!! wouldn't ever feed that mess to my dog if I had one. Wait that's not it!!! A spider fell from the light fixture onto the table. Yep, after that I was done. I won't be coming back to this location again. PERIOD

I haven't been to this P.F. Chang's since last summer. It just kept getting worse & worse. The last time I ordered take-out for my husband & myself & every dish was inedible. Truly awful. I contacted the manager & he apologized & said they were having some problems in the kitchen. He also offered a gift card to cover the cost of the meal we were unable to eat and said that they were working on correcting matters in the kitchen. The cherry on top was that we never received the gift card. I probably wouldn't have returned anyway, but still...

Don't go on Valentines Day. My Husband and I had reservations. We were taken to our table at the reserved time. We waited 2 hours for our food to be brought to our table. The food was not up to their normal standards. The wait staff did not check on us. We had to flag down another waitresses just to get sauces for our order. No water refills. Won't go back to this location.

PF - Dang that sucked! Really. Service was total torture!! They acted like it was a pain we even entered. I'm too annoyed to even spend anymore time on this place - including typing a bad review. No bad review would even give this justice which upsets me because I LOVE this chain. Not sure where they are recruiting their help from but Cheesecake Factory around the corner has it figured out.

Went during lunch 11/5/13. The ice tea wasn't sweet enough, and there weren't any sugar packets around. The korean wings was just unappealing to look at. The wings were alittle smaller then drumsticks but all the meat was yanked towards the top of the wing, meaning the bottom portion of the wing was just bone. Maybe that;s just how they make them, but $11 for 8 wings..I want an even distribution of meat!!! The sesame chicken wasn't any better then any chinese you can get from the mall but double the price. The wanton soup was the on;y highlight, and thats saying it all. Never go again.

I am ordering a to go order as I write this review and I must say even though I am only ordering to go... service is awesome. When I walked in no one was at the hostess desk but within 10 seconds I was greeted and asked if I could do a takeout order and was directed to the bar. At the bar I was immediately greeted by Michael and offered a menu. I said I would like a Mai Tai extra sweet as I browsed the menu and let me tell you... I got it in about 2 minutes and it's delicious. I've enjoyed my share of sweet alcoholic drinks and this is by far the best Mai Tai I've ever had. My order came in about 15-20 minutes with all of my picky little requests right on point which isn't bad for how busy they are. Well deserved tip! I don't know what's up with all the bad reviews but maybe it was cuz I was at the bar that I got good service. Unfortunately I am only in town for training but when I come into town again I will definitely return. Keep it up PF Changs!

My first time at a PF Chang's. It was alright. Slightly fancy Chinese food. Not Chinatown good but alright. Service was good, and because it was my birthday, I got a complimentary dessert which was nice. Now I can say I've been, buy wouldn't go out of my way to go back. Overall it was good tho.

I visited the PF Chang at Cumberland and the food was disgusting! I've never been so disappointed. I received a gift card for Christmas so I decided that I would go for dinner. The quality of the food is definitely over-rated for the price and the food was extremely salty. I've had better food at fast-food restaurants like Panda Express! If I could give them no stars, I would! Take my advice and save your money! Go to a local Chinese restaurant and spend less for more. Extremely disappointed! :-(

Takes forever. These guys have no clue what they are doing. Head over to ashford dunwoody PF Changs for true and awesome gluten free meals. I always get the Gluten Free Mongolian Chicken (It's Mongolian Beef, but they are willing to sub chicken for me and it stays gluten free)

I must say that P.F. Chang's is pretty much a crazy guilty pleasure for me. Being raised in a family that owned Chinese restaurants, I can truly say that Chinese food is my favorite and P.F. Chang's does not disappoint. Well, super hardcore Americanized Chinese food that is. Although the food here is great, let's be honest. There is ALWAYS a wait. I guess I wouldn't complain about waiting if the restaurant was always full, but it isn't. They also don't have reserve seating as an option so you just have to call ahead or wait when you get here. I guess I just don't understand why I have to wait 25-30 minutes when there are 20 open tables? The servers are great, but they could probably serve more tables if they didn't try to constantly try to force sauce down your throat. If you don't want any sauce with your meal, they will still offer it, nonstop. The food is great here, but the dining experience isn't really that spectacular. My advice is to order a cocktail or two so you don't notice the bad service. Just enjoy the food.

PF's is overpriced. Asian food should NEVER be this expensive. I can't deny that some of the food is pretty damn tasty, authentic or not. But it's just so freaking expensive! I realize there's a market for fancy upscale Asian, but man, it's just not quite worth it. Service is usually decent, but for how much you pay, it better be!

We love pretty much every other PF Chang's that we've been to. This one, not so much. The short-version--service was extremely slow, they seemed understaffed, food wasn't as good as what we've come to expect from the brand either. After spending 3 hours there because of slow service, we won't be coming back again. Long Version--we were told it would be a 45 minute wait when we first walked in the door, not that big of a deal since it was a Friday night. A little over an hour later we are seated in the restaurant (which looks only about 2/3 full, but I'm thinking they were short staffed). We overheard the hostess say that they were out of drink menus, so we didn't get one (would have been nice to have a drink!). It's 15 minutes before our waitress finally comes over to take our order, talking a million miles an hour and acting like we're inconveniencing her. I ask her what type of hot tea they have, she rattles off a list and we both pick one from her list. Then she takes our order for appetizers and entrees. My husband requests fried rice on the side instead of brown or white, like he always does. 10 minutes later, Waitress comes back with iced tea but before we even have a chance to mention that we wanted hot tea she turns around and leaves. OK, fine we don't like Iced Tea but whatever, we'll drink it because we're thirsty. Another 20 minutes go by and the waitress comes back to let us know that the kitchen ran out of the 2 appetizers we ordered, but we can order something else if we want. I was in the restroom, but my husband ordered one appetizer for us because at this point he was starving and just wanted something to eat. 17 minutes later our appetizer (fried green beans) shows up. It's not bad and we devoured it, but it wasn't very warm either (not like if it just came out of the fryer). 20 minutes later our food comes out. Instead of 2 entrees (my Ma Po Tofu and husband's Mongolian Beef), they bring out an additional entree of Chicken Fried Rice. Food wasn't horrible, although my dish had several pieces that were cool in the middle, like they had been sitting out for awhile. Hubby mentioned his meat was tough. The size of the entrees also seemed smaller in comparison to other PF Chang's restaurants we've been to. Waitress comes around 25 minutes later to check on us, ask if we want dessert, etc. We just want to pay the bill and get the heck out of here. She gives us the bill, we hand it right back to her with our credit card so we don't have to wait any more. We got charged for that Chicken Fried Rice Entree (more than either of the other entrees!), but we didn't care at that point and just wanted to leave. 10 minutes later finally walk out the door, feeling very disappointed in our experience. Total Time spent at the Restaurant: 3 Hours (1 Hour waiting to get seated, 2 Hours waiting for food/service). If you read all that, you deserve a smiley face sticker! I know it's long, I just wanted to detail as much as I could to warn people about our experience.

I've been here once where I made advance reservations for two. It only took 5 minutes to seat me after I have checked-in with the hostess. Service was great. I guess I got a good server that night based on reviews I've read for this particular location. The FOOD was okay. Crab Wontons: yum! Sesame Chicken: it tasted fine, but burnt. like over-grilled/stir-fried. no-go for this entree. I'd be hesitant to order it again at any PF Chang's due to the taste experience at this one. Crispy Honey Shrimp: this was really good. way better than the Sesame Chicken.

The past two times we went, the food came out faster. We always order everything as soon as the waitress comes. Meat portions seem to be decreasing so no additional stars this time. We like to stick with the more seasoned and friendly servers.

Waitress did not come to us for 15 minutes and then finally saw us and walked away so we left... Honestly too many competitors out there to eat here.

