Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Terrible delivery service. Called in a late night order, asked if they would deliver to our location. They said that they would and then proceeded to take payment information and charge our credit card. We were told to expect our pizza in 30-40 minutes. 20 minutes later I receive a phone call informing us that we our outside of the delivery range. Of course, I request to be re-imbursed and for the staff to be better informed on delivery areas. The man on the line then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and when the phone was answered, I was told that they were closed; strange how they can be open one minute and then closed the next following a conversation with a displeased customer simply trying to sort things out. I asked to speak to the manager and informed them that the man I spoke with hung up on me. This is no way for an establishment to treat customers especially after having erred so egregiously. Neither I nor my friends will ever do business with this location again. I am even leary of using domino's in the future, knowing that the caliber of some of it's employees is so sub-par.

I never thought I would give Domino's Pizza anything more than two stars. Usually, I would complain about the franchised restaurants for providing tasteless food. But four stars? Really? As I'm writing this review, I'm horrified(!) and confused as to why. Oh, I remember why. I'm not that picky when it comes to pizza. Deep-dish, Brooklyn style, stuffed crust, hand-tossed, thin crust.. they all sound same to me: PIZZA. I order only one type of pizza from Domino's, which goes by the name of "Large Thin Crust Vegi Feast." I absolutely love their thin crust pizzas. It's actually really thin, like crispy thin. It somewhat reminds me of topping on a huge cracker. It sounds weird, but it's surprisingly good. Finally, a franchised-pizza place does something right for once! I'm just thankful that this location opens until 3 AM everyday, because I literally live on Domino's during every midterm and final periods.

With a gazillion pizza joints and even more personal preferences about pizza, I'm not going to bother rating the quality of Dominos Pizza. The quick delivery option is convenient on those occasions where food is needed in a hurry at a reasonable price. Instead, what I am rating is the company's online ordering web site. If there is a worse web site, I'd have to rack my brain to think of it! It's not logical. One doesn't initially see a login option to allow previously saved information to be retrieved. They no longer seem to have a "repeat last order" option. Every page has to be searched to find the right link to click on. One is bombarded with pages that push other food and drinks. Dominos could do better. I could do better at designing a web site! Another policy that Dominos should rethink is their pricing. Despite having ordered hundreds of pizza over the years from Dominos, I've never paid the full price because they always have coupons. Why am I forced to hunt for coupon codes? Sometimes it's just easier to order something else!

2 hour wait for two pizzas. Had delivery to my place of business, a half mile from the Dominos. The driver calls me, standing outside the door, and says "I don't know how to get up to the third floor." This dominos is literally on emory's campus and my building has thousands of people who don't know Atlanta at all, and somehow, patients can figure put how to get into the building. Pizza cold by the time this fool found us.

I'm sure the pizza will be fine... If it ever comes. Apparently they only have 1 driver. Sad... So very sad.

Advertising works, no doubt. Having watched a bazillion Domino's ads recently claiming we should try the new Domino's because they're not like the old, crappy Domino's, I went for it. Delivery. I selected one of their 'artisan' pizzas with a slight modification. Doesn't matter which one because everyone's tastes are different, although I will say I chose the Brooklyn style crust. Not too bad. Better than Papa John's and I think better than Savage, which might be blasphemous in this neighborhood. Not real sure what Brooklyn style crust is supposed to be, as opposed to New York City style (do the various boroughs really have their own styles?), but it came out nice and foldable. Hot wings are a mess. They need to crisp those puppies up a bit more. The online delivery system: it works, mostly, and is easy to use. It might be my particular browser settings, but some of the options seemed not to work, such as choice of salad dressing. The tracking bar is informative if a bit gimmicky and possibly completely fictitious. I really don't care who is putting my pizza in the oven. Pizza arrived on time and hot. No complaints there.

I've been waiting on some wings for an hour and a half. The phone number has been busy for 30 mins. It's Sunday night and there's no reason for it to take this long. Won't be ordering from this place again.

What happened Dominos? The past few months you have been slacking big time. Every single time we order there is always something wrong. Why keep Ordering you ask? Because it's the only place that delivers late. I'm pretty sure it's the only reason this location still has business. This time, though, will be the last time. Why even ask what kind of dipping sauce someone would like with their stuffed cheese bread if you're not going to give it to them. Not one time has it come with the marinara sauce that we clicked on. It's gotten so bad it's become a running joke! Also the pizza's look like slush a good 8/10 times. Open the box and all the cheese is on the top lid and the toppings are scattered. It hasn't always been this bad so that's why I gave it two stars, but these past few month it's gone down hill. Shape up Dominos!

