PF Changs is a chain restaurant but it serves higher quality Chinese food. They have a price fix menu that serves two people for 39.95. You get soup, appetizer, two entrees and a small dessert. They also have a rewards program where you get 1000 points for signing up and 5 points for each dollar spent once you reach 2000 pts you get a free entree. The atmosphere is fancier than your typical Chinese restaurant but you would still feel comfortable in jeans. I really enjoy most of their food. The lettuce wraps are delicious. I also really like the Mongolian beef - I substitute green beans for the green onions. Delicious. I do not like their mixed drinks. They are weak and the juices are bitter. The wine and beer menu is what you would expect at a chain restaurant.

So this one my first time at this restaurant and I will have to say that I have had better...First things first the waitress was nice but the service sucked. It took so long for us to get our food when we did receive it we had to ask for take out boxes so we could get back to work. Secondly, the food really wasn't all of that. I now find myself wondering what all of the hoopla was about so to make this short and sweet..I don't ever have to go there again.

Worst service ever! The waiter never came and took our order. We had to order through the hostess. Then he never came to check on us to refill our drinks or anything. Plus all our dishes were incorrect. I'll never come to this location again.

I am not impressed with P.F. Chang's, particularly at this location. One item I like on the menu is from the deserts, the banana spring rolls served with coconut-pineapple ice cream are good. Otherwise, the other items from the menu I have tried are just okay. "Fancy moderate quality American-Chinese" cuisine. I recall from years ago that I dined-in and ordered the Chilean sea bass; it was just okay. Most recently, I placed my order online and selected a pick-up time. I entered and proceeding to the bar and after waiting a few minutes to be acknowledged, I informed a member of the staff I was picking-up an order. I ordered "Singapore Street Noodles". Comparing P.F. Chang's Singapore Mei Fun to a local place that servers the same dish, P.F. Chang's fell short. Too much soy sauce and not enough chicken and shrimp. The cost for additional chicken or shrimp is not worth it. I also did not like the cilantro in the dish. I could have excluded it from the order, but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt to whoever designed it. I visited again recently to give P.F. Chang's another chance, but I would rather go to Panda Express or one of the many American-Chinese cuisine restaurants in the area.

Love PF Chang's! They rock. Placed was packed tonight so others must agree. Need to get this location's rating up because they are better than a "3". Usually get the beef Mongolian but got the chicken pad Thai -- very good. And like how they have a bunch of gluten free options. I will be back.

Went here for dinner on a Friday eve. Wasn't pleased with the service. It was a pretty busy night so i could understand the waitress was under a little pressure. Waited quite a while for our entree of lobster rolls, came without the sauce we ordered. I had reminded the waitress that we ordered some sauce, we ended up finishing the entree without the sauce - i guess she forgot. Main course wasn't great, kinda bland in taste and we also waited a long while for that to come. Overall the lobster rolls were the highlight. Kinda regret ordering everything else we had but hey it was an experience. 2 stars for me. I don't think i'll be going there again.
If you enjoy a two hour and half hour dinning experience this place is for you! Service is slow and lack hospitality. We out our name in for a 20-30 min wait on Friday night, not so bad. We then told the hostess we would be at the bar getting a dink while we waited. We checked back in with the hostess after about 20 minutes just to be sure they new we were at the bar. After an hour at the bar we checked backed in to learn they removed us from the list. Waited another 15 minutes for a table. Waited another 15 minutes at the table only to have the hostess come back and take our order. We never really saw our waiter until it was time for us to pay...and you know he expected a tip! Overall this place has lost its way. Zero customer service. Cleanliness is not a priority as I have been in cleaner restrooms at a truck stop. My advice...order delivery Chinese and stay at home!

I usually do not like to eat at restaurants that sell their food in the frozen food aisle at the grocery store but it was my nephew's 21st birthday and this is where he wanted to go. We arrived and were sat fairly quickly. Ordered some California Rolls and some Spare Ribs. The appetizers arrived and I can say the sushi was the worst I have had ever. The rice was dry and crumbly. The filling was gross too. We told the server who shrugged it off. For the meal I ordered chicken Pad Thai to share with my toddler. I put some on his plate and he took a bite and immediately started crying. After I consoled him, I took a bite and it was the spiciest thing I have ever tried and was made with shrimp. We immediately took the food away from my son. The flavors did not even taste anything like Pad Thai should. We called over the server and told her not only was it the wrong protein, it was super spicy. She insisted that is how they make it and I asked for a menu. Nowhere on the menu did it indicate it was spicy. She walked away. A few minutes later she came back and said someone took the chicken one for me and I was brought the shrimp one. The kitchen remade me meal and miraculously it was not spicy and tasted like what Pad Thai should. No apology or anything. At this point all we wanted to do was get out of there. The server also brought to go boxes about 30 seconds after the food arrived too and we barely saw her again. I will never come back here again.

I was invited to come and have dinner with a business associate, and we agreed to come to PF Chang's China Bistro. This was my first time being here, so here goes: I come into the establishment, and it was very clean. All the servants were very professional and courteous. When we first came in, the manager of the store greeted us, and guided us to a booth. The waiter that served us was very professional and courteous as well, and served us quickly. On to the food: We first ordered their spicy breaded shrimp as an appetizer, but wasn't satisfied with it. It tasted like bread, more than anything else, with a kick of spicy sauce. So, we got a substitute, which was their egg rolls. Wasn't too pleased with the taste of their standard egg rolls either. But then, we also ordered the egg drop soup, which was quite good. And then, the main dish I ordered, which was the Ginger Chicken with broccoli, was alright. I ended up drenching it in soy sauce in order to make it taste very good. Overall, the experience was good. I wouldn't necessarily take a date out to this place because of the food not being as good as I hoped, but I would go back and try something else on my own (being the good samaritan I am, lol)....

This is probably the third time I've been here, came with a few friends for dinner. the server was very friendly and helpful, always made sure we were taken care of. I know it's a chain restaurant but the food really is great. I ordered the sesame chicken with brown rice and it was amazing, loved the flavor of ginger with garlic and soy sauce, it just made the perfect combination added with spice and it was heaven. My friend got the Lemon chicken, usually i'm not a big fan of lemon flavor but that sauce was off the chain, it was just the right amount of sour. the portions are perfect not too big not too small, had a great experience as I had before. I would strongly recommend it.

It is been over one year since I walked into the North Point P.F. Chang's, I quit coming because the service was always bad and the food just keep getting worse and worse. Gave it another try last night. The service was very bad. The place was only 1/2 full. Saw a few customers complaining to the mgr when we first came in (overheard them say something about a server never coming to their table). One customer insist the manager wait on him and his child ( I guess he did not feel like waiting all day for a server to show up). Other customer was yelling about the same thing, she said she had been at her table for 15 minutes and no one has come over to greet her and take a drink order. I should have run to the door after witnessing this. Wish I had. The egg roll tasted like it was reheated out of the freezer. The fried rice was over cooked. The honey shrimp was disgusting. THE STEAM RICE WAS GOOD! The orange beef used to be one of my favorites, but not any more. The beef was chewy and no flavor. It tasted like it was sitting in the back of the refrigerator for a few days then reheated for me. The service was slow and bad, had to ask twice to get refilled on water. When P.F. Chang's first came to Atlanta it was the best, I could not get enough of it. Now I would not let my worst enemy eat there. It is a shame.