SLOW service, SLOW getting a beer, slow getting just average chain restaurant style food. Thank god I had a gift card to weaken the boredom.

Slow service seems to be the trend here at this location. We were last there a few months ago. We saw our waitress a total of two times: when she took our order and when she dropped off our check. Someone else brought out our food. Will never be back.

From reading the past reviews, many complaints stemmed from the service aspect more so than the food. I can definitely say that service has definitely improved at this location but even before those changes took place, I still don't understand how anyone can rate this place low. I guess a 3 rating is the norm on here but this place should definitely be rated higher. Our waiter was awesome. Very attentive without being over bearing and our order was taken and brought out with no issues. The food was delicious although the fried rice tasted healthier than I remembered. The menu looks revised and a few changes have been made. The spring rolls are heavenly and I love the hot and sour soup and Chang's spicy chicken. You even get a free dessert on your birthday. I chose the tiramisu. It was delicious. I highly recommend you give this place another chance. I was very impressed with the quality of the food and improved service changes.

Why do I continue to try to eat out on holidays like Father's Day?!?! Had reservations for 6pm and was seated by 6:05. For a party of 3 that had an appetizer, entrees and dessert, it took 2 hours. Our server seemed to be efficient enough but took forever to get our food. I enjoy a nicely-paced meal, and I also enjoy the food at PF Changs, but this was a bit ridiculous.

I was off to Cumberland Mall with the GF and after doing some shopping, we decided to grab a bite to eat at one of the restaraunts there in the mall, and for me PF Changs was an easy sell, from past experiences at other locations..... but this location, wow. We decided to go for the prix fixe option and started with hot and sour soup. It tasted can-esque. Secondly, we get the lettuce wraps. We had 2 full pieces, a half piece, and a quarter piece of lettuce. The chicken had definately been prepared earlier and microwaved-to-order, while it arrived steaming the sauce had been obviously microwaved into the chicken. Our main courses came, kung pao chicken and shrimp, and while some of the flavor was there, they also had a strong feeling of microwave-esque, as again there was no extra sauce, it was dried up on the meat, the peanuts tasted like they were three times baked. My girlfriend had mostly rubberized shrimp, which I did not remember from previous tries at other locations to be quite as bouncy. Carpet was littered with odds and ends pieces of trash. I normally like PF Changes, but this location will not get my repeat business.

Unfortunately it would appear white people are not welcome here. The wait staff is never friendly. They act as though the sight of us disgusts them. We wait an hour or longer on every visit because the food is so good. However, I am concerned that eventually we will not be waited on at all.

I've been to a few of these places all over the country and the menu is a unique blend of different Asian cuisines into a Americanized dish (hence Asian fusion). The menu has changed over the years but the food is always tasty. I can usually enjoy a good meal at this chain... However don't eat at this one. The service at this one is horrendous. First time I went it was back in August of this year, it took us 45 minutes to get our food even though it didn't look too busy. I let it go because maybe it had been a busy night or they were missing people. This evening it was slower then it was before. I figured this is typical for a Sunday night. There was a problem with seating even though the place was basically empty. It took us a record 1 hour and 38 minutes to get our food from the point we sat down. Everyone in our party was very patient and if it was up to me we would have left way before. Simply put, the service was really bad and the manager seem to be oblivious. If you have 2 hours to waste than this is your place, otherwise avoid this place. Every aspect of customer service is lacking here. Hostess seating is confusion, wait staff seemed untrained or confused and the food prep was so slow. Heed the warning!

I'm not a big fan of Americanized Chinese food, especially a chained one, but PFC has a very big selection if you want a variety of Asian cuisine. I always get the sea bass with spinach (ask them for low sodium so it's not too salty), and it's always super yummy! I also love their perfectly portioned shot glass desserts.

Only 1 star - just because Alex (the waiter) was good. The food was a different story - I would take stars away!

It's P.F. Chang's. Yeah, I can mock it, but why bother? It is what it is--generically exotic enough to be viewed as both "interesting" and "acceptable" by most of the Croc-wearing public. It's like Mario Lopez if he were a restaurant. So my brown, Asian eyes roll behind their epicanthric folds. Still, I've never had a HORRIBLE meal here. I've just never had a good one. And PF Chang's gluten-free menu is the only Chinese food that my GF wife feels comfortable eating (because have you ever tried to explain the concept of "no gluten" to a FOB waiter to whom English is a distant third language? I might as well be explain the bicameral system of government to them.) That's how I end up at PF Chang's. Attrition and husbandly duties. The space is pretty enough; most PFCs are decorated similarly, decked in mostly reds and terra cotta warriors. Usually I'm the only Asian in the place though. The menu is pretty expansive, though the servers are always trying to push the lettuce cups. Not sure why. There are egg rolls and spring rolls, but it's always about the "lettuce cups" like they represent some unique gustatory adventure when, in reality, I think I saw Rachel Ray make these in a Today Show segment back in 1999. Speaking of service, the times I've been here, it's always a bit discombobulated. I won't go so far as to say it was "bad;" it's just mildly out of sync at times. My drink order was lost, for example, the last visit I had, and I needed to re-order it. (Time and Yuengling wait for no man.) The food? Well, the wife likes it well enough. Me? As I said, it's...ok. Mostly. Actually, let me share my reaction to the Chengdu Lamb I ordered during our last visit. Wife: "How is it?" Me: "Fine. They could've used more cumin. And red pepper. And laid off the sugar because it's too sweet. And this tastes like Xeroxed copy of a copy of the cumin lamb they used to serve at Delicious Kabob. All things considered, though, it's fine." "Considering what?" "Well, considering first, Delicious Kabob closed down years ago and second, the guy who handed me this plate was a white guy who referred to me as 'Dude.' Considering all that, it's fine." So there you go, 2.5 stars rounded up to 3.
I always love PF Changs - and this was not an exception. My crab wontons were excellent. My friend had lettuce wraps which I tasted and they were great too. I had almond chicken. The food and service were as always - fantastic!

I guess I was supposed to read the reviews here before deciding to go to this restaurant. It was my first time and I don't think I would go back, at least not to this location. I will tell my whole experience. We (husband and I) waited a few minutes to be greeted by our waiter. He took our drinks order and the appetizer. I had a hard time understanding what he was saying, not because he didn't speak English, because he did, but because he was soft spoken and also seamed like he didn't want to be there. That's what I perceived according to poor service he offered. On my table there was never silverware, so when we got our appetizer (crab wonton) which by the way, was really good, we had no napkins or silverware and the waiter didn't bother to ask if we needed any. The waiter never came after we were done with the appetizer neither after the food arrived. He came almost after we were done with the food. Thanks goodness I had asked the person that brought our food for napkins, I think even he was more courteous than our waiter. Anyways, when he finally showed up was to bring us the check. Instead of asking if everything was ok(since he never asked) he brought our check, gave my husband a refill and never asked if we wanted a dessert. I know we were not spending as much as other people were because we are vegetarians but we did ordered special drinks and he didn't even know if we were going to tip well or not to give us such a crapy service. I also noticed the table in front of me was constantly looking for him. Regardless I felt like he just wanted to get us out quickly. I care about this things a lot because my husband is also a waiter and he goes through hell sometimes because of annoying customers that just want free food. He is a great server and I know he really deserves his tips. I don't see why this restaurant has wait a time because it's not the best. If your food is not that great and on top of that it has a poor service then what good is it?

Ordered the pork dumplings, peek lo mein, egg drop soup, and wonton soup. All very, very good. Tried the house sauce on the lo mein and in the egg drop soup. Great! Our waitress was named Amber. You should ask for her. She was amazing!

