Came here for lunch one day and tried the chicken tenders, incredible! I've made it a point to come back every time I'm in the area. The wings are great too. If you're at the aquarium and want to get some good food without falling into an overly priced tourist trap come here for sure! Prices are reasonable and food is great.

I came here for a day to do a few things and decided to come here for dinner. I'd had Korean before, and didn't like it but I decided to give this place a shot. It was delicious! As soon as I took a bite I couldn't stop eating it. I didn't even have room for the fro-yo we bought after we left!!! I'd recommend the Kwan's Katsu. It is a panko-breaded chicken breast and was new when I went there. Anyone who likes Korean food would LOVE it. I didn't and still did, and I'm REALLY picky! I hope this helps anyone staying here!

The chicken katsu here is amazing! Lived in NYC for over a decade and been to Seoul thrice, and this is by far the best katsu I've had to date. I'd love to know what dressing they put on the salad, too. I need a bottle of that.

Ate here twice while at the Primerica National Convention. OMG this place is so good! The Philly cheesesteak is the best I've ever had. The lamb gyro and Greek salad were tasty too. Lots of variety. 5 stars delicious!

Love this place!!! Breakfast is great!! Wings are amazing!!! My favorite got to place for lunch!!!

Excellent breakfast - eggs prepared correctly, pancakes are just the right size, bacon is very thin, and the oatmeal is perfect. The only negative (per hubby) is the type of oil they use in the hash browns - it's too heavy or they use too much. The service is excellent (order at counter, they deliver to your table). Their lunch and supper menu looks good. If you are going to the aquarium, it's the perfect place to have a meal.

I really REALLY liked this place. Was it the best Korean I've ever had? No but finding Korean food downtown is pretty rare. Finding a Deli that serves korean food and have decent hours is even RARER. I love this place for it's hours and their omelettes. Had the Omelet with Avocado, Man. That was A TON of avocado, They don't skimp at all and very worth the price. It was also incredibly filling as a meal since it came with some sides. Loved it. What would have really made it sing would have been some salsa but i was pleasantly surprised! Had the Bulgogi meal as well! It was very good, The Portion of meat wasn't as large as I hoped but it was flavorful and gave me a nice feeling of content. The Pickled veggies was also excellent and added to the Refreshing aspect of the dish. I like my kimchi super fermented so that left something to be desired but that's coming from a picky korean. My friend and I also had the Bibimbap and absolutely adored it. Since its located so near the Coca Cola and CNN building it's actually increadibly reasonable in price. The restaurant itself was clean and smelled nice. My friends and I made sure we came early mornings though and only had to eat with a few joggers who stepped in for breakfast and coffee. So it was an incredibly pleasant place when there is no rush!

I was super excited to try this place, as I have long missed the ability to walk to a Korean deli. It's conveniently located by Centennial Olympic Park and Pemberton Place. They had a broad range of tasty, affordable Korean food options as well as a full menu of deli sandwiches. I had the tofu bibimbap. The tofu was well-seasoned and had a nice crust. I especially liked that it was still squishy on the inside. The mix of vegetables had a little less variety than I was used to but was still very fresh. I think I could have used a tad bit more sesame oil and gochujang, but I forgot to ask until I was done, so it couldn't have been that noticeable. I also realized that I was missing a fried egg, but maybe they made the tofu bibimbap vegan to be extra aware of dietary preferences. Note that the squeeze bottles of red sauce next to the ketchup are actually buffalo-type hot sauce and not gochujang! I think squirting that on my bibimbap definitely altered the flavor. Overall, it was a tasty bowl of food that was fresh and super affordable. I would definitely come back to try some of their other stuff some time.