Really depressing. No one smiles, you have to ask for glasses for your beer, plates for Your appetizers and the guy at the door (wade) is very unfriendly and really Likes to show he is in charge. It will be a while before I return. Just not pleasant or fun. Everyone sees Unhappy. And where in the world is the manager?

Unfortunately the quality of service and food consistency continue to decline at this PF location. I have been dining at this location for over 15 years and recently had my worst experience here. The night I dined the location was severely under-staffed, as there were only 2 waiters working on one side of the restaurant. It looks us 30 minutes to order and I had to send one of our orders back. The Kung pao chicken was overcooked and burnt and looked and tasted just like plain fried chicken nuggets. The cook got lazy and did not put any effort in the presentation or making sure it had any peanuts or sauce. After sending it back, they brought out a dish that looked and tasted the way it should. This location does so much business at a great location. Improve your service or you will continue to receive average to poor reviews and lose customers.

Visited this spot for a lunch meeting. I ordered Singapore noodles and other gentleman ordered fried rice. Honestly, my noddles were socked in soy sauce. Singapore noddles is a mixed Chinese and Indian dish - you must have curry favor.

Just left PF Changs and disappointed in the service. A party of 8 (4adults 4children). All the apps came out at different times. When the entree came out we asked for another glass of wine and beer. The waiter came back to the table 3x's to advise they were coming. The third time after we were done eating we just cancelled our drink order. Also, we called to reserve a table for 13 and were told they couldn't reserve for such a larger party until after 9:00pm. Yet while we were there, we had a table of 15 seated next to us at 8:00.

I created a yelp account today to give these guys a bad review.. They were that bad !! I went in at 9:45 pm and they close at 11.. Here's how it went.. Guy : can I start you off with something to drink ? Me : I'll have a Sam Adams draft.. Guy : Sorry sir our bar is closed.. My friend : I'll have an Iced tea.. Guy : sorry sir we have dumped our tea.. A little while later.. Guy : can I have your food order please.. Me : I'll have an egg drop soup Guy : sorry sir we have closed our soup orders.. Why the duck would you want to have a ducking open sign on your ducking door.. Just close down the ducking restaurant and get lost !!

Always a great go-to for upscale Chinese fusion food. Had a gift card and was obligated to spend the $50 in one visit, which got me a surprising amount of food. Good value and really tasty, with excellent service. I love the Beef a la Sichuan but if I could change one thing, I'd get carrots or bell peppers in place of celery, even if it cost more. The celery was too sour for my taste while everything else was awesome. Never come here without ordering chicken lettuce wraps, it's a must.

Got to the restaurant at 9:15 and the host was very kind as he informed us that it would be a 15 minute wait. Once we got back to the host stand after being buzzed the host remembered the name for our party without hesitation. He was nice and friendly. As for our server he was very slow to get us our water and in taking our orders all night. He looked at us baffled when we asked to have the appetizers and entree delivered to the table at different times. We didn't leave until 11:15. The portion sizes were small and not worth the price. We were upset that Michael our server brought us our appetizer just as we started on our soup so by the time we got to the appetizer it was cold. It wasn't until way later that we finally placed our order for the entree. Overall the service was extremely poor. We won't eating at this PF Chang's again.

Coming in on a recent Wednesday night, I was nervous by the recent reviews but glad I got a completely different experience. The hostess brought us to a large booth for my friend and me. Christian was an awesome waiter where he provided recommendations and joked with us like we were friends. When we noticed our tea had cooled too much, he brought us a hot pot that we could enjoy. Sharing a pad thai that was cooked well - not soggy, few bean sprouts, no overwhelming flavors, we also enjoyed the Ma Po Tofu and Spicy Chicken. While we like our food hot, the spicy chicken was far from that but Christian brought some hot sauces and fixed that problem. Overall, I'm not a big fan of PF Chang but glad I picked this location to catch up with a friend as I passed through town.

Perspective: AMERICANIZED ORIENTAL FOOD PF CHANGS is a nice looking restaurant. PF CHANGS is a "safe" restaurant. Your can go there all dressed up. You can bring a date here. You can be totally ignorant about Asian food and possibly enjoy any item on the menu. You can't really go wrong with the items on the menu - most items are very Americanized and the names are as fancy as the dishes they are supposed to represent. The service is very good here. The servers are dressed nicely. The food and drinks are more expensive than they should be. A safe place to have a company dinner. We had Wonton Crab - deep fried wonton with REAL crab meat. Seared Ahi tuna appetizer (probably the worst I ever ate - but still good). Seaweed salad - less than average. Tofu dish - plain. Bottom-line: nice place, great service, expensive, safe food. Be brave and venture to a true ethic restaurant and you'll enjoy the Asian cuisine much more.

Me and my family went here last night and Samantha was our waitress.Best experience EVER.VERY ATTENTIVE, POLITE, ALERT, best ever. I have been all around to many restaurants all over the world and I can say Samantha is one of the top 3 waitresses I ever had..if she spoke multiple languages that would have made her #1 in my book. If you come here you must ask for her, I don't like going to the same restaurants, but to get service like that I would make an exception. Samantha both me and my family thank you

4.5 stars - would have given 5 stars; however, I really don't like the menu changes. We are PF Chang's regulars & have been coming to this location for years. Went recently & noticed the menu is different & portions are a tad bit smaller (price remains the same - confused on that one). I could tell just by looking at the entrees when they came out. Also, we normally always have leftovers, but not this time. Anyway, we'll continue to come because our favorites are still on the menu & so far the taste hasn't changed. We always receive excellent customer service. We normally order the pan fried shrimp dumplings as an appetizer - YUMMY!! Some of our favorite entrees are - Beef w/ Broccoli, Pepper Steak, Shrimp Fried Rice, & Hunan-Style Hot Fish. Wish they still had the same desserts I'm used to. I don't like the new selections.

My experience on New years day 2015 was dismal..We were a party of 17 and had confirmed atleast 1 week before our reservation..We received a call the day before (Dec 30) and confirmed once again for 17 . On arrival at 7PM we were told that the manager is "arranging" for it..IN a few minutes we were taken inside, past all the tables, past the bar, past the restroom..into the KITCHEN.. I believe we were seated at the "Captains Chair"..IN THE NOISY,WET-FLOORED kitchen..I refused to sit there and was told that is the only option(being new years eve)..I was not told so while making the reservation.. "Ohh..you can get your food faster" said the manager!! But that turned out to be false..we can see plates of food being carried out and our order took longer than usual(again not a big deal due to new years eve crowd). The food was mediocre--Chicken lettuce wraps had more nuts and filling than chicken.. Cheers

P F Chang's is my new favorite restaurant. It has great ambiance/decor, upscale food and service and has proven very consistent. My most recent visit was the best yet. Aside from the reliable food, what made this visit stand out was the service. Harvey was our waiter and greeted us very promptly. He excelled at providing great service and really enhancing our dining experience. He did a great job and will be who I request when I return. Hes everything a business would want in a server. Id highly recommend him to anyone. The food, as always was great. He even pushed us to try a few things we normally wouldnt have. We will definitely be back.