When we sat down at our table the first I noticed was the dirty plates in front of us. I figured no big deal we probably won't use them anyway. Then as we waited to order I noticed a woman cleaning a table next to us with a wet rag and then taking the same rag and wiping down the new plates to be test on the table. No wonder the plates are dirty. Then I ordered the chicken lettuce wraps and filled one lettuce and ate it and as I filled a second I noticed something. I looked closer and realized it was a plastic wrapper of a straw buried in my chicken. All I can say is yuck, what kind of conditions are going on in this place. I didn't take another bite and will not be going back.

Confession: PF Chang's is my ultimate chain guilty pleasure. I can't deny my love for their over the top decor, cheap and overly sweetened food, and those dang lettuce wraps. So when I was in the hood post-movie kind of late on a weeknight, the lights from this location were like a siren song to my rumbly belly and thin wallet. Things started out great: a super friendly hostess, a comfy booth, and our waiter promptly greeted us. It quickly took a turn for the worse. The lettuce wraps arrived and, maybe it's just because I haven't had them in a while, but they weren't very flavorful. Maybe it was because of the nasty white lettuce we'd been given, but they weren't what I remembered. My fried rice was similar: totally dried out chicken, overcooked rice, and no flavor. Then our server totally dropped the ball and disappeared. It was getting close to closing time (11pm), we were ready for the check, and he decided to chat it up with a table behind us. I tried making eye contact as best I could, and we connected a few times, but he blatantly ignored us. I'm ashamed, but I'll readily admit that there is such a thing as a good PF Changs. This isn't one of them.

Ordered take out after not eating at a P F Chang's in years. I had such great memories of their food but was really disappointed. The description of the dynamite shrimp reminded me of the bang bang shrimp at Bonefish Grill. However, this was nothing like the bang bang shrimp. The batter was very heavy and soggy. The shrimp got lost in the batter which had the consistency of a beer batter as opposed to a tempura batter. The pad thai was the worst I've ever had because it had absolutely no flavor. None! I can't help but wonder if they forgot to put the sauce on the noodles. The only bright spot was the chicken lettuce wraps. They were good. Don't think I'll be going back unless it's to have the lettuce wraps.

I had a casual early dinner with my family and had a fantastic meal. Kim, our server, was very attentive and accommodating to my little girl which is always a plus. They had a great craft beer selection and the food was on point. Not sure why other reviews were rating so low but we had a great time.

I was pleasantly surprised by PF Chang's, as I had thus far in my life successfully avoided eating here. Our cute little server looked like Rob Thomas and spent just the right amount of time at the table, making sure we were happy. We had the crab wontons for an app, and I was shocked to find that they tasted like . . . crab! They've always tasted like cream cheese before. Ha. But they were yummy, and I loved the trio of dipping/flavoring sauces on the table. My entree was the ginger chicken with broccoli (as I just HAVE to get broccoli when I get Asian food, since I can't stand it with anything else), and the chicken was very well cooked, and in nice, big, distinguishable chunks of white meat. The broccoli was BARELY cooked (which is perfect). For dessert, we had the banana spring rolls, which came with a pineapple-coconut ice cream. The shit was awesome. I didn't think I would like the ice cream AT ALL, and I was basically throwin' 'bows to get to it. So, given this first-ever visit, I thought it was great. Maybe I just go to too many shitty places. Ha.

I don't know why this place is 3 stars and there are so many terrible reviews, I feel like it deserves at least a 4 and I'm legit Chinese! The food of course isn't authentic, but for trying it does really well in terms of a good taste, just not quite an authentic one. We order the fried noodles and that was pretty tasty, and I ordered the duck which is reminiscent of beijing duck, served with crispy skin, fat, and lean meat underneath. They had the traditional toppings and ge bao (small man tou or steamed bun) specially used for wrapping duck and it tasted almost like back at home too. Left me very nostalgic. Service left me wanting. I loved the decor and the bowls they used- what beautiful dishes!

My hubby wanted to try this for his birthday. Sunday evening, seated right away. Waited a bit for the waitress, ordered drinks and food. Crab wontons were good. We get our order and the waitress tells us they are out of whtie rice and gives us brown rice. What chinese restuarant runs out of white rice? Admit you messed up the order. (The table behind us got white rice, differt waiter.) She even gave us extra brown rice for my leftovers. I ordered shrimp honey dew and candied walnuts. Search and rescue for the three walnuts in my meal. Hubby's mongilian beef he said was good meat tasted grilled. Coffee was cold. I will give this one more try but I don't expect to add this into our regular restuarant fare, as our local chinese resturaunt is much better and makes to order what we like (non menu items) for less.

I think if you are careful you might be able to find something you like on the menu. Went with several folks and everyone ordered something different - the food items seemed to be average to above average. Most folks liked the lettuce wraps, but I found the still wet lettuce a bit of a turn off. If you like the lettuce wraps you may be a fan of the egg rolls...because ...tada..the wrap filling makes an appearance here as well. Deep fried beans and Calamari are good as is the edamame. I had the spicy chicken, which wasn't spicy and had a odd flavor-free gelatinous sauce. The brown rice was good. Miso glazed fish was a hit with a fellow diner and someone liked the ahi tuna, which was sliced thin and nicely raw in the center. Seems like many menu options are deep fried and sweet sauces abound. Main reason for the 2 star rating was the service. Spotty with a swirl of inattentiveness thrown in. A missing water glass, missing utensils and my favorite... 20 minutes for a bottle of wine because the cellar-master at the bar said it was 3 degrees too warm...really I am going to notice temperature on a mediocre bottle of white....I've got an idea... how about suggesting something that is already chilled and doesn't have to bathe in the "Chill-O-Matic" for the length of a sitcom sans commercials. The other practice here that annoys, is when food is delivered it is walked up to the table and announced for you to claim. "Who had the shrimp?"...really, the waitperson can't keep track?...this seems like a less then "upscale" procedure. Sometimes our waitress was gone so long I got a little excited when she dropped by and wanted to ask her how she had been.

Poor service and very disappointing spinach. The shrimp dumplings have changed to a shrimp mush . You used to be able to identify shrimp pieces. The staff seems VERY unprofessional and inexperienced in flare and lack a certain amount of polish. The greeters are cold and act as if they are doing US a favor to allow me to be in their restaurant. Their location is what keeps them busy.

Ew. Their food is so bad! You want Chinese food, go to an authentic Chinese restaurant. There are several in Atlanta, I promise. & It's so much better than PF Changs. Plus, the food is way over priced! Bad, bad, bad.

Okay, where do I begin?? A friend and I decided to sit at the bar for dinner. First mistake, I asked the Bartender if I could sample the fresh made Ginger Beer, she replied sure but she came back with a tiny tea cup, I looked at it and said this is it? she said is was the syrup used to make the Ginger Beer, I said Oh, Okay I don't think I want to sample that..That is like drinking just the syrup for a Coke Cola!! We both ordered Asian Pear Mojitos, the drinks tasted like bitter lime water! The drinks ABSOLUTELY had no flavor. I decided to play it safe and order a glass of ice tea and my friend order a glass of wine, that was not so safe for him. Three Dirty Wine Glasses later we reliazed there is a problem with the bar... For dinner I order the Sheared Wok Lamb a past favorite dish of mine. Well, I received Sheared very Burnt Nasty Lamb, it was so bad. I asked to speak with the manager, he apologized and had another dish prepared. To top off the evening, I asked for ice tea in a to go cup from a different Barteneder, he gave me a straw and a cup of ice tea without a lid. He said they ran out of lids. Hmmm, well, the purpose of "To Go" is to leave the restaurant with the item!! He explained on Saturday's they run out of things sometimes rice too...Okay, I had to speak to the manager again to make him aware that the restaurant runs out of the things, like lids for cups and rice!!! Of course he was shock that we were told that and he proved that Bartender was lazy and didn't want to look for the lids.... PF Chang's at Cumberland-Never Again, for overpriced burnt food, dirty wine glasses and no lids for "To Go" cups!!!