For the vast majority of my career in Atlanta, I've worked in the city, never at any time far away from Centennial Olympic Park, the Aquarium or Philips Arena. Yet somehow, in over the last decade, I had no idea that there was actually a place within the proper city limits, where Korean food could be acquired. It's like, Korean food was always available right under my nose, but I was completely oblivious to it, always assuming that I had to go to Buford Highway, or one of the H-Marts scattered throughout the outskirts of the city. Location-wise, they're literally right off of the park's edge, closer to the Marietta Street side. For perspective, they're kind of across the street from the College Football Hall of Fame, and about a block away from the Aquarium's entrances. That being said, the Downtown location means that there's pretty much nowhere to park for free, and it's probably best that you walk to this place rather than try and find immediately close parking. The establishment itself is cozy and bright, and it's pretty apparent by looking at the crew behind the counters that this is very much a mom 'n pop operation. This is kind of like the operation that I wish my parents had opened themselves, but did not, so I have to feel these pangs of envy at seeing what could've been whenever I come here. But baggage aside, it's cool to see that this place has done as well as it has, seeing as how it boasts being in business since 2002. The menu is very thorough, and features a variety of things from typical deli sandwich fares, salads, some chicken dishes, and other things one might expect to find at a corner deli. But what brought me here in the first place is the small section of the menu dedicated to some select Korean dishes. Bibimbap, Bulgogi, Kalbi, among some pretty traditional things, but the fact that it's available right in the heart of Downtown which adds to the allure for me. By now, I've had several of the dishes, and I can't complain. Is it the best Korean food I've ever had? Honestly, I can't it is, but then again, such an opinion is simply based on my own heritage, and just how monumentally picky I am. The fact that I keep coming back is a testament that when I want Korean food and don't want to drive forever, Kwan's is clearly a destination for me to hit up. Eventually, I'll have run through all of their Korean dishes, and I'm sure it's going to get to where I'll come back and try something else on the menu; from what I've seen other patrons eating, everything has looked quality and worth trying, whenever I'm not jonesing for Korean food. Overall, I really dig this place. It's a cozy place, with a convenient location, friendly staff, not too brutal on the wallet, and Korean food whenever I'm in the mood for it, when I'm in the area. I personally recommend it to those I know who are in the area and/or are craving Korean, and I already have been back several times, and I know more in the future.

Great place for a quick lunch. Ingredients are fresh and food was good. I love Korean food and am a bit picky. The food has Korean influence for sure and is more for the American pallet. However, I still enjoyed it and would eat there again when in town. I had the tofu plate which was mild tasting but very fresh.

The Korean food was really good. We did not try anything else, but there was a lot of choices. The place is small, but has lots of seating. Tables & chairs very basic, but most diners did not mind & seemed to enjoy what they were eating. I would go again if I were here in Atlanta.

Stopped by here after a visit to the aquarium- less than a five minute walk through centennial park. What a great location! We ate the Korean food on the menu- the fried tofu, bulgogi, and spicy chicken meals. The meals come with white rice and two sides: a salad, kimchi, or a radish mix, depending on which meal you got. The spicy chicken was tangy and spicy, almost a bit salty. The fried tofu was good as well but my favorite was the bulgogi. There's a much larger sandwich/deli selection that we didn't try but it looked good. We came on a slow week day early dinner at 5 and it was empty, but I expect it to be pretty packed on lunches. Overall, a great meal for the price and you really can't beat the location if you're a tourist visiting the centennial park area!

Great food close to the coke museum and aquarium. Lots of seating inside and a little outside as well. Crowded on weekend lunch days, but worth it! The bibimbap was delicious!

My coworker and I both got the Bibimbap for lunch. It was fine, but not great. Neither of us loved the sauce and both of us had tried the same dish the night before at a local place and liked it much better, it was just more flavorful the night before. A fair amount of veggies, not a bad healthier option, just not something I feel the need to get again.

Friendly service, delicious fresh food. ..perfect for after the aquarium and before centennial park!

Bi bim bap and bulgogi after a hard day of fighting aquarium crowds. My wife had the veggie gyro which was also very good. It's counter service, so not much to say there. Everything was clean with no frills.

Food taste is good. Problem is table is not clean. And portion of food is too small. Also ask for cash when there was CC machine. Said its not working. Well.....

If your wish is for a chicken salad sandwich, then this place is your genie in a bottle. Stopped here for a quick sandwich and some chips. Received my sandwich promptly. It was very tasty, served on sourdough with a huge, ripe tomato slice. Yum! I washed it down with a tasty San Pellegrino Aranciata Rossa, one of my favorite fizzy drinks. The guy who took my order was very nice, kinda handsome too. The place had a lot of cops there ordering food so I took that as a good sign, plus it made me feel safe. If you're near Millennium Park, this is a great option.

People love their chicken fingers but I'm personally a huge chicken wings gal. Freaking love their teriyaki flavored wings! A lot of places go overboard with the sauce but theirs is perfection. I usually always get the wings but I decided to get their spicy Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Warm, just the right amount of cheese and the bread doesn't cut the top of your mouth. Id totally get it again! My husband ordered the tuna melt and he scarfed that down. They pack the tuna so it's super good! They had 3 soups for me to choose from and I got the chicken pasta soup. So yummy and doesn't taste artificial. The whole place is clean and the decor is pleasant. Tip: they have king of pops here too!