It's hard to find places where you can say they're some of your favorites, so to go to one of your favorite restaurants and have less than mediocre food served to you, it's sad. We had always liked P.F. Chang's. It was our to-go place for Chinese. We always recommended P.F. Chang's and took people there whenever possible. However, yesterday, my husband and I went there for dinner, and the food was bad, to say the least. I always order the Shaking Beef dish. So I came in knowing what to expect. The Shaking Beef dish that was served to us was salty. Did we finish it? Yes. We were hungry. But was it good? Not even close. My husband ordered the fried rice combo, and while it wasn't as bad as the Shaking Beef, it was nothing to talk about. Can't see ourselves returning to this place for a while. On a more positive note, our waiter, Canaan, was truly one of the best we've ever had. Excellent service.

Love the ambiance and the exotic Asian dishes look and smell great. I went for the Sea Bass, and was disappointed it was sold out. Opted for the salmon and there was nothing special about it. It was flat, somewhat dry without seasonings, sauce or flavor. Not what I was expecting. Will not get again.

In all my years of going to this PF Chang's location, this was my first poor experience. The hostesses were very nice, but once we were seated, the problems began. We were at our table a minimum of 15-20 minutes before anyone came by. We saw waiters and waitresses swirling at the tables around us but no one came to our table. We finally flagged down a hostess to make her aware of the issue. She seemed VERY put off by our request but agreed to help. Once our waiter arrived, his service was confused and delayed for the entire meal - so much so that we began to think that maybe he was a busboy or other staff member who had been thrown into serving customers due to short staffing. The food was slow, the check was slow and the drink refills were almost non-existent. A very disappointing visit.

Okay let me just start out and mention the food is amazing. Yes it is a chain restaurant, but honestly this is my favorite Chinese food. I keep trying other places, but nothing compares to here. Their combo fried rice that comes with chicken, shrimp, and beef for 10.50 is absolutely to die for. Not only is it the best fried rice I've ever had, but it comes in an ungodly portion. It will give you leftovers for sure! But enough about the food... THE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have never come here and had bad service. They hire amazing staff that treats everyone like they are royalty, but more importantly one specific server that I have fallen in love with ( not literally lol). PAIGE!!! Request Paige when you go in. She is so friendly, she is on top of her game, she does ANYTHING and EVERYTHING she can to make your experience the best it can possibly be. She is amazing and I can't write enough about her. This is my 4th time having her and she just makes the experience a million times better when it was already phenomenal. I can't say enough about this place.

Normally we sit at the bar for lunch and always have a great experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly, and with that said, decided to try dinner with some old friends. Needless to say, that was an experience I do not want to duplicate, for our waitress, was "fresh out of the box", meaning she didn't know the menu or understand drink requests. She apologized for her ineptness, but recuperated with her sincere politeness. Lunch is still the way to go and will continue, to sit at the bar and enjoy the presence of the causal, confident staff.

Sat at the bar tonight after giving our cell number to be notified when our seat was ready. Waited about as long as they said we would (while listening to names being YELLED across the bar). Our name was YELLED with some urgency, though no text on phone. I hopped up with my beer and was lead to the middle of the dining room to a DIRTY table and LEFT in the middle of the DR while the "hostess" said, let me get them to clean the table. My husband was handling the bar tab and I'm standing in the middle of the dining room with my drink. Finally went back and joined him. Long story short, the head of the "front stand" said it was his fault and he would send a manager over. Great way to start a relaxing night out Home now, no manager. If I didn't like the food so much I would never go back, but it will be at much longer intervals as this kind of thing (service issues, though our waiter was great tonight) isn't unusual! Wouldn't recommend for a 1st date (never know what's going to happen) and definitely for a Valentine's Date.... it didn't set the mood, just saying!

PF Changs comes to mind first - Whenever I think about going to an upscale chinese restaurant (though americanized) without troubling the Stomach. Chicken Lettuce Wrap and Singapore Street noodles are my all time favorites. The Egg drop soup also tasted nice. The kung pao chicken doesn't looked or tasted like Kung pao. But the fusion gave an altogether different touch. Enjoyed every bit of that! We were there 45mins earlier for our 8:30pm reservation. But they didn;t take us in till 8:30. So knocking off a star for that.

I had dinner at PF Changs in Alpharetta tonight. This is one of my favorite places to eat. Orange peel beef or chicken is one of my favorite meals. I was by myself and the hostess sat me down. After about 20 minutes of patiently waiting I still had not been waited on for a drink or anything.. When the hostess finally came around again I told her that no one had waited on me yet. She said she was so sorry and went and got someone. The manager came to wait on me and asked me what I wanted to order. Once I placed my drink and soup order a waiter came to wait on me. The waiter was a nice young man originally from Jamaica who took good care of me. After my meal was over the waiter came and told me that my meal was on the house because of the wait. This happened without me complaining one iota! Comping my meal was very good public relations which generated good word of mouth through this post. The cost of that food was way less than the negative exposure they could have had if I complain to everyone about them. Instead, the cost of the food was cheap considering the positive PR it generated. This manager knows good business. Of course, I tipped the young man generously since he provided very good service. This experience is evidence of why patience is a virtue!

We just kinda wrote off all the recent negative reviews as anomalies. And we went anyway, because it had always been good in the past. But it's true. This place has really kinda slid. We got there at 5pm on a Friday night. Wasn't especially crowded, but we ended up waiting a long time for our entree. We split a Chang's Spicy Chicken. Meanwhile, some other table (that came in *after* we had already ordered) got their food before us. Not sure if it was the waiter or what, but acted like it was a delay in the kitchen. As for the food: Lettuce Wraps - Flavor was good. Came out with plenty of lettuce. Spicy Tuna Roll - Yeah, it's not a sushi place. But they generally have very good food, and I would assume they do a lot of product testing, etc. So I would expect this to be good. Wrong. Filling was good, but the rice was VERY compressed, almost like they pre-make the rice part and then just fill it to order. But it's way too dense. I've probably had better sushi from a grocery store. Very disappointed. Chang's Spicy Chicken - Dunno what it was. Maybe it sat around for a while? It was just kinda soggy and not as good as I'd remembered. Portion also seemed small. As we walked out (6:30 or so?) the place was packed. But still... May not be going back.

I have been to a lot of PF Changs and this one is just a notch below. For some reason the did not provide the sauce and let my good cool while they went and put it together. And at the end they left dirty plates on our table until after we left. It wasn't a busy night either (Thursday).

Good was good and the service, once we were seated, excellent. The main problem was the employees at the host desk. When the two of us arrived, we were told there was a 45 minute wait. Initially, that was fine because it was a busy Saturday night. While standing near the bar, we noticed 3 or 4 two seat tables vacant and cleared. As the clock ticked, larger pairs were seated, yet these small tables remained empty. We were finally seated after 50 minutes, and these vacant tables were still empty.