Service was great, but food was not very good. We ordered Kung Pao chicken; it was dry, there were no vegetables unless you count dry peppers and peanuts. We also had the Mongolian beef; the beef was very tough and was only garnished with green onions.. The hot and sour soup was the worst ever, it was very watery. If you want good Chinese food don't go here.

I remember that one episode of South Park where they go into P.F. Changs, and it was full of American people. It's so true. This isn't Asian food, people. Just having some Chinese word in its name doesn't make it Asian. The food is some weird, horrible fusion of American and Asian food elements. For the price, the food it not worth it. They try to be a high-class restaurant, but the food fails on so many levels: * The food tastes terrible. Me and my friends got about 3 different dishes and they all sucked. * Even their "traditional" Asian food sucked. * Too expensive for the lack of quantity and quality of the food. * The food tastes terrible. I think I was the only Asian guy in there. I understand why. Real Asians wouldn't be caught eating their "Asian" fusion food unless you're an Asian who hates real Asian food and want to eat disgusting food instead.

Seated quickly last friday night. Friendly service thru appetizer (chicken lettuce wraps which we always order). Wrap took long time to get out and had very little of the puffed rice noodles as they usually do. Meanwhile our waiter, Alex, spent his time at the table next to us chatting up one of the floor managers wife and young daughter while we ran out of drinks, rice, & lettuce. While the table on the other side got their entrees before us even though they arrived 15 minutes after us. And where was the GM, and managers? Nowhere to be found or hiding at the bar. At one point, Alex, after disappearing for 25 minutes, came in from outside! Never offered coffee or dessert. Acted like he had done nothing wrong. Did not apologize for delays on food, or refills on drinks,etc.. Did not offer to comp anything. Would not look at us when he dropped check off. Lucky for him that I do not run the place because he would be fired along with the sorriest bunch of managers who allowed this putrid service to go on. This used to be a good place to eat....no more.

Kinda expensive, super small portions, but very friendly people. I would say that the best thing here was their Great wall of Chocolate cake. Not too sweet, which I like, and very chocolatey. Yums! (But that was easily $7 something alone). Very pricey place...our bill came out to be $21 per person and we were just satisfied.

PF Changs is the restaurant to go to for a white person's idea of Pan Asian food. I've been to a couple of PF Changs before but it was my first time to this location. One of my friends who is a picky eater picked this place so I reluctantly followed the group. Food, as it has been for every one of my visits to PF Changs locations, is mediocre at best- over sauced, over salted, over cooked, over fried, etc. I've always thought the high prices were outrageous too...you can go to a real Chinese restaurant and get a delicious noodle dish or order of dumplings for half the price and at twice the taste. "But the ambiance!", people say....this location at the mall had the ambiance of the Cheesecake Factory. Service was awful, with the server taking his time (and made sure he didn't get to our table until after happy hour), not refilling water, pushing us to order entrees when it was clear we wanted appetizers and drinks. We ordered lettuce wraps for the table...and then the manager, thinking they would try to make up for the service, sent over a "free" 2nd order of lettuce wraps. Sorry, didn't need the second order...I would have preferred getting better service.

To give you a background of my love-hate relationship with PF Changs, you should really look at my review of the Princeton, NJ PF Changs. But regardless, despite eating at PF Changs several several times in NJ (and giving it a 3 star rating in NJ), I was actually excited to come here because it had been a good few years since the last time I had eaten at a PF Changs and I did like one of the dishes served here, and especially the lunch bowl. Turns out I was here for a work lunch so it was perfect. Only it wasn't. They seated us promptly which was nice but it was all downhill from there. It took quite long for our waitress to take our order. Then, it took her even longer to bring our drinks out. When she finally bought them out, she was missing my water (yes, I only got water). She said she'd be back with the water....I didn't get my water until I asked three other waiters/people bringing us food which was promptly AFTER I started eating my meal. But it wasn't the water that was the issue (and in addition, the cokes served to my coworkers tasted bad because the syrup was running low), I wasn't even served my soup before I got my main entree. I had to ask for my soup more than twice AND received it after I got my main entree as well. Our waitress disappeared for the majority of this experience and I had to resort to asking the people who were handing us food, which was really annoying. It's too bad we were there as a business lunch because if it wasn't expensed, I would've left no tip (and I wonder if she noticed we were there on a business lunch and therefore neglected to provide us with good service). Nobody was satisfied with their meals (my moo goo gai pan lunch bowl was drenched in sauce) and we definetly weren't impressed with the service. I would avoid supporting an establishment like this. I'm sure the Cheesecake Factory and Maggianos next door is much better and I will be visiting there in the future for our work lunches.

Believe it or not, I actually don't find P.F. Chang offensive, even though I usually dine at those Buford Highway joints with all Asian diners. It actually does a decent job at these slightly bistroesque dishes that less adventurous taste buds can enjoy. They don't mess up the flavors too much, while making it more mass-appealing, kind of like Maggiano's. What's more, the decor is great...much better than a Ma and Pa Americanized Chinese joint. I know most people don't go to Chinese restaurants for the decor, myself included, but that only means these PFC's get to corner the market for decor needy diners provided the food doesn't suck--and it doesn't, as I duly reported. Sure, the vegetables are not cooked very well, but sauces are tasty and ingredients are pretty fresh. It even has a large bar and televisions. The price is reasonable. If you dispense with notions of traditional Chinese restaurants, and just think of this as a Twist (for example) that serves Chinese-themed food, it's quite beyond reproach. I would not mind going here if asked to. Those "Chinese" restaurants that serve "Spa Cuisine" for $20 a pop on the other hand...

This is one of those places when you walk in, you just expect it to be good, but it wasn't. The staff was very friendly, down right nice, but the overall food experience was bland, tasteless, and lukewarm. For the premium prices they charge, I expected more. Sorry, but probably will not return to PF Chang's.

Just... not my thing. I groan every time someone chooses this place for a group outing or birthday meal. Granted, this hasn't happened in several years, so this review could be outdated. Sadly I won't be testing it to see if they've moved up in the culinary world. You know, I really used to like PF Chang's. I used to frequent the one at Perimeter with my family every so often. Then I started working in Vinings and was dragged to the Cumberland location many times by coworkers... and now I just can't remember why I liked PF's in the first place. The food here mostly tasted salty with zero flavor. All I can really remember is the Honey Chicken didn't taste right and one time the dumplings arrived half-cold. My many experiences here left me with a... wait for it... bad taste in my mouth!

My husband and I went to dinner here before we went to the Cobb Energy Center. We were hoping for some great Chinese food. We saw that they had a dinner for 2 which was great. It was priced at $40 which is what other restaurants have as their dinner for 2 price. The food was OK. I do not think that we will be going to Cumberland for this restaurant very often.

Yesterday with two hungry 6 year olds and my mother we stopped at PF Chang's for lunch. We had both heard good things about it and it was convenient. Obviously this is not authentic chinese food. It is that very westernized chopped stuff with sauce over rice, I expected this and had no issue with it. I actually really like some Americanized Chinese food and it is something of a hobby of mine to try "Chinese food" when I visit other countries. Always interesting. These restaurants are smart and alter the food so that it is more inline with what people of that culture prefer. Perhaps dinner service is better. Perhaps we managed to order the worst things on the menu. It was bad enough that I will not try again . Who P.F. Chang's is cooking for, I have no idea but his taste buds only respond to sodium. We did the lunch bowl thing. ( pfchangs.com/menu ) The options on the lunch menu are very limited, there are 8, and they are not very interesting/inspired. They start at about $8. The food, everything that came to the table except the beverages, was too salty. The hot and sour soup was too salty with too much vinegar. It had chicken in it as well. I saw no vegetarian options for soup. The egg drop was salty enough that my daughter only ate a few spoons of it. The entrees were very heavily sauced. All of the rice was saturated and the sauce was very salty. I hate this. When the rice is dripping with sauce of some sort such that you cannot find a single piece that is still white something is wrong. This would have been annoying if the food was properly seasoned but especially bad when it is not. Gack! Good note: Their kids menu is a bit limited but very reasonable with nice sized portions. The kids still didn't eat much but again, perhaps we hit it on the day that the cap on the salt container blew. Perhaps your experience will be better. If I were you I would avoid it altogether.