For the centre of Atlanta this was a great find on yelp! We could have a great freshly cooked lunch in the centre of the touristy zone but without paying tourist prices. Don't go expecting luxurious surroundings as it is not that kind of place, but the food is great and served pretty quickly. Within walking distance of the CNN building, aquarium and coke factory, Kwans is great as a foodstop and wasn't busy. Would definitely recommend it

Was craving Korean after eating it last night for dinner and this place was close to the World Congress Center. I ordered the teriyaki bibimap so it wouldn't be as spicy and they put spicy sauce on top regardless. It was fine when I mixed it all together but it was still a little too much for me (coming from someone who doesn't do spicy foods at all). The portion was a good size though. But probably won't go there again, it was just ok.

Ok, it is nice being able to get a Korean meal in a place mostly dominated by chains, but the food itself isn't remarkable and is a bit pricey for what you get. More of a 3.5 star review--hope they remain a part of the scene.

I have gone to this deli before as it is near my work, but I recently noticed that "Korean Kitchen" had been added to the sign. I adore Korean so I decided to give it a spin. And I was NOT disappointed! On-par bulgogi with the places I normally drive to Buford Highway for, and a generous amount. Also bibimbap, galbi, and fried tofu were on the menu, which I'm now really excited to try. Also, special note on the kimchi -- it'd slightly milder here and really, really tasty. The proprietor was super friendly and we chatted a little as well. I'm thrilled to have Korean comfort food so close to my work now.

False advertisement. The pic on the left was what I saw before I ordered. What I got (pic on the right) has no fried egg, mushrooms, bean sprouts, spinach, fried okra, nothing like the pic that I recognize as Kotean bibimbap. This is just a pickled daikon/carrots rice bowl with lettuce.

Within 5 minute walk from our hotel, right on the edge of centennial park. We went at 8:00 am and had a great breakfast before we went to the aquarium. I had bacon avocado omelette and I swear there was a whole avocado and lots of bacon in the omelette. My wife had he western omelette and it was great too. Three of us had full breakfasts and a coffee for $22. That pretty reasonable considering the location. We'll be back tomorrow!

Very good food. They serve Boars Head deli meat. I had the potato and cheese soup and it was wonderful. My daughter and wife shared the turkey and Swiss on multigrain and I never heard them speak the entire meal. My son ate chicken tenders. He couldn't finish the 4 piece. They were huge and looked like they were hand dipped to order. Excellent.

One of the best hidden gems on our kenny chesney tour.. people staying in the hotel's surrounding this very fair priced and homecooked breakfast should get out for fresh air and very short walk for an important meal to start ur day!!!! Jen n Dave. Syracuse New York

Finding Korean favorites like kalbi or bulgogi close to walking distance from our hotel was awesome. Having said that wish the portions were bigger. Expected more kimchee choices. But overall it was good. Rice wasn't sticky enough and I should have asked for a little more spicy. :) but overall fast and tasty enough.

Came here right before my big adventure to the Georgia aquarium, was greeted very kindly and ordered the chicken bibimbap. The food came out really quickly and was delicious. The spicy sauce is flavorful and the veggies are crisp and delicious. Chicken was good quality white meat, the only thing I would change is having a fried egg instead of fully cooked egg strips but I'm sure they would have obliged had I asked. On par with prices I've seen around atlanta for their Korean foods but other deli sandwiches seem really cheap for good quality. Great place!

Mya W.
The food here wasn't Korean prepared, it wasn't good at all. I was gravely disappointed because I love bulgogi with kimchi. The "kimchi wasn't even seasoned, it was terrible. If you're not used to bulgogi or kimchi then you don't have to anything to compare this against. If you have had bulgogi and kimchi then don't bother to stop here! Do Not Stop Keep going!!! The French fries were good.

If you need a place to hit for a quick bite and are in the vicinity of the aquarium this is a good place to check out. The have all the deli staples that would expect along with a korean menu which i got the bim bim bap off of. We weren't too fond of the chick club wrap but everything else was good and I would definitely stop by again if I was in the area. Service was real good and the food came out fast.

Food was OK. Portion size is small. Not recommended. It is almost more of a takeaway place. Not very authentic.

Bi-bim-bap-in' my world! The Korean here is so fresh and so tasty! It's not greasy at all like I have experienced at other places. I wanted to try everything....but kept going back for the bi-bam-bap!

Had to wait a little bit for the food when it wasn't busy but that's ok because it was good food and would rather it be made correctly than in a rush. Also, the family before us ordered a lot of food to go so could of been why.man that brought us our good was super nice and I appreciate good service! Who doesn't?