It had been several years since I had eaten at at PF Changs & I was thoroughly impressed with everything from the zen like ambiance to the amazing, detail oriented service. The Ginger Citrus Edamame appetizer was AMAZING! I would love to have the recipe! Hands down the most interesting take on Edamame that I have ever tried. Our server was very attentive, anticipating our needs without hovering. She made several suggestions that were wonderful. The entrees were hot, fresh & simply yummy. Interesting cocktails, Nice variety of chilled sakes. The try 3 mini desserts is perfect for 4-5 people to share. Vegetarians do not dismay. There are many menu choices to tantalize your palate. Perfect place for a romantic evening out. The entrees are large enough for two to share, especially if you have appetizers & want to save room for delicious dessert. I love that they serve brown rice! Health conscious diners have several menu options & the chef appears to be very accommodating.

Unfriendly service, food mediocre. Saw a customer walk out because they wouldn't accommodate her on any of their empty booths. She was told that they were for parties of 3 and more but as soon as she left, they sat a party of 2. This used to be a good place but last 2 times were my LAST 2 TIMES......

Was there yesterday afternoon for an early dinner and watch the end of the Falcons game. We sat at the bar. We started with the lettuce wraps, wow so incredibly good!! Tried the seared tuna and it was absolutely delicious! Everything was so good. I'm sure I will be craving the lettuce wraps again soon. Hmmm in hungry now!

I think the chef was out back on his smoke break when we dined here. So let me go ahead and get down to the get down... 1. The server had way too many tables to take care of. It took her FOREVER to do EVERYTHING! I wanted to shake her. 2. I asked to substitute something for a lesser amount and was told no! I get it... I wouldn't want all the substitutions but dayum to substitute fried rice for an entree... Really? 3. The food was not the best!!! If I ask for no bean sprouts I'd like my dish to be prepared WITHOUT them. The two entrees we did get were lukewarm. But the fried rice that was sent back came back steaming hot. I wish all our food came out hot! 5. Yes, I did skip to five because #4 would've been a few words to describe my experience. Needless to say... We will not me back here!

Chilean Sea Bass. Damn, that's good. Would you, could you in the rain? On a train? Would you, could you get it take-out? Yes sir! Why didn't I think of that sooner? I was shopping at the mall and I called PF Chang's and ordered my delicious Chilean Sea Bass and voila 40 minutes and a cute pair of boots later, I am picking up my take-out! I also got the seasonal pumpkin wonton appetizer served with vanilla sauce and a pumpkin sauce. The waiter advised to eat them as a dessert instead as an app. I had one for app and one for dessert. Totally delish and are suited better for dessert. But, maybe don't listen to me, because I am in a Chilean Sea Bass-induced haze. Seriously, so good. Also, choose the brown rice. Yum.

We've been dining here for years. Years! It's sad to see a great restaurant decline the way this one has. The new owners of the P. F. Chang's chain have decided to make so many money savings changes for themselves, that the food has declined. Not only in portion size, but also, in some cases in flavor and quality. I ordered Chang's Spicy Chicken, and was served what used to be a lunch size portion. The dish had hardly any flavor, so different from times past, sadly. And, seriously, I'm not a big eater, but I was still hungry. We ordered a "bowl" of hot and sour soup, a joke. What we got was a half a bowl at most. Our spring rolls, although tasted good, were cold. We had reservations, waited 15 minutes to be seated. From the time we were seated, it took 2 hours to be served and finish our meal. Our server apologized often, apparently the kitchen was having major issues. We did not have an issue with serve, it was outstanding, he did a great job. Won't bore you with more details, just will say the other servings at our table were in similar decline. I hope the corporation that now owns this once awesome restaurant will wake up. At the rate they are going, they just might be going out of business, certainly mine's gone!

This PF Chang's is a lot more commercial and chain-restaurant like than others. Dine-in service is alright, the food is fill with sodium, although the bartender was prompt and offered me a free drink when I came in to pick up food. Ordering food online was convenient, and it was nice that they had the food ready on time. However, the seared ahi tun salad is drenched in dressing. The Hot and Sour soup is a bowl of overly sweet slime. I've had better Chinese and I've definitely had better PF Chang's in Chicago and Nashville.

I was never a big fan of PF Chang's. The big reason is that it's franchised restaurant that served American style Chinese food. That basically means that it is either blend or salty or too sweet. The seasoning is never right and I get disappointed all the time. But had to give this one a try since I've ran out options in the area for some good Asian meal. YES the place is HUGE and gets packed during lunch so get there early. YES the wait staff is very friendly and accommodating so Thank YOU. NO do not order their lunch special except fried rice or noodles; the other salad menu and soup is really not that good. I don't really have much to say except that I probably will not return and yes I have not in 3 weeks that I have been here. GOOD LUCK on your journey to the finest of what American Chinese can offer. It's better than what I had at the airport though.

If you have been to one, you have been to all of them. The food it a step above your average carry out Americanized Chinese joint and the prices might reflect that. In the end it is a better Americanized Chinese food. To differentiate themselves they have nice decor and a great presentation. They have a server demonstrate how to make your own concoction of sauce (soy/ vinegar/chili peppers and some other stuff). They have these slick little dessert shooters that come in a shot class. The service is top notch. It is usually always really crowded and they handle it very well. At this location I feel like it is a tad bit crowded though. Sometimes I feel like I am a bit too close to another patron. To combat this, try to get a booth if your party is big enough. Also beware it can get loud in there so don't expect a tranquil dining experience.

A bunch of friends and I decided to have a going away party for a friend here last Wednesday night. We made a reservation for the Captain's table which is in the kitchen. It was definitely the best place for us considering how loud we are, we probably would have been kicked out had we been in the main dining room. Service was good, a bit slow, especially everything coming from the bar. He did bring out some free appetizers so we forgave him immediately LOL. What I tried: Salt and pepper calamari- Good. Cooked without being rubbery. Shrimp dumplings- Very flavorful and tender. Wonton soup- Not the best I've had, but I would still order it again. Chicken Lettuce wraps- Wow. These were winners. Chicken and shrimp Pad Thai- So good that I actually ate the left overs, which I usually bring home and give to my boyfriend so he doesn't feel left out haha. Fried Banana desert- Whoa, you must get this. While everyone got their main entrees about 5 minutes before I did, the wait was well worth it. I was also surprised at how busy the restaurant was on a Wednesday night. There was a wait at the door. This is unusual for any restaurant on a Wednesday, especially one at this price point. I would definitely return to P.F. Chang's.