To me, this chain is the bane of my culture's culinary existence. It belongs to the only class of restaurants at which I've ever paid my bill and walked out, without yet getting the rest of my food. Sorry all, but... this type of food is terribly painful to me. *hangs head in shame* To each their own, but this most definitely does not float my proverbial boat!

1130 on a Saturday, place was empty and on a wait. Sat for several minutes with no one acknowledging we were there. Flagged the manager who said he would get someone. No one came over and we left. Host and servers seemed not to care about anything, no energy to the place at all. Walked across to Cheesecake.

Ate here for lunch on a Thursday around 1:30, and upon arrival there were several groups waiting. They told us it was a 15 min wait, the place was only half full at that time. And most folks are on their lunch break, so 15 - 20 min are gone for ya. After 15 min we did get seated. Our waiter was prompt and very nice, however the food was quite slow coming out. We ordered the ginger chicken, and it was quite bland, think I could have done better. For the price you pay here you expect a lot more. If you want good Chinese food take my advise go elsewhere and save some money.

Awesome food. The Mongolian beef and orange shrimp were delicious and the servers were highly trained.

Eventually they are going to kick me out of Atlanta! Once again some things are better up north. You would expect consistency with a chain instead I left severely disappointed. Went with my work colleagues for lunch and my request was simple I wanted a lunch bowl but instead of beef and broccoli I wanted Mongolian beef. I was even willing to pay the extra. Who knows what got the rice was horrible and the beef was super dry almost jerky like. One person in our party did not get their meal until we were almost done with ours. Poor service and poor food. I guess if I want P.F. Changs I will have to buy it out of the freezer of my grocery store or make a trip to one when I am back up north.

This has got to be the best restaurant around. The lettuce wraps, the spicy chang chicken and the mongolian beef are the best. This is the spot!!!!

Well, the decor was beautiful. Our server was super nice and helpful- I mentioned my peanut allergy and she provided a list of menu items I could have. But I'm supposed to review the food, right? Hmmm...the shrimp dumplings would have been good if they weren't so salty. If I was blindfolded and asked to identify which kind of dumplings (chicken, pork, shrimp), I would have answered "salt dumplings" because that was the only flavor I could taste. And I ordered the Shanghai Street Noodles. I'm sure that would have been good as well, but it was so salty that I couldn't taste the curry or any other ingredients. So basically, another overpriced megachain of mediocre food.

The only reason I didn't give this place 1 star is because the food is the same as all other PF Chang's. The service here is lousy, our waitress was like a dead fish. She never refilled our drinks or checked back with us once we got our food. No 'how is everything?', nothing. What made the experience even more interesting is the fact that she appeared to be training another waitress, the blind leading the blind. Will not return to this location

So we had a $25 gift card to P.F. Changs and we decided to use it tonight. We ordered dumplings as an appetizer. Now, I am from New York and we have often been accused of having our own language. It's a fact and I've accepted it the 11 years I have lived in Georgia. That being said, I'm pretty sure ... no scratch that ... I'm definitely positively sure that appetizers should come FIRST, i.e. before the main meal and not WITH the main meal. I mean c'mon folks - they are DUMPLINGS. Plop them in the pan, fry them suckers up and viola, appetizers! I ordered the Mongolian Beef with what looks like to be in the picture, chopped scallions scattered about. Unfortunately, when my meal arrived, I should have been brought a machete instead of a fork to clear a path to the Mongolian beef. There were scallion STALKS covering the plate and beef. I felt like I was playing peekaboo with my food. The beef wasn't actually all that bad - I just hated to have to move things around to get at my food. Thank goodness I am not OCD. The rice was very dry - the Sahara Desert was more moist. No amount of sauce would have slicked that puppy up. I just pushed it aside after I was done building the Eiffel Tower of rice. Very overpriced for so-so food. Good thing it was free. Sad thing is that the best part of the meal were the free noodles in the very beginning.

I love P.F. Changs. Great food, prices and customer service. Their orange chicken is delicious! Highly recommended!

2 1/2 stars? Really? I love supporting local, independent restaurants as much as the next guy, but I've got to give credit where it's due. There's a reason it's packed on a Tuesday. They do make dumplings by hand, make their own sauces, even their house wine is drinkable. Their orange peel shrimp is a guilty pleasure of mine. This one is pretty close-in to the city, so there are defnitely options around for more authentic Asian food (Peter Chang's/Tasty China) but if you're in a place like Buford? I wouldn't give it a second thought.

Going to PF Changs for Chinese food is like going to On the Border for Mexican food. Except On the Border food is actually tasty. The food here is pretty awful. +1 star for nice color schemes and ambience.

I really want to like this place. I've been here half a dozen times and I still feel like every time it does nothing for me. Asian food whether authentic or Asian inspired are my faves..... This is doesn't do it for me.... Every time I go I'm amazed on how packed they are. Sorry after multiple attempts I'm going to add this place to my list of places to stay away from.

Was there before seeing a show at the Cobb Energy Center on Saturday. If a packed restaurant with a line out the door is a sign of a recession, so be it. It was busy. Food seemed to come out a little slow. Drinks too, but the server was great. Food as always was good. However I like the Perimeter mall location a little bit more. I'm a creature of habit and they do my spicy eggplant just right. Time to start dining out inside the Perimeter again!

If you like close to real Asian food, don't come here, the franchise type assembly line type food will entertain the kids, and perhaps the non discrminate visitor. It serves what Americans have come to expect of "Asian" food.

Most of the time, I really don't care if a restaurant's food is authentic to it's culture or not - as long as it is good - so no issues there. The first time I ate here with my husband was late after picking him up from the airport. We were both very hungry. My food was pretty good, my husband thought something was wrong with his chicken. As in bad. He avoided it. The service, however, was impeccable. They took away the bad dish and replaced with something good. The second time I went here was for lunch for business. I have been having issues with a virus, so I kept to a very plain steamed veggie plate (Buddah's Delight.) Service again was wonderful. I did indulge a little in my coworkers app that he had bought for the table (lettuce wrap.) What happened to me 3 hours later is best left undescribed. At first I thought it was just because of my other issues, but when I found out my coworkers wife was severely ill shortly after eating his leftovers that night - all doubt was removed. This was his entree, not even the app we shared. My other issue had never even made me sick to my stomach (caused severe fatigue.) On the flip side, I threw up so many times for so many hours that whatever was causing me other problems has mysteriously gone away. Thanks P.F. Chang for making me so sick that I am cured from something else! Seriously! You normally would get 1 star for trying to kill me, but you get 2 for having great service and for helping fix a different problem.

What a disappointment! The food is bland and over-priced. Service sucks. I will stick to authentic Chinese restaurants from now on.

I love me some PF Changs. But, I do love Asian food in general. The spring rolls are very good there. I also enjoy the lettuce wraps, crab wontons and wonton soup. For dinner, I always get the Chang's Spicy Chicken. It's not too spicy and if you request it they can even make it less spicy. It is lightly fried and then mixed in a special sauce. It is most excellent! You can have either brown or white rice. I personally like to mix it. Your server will also mix a special sauce for you. So, it's always a little different, which is good. The only reason they get 4/5 stars is because of their service. They should be glad their food is excellent or else I would not go back here. The service is most of the time very slow and pretty bad. A lot of times we have to request the server to make the sauce, even though they are suppose to do that while they are talking to you when you first sit down. They really need some help in the service arena here!