Order at the counter, they'll bring the food to you. Not sure if you're expected to bus it yourself though...Got the spicy beef bibimbap bowl. Though it doesn't come in a hot stone dolsot pot like how many traditional Korean places serve their bibimbap, you have to remember that this is a quick lunch place. Aside from that, all their ingredients are pretty traditional, or at least in my experience with Korean food. Made fresh and was very yummy. Little brother got the chicken bibimbap, and he was also pleased. We came at an odd time though, around 5 PM, so I can't speak for how quick they are when it comes to a lunch rush. It looked like it was the owners who were working, so that's usually a good sign. Definitely recommend if you don't wanna go through the hassle of a full service restaurant, but if you want all the ban chan (side dishes) that you normally find at a full service, go there instead.

Kwan's was around the corner from the Embassy Suites where we were staying. I stopped he 4 times. Really enjoyed the food. The Bulgogi was very flavorful and the Rueben was fantastic. My friends got other items and we're all happy with their selections. I'd highly recommend!!!

This place is perfect for a family, especially if half your family are adventurous eaters and the other half are picky. The food came out quickly and was piping hot. I had the Bibim Bap (sp?) and my husband had the bulgogi. They were spicy enough to make your nose run and so full of flavor. Our kids had chicken tenders with fries. Best of all, the prices were reasonable. I would definitely go, again.

Great little Deli and Korean mash-up!!! Had a Roast Beef sandwich with some good horse radish on the first time around and then had some BiBimBap the second time around which was GREAT!!! Love the combo and can't wait to come back to Atlanta in January to explore the menu further!

I stopped by for the first time for lunch on a Friday. It's an order at the counter establishment but the menus were easy to read and it didn't take long to decide what I wanted. I ordered the Bi Bim Bap and a fountain soda and took my number to a seat by the window. Within 5 minutes my food was delivered. It was quite good. A but spicy, which I like, not overpowering. The vegetables seemed fresh and the serving size was quite large - a good value. I ate every bite and returned my bowl and silverware to the bins near the exit. Overall a great experience!

I had the chicken tenders which were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I also had the cucumber and tomato salad which was awesome too. Quick service and clean place.

Awesome!!! Stopped to grab lunch on the go, sliced the turkey for my sandwich as soon as I ordered. (Nothing better then that!!) I went with the bow tie pasta salad...delicious! I also grabbed a cup of broc and cheese soup....the best i have ever had!!!! You guys are doing deli right!!!!! Must try!!!

This place is great! We had the Veggie Gyro and the Tempura Tofu plate. It's all super tasty! I love the flavors of both dishes. The unique dishes are a mix of Korean and Greek classics. Staff was very friendly, good prices, and it's within walking distance of the Georgia Aquarium, Centennial park and several hotels. Recommended!

Went here for lunch. The man behind the counter was friendly and nice. The place was clean, relatively busy, and food came out quick. I got the Bibimbap. I was a little disappointed to find out the egg was scrambled - would have preferred it over medium but I'm sure they do it this way for simplicity. The veggies were fresh. The meat was a little too saucy and salty, so next time I would opt for a vegetarian version. Overall a decent place to grab a quick bite.

Found this place near World of Coca-Cola next to Embassy Suites. I meant to go elsewhere but luckily that was closed because I came here! I was happy with the taste of my Chicken Gyro--not too much tzatziki, and the chicken was just right (not too dry). I was debating between Ranch Bacon Fries and Parmesan Garlic Fries, They told me the latter was more popular and they were delicious! I am intrigued by the other combo though so I think I shall try that next time. I noticed they have King of Pops (I didn't see my beloved chocolate sea salt, not sure if that flavor was sold out), so that is another plus. Oh and how could I forget? The staff was so nice, after leaving World of Coca-Cola my friend had to drink her bottled coke before getting on a plane. The staff helped refrigerate her coke while we ate, and when we left they opened it for us. :) I thought that was nice of them.

My coworkers and I recently discovered this little treasure! Their deli meats are phenomenal and their fries are simply the best. I can't tell you how many times I've ordered the Turkey with Swiss. The prices are good, especially for downtown, and the portions are generous. I always end up with half a sandwich to go. They also have some pastas and other items to go with their assortment of deli sandwiches. This place is a must try! :)

I was hoping that the food was more authentic, but considering it was downtown, I guess I shouldn't have expected that. We were stuck in Atlanta for a couple of days without a car, so this place was walking distance from the Omni at CNN center. Had a major asian food craving and event though the food was korean fusion, it satisfied the craving. Had the bibimbop and some chicken wings. Very good and delicious and fresh veggies. Worse thing about bibimbop is if the veggies are not fresh cause you can really taste the flavors of everything.

Great easy spot to stop by when you're near centennial Olympic park. Got breakfast, their centennial scramble and hash browns are awesome. Also very good sandwiches and they even have king of pops! Enjoy.

