It was a little over a year ago when I gave them 1 star and told everyone to stay away. Well, last week a neighbor told me that they completely rehauled the staff at the location and now it was actually a good experience. So I decided to see for myself and I ordered a pizza. My neighbor was right ! It was a complete 360 from last year. They had new employees and those employees were all respectful and seemed to enjoy their jobs. The place was neat, clean and the pizza was ready on-time. If you've had a bad experience at this location like I had, give them another chance, its improved a lot.

Cooking the wings hard seems to be an issue... like it is impossible to get them that way, so I don't order them anymore.

Eek! This has been my go-to neighborhood pizza place for 2 years. We have always gotten the correct order delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Tonight, I don't know what happened. My order tracker said 21-31 minutes delivery time. Over an hour later, it wasn't there and the tracker wasn't updating so I called. The woman (Kelly?) who answered was very rude and placed me on hold for several minutes. When she came back on, she informed me that the online ordering doesn't give the "correct" delivery time for the store, and that their actual delivery time was 2 hours. I have never, ever waited for 2 hours for a pizza from this store! Also, what is the point of online ordering and tracking if it doesn't actually look at the individual store's current business level? She hollered out to someone in the back to see if my order had gone out yet and it had, so I just hung up and waited. The delivery guy was super apologetic and said that their regular driver had called in sick, so he was there on his day off. Now that seems like a reasonable explanation and if "Kelly" had just told me that and apologized, I would've been fine. Now I am left questioning the service I got and feeling like I don't want to order from there again. However, our order was correct and hot when it arrived. The drivers are ALWAYS fast and awesome. I'd hate to penalize them for whatever goes on in the store. Perhaps that should be addressed internally?

I order here from time to time. I only carry out so i Never have to wait. Pizza is always hot and fresh. Even when they got my order wrong there wasnt an attitude from the employees. Marcia (i think that is her name) is awesome.

Love this location. We always carry out & the wait time in never long. Which is great when u have hungry kids. I love their customer service too. They have never gotten our order wrong no matter how many times we have changed it. When you have employees that appreciate there customers & are friendly. I will continue to come back instead of taking my money else where. Keep up the good work & the excellent pizza.

I can't speak for any one else's experience but I just received fantastic customer service from Jeremy. He was courteous and helpful. I didn't realize that they closed the lobby at 10 so when I called to place my order to get the carryout special for tonight, he was interrupted by another manager to let me know that it was too late for carryout orders. I would have simply cancelled my order and tried to get something else to eat because without the special my order would have been twice as much. Considering that Jeremy instead offered to make the order for me and hand deliver it when I came to pick it up. Now that is great customer service! I really appreciated his effort to please the customer without me having to gripe and complain. If there are customer issues at this location, they should just give Jeremy a raise and promotion because he knows how to do right by his customer.. My only regret is that I didn't leave him a bigger tip. And yes the pizza was very good.! I recommend Jeremy and this location highly...

Horrible service, VERY late delivery, rude clerks on the phone. They WILL hang up on you and ignore your callbacks if they don't feel like delivering to your area. I will NEVER order from this location again. AVOID!