Is anyone else suspicious of why you always seem to find a PF Changs near either a Cheesecake Factory or a Maggiano's? Anyways, this one happens to be near both. Sure, some 'foodie' might stick their nose up at the thought of going to a chain restaurant. But come on, chain restaurants can satisfy the palette too (while remaining cost effective). PF Changs is an Asian Bistro restaurant and serves Americanized Chinese food. The portion sizes are always enough for leftovers and it's fun to share selections among friends and family. Everything I've ever tried here (like half the menu) has never disappointed. My faves are the Orange Peel Beef, Honey Chicken or Shrimp and the Mongolian Beef. They're known for having some killer Lettuce Wraps and their Ahi Tuna is a great appetizer as well. Plus they serve really fun cocktails here (the bartenders were really fun and nice at this location) Tip: If you have an office party here you can almost always count on the manager giving your party extra food for free. Who doesn't like leftovers?

Well, this was an experience. Thursday my friends and I went for a lunch that took "hours". I don't know what was on the waitress' mind but let's say her mind was missing in action. We ordered 2 soups, one salad, 1 chicken lettuce wrap and on mu shu pork. The "soup" arrived after the lettuce wrap that was supposed to be an entre'. The "soup" was hot and sour which was just about the worst excuse for soup you can imagine. Goodness knows what they put in it other than corn starch and brown goop. Top it off by serving it barely warm and you can forget that experience. So now, having sent the early entre' back to the kitchen we wait, and we wait, and we wait.... I think they must have been catching the chicken and eviscerating it in the back before making the lettuce wrap mixture. The good news is that it tasted pretty good. In the meantime, on of my friends is waiting for her Mu Shu and waiting, and waiting and waiting..... Finally, we all have food. The Mu Shu was also good. Now let's talk about coffee.... oh, never mind. It finally turned up warm and not worth drinking. Now, having waited 15 minutes for the bill to arrive..... I rose up and caught the waitress in the now nearly empty restuarant and asked that she provide us with two seperate bills - two on one and one on one. Goodness knows what she was doing but it took another 15 minutes to get the bill and there she was standing at the register when I asked for the bill moments ago. Thus, when she finally arrived with the bills I told her she needed to hustle we had other appointments. In this, she actually moved. Where was she the rest of the day???? Summary, stay away from the soups!

If your looking for an more upscale version of chinese food this will do. The thing I like the most about P.F. Chang's is that when you sit down you will notice 5 or so different oil's,spice's,sauces at the end of the table. The waiter will come shortly after you have been seated, and they will mix the sauce together in their own unique way of sauce mixing. When their done this will be your dipping sauce for whatever you want to dip. All the times they mixed the sauce for me it came out really well. CAUTION: don't try to mix the sauces yourself, for it will only end up disastrous, and it will not come out as good as the waiters. These people are professional sauce mixers. It's a delicate skill that takes years of practice lol. The food isn't bad. They take traditional dishes and put a little tiny spin on them, and then serve them up all fancy like. lol * little southern jargon for "yall" * They have dishes to cater to vegans as well. Depending on when you go you may catch a celeb as they slip in and out of here sometimes. Saw Andre' 3000 last time I was here.

My husband of 3 days now was craving some chinese food so since we're technically "honeymooning" we decided to head out to PF Chang's. We invited some of our family who was still in town from the wedding to come with us. First of all the restaurant wasn't even half full but yet we had to wait a good 20 min.'s for them to set us up. We immediately ordered appetizers....lettuce chicken wraps were good but they took 30 min.'s to get. Our waiter apologized when he brought the app's and said the kitchen was backed up so we knew then there would be a wait. The food was blah!! we had maybe 6 dishes that we all shared and nothing was memorable. One dish even taste burnt. Everything was overcooked and the chicken was hard to chew. The waiter Ben was great and that's why they get 2 stars. Way over priced for what we got. My hubby was still hungry so we went to the subway down the street and he got himself a $5 footlong that he enjoyed. I will not be returning, we can get better chinese food from one of the little hole in the wall chinese restaurants around the neighborhood.

i love pf changs!! the only other place i would recommend for asian inspired cuisine is doc chey's. i hate chinese from rinky dink restaurants with low ratings so i can appreciate pf's. i can even pick this up from the super market and cook it at my house!!! i had a nice time at this location and my waiter was very good. i would like to think that we made each other's night go smooth. at least thats what he told me:) shout out to my friend who introduced me for the first time to this great tasting cuisine!!

yup, just 3 stars. so the group of 7 i went with didn't make reservations and the wait was 45 minutes. we went to another restaurant where the wait was 10 minutes. we tried again the next day and made reservations this time. the server had as much personality as a fake plant! we ordered many different dishes but i wasn't really impressed with anything. the wait inbetween dishes left me wondering if i would have enough time to run inside the mall for a snack. will not return.
I've always loved P.F. Changs! But i'm also the type who likes Taco Bell, but hates authentic Mexican restaurants; loves Olive Garden, but not a big fan of authentic 'firm' Italian pasta. So keep in mind that it's a very Americanized version of Chinese flavors. Portions are also generally meant to be served family style. Usually two people can share one entree (if you had an appetizer, too). Lettuce wraps to start every time, Mongolian Beef, Dan-Dan Noodles, Honey Chicken... YUMMY!!! Fried Bananas are a great dessert; but we'll usually go next door to Cheesecake factory if we want dessert. I also just love the dark, classy ambiance for a date night with my husband. We only went to this location once so far, but our server was fantastic that night.

I had never been to PF Chang's. I don't think I've seen an actual PF Chang's restuarant up in the Chicagoland area, but I could be wrong. Anyway, I was hanging out and shopping with a family friend in Atlanta. After Phipps Plaza, we came to her favorite restaurant, PF Chang's. I'm not huge on Asian food, but I won't judge until I try. My first impression is this place looks nice. Staff was friendly and we were seated right away. Our server was friendly. We started off with the lettuce wraps, which is like an Asian taco, if you can picture that at all. The lettuce works as a tortilla and you put some filling in there which consisted of chicken, rice, and some other stuff. They were yummy! I then ordered beef and broccoli with brown rice. The rice wasn't that great. We also ordered a bottle of white zinfandel. I have experience with bottle presentations, pouring etc since I took a beverage management class, and let me tell you that our waiter was unexperienced. I don't think chain restaurants really take the time or give much importance to actual presentation as they should. Anyway, it's not a huge deal but it just doesn't look good for someone who knows about stuff like that like I do. Moving on. The fried banana dessert (which had ice cream, berries and strawberries) was really good! Overall, this is a cute place to eat. Intimate, romantic feel.

P.F Chang's is beautifully decorated with a very friendly staff. when I first walked in I thought I was in for a treat. Then I ordered something that I have tried at many other Chinese restaurants. When is received my food it looked very good. Then I put it in my mouth and it tasted like eating air. It was the most tasteless thing i have eaten. I thought that if I added the sauce that the waiter made it would make things better, IT DID NOT. If anything it made it worse. I felt as if I was eating salted air. This is a good place to go if you and your date have lost your sense of taste and smell but want a good ambiance.

I love P.F. Changs! I will probably never order their sesame chicken ever again (I gave it 2 tries and its just not good). Everything else that I have tried there was tasty, from their kung pao shrimp to their crab wontons. Don't go there expecting real chinese food though or you will be greatly disappointed. The wait is never really bad and the service is always awesome.