Honestly I've been here 3-4 times over the past 2 years, exactly long enough to forget my prior experience, but this is definitely the last. We arrived on a Sunday at approximately 4:30, and were seated in a mostly empty restaurant within elbow distance of another table. The server did a drive-by and told us she would be back and then cam by a few minutes later to take drink orders(No Big Deal). She was a little rushed and off-putting, but not too bad - I worked in F&B for over 13 years so I understand) but things went ENTIRELY downhill from there. To itemize 1) Hot teas were cold even though served in cast-iron pots designed to keep hot. 2) Server rushed through the order and even brushed off my wife's question about one of the entrees. 3) When soup arrived, the server dished out the soup and handed (theoretically) hot soup over the table to an 8 year old, having to tell her to grab it twice in 2 different ways(This should be a hot bowl, hot soup - This is ridiculous). 4) The soup was cold and the Wonton's were literally RAW and doughy. Not partially cooked, but Raw dough around half-frozen wontons. 5) (while I was gone explaining to the hostess that we were leaving) The server came over and tried to get through between tables and literally shoved my daughter in here chair out of the way The manager was very responsive after I told her we were leaving and offered to personally take care of us, but at that point it had gone past the point that we wanted to stay, based more on the food than anything. The past few experiences have been very similar, which is very disappointing since my wife and I have eaten here on several occasions in the past with good experiences.

Went here for lunch on a Saturday. It is outside the perimeter, so we do not get here as often as one could wish for. Tried spring rolls as appetizer. They were well cooked, but not quite as flavorful as you would hope for. I had the sweet and sour chicken with steamed rice. The rice were over-cooked (a dried lumps of rice), but otherwise the dish was OK. My partner had broccoli and beef. She were much enjoyed the dish it was tasty and well proportioned. We had a mixture of flavored ice-tea and beer. Our server was very attentive and great on timing.

I always forget about this place when I think of Chinese restaurants. Maybe because it's American/Chinese fusion. Not sure. Anyways... I always get the lettuce wraps which I think is their best item on the menu. Also every waiter will tell you their sauce for the wraps is the best. They are all wrong because mine is the best, just saying. The crispy honey shrimp is great too. There are so many items I have not tried but want to. Now I want to go back tonight.

Good food as always! They need to cut down on the egg just a tad in the Mu Shu Chicken. Other than that, love this place!

Poor service! Had to wait for 15 minutes till someone came to serve. Will never go there again!

It's a little bit on the expensive side, but then again they give large portions. The food is better than average but not 5 star. My Mo Shu pork dish was tasty but it was swimming in brown sauce. The dining room is very loud when busy which is made worse when they blast the music over the speakers.

My wife and I went there Sunday night for dinner. The wait according to the hostess the wait for a table would be only 20 minutes or so. We figures that we would make our way to the bar and order a drink. The bar was packed but we eventually got a pair of seats by the kitchen and eventually got an order in with the majorly overworked barmaid. At that point we decided to just order take out (shouldn't be a problem we thought). The barmaid returned after 10 minutes or so and took our order. After waiting over an hour (yes an hour) our order was next. We could see all of the chaos that was going on and see our order sitting on the shelf waiting for the hot and sour soup. The barmaid told someone ( I believe an assistant manager who was clearing tables) to go get our order so we could go. We observed him get a container for the soup and when he put it in the container there was a noodle hanging over the side. Rather than pull it out and throw out the noddle away he just put it back in the container. As we were leaving I pulled him aside and told him that I had observed his actions and that I did not know where his hands had been and if they were clean. His response was that he washed his hands about 100 times a day. Needless to say we did not eat the soup and the rest of the order was just sub par with small portions. I have been to other PF Chang locations in Texas and Las Vegas that provided us with excellent service and food. This place does not compare....not even close. We will not return there are many other very good establishments within walking distance of this location. Diner BEWARE!!!

My family and I tried to eat here and had to leave. We waited over an hour after sitting and no food came. We ordered Egg Drop soup and it came out egg with broth, not the way it normally is. It also took 30 minutes to get that. We ended up having to walk out, which we never do. This was the worst experience I have had at a PF Changs. I used to eat at this location a lot but I will not again. I am not sure what was going on there today. It seems like the kitchen was always backed up and the service was suffering because of that. The server seemed to try but things just got worse and worse. There also did not seem to be a manager on duty to help address the problems. It would have made things a little better to get at least an official apology. I guess this PF Changs just does not seem to care about keeping business.

A big disappointment compared to other P.F. Chang's I have known. They messed up the reservation, staff was weird, and my Mongolian beef was the toughest, grisliest I have ever had. Overall a failure for the evening.

This food is wretched. All that was missing was a set of plastic ware bad a styrofoam box. This was a Chinese buffet with a cloth napkin and dishes. Not impressed at. all. I don't see returning the future.

2 of my girlfriends and I ate here last night. I enjoyed the service we received from the hostess but our server... ehhhh. She seemed to have an issue listening! We told her we were ready to order to order our food and she basically refused to take our order. Only took drink orders. When we finally were "allowed" to order she kept repeating the orders back wrong! Also, one of my friends is a vegan. We told the server this because we had to alter the Lo Mien being ordered, sub rice noodles for egg noodles (if you're wondering). Why did the server ask her how does she want the Lo Mien! "Do you want chicken, beef, shrimp, pork, or veggie?" Um... seriously!?!? Maybe vegan is a confusing thing to understand! Finally issue I had with this server is when I asked for a specific type of sauce for my eggrolls, it comes with another appetizer. This failure of the server world told me they don't have that sauce. This pissed me off because I worked at and managed PF Chang's for 4 years, several years ago! %#@!& i KNOW you have that sauce. When I checked her she was like "Oh yeah we have Spicy Plum Sauce" FAIL in every sense of the word! Our food was good, which is why they even got these 3 stars, but they really REALLY need to reevaluate who they hire and how they act! Secret shoppers needed her asap!

I used to live in this area and came here all the time. I found myself up in the area with my girlfriend recently, so we dropped by to redeem a gift card my brother gave me for Christmas. I called ahead to make reservations and thank god I did- huge wait at the door, but we were seated promptly upon arriving. We ordered the spare ribs as an appetizer and they came out nearly right away. The waiter explained that somebody else ordered them but that they canceled the order right as it was fulfilled. I questioned a little in my head how long ago they had been prepared, but they were still a little warm, so no biggie. Nearly an hour passed before our entrees came out. The waiter warned us the kitchen was backed up and given the line at the hostess stand, I can imagine they were probably understaffed in the back. Our waiter was great though, he kept coming by to check on us and when the food did arrive, he brought us an extra entree on the house. I imagine this was probably another canceled item from another table that gave up on the kitchen, but was actually our favorite item of the meal- the kung pao scallops. We also got the Changs Spicy Chicken - a classic - and the Mafatofu, which was super salty and not that great. Overall, the extra entree and service by the waiter made it a nice meal, but I've realized that I don't like the PF Changs food as much as I once did.