Had lunch after going to the world of coke and walking through centennial park. Amazing food. Much better than the lunch I had at the aquarium yesterday. If only I knew this existed. ;) will come back for sure. We had the bulgogi beef and it was delicious but I didn't like the kale salad but only because I don't like sweet sauces. The beef came with soy sauce. The Kwan katsu's chicken was also very good as we ate from each other's plate to taste it all. ;) we recommend this deli for lunch for sure.

Great lunch spot when playing tourist in Atlanta! We ordered the bim bim bop (best I've ever had!) and spicy Korean chicken (also very tasty).

As a vegetarian I am used to having one or two choices for meals. Most of the time they are the same options at every type of restaurant. Most of the time they are disappointing. Not today! There were several options and my whole family was not only pleased, but also satisfied with their meals. My vegetable sandwich didn't just have the usual greasy squash and onion mixture, it had carrots, cabbage, black olives, green, red and yellow peppers, mushrooms and melted cheese on a toasted rye bread. It was so freakin' good. My husband had the crispy tofu, served with rice, Kim chee and a pineapple sesame salad. It looked amazing and Tasted good too. The sauce on the tofu had a nice kick to it. The kids meals were fairly priced. We cleared everything off of all our plates. We all tried what one another were eating. The man who brought out our food was happy and kind, the man who took our order wore a friendly smile. The price was pretty good (I'm still getting used to what a bill for four meals looks like). We finished the meal off by sharing a chocolate chip cookie. So good, so perfect. I'll come back anytime I'm visiting Atlanta and I'll tell my friends to come too!

Like many visitors to the downtown hotels, we got in too late for hotel breakfast, but not quite in time for lunch, so my travelling companions looked for a place we could walk to that would satisfy everyone's appetite and budget. We got there right before a burst of lunch customers so we had time to mull over the great variety of dishes, from simple deli standards, like sandwiches and bagels, to Korean delights. Yes. Korean food in a deli (run by a very helpful owner). We were not expecting that but it was really appreciated by me, and the other 6 people in my group--half of whom also ordered a Korean dish. Kwan's was really a surprising find in an unfamiliar city. And of course, I ordered, one of my most favorite dishes of all time...bi bim bap! And it was a very satisfying bowl.

Here for a conference, and stumbled upon this gem on my way to the GWCC. Lunch was so good yesterday that I came back today with a friend! They remembered my takeout order from the day before to ask how it was, a great personal touch. The chicken tenders on my salad were panko crusted in house. My friend had the crispy tofu, I'm defiantly coming back for a Korean dish tomorrow!

Park Avenue Deli & Market was the spot for late lunch once I found it. The person in the group who is TERRIBLE with giving and taking directions was the only one that would answer her phone. After circling in the park we finally find the deli and YEAH there's a/c. I had the Boar's Head gyro sandwich and coleslaw. (It was ok) I was just glad that they have a clean bathroom and a/c was on full blast. Great seats by the window so we could watch other sweaty tourist circle the park. It was like being in a zoo. And great books in the window to scan while I waited for food. Food was good but gyro was nothing like those in Chicago.

Everything I have tried at Park Avenue was delicious! I loveeeee their chicken tenders. They are the best I have ever had! You have got to try them. Their sandwiches are great, and I also love their wings because they are so crispy and juicy. The owners and the employees are super friendly and kind. The place is kept very clean. It does not feel like a typical deli, but more like a cafe. And it has a great view of the park. It's in a great location for a quick bite to eat or for spending the day in downtown atlanta.

Whether you're in for a quick bite, or grabbing lunch with co-workers, Park Avenue Deli is the way to go. They feature fresh deli meats, cooked to perfection chicken tenders, and homemade pastas made fresh daily. I can't say enough about the friendly staff here, which includes the owner and his sweet wife. My food was brought to me before I could turn the next page in the variety of books and magazines on display for my reading pleasure. Located a stone's throw away from Centennial Olympic Park and Georgia Aquarium, this place is a must try if you're looking for a quick, clean eat.

I may have come across the best chicken tenders I've ever had. They have just the right amount of crunchiness, juiciness, and tastiness! Definitely give them a try when you come here. The restaurant also has a nice selection of sandwiches, gyros, salads, and good side items. The staff is super friendly and seem to be dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of customers. Check this place out if you're hungry and in the Centennial/ Pemberton Place district in downtown Atlanta.

