I thought Taki was the best hibachi in the area but this place takes the cake! I came in for lunch on a Saturday and I enjoyed having the hibachi station to myself. What can I say? I like having the onion choo choo train and odd egg roll trick all to myself! The ginger salad is awesome. The dressing is creamy, the salad had thin slices of carrot and the cut celery cold iceberg lettuce was even better. The miso soup had more onions than I would like but the beef flavor of the broth paired with the mushrooms was a nice touch. I typically don't finish the soup but I found myself tipping the rest of it directly in to my mouth...like a lady! For my entree, I ordered the chicken with fried rice and extra veggies. I started going to hibachi restaurants a few years ago and the little antics the chef does still make me laugh. Yes, I've seen the onion train and yes, I've seen the "egg roll" joke and the egg tossed in the hat but I still clap when he's done, just as I did the first time I saw it. The teriyaki chicken was perfectly cooked, the fried rice paired perfectly with the yum yum sauce and the extra veggies with teriyaki sauce drizzled over the top were excellent. I like how they use fresh veggies and you can tell they're fresh because they're still crisp even after getting beaten up on the grill! They offer all you can eat sushi for $19.99 and lunch hibachi starts at $7.99. I will return again! Its too bad this place closed at the beginning of May!

Very disappointed. We chose sushi bar and all our sushi rolls were overloaded with rice. The pieces were huge (rice rice rice). Miso soup also didn't have enough taste. Service was good, but I will never come back. I hate giving two stars, but they did not deserve even a half more.

Stay away. First of all it is dirty. The food is way to salty. At the hibachi our group of 3 ordered the filet RARE. The family of 4 near us ordered it WELL DONE. The chef reconfirmed the steak preferences, but then proceeded to cook out filet longer than the other groups allowing him time to serve and to cook the veggies. Our filet was ruined and for $35, we should have ran out at that moment. The tempura was terrible. Also everything off the hibachi was too salty. We ordered mix drinks which was a mistake and they actually forgot the alcohol...just mixers. Run away, stay away, or go to happy sumo

Fun happy great customer service. They just opened 4 days ago and defiantly have what it takes for a great beginning. They didn't have their liquor license just yet but they assured us the next time we came in they would have it. The hibachi chef was happy, interactive and made the experience for just the two if us. I will be back.

Great hibachi restaurant! This new restaurant had great, funny service. Hibachi chefs performed volcano onion trick in front of us. The soup was great and they had a variety of tasty sauces that came with the entrees. My friend had her birthday dinner there and once the owners found out, they presented us with a fried ice cream dessert and played a mini drum ceremony. Really enjoyed our experience there. Will be back again!