By now you may note I'm stingy with 5 stars and this is an eyelash away. Please pardon my with holding the 5th star because this is a chain. The place is outstanding. Great food from the soups to the lettuce wraps to the combo fried rice and beef and broccoli. Great selections, fast friendly service, drinks and a cool decor. You can't beat PFC. Open a location in Buckhead and I will become a Duke

Last night I co-hosted a small birthday dinner for a very good friend and his wife. His choice of restaurants was PF Chang's. Even though I had read the very bad reviews and because it was the "birthday boy"s" choice, I didn't mention what I had read. I wish I had! I was hoping that management had also done some research and had made the necessary changes. They haven't! Both of the other couples had eaten there before and enjoyed their experience. It had been a while! We met at 6:00 so that we could beat the crowd. The couple that we were entertaining arrived a little (15 min) late and the appetizers arrived before they got their drinks. Way before! It took 30 min. for their drinks to arrive and they had to ask three times for water and then asked our server's assistant in training and water came immediately. She was actually more prompt than our server although he had been given way too many tables to handle well. The appetizers were very good and fresh, lettuce wraps and calamari, but there were only 5 lettuce leaves leaves for 5 people. They did bring us more. Then we ordered a second drink and our meals. The drinks took forever and the dinner even longer. They forgot about the soup altogether. By the time the meal came, it had been sitting under the warming lights too long and was inedible! That is when we asked to see the manager! She came quickly and offered to pay for our drinks, when we said that wouldn't work she left to go do the numbers and came back to say they would comp our appetizers but we should pay for our dinners. We were complaining about the appetizers and could not even eat our dinner. She then came back and said that we had to pay for our drinks and that seemed fair. The funniest thing was that they offered to pack our inedible food to take home! Our server was very apologetic but it was not his fault! We did tip him personally. The problem seems to me that management does not have the experience to handle such a big restaurant. She has been taught that the numbers and margins are the most important thing and not making the patrons happy. If they loose the patrons they can throw their margins out the window. I have never in my life written a review on any restaurant. I have been to the best and now I can say I have been to the worst! Diane Alpharetta, Ga.

PF Chang's is just that. A-Ok. There's nothing stellar, but as chains go, it's pretty good. I went here last night for the first time in a long time. I got the lettuce wraps and my date got the chicken lo mein. As always, I enjoyed the wraps and the mess that ensues trying to eat them. He seemed happy with his lo mein, but it was apparently nothing to write home about. The service was good and not pushy. They let us sit for a good 10 minutes after we paid, though it probably helped that it was later in the evening. Overall it was a good experience, but I wouldn't be rushing back there.

Good food - but terrible service at this location. Have been going here for 7plus years but the service has gotten so bad that we have stopped going now. Went there last a few weeks ago and had called in for a reservation - reached there to be told it would be another 20 minutes. After 30 minutes, they gave our table to someone else even while I am asking that that should be our table. Finally get a table after 45 minutes and they are not even apologetic about their mistake - the manager (a Caucasian lady) was extremely rude - their attitude was just unbelievable. Its almost like they don't need to take care of guests because they have always have people coming in.

When patrons order spicy food it's really bad service to fail on drink refills. Our waiter failed at this during the latter half of the meal (that is, after the hot spicy entree was served) which was completely opposite to the attention we got the first half. The food is good but pricey. The artistic presentation of the meal is visually pleasant. And while authenticity is not to be expected at a franchise, there is a reason real Chinese stir fry has smaller pieces - to make eating them feasible. So carrot strings the length of a full grown carrot become something the diner must wrestle with and worry over rather than enjoying their meal. It's be a decent choice for an upgraded Asian experience, but not really a first choice due to the flaws (which considering the price is a bit of a failure).

My Dad's words to me before we entered PF Chang's: "Katie, you must pretend that you are a white person." Meaning, the food here is good only if you can forget what "real" Chinese food tastes like. We chose PF Chang's because we figured that we'd have a decent dining experience with decent (albiet Americanized) food. My dad smartly suggested to me that I make a reservation for us beforehand - you can make a reservation on their website or over the phone. Turns out, this restaurant is hoppin'! The interior of this place is decorated very nicely, very modern Asian-ish. However, I got the distinct feeling that they were simply cramming in as many tables as they possibly could into the dining area - in fact, the next table was just one arm length away from us, and my Mom complained several times during the meal that the other servers/patrons kept on bumping into her chair. They currently have this special deal where you pay something like $40 and get 2 bowls of soup, 1 appetizer, 2 entrees, and 2 mini desserts. My Dad and I did some mental math, and decided that $40 was in fact a good deal - you would end up getting the desserts for free. So because there were 3 of us, we simply added on an extra entree. Please note - this deal is a scam! Don't get it! Here's why: 1) Appetizer: veggie lettuce wraps. The table next to us got this appetizer as well, but not as part of the special menu. Our version was smaller, and it was annoying that they gave us only 2 pieces of lettuce, while it looked like next door got at least 4 pieces. 2) Entrees: coconut curry with vegetables, orange peel shrimp, and some sort of chicken. All pretty good, but not exceptional due to an exceptionally poor visual presentation. I seriously think that these dishes were kind of smaller than they should have been.. 3)Dessert: they're not kidding when they say "mini dessert." They are more like dessert shots, and when they present those next to the regular full sized dessert, you can't help but pay the extra $1.50 for the upgrade. 4)Drinks: I got a drink called the BFX. At $9, I was hoping to be blown off my feet, but I could barely even finish it. As a self-professed alcoholic, I was stunned when I realized that it was starting to make me (dare I say it?) feel a little... sick? 5) Service: As I said, they were really busy. This also meant that the food came out super slow, and our server wasn't particularly attentive (water glasses stayed empty). Would I come back here as an Asian person? Absolutely not. Would I come back here as a White person? Probably not. Food is overpriced, a little salty actually, and the dining room is much much too crowded.

There were four of us dining this evening. Service was really good and attentive. Had the chicken lettuce wrap, very good and egg rolls. The egg rolls were nice and crisp and the filling was delicious - much better than most places. However, the breading was greasy like maybe the roll had been precooked and then re-cooked to order? Who knows. Among the dishes we ordered was the Dan-Dan noodles. This was a recycled chicken lettuce wrap on top with a few bean sprouts on one end and a chopped up cucumber at the other end. The noodles were glued together which is not what I expect from a stir-fried noodle. This was quite spicy and was not palatible for the rest of the table. Plus, you couldn't take a polite fork full because all the noodles, and I do mean all....hung together. Hence, eating this required a knife. Ironically, the same can be said about the Double Pan-Fried noodles. You could barely see the veg's or meat in this dish. The noodles clung together for dearlife which begs the question, how was this stir fried????? Also, it was not a very interesting dish...the bok choy wasn't there, nor the mushrooms (there was one slice of mushroom), and too, the carrots were missing. So actually this dish had celery and onions and a few pieces of chicken... not enough to think of as Chicken. So here's the long and short of it.... having had the Shanghi noodles several weeks before and now completed the menu list of noodles; I would never order a noodle again at PF Chang's. It is not worth the effort, the price, or the sodium content.

My recent dining experience at P.F. Chang's has left me vowing never to return. Before you make a snap judgment, here me out. I recently saw the film "Food, Inc." and it changed my life. So much so, that I've decided to start eating organic and more local and fresh products. This bring us to PF Changs... I had a gift certificate left over for this place that I needed to use so I thought we should go. My girlfriend and I, being on the same page with respects to the new-found Organic lifestyle, both were willing to give this place a shot to use up that G.C. We ordered some shrimp dumplings that were fairly tasty - and then I received my Egg Drop soup - which I thought was pretty thick. Tasted mediocre. Onto the entree! I ordered Orange Peel Shrimp, which admittedly had a good flavor. It wasn't until I later discovered the nutritional contents of that dish that I was horrified. This shrimp dish, which you think would be somewhat healthy - had more calories and fat in it than a normal daily allowance! Unbelievable! Erin got some kind of spicy beef plate that wasn't all that good and looked even less appetizing. We wound up leaving a good portion of it behind as we made our way to the movie theater for date night - but vowed not to return to this place, as this mediocre-at-best meal that cost us over $60 for two people when we had water to drink. Your better bet is to find a non-chain, authentic Chinese restaurant. Why not use Yelp?