I LOVE PF Chang's...usually. I've never been to this location. It was Saturday and it was not busy for lunch...no problem like who cares? I like to go and have a meal and a glass of wine and watch a little sports. It's not a sports bar but it's Saturday afternoon so it make s sense. Only ONE tv was working, the other had, who knows what on it. The bartender was not friendly, did not care about the other 4 people sitting at the bar and engaged in NO conversation with anyone other than when he asked for the order. I almost left before I ordered because it took him forever to get to me even though the restaurant was only 1/3 full. Ok- no personality, that's ok, NOTHING to watch on tv, why have them? but that's ok too. BUT this next thing has happened 2x in a row. Because of the containers, the left over food's juices and sauces have leaked through the take out bag and on to the floor board of the car. THEN because I don't realize it (smell a strong food odor but I just think it s because the food is so good) when I grab the take out bag, it leaves a puddle on my carpet and gets on my clothes. My car smells like ginger chicken with broccoli. When you go to PF chant's-DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION- YOU'LL BE SORRY- and be careful when you're holding the take out bag so the sauces don't slosh all over you or your car. I wrote PF Chang's and I really doubt I'll hear anything from them. I will not be going back...ever...they suck. c

PF Chang's is a chain, and as such most people know exactly what to expect here. The food is relatively well-made, though Americanized to a great degree. They have a tasty lemongrass martini, if that helps. I always trip in the bathroom, as the faucet for the sink has such low water pressure that it takes Zen-like patience to wash your hands with soap.

What happened to P.F. Changs?!? Last time I had been to one was years ago (Mansell Road?) and I loved it. This time not so much. There was a wait, so we decided to sit at the bar, get a drink, an wait for our buzzer to go off. Waited for 20 minutes to be acknowledged by bartender. Got drinks as our buzzer went off, and bartender seemed annoyed that we were getting a table. Once seated (by front door on a FREEZING cold day), out server was really sweet but a bit scattered. We commented to each other on not remembering the menu to be so full of standard Chinese restaurant fare, and having more interesting/original choices. My girlfriend chose Singapore Street Noodles...nearly inedible. I had beef & broccoli...mound of white rice with 5-6 pieces of jerky/shoe leather quality beef. In their defense, the lettuce wrap and steamed dumpling appetizers were pretty good, as was the wine. If you have to go, I would just do drinks and appetizers. For your meal, you'd be better of going to any one of the hundred other corner Chinese places around town.

We went here for my birthday, since we wanted to try something different. Neither my wife nor I have ever been to P.F. Chang's before. We walked in and they were on a 30-35 minute wait. After our wait, we were seated in Ross' section. Ross came over and introduced himself, took our drink orders and suggested some items to us since we had never been there before. Ross was extremely polite and very helpful. He suggested many things that actually made our meal better. We had ordered the Lettuce Wraps and the Salt and Pepper Calamari for appetizers. The atmosphere was romantic as the lights were dim. My wife ordered the Lemon Chicken and I had the Chang's Spicy Chicken ("Can't go wrong with the Chang's Spicy Chicken" Ross says). Both meals were great...enough for us to take home also! We ordered the Wall of Chocolate for dessert and had to take some of it home also. Ross took the dessert off our bill because it had taken longer than it should have to get it. All in all...it was a great experience and we will definitely be back!! Thanks to Ross for making a special night even better!

Most of you probably have been to a P.F. Chang's restaurant at least once in your lifetime. But I just had to write a review about it for it is one of my favorite restaurants. For those who haven't been, P.F Chang's is a Chinese bistro. The menu items are very good. I never have had a bad experience with what I have ordered. I often get the Kung Pao Shrimp dish. It's not your normal Kung Pao dish that you may get from other Chinese restaurants, its much better. The funny thing is, I didn't order this dish the first time I tasted it. The manager walked by our table with it and asked us if we wanted it because someone else put in the wrong order and did not want it. One thing I do remember from college is to "Never pass up free food". I have been ordering it every since. Also if you are fan of Won Ton soup, this is your place. Unless you have a huge appetite, don't order a bowl for yourself because its intended to feed four. The atmosphere and drinks are also great.

This isn't even close to anything authentic, but it is tasty! The staff is friendly, service is great and quick, but when I've been meeting (late) friends for dinner, they haven't rushed me to get rid of the table. A wide variety of Asian-inspired dishes.

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

(2)Chuck G.
(3)Maggie S.
As many other reviewers have said, the service at this location really sucks. It took forever to get greeted by our server once we sat down, and when he did come over, he brought us straws and said "Is it all right if I come right back?" and left us for about 10 minutes with nothing to drink. My fiancé and I were both pretty confused; why not at least get our drink order? He came back and got our drink and appetizer order. It took a long time to get both. Refills were very slow. When the apps came out, the woman who was running food tried to give us an app that we did not order. We told her we didn't want it and she acted really confused. Our waiter told us later that he didn't know why the kitchen made that app, but tried to convince us to take it anyway, even after we told him we didn't want it. Awkward. The food was just decent. We liked the dynamite shrimp, but our entrees were just so-so. We asked for the chocolate cake dessert but the waiter came back and said they were out (on a Thursday, at 8 pm -- seems odd). We got the chocolate raspberry wontons instead and they were pretty disappointing. We also witnessed an interesting debacle for the people next to us. A mom and her grown son had ordered food. He ordered an entree and she ordered an app. They waited a long time for their food also. When they finally brought his food, they didn't bring her app. She asked the food runner to look into it. The waiter came back and said, "Oh, sorry, we're out of that app." Why wait until then to tell her?! Why not tell her earlier to she could re-order something else so her food came out with his? So this poor woman and her son had to share his entree. TL;DR-- service is really awful. We won't be coming back.
(2)Walter K.

My server Jazmine was very nice and good.. Very engaging and made sure we was comfortable and etc.. Great experience, the ginger beer is very good and it was my 1st having it, also ordered orange chicken and brown rice.

(1)Rhea C.
I'm not big on chain restaurants but my good friend really want to go here. This place is unorganized! The wait for food was terrible and once received it was cold. They ran out of several items and the wait staff was clueless. Never again will I ever visit this place no matter who ask me to!
(2)Pravinraj R.
PF changs is one of my favorite restaurant but this place is Really bad .. Very slow service , fried rice was partially cooked .
(1)Mary W.
Eating here for my daughter's birthday. The restaurant was clean, the food was delish, and our server Jason was the best. The price was good and served quickly. I will certainly visit this restaurant again. And best of all they have Koala Care in both restrooms which is very important since we dine with a toddler.
(5)Shannon C.
(2)J. H.
Horrible service. Extremely slow service. They seemed understaffed. Our waiter (Casey) was terrible. The only reason we came here is because we got a gift card for Christmas. We won't come back and I will make sure I tell at least 10 other people!
(1)Tosha K.
So the food here is good....like any other PF Chang, but the service is horrible! Worst I've ever had at a PF changs. Not sure how long they will stay in service,!!!!
(3)Alex R.
Not sure where The bad reviews come from. Best fried rice I've ever had. The service was excellent
(5)Mayson D.
Should have read these reviews first. The service was so bad we didn't even get to experience the food. Walked out after an hour of waiting.

(1)Dion B.
My family and I always dined at a PF Chang while on vacation. The service at this particular location was poor when compared to the locations we have visited in Florida. The food was good .....
(2)Luke S.
First time visiting. Will be back!!! Food was high quality and simply delicious. Service was timely and polite. Highly recommended!!!
(5)Cindy G.
love this place!!! great lettuce wraps and service
(4)Arjun S.
Food was ok. Service was poor: Appetizers took more than 30 minutes to come out. Entrées took more than an hour from the time they were ordered. Servers forgot silverware. Overall experience was unsatisfying.
(2)Jennifer O.
We were sat right away, and you are eating at a pf changs so you know what your getting. Everything was hot, and not overly salty. It took a few moments to get the bill, but our server was all smiles and very nice. He let us take a pair of the plastic chopsticks!
(4)Jana S.

#Yelp100
(3)Jay H.

(1)Betsy A.
(1)Mohan C.
Very Disappointed with the new menu , new price bumped up and low quality for this price. Especially the dynamite shrimp I can clearly see so much difference.
(2)Chris B.