It's a deli, and a deli is a deli is a deli I guess. Park Avenue worked as far as the "Quick! What should we have that's close for lunch!?" rush decision. It was well reviewed on Yelp (had lots of star power shall we say...), looked clean, and served Boars Head. I ordered the grilled veggie sandwich. Although savory, I didn't feel the flavors and the textures complimented each other. The grilled veggies had the pickled, spicy taste of fresh sauerkraut while being warmly enveloped by the gooey heartiness of grilled bread and cheese. The pasta salad had several large pieces of fresh vegetables with lots of unfortunate complimentary oil; it still was quite tasty though. Bottom line - I would come back, I just would order something else. By the way - I love the circa 1980s random library of book shelved in the window sills. And by random, I mean RANDOM: the Holy Bible, a biography of Barbara Bush, 1980s World Fact Book of Conserved Animals, Golf Digest just to name a few.

My husband and I had spent the morning at the aquarium and wanted to grab lunch downtown before heading back to our hotel. We hadn't adjusted to the 30 degree temperature difference between Seattle and Atlanta quite yet, so we wanted to be outside as little as possible. This place was just a block away and we managed to sneak in during a lull in the lunch rush. I had a BLT and my husband had a Philly Cheesesteak. Everything was delicious and the employees were extremely friendly. I would definitely come here for lunch again if I was downtown.

My friend and I were planning to spend a long day at the Aquarium so we came here to get some breakfast. I got bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll. I felt like it was a bit pricey. The sandwich and a soda was 6 dollars and change. I should have just went with a breakfast platter. Would have been more filling for the same amount of money. The sandwich was decent. They did make the bacon very crispy which I love. This seems like an OK place to come for a quick bite to eat.

Excellent deli yet very hard to find. Look for the Embassy Suites and you're there. I can only speak to what I had to eat since I did not try my companions' sandwiches although they looked delicious. I had the gyro. It was very good. The meat itself was cooked well and seasoned perfectly. There was something spicy in there though because it definitely had a kick to it. Never had a spicy gyro before but I'm always open to something new. It would have been nice to have a yogurt sauce though. I would come here again to pick up a sandwich when I am in town again. Great little place in downtown HOTlanta. Okay, yes I am from out of town and it was hot.

Park Avenue is so good. When I worked downtown I ate here all the time. I've never met anyone who didn't enjoy their meal. It is reasonably priced. You will not be disappointed. Not only is the food great, but the service is wonderful, as well. The owner and his wife are very friendly and kind. You'll often see Ted Turner or some Braves player stopping in for lunch, but it really does have a small cafe feel. Please try!

Peach cobbler that came with my California club pita wrap was a perfect ending to a perfect meal! Very well done. Great spot for lunch and it's right next to the aquarium which was my fave tourist attraction

Just had Bulgogi Beef there and it was delicious. Every piece of beef was tender and flavorful just like Bulgogi should be, and the kimchee, pickled jicama and rice that came with were also great. Would never have found this place if it weren't for Yelp!

This locally owned deli is as good as it gets. Located across from Centennial Olympic Park, it's the perfect place to grab a delicious meal before an event at Phillips Arena, after a day at the GA aquarium, or cool refresher after a stroll through the park. My favorite items on the menu: Original Gyro. Random, I know. But it's fantastic! The meat filling is generous, yogurt sauce perfect, and pita perfectly toasted. Also comes with pasta or cucumber salad. Chicken Fingers. The owners take pride in their fresh, hand-battered chicken fingers. This served with their delicious, non-soggy fries, is my guilty pleasure for lunch. This place tends to be busy for lunch, but most are to-go orders so you can usually find a seat. Outdoor seating is also available. Along with the restaurant being clean and bright, the owners (who are always there when I go) are very hardworking and welcoming.

This was a decent stop for a quick sandwich while out site seeing. I had a gyro and pasta salad and my wife had a chicken philly and fries. Both sandwiches were ok. Very convenient location to the Atlanta Aquarium

Yum! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the Deli! Pancakes, eggs, and a croissant sandwich got our day off to a bright start. The owners were friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to dine there! Located in the Embassy Suites building across from Centennial Park, do yourself a favor and stop in for breakfast before a day of fun in downtown Atlanta.

Great location, and very affordable for those seeing Atlanta and a budget. Big portions! Got a cup of soup and a half sandwich and ended up taking the sandwich back to our hotel fridge. Definitely would eat here again!

One word - Chicken Tenders! Really really good chicken tenders that are made fresh at the deli.

Everything is overpriced in this area. The existence of GA aquarium and Coke factory allows restaurants to abuse the tourists with high prices and crappy meals. Then a savior comes along. Park Avenue Deli & Market. I think you will have a greater time eating their chicken fingers then the aquarium and coke factory put together. This may be possibly the best chicken fingers ever. You are wondering how good can chicken fingers get? It almost tastes seafoodish...like fish & chips...but it's chicken. Wings and sandwiches are all great too. You that feeling when you land on Park Avenue in Monopoly...the second best property in the game? And you are super giddy and all....well, they should change this place to Boardwalk cause it's the best place to land while visiting Georgia.

