3rd strike dominos, well its a Monday night and ordered 1 pizza at 830 and hey here it is 10 fucking o'clock with cold fucking pizza, I mean the food in my damn fridge is warmer. these employees at this store must be on fucking drugs because I have no idea what the hell they are doing for an hour and a half. I would call up and bitch but no one there will ever answer the damn phone. I have no godly idea how this establishment is even in fucking business. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE EVER UNLESS COMPLETE DISAPOINTMENT IS WHAT YOU LOVE MOST.

This Dominos delivers to our home! It is normally always within 30-45 minutes and food is always made correctly. I hate pizza places that are stingy with the toppings and this place isn't!! Always has plenty of toppings for our taste. I am not one of those people who only post when a company does bad. I try to post when they do good as well! Overall this is one of the better dominos I have had!!!

Hmmm... if I had saw the rating, I would have avoided them but glad I didn't. It is close to my job and I needed pizza right away. For the record, I had a carry out order. I called my order in, there was some static in the phone but the person on the other end, apologized more than once. I was given the special options and told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived early and it was not quite ready. The older gentleman at the counter was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. I was able to pay for my oder quickly and once the pizza was ready, he made sure to open each box to make sure I was satisfied. It was piping hot and I had no complaints from coworkers. Food for thought... you may want to carry out. PS, previously did online order and had no issues.

I have never been yelled at by a manager for trying to explain calmly three times the issue with a failure for an order to be rang up incorrectly. If you are in the unfortunate position of this being the store in your delivery radius, I pity you. The angry female manager of this store takes the cake.

It took at least an hour for our pizza to be delivered and it definitely did not taste fresh and hot. We had to reheat it in the oven after waiting so long because the cheese was hard. Oh, and my order was wrong - there was feta cheese on the pizza that I didn't order. We liked the thin crust better than the normal crust. We will probably not be ordering from Dominos again. The $5.99 deal sounds good until you pay a $3 delivery fee and tip and your pizza is not up to par. We could have ordered a large really delicious pizza from our local Grant Central Pizza and spent the same amount of money and enjoyed it much more.

Placed an order online, was out for delivery in record time, but according to Domino's handbook (which I guess they mail out copies for everyone to read through) it's their policy to call you first if you're a new customer, in case you're a serial killer who preys on pizza delivery drivers. Unfortunately, my phone wasn't near me, so my order was cancelled...This policy is NOT on their website, after carefully reading through all the boring legal jargon, NOR did I receive a Dominos handbook to review those guidelines further. When I called to resolve this issue, the most friendly manager I have ever encountered (sarcasm) actually yelled through the phone at me "I DIDN'T EVEN WANT THE DELIVERY GUY TO COME TO YOUR HOUSE BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT A BULLET IN THE DELIVERY DRIVER'S HEAD!" Then yelled about the policy for a while, assuming I knew what was in the Dominos handbook. I even had enough time to re-place my order online after the original was cancelled, which went from "being prepared" to "out for delivery" again, and THAT order never showed up!! I never even got a call from the manager! The manager's excuse for that was "It's a corporate thing." So, the people in the corporate office know when my pizza is done baking and is out for delivery? I don't think so....someone at the restaurant surely does that part. Terrible customer service on the managers part. AVOID THIS DOMINOS. The pizza is good, and worth the wait from another store.