(5)Tracy M.
(3)Kei R.
(1)Saira G.
(1)Edward L.
(3)Seviant I.
Southern Hospitality is taken to a while new level at this location. Love it. Thank you.
(5)Alex C.
(3)Frank A.
I don't understand all the negativity towrad this PF Chang's. I have been here 10+ times and the food is always good.
(5)Llani R.
Worst Chinese food I've ever had. 1st. received wrong order. I ordered spicy chicken received cashew chicken. Did not realize it was the wrong order because I had never ordered it before. Bland Bland Bland. I have been to PF Changs before and liked it, but this location stinks. Need a New Chef!!!
(1)Kevin M.
Very poor food quality every dish seemed to be cold or tasted horrible. Entree was ok...Took my lady there on first date last night. Stay away from this particukar location. The Dunwoody location is much more of the PA CHANGS t house at I'm used to..
(2)Alex L.
(1)Rakesh P.
Not a good experience with take out. Got the order wrong and containers were half full. Over priced food that just doesn't taste good. Not the type of experience you would expect from a major chain.
(1)Laura M.
The food was excellent without exception. Service is painfully slow and unsophisticated
(3)Phong T.
(3)Aye E.
The past two times we went, the food came out faster. We always order everything as soon as the waitress comes. Meat portions seem to be decreasing so no additional stars this time. We like to stick with the more seasoned and friendly servers.
(3)Jeff K.
Waitress did not come to us for 15 minutes and then finally saw us and walked away so we left... Honestly too many competitors out there to eat here.
(1)BeerMe S.
SLOW service, SLOW getting a beer, slow getting just average chain restaurant style food. Thank god I had a gift card to weaken the boredom.
(2)Thao N.
Slow service seems to be the trend here at this location. We were last there a few months ago. We saw our waitress a total of two times: when she took our order and when she dropped off our check. Someone else brought out our food. Will never be back.
(1)T F.
(4)Amy T.
(3)Scott P.

Never been to this place before and I came here for a friend's birthday dinner. The place looks nice but the service sucked!!!! Food was Cold... I had to wait FOREVER for everything!!! Never again
(1)Meg G.

My first visit and I was excited to be in the area so I could try it. It was terrible. There was no crowd there, hardly anyone and now I know why, but the waitress took her time coming to our table. The hot and sour soup was cold. The appetizer (egg rolls) came out after the entrée. I've never had fried chicken (usually sauteed) with no sauce in my kung pao chicken. It was like an over-fried chicken nugget, hard and dry. My friend and I asked for sauce and the waitress finally brought what was supposed to be kung pao sauce after we almost had to shout her down because she had never come back to our table. It was cold, too. The only thing that tasted good was the hot egg rolls and the brown rice and fried rice, but if the service had been better we may have overlooked some of the awful food. The waitress choice to talk to us when she brought the check. I didn't catch her name but she's going on a cruise for Christmas, she's from Boston, and her birthday is the day before Thanksgiving. Maybe they don't come back to the table so you can't send the food back. I won't be back, to any of them.

(3)Maria D.
My husband and I had our first date here and we loved it. We go back every anniversary and get our favorite chicken lettuce wrap :)
(5)Russell T.
Ordered the pork dumplings, peek lo mein, egg drop soup, and wonton soup. All very, very good. Tried the house sauce on the lo mein and in the egg drop soup. Great! Our waitress was named Amber. You should ask for her. She was amazing!
(5)Flygirl R.

We haven't been to Chang's for a long time. Great food and excellent service. A real treat.

Poor service and our food was scorched. Waited forever for the check. I have been to other PFCs. This was my first bad experience at one.

(4)Kelly S.

Holy mackerel, this place is only a mile from my apartment, yet I've only ate this ONCE since I started college? Lordy. The lettuce wraps are soooo dang good.
(4)Helmut B.
(2)Will R.
Forty minutes to bring two main dishes to our table, food mediocre at best, so so service, this place is off our list.

(1)Jin M.

(1)Chen L.

(1)Dio S.
(3)T J.
This is one of those places when you walk in, you just expect it to be good, but it wasn't. The staff was very friendly, down right nice, but the overall food experience was bland, tasteless, and lukewarm. For the premium prices they charge, I expected more. Sorry, but probably will not return to PF Chang's.
(2)Tim D.
Food was not as good as we have had at other PF Changs....service was awesome!
(3)Brooke B.
Just... not my thing.
(1)Nikki D.

Panda express with tablecloths...come on really

(1)Jason W.
1130 on a Saturday, place was empty and on a wait. Sat for several minutes with no one acknowledging we were there. Flagged the manager who said he would get someone. No one came over and we left. Host and servers seemed not to care about anything, no energy to the place at all. Walked across to Cheesecake.
(1)Ron R.
(2)Polina T.
Awesome food. The Mongolian beef and orange shrimp were delicious and the servers were highly trained.
(5)Heather B.
(2)Quentin M.
This has got to be the best restaurant around. The lettuce wraps, the spicy chang chicken and the mongolian beef are the best. This is the spot!!!!
(4)Stacey G.
(2)Selena S.

(2)Whitney T.
I love P.F.

This review is for this particular PF Chang's, and not the chain as a whole. I have been to PFC in Austin, Dallas, Charlotte, Nashville, and probably a few other cities. I've almost always left completely satisfied. As far as chains go, I would most likely give it 3 to 4 stars and would not hesitate to make another trip if I found myself within a stone's throw of another strip mall/regular mall housing a PF Chang's So, when the group I was with selected this American "Chinese" franchise, I was pleasantly surprised and content. Pretty much everything I have had up to that point (in particular the Lettuce Wraps, YUM!) had been very good. In fact, I ordered the same entrée, Vegetable Curry (a veggie and tofu dish with a sort of coconut milk curry) on the trip as I had in Dallas (Arlington - The Highlands, to be precise) about a month ago. It was SO good, I almost ate the whole dish - and the portions at this place are quite copious. HOWEVER, on this trip, it is possible that what I ordered came from the exact batch that was served to me in Texas - the difference being that it was now over a month old, had been shipped across the country, and had been refrigerated and reheated so many times that the tofu was shriveled to about a quarter of the size of the original pieces, slightly crunchy and totally unappetizing (I realize that the appeal of tofu is limited to a particular group and that many may find it unappetizing in any state.) I actually didn't mind that there wasn't that much sauce, but it seemed to have been added as an afterthought. i.e. "Oh S!&@, the plate is about to go out and we forgot the sauce!" "sprinkle, sprinkle, sprinkle") Thus, rather than being a cohesive dish, it was as if it had all been cooked separately (for a VERY LONG time), and then chucked on the plate as the waitress was carrying it out of the kitchen. My bf's dish was not much better, though I didn't have a previous experience at PFC to which to compare. He ordered the Hunan Pork. I had actually recommended it to him, for I have typically really enjoyed other "Hunan" dishes in the past. This one was overcooked (seemingly the theme at this place) and simply tasted like salt sauce as opposed to a brown hunan sauce. Unfortunately, I did not order the Hot and Sour soup, normally a staple for me at Chinese food joints, so I am unable to comment. I tasted another of our party's Sesame Chicken (which did not look at all like other Sesame Chicken's I have had in the past). If I hadn't been told what it was, I don't think I could have identified the meat. Given how many other chain restaurants are in the Cumberland Mall (The Cheesecake Factory is right next door, as is Maggiano's), the only reason this place must stay in business is due to the reputation of the chain and that they must have mostly tourist traffic as opposed to relying on repeat business. Corporate needs to come to the rescue. This place is just really disappointing!

Loved it!! The lettuce wraps are wonderful. I'm not a huge Chinese food fan, but I love Chang's. This is the first stop for me when we have visitors from out of town.
