Screaming hello after I said "just a minute "at the drive thru?!! Nasty stale fries served with NO KETCHUP!!! After waiting forever (and I know someone saw me staring anxiously through the window pleading with my eyes for help) I resorted to honking my horn and the bastards still never came. I soothed myself with the knowledge of chik Fil a packets stored in my desk drawer and rode off in a huff.

This place,,,,,,. Some days it is ok and some days it is not worth the wait. I know it is fast food, staffed by young people, and very busy, but where is the managers? It is like the adults are not home. The place needs a fresh, clean start with a deep cleaning. I prefer not to eat my meal while watching homeless dig through the garbage in the store with employees watching, crazy people screaming in the bathroom, and little children running loops in the dining area while the parents sit on their cell phones outside. Double check your order before you walk away from the counter and help the cashier count your change. One can see why the drive through stays busy.

Save yourself the heartburn, the obesity, the GMO's and your $5 and please just go get some produce to feed your children.

This store is hit or miss daytime you get fast service, fresh food. Night time you get slow service, old food and attitude. Last night ordered 2 bacon club sandwiches with a coupon to go. I live next door by the time I got home the lettuce was brown, the tomatoes where watery. I picked those 2 things off and ate the sandwich. The burger was warm not hot. I worked as a GM of a fast food restaurant for nearly 20 yrs so I know fresh vs. meat that has been in a warming tray for awhile. The lady who took my order was very nice but seemed overwhelmed as if she was short handed. I get that fast food is a hard business. You have people only making $7/hr and get paid no matter how fast they go. So they have no real reason to go fast.

24-Hours. Fries. Double chee-burgers on the $1 menu. Yep, I'm a happy camper.
(3)Saira K.
Cleaner than other locations in the area. And the food was reasonably all right (I mean what can you expect from McDonald's)? Do expect a tummy upset. Not sure if it's due to the preservatives, additives, or fat, or all of the above.
(3)Fatima P.
They take forever to put your order together, on top of that they don't even give you what you ordered...they either forget to bring it up or forget to put it in the bag so make sure you check before you leave! Plus horrible custumer service. I understand employees might not like their job but being rude won't get you another job.

Well now that they've messed with Taco Cabana this has become my new "post clubbing drunk food binge" My friends and I stumble into the Cheshire Bridge Mikey D's when we've reached that point of inebriation to no longer care about our meal plans and diet restrictions. Let me just say, at 3:47am... Could someone turn down the lights a bit? I mean really. You know I'm drunk. I know you're tired. So lets set the mood please. Management help a brotha out? Beside that, be prepared to see the strippers getting off work, the homeless asking for money, and the ATLANTA POLICE DEPARTMENT. Girl if you don't have a Designated Driver, you may as well just put the cuffs on yourself. Swarming the parking lot as well as inside, I've seen many well dressed, yet sloppy, people cuffed and shoved into a squad car. That being said, if it's convenient for you or your group, stick with the drive-thru. People get rowdy, and the service is much slower inside. Avoid the fuss and get those crispy, warm, salty fries faster!

I ordered breakfast from the drive thru here. The hashbrowns took a minute to cook and had to wait, but I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. Both ladies who took my order were friendly and said my pleasure when taking my order and giving it to me. This was nice to see.

It's some bullshit that their shake machine is always down at night. Sometimes I like milkshake after the bar. Sorry... not everything settles well with me and dairy seems to help. Maybe it's just that I'm getting old and grouchy (read: acidy). Maybe I'm just a pig. Maybe I just wanted to try a shamrock shake the other night and I was denied. Apparently their full menu is NOT available 24 hours a day as I previously mentioned. The menu includes milkshakes and McFlurries. Hrmph.
(3)Diedre R.
Stopped by on the way to work, and picked up some hotcakes. Drive thru was fast and food was still hot when I arrived to work a few blocks away. I did notice that when, I pulled up to the window I could see close to 8 McDonalds employees and they all looked like they were just standing around looking like they wished they had something to do. Maybe they were waiting on the lunch crowds.
(3)C T.
This is actually one of my favorite McDonald's. (knock on wood) They're nice. The food is usually always fresh. The fill up my smoothie cup... not too much to complain about. Also, the drive thru is relatively quick

LOL TRY NOT TO GET KILLED COMING OUT OF THIS MCDONALDS. But for real, guys, the drive is DANGEROUS. If the traffic isn't stopped at the red-light, you will have cars making left turns right in front of you. It is especially bad in the mornings. Sometimes I'm afraid that I sacrifice my well-being for the sake of food too often. Is that bad? Reminds me of that one time my engine started smoking on 75N, and my power steering went out...yet there were about 4 bites of a Chipotle burrito left in my hand. I chose the burrito over my own safety. In fact, I shoved it into my face. So lets put it this way, I'm relatively certain that a McDonald's hashbrown will flash before my eyes as I see the light at the end of a tunnel, I just hope it doesn't happen on Cheshire Bridge, because that my friends would be tragic.
(4)Damien B.
The only issue I have had at this place is the day time traffic is horrid but they can not do anything about it, I just exit to Lavista and not Cheshire Bridge, and the guy at the drive through today seemed to not understand that i was giving him the exact amount in change for the food and kept looking at it and then me like I had given him a handful of cat turds. The service is quick normally, the food is done correct, and the folks that work there do not seem to want to kill themselves and you.

Handicapped People Are Extra Helpful! Went here and was helped by a mentally challenged person that turned out to be one of the highlights of my day. He was super nice and funny and made a joke about what my friend was wearing that made us laugh. And when it came time to get sauce, he hooked it up. Thanks man.
(4)Jaydale C.
Ordered french fries and a milk shake, my fries were cold and extra salty.