I am normally very happy with this Domino's. Unfortunately not tonight. We ordered a pizza and a pasta online. They arrived 20 minutes after the were estimated (the driver did call when she was close which was nice). Both dishes had problems. The pasta was missing some toppings (three pieces of onion?) and the pizza was the wrong kind (hand-tossed when we ordered pan) and missing one of the two toppings all together. I am hoping it was an off night which is why I gave two stars not one.

I don't think I can leave enough compliments to this dominos. Not only do they fuel my apartment, one full of pizza nerds who ignore competition chains near by, but I couldn't ask for a better staff! Every order = hot, evenly placed toppings for maximum enjoyment in every bite. Store staff that I get on the phone = polite, attentive, concerned about getting an order to the right house. Drivers = SOMEHOW ALWAYS SUPER COOL. This dominos hires the nicest, coolest drivers. I feel bad that they have to leave and deliver more goodness to the surrounding area because I'd really be down to hang out with all of them. I'm sitting here, enjoying my pizza, glad I don't have to do dishes, and relieved my deliveries from this Dominos are a treat and not a last ditch effort for food like other pizza places have been in the past. BLAH BLAH THIS DOMINOS ROCKS AUGH, DOMINO POWERS THAT BE PLEASE REWARD THEM.

Arrived about 30 min late so it was a bit cold. I was hungry so I still ate it. The topping ratio was pretty good though.

I would recommend NEVER ordering from the Domino's Pizza in Emory Village. Here's why: Last night a few friends and I ordered a pizza for delivery from Domino's around 1AM. They took our Emory Card information, and said that we would get our pizza in 30 minutes. 1:45 AM: Still no pizza. We called Domino's to ask about the pizza and were told it was "on the way." 2:15AM: Still no pizza. We called and were told that there was no record of our order. We said we did order, and were accused of lying. They said we would have to order another pizza, and out of desperation we did. So far, this is about $35 spent on one large pizza from Domino's. 2:20AM: We check the Emory Card statement for the card that we used to pay for the pizza. Domino's charged the card for the pizza that was "never ordered." At this point, we called the Domino's again and were told that we received the pizza already. But I thought they had no record that we ordered the pizza...? Apparently they delivered it to a Holiday Inn. WTF? We were given a GREAT deal of attitude over the phone when we did NOTHING wrong. What happened to the customer always being right? This is an awful establishment staffed by incompetent workers.

I can't believe I'm saying this about Dominos, but it was GREAT!! I have always thought of Dominos as "sketchy" and "disgusting", based on previous experiences. However, with its latest advertisement campaign, I said to my husband, "Awww sad. They are trying so hard to change....let's give them a chance." We started by going to their website, which was super-fun and interactive. Like when you place your order, it shows you in live time when your order is received, who (yes WHO) starts making your pizza (shout-out to Alvin...ssssup?) ,when it goes in the oven, etc. Plus you can send the 'cook' little messages like "Thanks for dinner!" and " Hurry up!" I am easily amused, yes. And 14 min later, pizza is here, and its great. Not like Fellini's or Capozzi's great, but better than Pizza Hut and Papa Johns great. Moral of this story: Give Dominos a second chance. They are trying so hard :(

I think that there are a few different pizza categories- actually good pizza, frozen pizza, and crap pizza? I'm not set in the names of the categories but let's use those for now. Sometimes you just want some frozen pizza- let's all just accept that as a fact- no judgement. I guess I consider some place like Domino's a couple of steps up from that? Because of that I think I enjoyed the old/ pre change sauce from Domino's but I've found that their Hearty Marinara is good. And I always get the thin crust. Another thing that is pretty tasty is the cinnamon bread stuff. Usually they have some kind of coupon online that you can use, too. I've ordered online three times now and not had a problem with it. A couple of times the drivers called for directions (weird- maybe they would do better to print out or at least look up directions at the store). But if you remember that whole 30 minutes or less thing- that's WAY out the window. That is a thing of the past.

Four out of five times that I've ordered from this store the past two years, the pizza either never shows up or shows up an hour after it's left a store that is 2 minutes from my house. Don't bother ordering from here, management doesn't care.