Visited for lunch on NYE. We had sandwiches, soup and wings. All were very tasty and service was fast. Nothing fancy, just good food at a reasonable price. Highly recommend to families visiting the area who would like a quick bite.

The Park Avenue Deli is growing on me. The first couple of visits were just "meh", but it's starting to feel like a little homey cafe, just a bit larger. Plus it's an affordable lunch spot for downtown workers or Aquarium tourists and a great alternative to the downtown chain restaurants or overpriced sports bars. Food is standard sandwiches, soups and whatnot. My BLT was tasty and the bacon was crispy. The chicken soup tasted like campbells so I probably won't do that again. But I will be back regularly.

Found this place located right in the same building as the Embassy Suites. Great prices, great sandwiches, and very nice owners! The menu is pretty straightforward, and they have some kid's selections and a nice variety of sandwiches on the menu. I highly recommend this little sandwich shop if you're looking for a good, quick bite to eat without breaking the bank and without requiring gourmet-level prices (very kid friendly as well).

We stumbled onto the place after leaving Centennial Olympic Park and looking for a nearby place - ANY place - with air conditioning. We found this spot beneath the Ruth's Chris and Embassy Suites at the intersection of Luckie and Foundry. I was so hot that I couldn't even think about food, but I did manage to drink two very large fountain drinks. Food looked great too - typical deli stuff like Boar's Head sandwiches, gyros, chicken fingers, salads. Not only was this place nice and cold, but it was clean with tons of seating. Noticed they have free WiFi and Starbuck's coffee. The staff were very friendly and we hung out for bit. Sanitary bathrooms too, which is sometimes a concern at small downtown places. I would definitely come back again, either for quick cheap food downtown or for a nice place for coffee and internet.

I visited while at ICE Atlanta in Centennial Park. The place was packed, but everything moved efficiently and smoothly. They have a good variety to choose from. I ordered an original gyro, which came with a choice of chips or pasta salad. Despite the crowd, they brought me my order within 5 minutes. The gyro was surprisingly good, with a thick tzatziki to balance the meaty flavor of the tender lamb. The pita was soft and warm. The pasta salad was nothing special, but I'd definitely come back when in the area. This turned out to be a much better choice than venturing over to CNN Center when doing things in Centennial Park.

Get anything chicken and you will not be disappointed. I usually order chicken fingers and fries. The fries are cooked to that perfect point, not soggy, not too crisp, just a mouthful of potato awesomeness. I dip my chicken and fries into the honey mustard and homemade hot sauce. Mmm...

This is a very interesting place. It is housed in the Embassy Suites building, but has an outside entrance on Luckie St NW. I had breakfast and lunch there but, I understand that it's open for a light dinner till 8pm. I had an western omelette, which was generous and very tasty. For lunch the original gyro was excellent. The prices very reasonable, much lower than the hotels in the area. I was there during the week, and there was no waiting, service was very prompt and friendly. They have free internet access, but my PDA was not able to connect so I can't tell how good it is. They have books all around the tables for causal reading.

The food is actually pretty good, and if something isn't the way you like it they are more than willing to fix it. The downfall of this place though is the length of time it takes for them to get you your food. If you've got tons of time to kil, hit this place up but if you actually want some food go to subway down the street.

(5)A D.
The chicken katsu here is amazing! Lived in NYC for over a decade and been to Seoul thrice, and this is by far the best katsu I've had to date. I'd love to know what dressing they put on the salad, too. I need a bottle of that.
(5)Kailyn B.
Ate here twice while at the Primerica National Convention. OMG this place is so good! The Philly cheesesteak is the best I've ever had. The lamb gyro and Greek salad were tasty too. Lots of variety. 5 stars delicious!
(5)Chanel D.
Love this place!!! Breakfast is great!! Wings are amazing!!! My favorite got to place for lunch!!!
(5)Rae B.