Ordering food for pick up is a chore. The employees don't give that extra effort when you do. They tell you to go to the bar, then you have to wait for someone to see you. It's not a big deal, but kind of annoying. Food is great and tasty. It's not authentic, of course. Great quality though.

The Tuna Wasabi Salad had no heat and flavorless tuna. I asked for extra Wasabi and they had none. They said the dressing was made from powder so the gave me more dressing (the extra dressing had no heat of course).

You better believe it baby... Lettuce wraps and Chilean Sea Bass. Yes - I know sea bass is not sustainable, but there's no one sitting on the dock behind THIS PF Changs catching these puppies and skinning them to order. They're dead when I got there, and they'll be dead when I leave. If I don't order the Oolong Marinated Sea Bass with Steamed Spinach and enjoy it's OMIGODHOWISTHISSOGOOD'ness, then who will? Anyway, Now you know. I love this place. My favorites, in order are: - oolong tea marinated sea bass - lemon scallops - kung pao scallops or shrimp or chicken I like PFC

I am not a big fan of chain restaurants but when it comes to PF Changs I can't seem to get enough.. My craving started about 8 months ago and has been going strong since. I always order the same thing to go every time... Hot and sour soup and kung pao chicken. The service at this location has always been curtious and good every time I go to pick up my food. I am always asked do I want a free drink while they go and check on my order and always go over everything in the bag with me and make extra sure I don't need any sauces or anything they may have left out. I give this location 2 thumbs up. PS. Log onto their website for the discount card and get a discount with every meal!

It's truly hit or miss here. Service is usually sub-par. Some food items are safe like most of the chicken dishes... others that seem exotic and attractive are a complete mess! I hate complaining at restaurants because I know how much hard work is involved but the issues that stem from this location that used to be really great seem like it's a top-down issue. Get some better managers or GM's in place and re-train that staff. I haven't been in awhile but I remember looking for a lo-mein dish and they told me they took it off the menu a long time ago. What chinese restaurant does THAT?

I like PF Chang's because it is on the PeTA list for veg- friendly places to eat. Not that I condone PeTA's ideas, but sometimes it's okay to look at their website and vote for the sexiest vegetarian (I always vote Morrissey.) But I will always be a vegan on my own without brainwashing from those kooks. But anyway... I have been here a few times with my family and I have always had a good meal in a suburban atmosphere where it can be a bit challenging to eat with the folks and have everyone leave satisfied. It isn't your typical Chinese/Asian restaurant where the food can be greasy and heavy- it's cleaner than that. I always walk out feeling good, which is more than I can say for more traditional places I frequent. It isn't the most creative place to eat, but it's a good chain to eat at with a large group of people if you are stuck in the 'burbs. I would eat here over any place in the North Point area!

I first started going to P.F. Chang's when I worked at the mall of georgia, and I was quickly a fan. Cool atmosphere, seemingly expensive food at a generally affordable price. My favorite dishes are the Ma Po Tofu and the Chicken and Eggplant. If you like decadent chinese food at a good price within a great ambiance, it shouldn't even be a question.

We went to Changs last night to celebrate my daughter's birthday. With the exception of watching a booth that seats six sit empty for 30 minutes on a full lobby, our experience was stellar. The food is always amazing. Lucas, our server, was attentive without being cloying, the drinks were served quickly and the food was to the usual PF. Changs gold standard. Lucas even brought our daughter a complimentary dessert and packaged up our leftovers to take home. He offered input on our menu choices and was honest about what he recommended. Will definitely go back again soon!

If I must go to a chain, this is a decent one. I like the brown rice. We went last week for a team lunch (tragically we have several traditionalist eaters on my team who won't go for anything too exciting), and we got to sit at the table that's IN the kitchen. Cool idea, but really all you see is the wall of rice makers and the back of the counter where the dishes are put out for the servers. I am a little sick of hearing the spiel about the personally mixed sauce at each table... they never make enough of it, and frankly, I can make my own. Started with steamed dumplings and lettuce wraps. Both were good, though the water chestnuts in the lettuce wraps mixture always annoy me. For the main, it seems like we all got the MooGooGaiPan lunch special. I was not impressed... no flavor, too much sauce. The portion was huge, but "more isn't always better - sometimes, it's just more." I know it's my fault for ordering MGGP, since there's not much to it. I tried the curried vegetables that my neighbor got, and they were pretty good. Clearly I should have gone for the old stand-bys: Kung Pao Chicken and Stir-Fried Eggplant. One of our party got the lamb, which she told the waiter was tough and flavorless, so he replaced it with Mongolian Beef and gave us chocolate cake and cheesecake for the table to enjoy. The chocolate cake was ok, but a little dry. Cheesecake is cheesecake. It's not like they make these desserts themselves. All in all, it's a safe bet. That's why we picked it. It's not exciting, but it doesn't really offend either. Of course, I'm glad it was someone else's money and not mine...

PF Chang's is everything you're looking for if you want average, overly seasoned and grossly overpriced food. Ok, mostly overpriced at lunch time. They offer a grand total of 8 items on the menu at "lunch" prices, which range from $9.00 to $11.50 and include a small cup of soup. The food is ok, nothing special IMHO, and it's just way expensive for lunch. They do offer a new Prixe Fixe menu for dinner which includes a few apps, entrees, and desserts for $39.95 for two people. Seems reasonable enough and might get me back some time. Not going to run over there again any time soon though.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. I usually start with the white tangerine tea which I love and the lettuce wraps with chicken which aren't as good unless you order hoison sauce to pour on it! Then I get the honey chicken which is really delicious! It's a nice, clean restaurant, my only problem with it would be that last time I went they didn't have any of the beers on tap. Also, if you're a clean freak like me and despise using public restrooms don't fret these restrooms are very clean!! :)

I LOVE P.F. Chang's (normally), but this particular location was really missing the mark for me. First off we ordered the salt & pepper calimari; it came out bland & chewy. My entree (The Honey Shrimp w/ added spice) came & was tradional chinese glazed shrimp, nothing special, but the steamed brown rice left me questioning wether it was fully cooked or not. Normally it comes out bright & fluffy, this time, dull & crunchy. Our waitress however, Laura, was EXCEPTIONAL! I informed her of my vegetarinism & she made sure to inform me of any changes we would have to alter in order to fit my dietary needs.

