Two sides to this store. The pizza they make is pretty good. Crust is great and generous with the toppings. However, that is where the good ends. If you try and get an order for delivery, you might want to start several hours before you want it. The confirmation email will say something like 35 minutes. If you go online and follow your order, at some point it will change to be over an hour out. The last two took 2.5 and 2 hour respectively, with no offer of compensation or an apology even. Like others have said, way too many places around Alpharetta/Milton to order from here again...

Really good staff. Jesse was the one who helped us and he made sure we had everything we needed. Best customer service in a while. The food was great :)

Just picked up a call ahead order and when we got home realized that the order wasn't what it was supposed to be. When I called and asked them to deliver a replacement, they said they couldn't do it because it was put in as a pick up order. The guy even said, "Oh yeah - that was totally my fault." So, I asked if he could credit my card back - his answer was "Yeah - I COULD do that, but it would take me like an HOUR!" Needless to say, I got upset (long day - this was our daughter's weekday birthday dinner choice - ugh - very frustrated.) Then he offered me some dessert pizza and I told him that I didn't want that. So, he said, "Okay - I'll credit you for a future pizza." So, at that point I was like, fine, whatever, I'll just deal with it. ****Fast forward about 15 minutes and there's a knock on our door. It's a delivery guy (super sweet kid, very apologetic) and said, "My boss apologizes for any issues and wanted me to bring this out to you." I asked, "The guy on the phone - was THAT your boss (he was kind of rude, but so was I, so I get it)?", and he said, "Yes ma'am, and he apologizes again." WELL - that was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise. Proves they DO care about their customers even when they're freaking out! :) Will definitely go there again thanks to this awesome gesture

This is the best delivery in the area. Nothing else holds a candle to it. The crust is good; the sauce is good; the cheese is good. You have to get at least those three things right, and Marco's does a good job. The toppings seem fresh and of pretty good quality as well. I've had a few delivery times run a little long, but the pizza is hot when it gets here. I think that's because they are good and they get busy sometimes. I think it's a totally different problem if the pizza arrives cold and that has never happened to us. We always order online. I made a mistake once and selected pick up instead of delivery. I called and they corrected the order and didn't charge the additional delivery fee because the website had changed recently which probably caused me to make my mistake. That's what you call good customer service. It's because of that, and the good quality pizza, that we continue to order from Marco's and no one else when it comes to pizza.

Affordable, good quality pizza. The sauce was good which is the key to a good pizza in my humble opinion. I took the advice of the other reviewers and didn't ask for delivery. Pizza was better than average and ready when they said it would be. I'll be going back for more and considering they aren't too far from my house, are perfectly located.

Marco's, you really need to work with your Highway 9 Alpharetta GA store - Always have issues with Online Orders / Deliveries. Not sure if I will be ordering again - 36 min delivery time according to the web site - Over an hour later still waiting - I live 0.7 miles from this location - I could have walked over there and picked it up!

after a repeated coupon barrage, we finally caved and decided to try marco's. let's just say the pizza delivery market is oversaturated, and this newcomer to the neighborhood didn't bring anything to talk about. the pizza was average for delivery, but i'd choose any of the other pizza delivery spots around before going back to marco's. in fairness, i haven't tried jet pizza yet. :-o

Ordered online at 6:15pm on a Sunday night. Got a call shortly after that it might be another 20 minutes on top of that. No problem, they were new in the area and was excited to try them out. After an hour and a half and no pies, called and was told that they were on the car to go out, explaining that they had issues causing a shortage in drivers. After another hour passes, I call again and am told again that they were on the next car. After another half hour (this makes it 2 1/2 hours), I called and cancelled, so never had a chance to try it. The manager apologize, but did not offer to comp the delivery charge, or offer the pies at half price, but just asked us to tell the driver we didn't want them when he got here. That last call was a half hour ago and still no pizza. There are enough non-chain options in the area that deliver that I see no reason to give them another chance if they cannot back up their apologies.

Best franchise pizza I've had here in Georgia even better then punk a** Papa John. I like how you can add different topping to the crust like garlic butter etc. This is my go to when it comes to quick take out pizza.

Placed my order over the internet and they had it ready to go when I requested, so I thought that worked out nice. I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and they put so much BBQ sauce on the top that I had to scrape most of it off. The BBQ sauce was so heavy that the pizza became soggy and fell apart when you picked it up. All you could taste was the BBQ sauce, not that great! The second pizza that I ordered was a pepperoni--it was average.

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