(4)Renee K.
The Korean food was really good. We did not try anything else, but there was a lot of choices. The place is small, but has lots of seating. Tables & chairs very basic, but most diners did not mind & seemed to enjoy what they were eating. I would go again if I were here in Atlanta.
(4)Amy C.
(5)Allie W.
Great food close to the coke museum and aquarium. Lots of seating inside and a little outside as well. Crowded on weekend lunch days, but worth it! The bibimbap was delicious!
(4)Tom C.
This place is near the aquarium and actually very very good. The owner is a nice guy it's clean and there's a great variety of food at good prices. I would go back here anytime and plan to.
(4)Ginger R.
Always a pleasure to get Korean food here during DragonCon. Good food and good service.
(5)Ralph B.
Great local deli. Fast, tasty breakfast, friendly owner operated staff.
(4)Christy M.
(3)Rozel M.
Friendly service, delicious fresh food. ..perfect for after the aquarium and before centennial park!
(5)Chuck W.
Bi bim bap and bulgogi after a hard day of fighting aquarium crowds. My wife had the veggie gyro which was also very good. It's counter service, so not much to say there. Everything was clean with no frills.
(4)Chris K.
Food taste is good. Problem is table is not clean. And portion of food is too small. Also ask for cash when there was CC machine. Said its not working. Well.....
(3)Bill T.
(4)Jen S.
(5)Gaenor A.
Would definitely recommend it
(5)Kan R.
The food is really good also it's in the heart of downtown right beside my apartment . I got the club sandwich with French fries for $10.25 worth it am still. Full and I ate like 6 hrs ago ha
(3)Sarah P.
In in from out of town along with 60,000 other out of town visitors! Best food I had my whole trip! Had a beef plate and it was excellent! Staff very friendly! Would go again if I visit Atlanta again! Thanks for a great experience!!!
(5)Lauren C.
(2)Steve K.
Ok, it is nice being able to get a Korean meal in a place mostly dominated by chains, but the food itself isn't remarkable and is a bit pricey for what you get. More of a 3.5 star review--hope they remain a part of the scene.
(3)Colette B.
(4)M.J T.
(1)Dave D.
(5)Jonathan J.
Excellent.
(5)Dave M.
One of the best hidden gems on our kenny chesney tour.. people staying in the hotel's surrounding this very fair priced and homecooked breakfast should get out for fresh air and very short walk for an important meal to start ur day!!!! Jen n Dave. Syracuse New York
(5)Joanna M.
(4)Michaela R.
(5)Mya W.
(1)Joe B.
A wonderful find as we we're strolling through Centennial Olympic park. We bought a drink and used their clean bathrooms. Worth 4 stars easily
(4)Jeremy A.
(3)Harry C.
Food was OK. Portion size is small. Not recommended. It is almost more of a takeaway place. Not very authentic.
(2)Rebecca R.
Bi-bim-bap-in' my world! The Korean here is so fresh and so tasty! It's not greasy at all like I have experienced at other places. I wanted to try everything....but kept going back for the bi-bam-bap!
(5)Amanda W.
Had to wait a little bit for the food when it wasn't busy but that's ok because it was good food and would rather it be made correctly than in a rush. Also, the family before us ordered a lot of food to go so could of been why.man that brought us our good was super nice and I appreciate good service! Who doesn't?
(4)Samantha L.
(4)C Jason P.
I'm in ATL for a convention and ate lunch at Kwan's. The Bibambap with marinated beef was absolutely fantastic. Came with lots of fresh veggies. Healthy and wonderful. I highly recommend this place.
(5)Joey G.
Clean, Good quality and filling. I tried the Korean bobolgi but I want to come back and try the others.
(5)Priyanka V.
Went there for dinner. It was okay. Well, it wouldn't be my first pick another time :)
(3)Lew M.
Kwan's was around the corner from the Embassy Suites where we were staying. I stopped he 4 times. Really enjoyed the food. The Bulgogi was very flavorful and the Rueben was fantastic. My friends got other items and we're all happy with their selections. I'd highly recommend!!!
(5)Katrina S.
(5)Gail K.
Great little Deli and Korean mash-up!!! Had a Roast Beef sandwich with some good horse radish on the first time around and then had some BiBimBap the second time around which was GREAT!!! Love the combo and can't wait to come back to Atlanta in January to explore the menu further!
(5)Hobogn B.
(5)Dorothy D.
I had the chicken tenders which were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I also had the cucumber and tomato salad which was awesome too. Quick service and clean place.
(5)Emily S.
Must try!!!
(5)Rebecca S.
(5)Beth P.
(3)Judy S.
(4)Jamie P.
(4)Paul H.

Enjoy.

Best chicken tenders in town! They are right next to the aquarium and coke factory! Also got some delicious korean additions. Not much parking next to it, but perfect if you are already in the city.

Chicken Fingers is all you need to get. It's not the healthiest but you can tell its all hand made.

(5)S S.

(5)Tonya F.
Great location, and very affordable for those seeing Atlanta and a budget. Big portions! Got a cup of soup and a half sandwich and ended up taking the sandwich back to our hotel fridge. Definitely would eat here again!
(5)Danny O.
One word - Chicken Tenders! Really really good chicken tenders that are made fresh at the deli.
(5)Jang David K.

Great chicken tenders and Turkey sandwich!!