Absolute worst Chinese lunch ever - went here with a couple of girlfriends and the food was not even edible - TOTAL JUNK - I can't believe how this place stays in business. It started off with an order of egg drop soup which tasted like dishwater and one of the cups even had a hunk of chicken skin in it. When the entrees came out - things got even worse - totally flavorless and inedible food - thick gluey sauce and gross - we didn't complain because we didn't want them to take it back and bring anything else after what we experienced - we had totally had it - we were that disgusted and turned off - we just wanted to get out of there so we asked for the check and left. Needless to say - we will not be back.

I noticed a lot of negative reviews of PF Chang's and though I haven't been here in a while, I have to stand up for them: I always really enjoyed everything I've had here. It's definitely not your normal style of Chinese food--more like whitey-ized gourmet versions of traditional favorites. I really like the fact that they offer both brown and white rice with your meals. The brown rice is plump and tasty and would fill me up even if I didn't get anything else. With the special hot sauce that they include, it's pretty delicious in and of itself. I most always get the same thing: Chang's spicy chicken. It's kind of like a modified version of General Tso's, with white meat instead of dark. I used to drool thinking of this, literally. In fact I'd like it right now here in my lap. Forget the haters: I'm going back to PF Chang's this weekend. I hope it hasn't started to suck.

I had an opportunity to visit this location. As always, it was right on point. I have been to PF Chang's in several different states and have never had a problem. The ambiance, food and service has always good. I have been with several different people and we have always been satisfied with our food. Also, the great wall of chocolate is absolutely delightful. It is full of calories but it is worth every one of them just as long as you don't indulge regularly, you should be okay.

Took my fiancee there for her birthday this past weekend. PF Chang's is one of her favorite. This is your typical PF Chang's. Clean and food is good. Our waiter was a little off though. He forgot to bring us app plates and a few other mistakes. It seemed like all the waiters in our area were a little off. I heard the waiter for the table behind us complaing about another one of his tables to the people sitting there. I do have one recommendation, if you are going there on a weekend night, use the reservation service on their website. We waited only 5 minutes for our table, it was great.

Holy sodium!!! This place uses more salt than any other restaurant in Atlanta. Whenever I eat here I feel all bloated and crappy the next day. The only really exceptional item on the menu is the lettuce wraps but still not worth the crappy feeling that lingers in my body after eating here. I would say save your money and go to a real Chinese restaurant. Skip this "bistro" and go authentic.

Ate herre last night, the service was good but it was crazy busy! We made reservations an hour before and got seated right at our reservation time. The food was ok, extremely salty. It was so hard for me to eat without drinking alotta water or eating alotta brown rice. The servers here are pretty friendly but I think I'd rather order takeout if I want some Americanized chinese food...which I don't normally eat anyway. Oh! and the calamari sucks ass here, so don't eat it unless you wanna waste your money.

Ate here while in town for a conference. The service was excellent, our young waiter was helpful and was very knowledgeable about the menu and daily specials. He was always around making sure our drinks were never more than half empty. Now for the food, I had the Buddha's Feast Stir Fried Vegetables, the vegetables were fresh and tasty, the brown rice was amazing and the tofu was the best I've had in awhile, except for Pei-Wei which is a sister store. Overall a very nice experience away from home.

This place is just a usual P F Chang. The location is spacious and roomy so you are not eating from your buddy's plate. It is a busy spot and may be that is why the service is slow, especially at lunch. But the food/taste is consistent. So, great for business lunch but there are better places for dinner.

I have tried P.F. Chang's twice before giving an opinion and here it is. You are better off spending your money on a Mandarin Chicken salad at Wendy's. As Margo says, the food is not "terrible", but certainly not worth their cost. And after the service with this last dine in, I will not be back. When hiring and training these people, the word "manners" is out the window.

Standard "asian fusion" chain catered to the masses. If you think eating out at TGIF's or Ruby Tuesday's is a treat ,this may suit your palate. The overhead and the furniture are nice, but the food on the plate is ..... "so just....standard".

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

(2)Scott P.
I used to really like PF Changs and probably at one point in my life would have given them a 4 star even though they are Americanized Chinese food and a chain - but I think 3 star is generous these days. They've changed up the dishes to add veggies in place of the meats, and even the infamous lettuce wraps were loaded with way more water chestnuts than chicken. I still like the décor of the place although it's getting tiresome, and usually the service is pretty good. But it's really not enough to keep me going back too often, it's more of a once a year visit for me at this point.
(3)Curtis N.

Such a constant disappointment. What happened to PF Changs? Poor quality food and mediocre service.

Cheers

Rarely have a bad experience here. Good is consistent, well prepared and taste great. The staff is very professional and well mannered.

(2)Km Y.

(2)Lindsey S.
(5)Ann S.
(3)Wendy J.
(2)Deal T.

Ok. So I can wait an hour and Fifteen minutes to dine in. Or an hour and a half to pick up? Really? You suck PF Changs. I'll have Lucky China.
(1)Laz T.

Over the past months, the level of service has been horrific. The servers are too young and unficused. They are trying to serve too many tabkes.
(3)Beth M.
If you are on your lunch hour, do not come here for lunch. Service and food are painfully slow. Waiting around 15 minutes just to place an order to the overwhelmed bartender.better food and service is available other restaurants close by.

Yum.

My wife and I were seated quickly and we'll attended to. Everything from the lettuce wrap appetizer to the Mongolian trio were on point. Only complaint was my wife said that the women's restroom need to be attended to.

(2)Mark R.
(3)Don B.

(3)Charles J.
Good food as always! They need to cut down on the egg just a tad in the Mu Shu Chicken. Other than that, love this place!
(4)Naved R.
Poor service! Had to wait for 15 minutes till someone came to serve. Will never go there again!
(1)Kojack ..
It's a little bit on the expensive side, but then again they give large portions. The food is better than average but not 5 star. My Mo Shu pork dish was tasty but it was swimming in brown sauce. The dining room is very loud when busy which is made worse when they blast the music over the speakers.
(4)Bill K.
(1)Bill B.
(1)Barry T.
A big disappointment compared to other P.F. Chang's I have known. They messed up the reservation, staff was weird, and my Mongolian beef was the toughest, grisliest I have ever had. Overall a failure for the evening.
(2)Michael R.
Great food. Got the lettuce wrap appetizer. Order the honey crunch meal. The place was busy tonight but they got us in quickly. Great service from wait staff.
(5)Paul E.
Food no better than cheaper restaurant. Service REAL BAD. Need more experience for waiter.
(2)Audrey F.

(3)Annie L.
Great service, comfortable decor, regular Chinese cuisine. It's open past 9 on Sundays so win-win for me! Great green tea as well!

(3)F S.
(1)Craig G.
(3)Katie K.
(3)Mary M.

(2)Mark Gil P.
Ordering food for pick up is a chore. The employees don't give that extra effort when you do. They tell you to go to the bar, then you have to wait for someone to see you. It's not a big deal, but kind of annoying. Food is great and tasty. It's not authentic, of course. Great quality though.
(3)Will W.

(4)Jefferson S.
(3)James K.
(2)Nikki K.

The only place to eat Chinese food in Georgia! The food is always prepared perfectly. The service is typically pretty good too.

This is the worst excuse for chinese food ever. Completely disgusting. The Eggdrop soup made me sick for days and that's no joke.

Good food; quite a few veggie options.
