This is a great local coffee place! The staff was very friendly and made me feel like I was in there home. I highly recommend this place over any chain coffee joints!

I've been in Albany for 2 months now. When I arrived, a local coffee place was one of the first things I searched for. I am very glad I found Elements. It's a great atmosphere, great coffee, and great food (chicken salad sandwich is killer). I've been coming to Elements every Tuesday since I've been here, and that's not going to change any time soon. I'm very glad to have this place in Albany, and I hope local folks continue support this local business!

This is a pretty cool place for Albany, GA. It reminds me of my college days with the chill atmosphere. It just needs a couch and a few choice beers and it would be a hip little bar. It reminds me of Starbucks without all the corporate structure. They have patio space and it would be much nicer if it was not right off of a busy road in a mini-mall parking lot.

Good relaxing place. I sampled a number of items: chicken cordon Bleu panini, pasta salad, superman smoothie, chocolate chip cookie, peach muffin, and Chai tea latte. Yes, I eat alot. Everything but the pasta salad (a little dry) was excellent.

They sell "Muffin Top's", cookies & Bagels for $1.55 (before tax)! Normally when I buy Muffin's I like to eat only the top portion, so I was happy to see that they sold Muffin Tops! I had the Chocolate Chip Muffin Top and I loved it! I also had the Honey Milk Tea, which was great! This place also service salads, soups, paninis, and sandwiches. Price range start from $3.50 to $7.95 (before taxes)! Loved the choice of color and the atmosphere!

Nice atmosphere and decor, barista's were friendly. Ordered a Mocha Latte made with soy. Prices were not up on the board, but it seems they charge extra for soy. They used a powdered mocha which made it taste a bit gritty and then they blended the espresso shot (13 seconds) with the powder and then added the Silk brand soy milk. Made for a very unimpressive looking drink, however the flavor was not too bad. I did not try the food, but they have a nice selection, and they cater. Internet service was very good.

Had breakfast there and food and coffee were wonderful. Barista was very helpful in explaining menu items. Good selection of regular and specialty coffee drinks. Welcoming atmosphere. Perfect place to grab a coffee and pastry.

Love the hot chocolate redefined, much better than anything Starbucks has to offer. Always had quick service and nice baristas.

Awesome place. The white hot chocolate redefined needs to be renamed a Denver La Blanc. It would be an awesome name for that drink.

On our drive Atlanta to Tallahassee, I was starving, Macon was dreadfully boring, and we desperately needed to stop somewhere. This place had a Yelp coupon! We got free iced teas with our dinner. The salad I had (Greek) and the sandwich my husband had (I can't remember, but he ate it quickly) were perfect. Granted, our perceptions may be skewed because we were so famished. On our way out, we got to try the peach ginger tea - now THAT is really good. Remember that....PEACH GINGER TEA. Yum.

These people really have done a great job putting together this place. Great drinks, and great atmosphere which is hard to find in the area. It is nice to see a company that spent a little bit more to provide a great experience. Overall, this place is great, and the prices are awesome.

What else to say except great coffee and atmosphere!

Really good smoothies! I love the Superman smoothie. Also, the atmosphere is really nice, with ample and comfortable seating and free wifi.

Elements have redeemed themselves to a certain extent. After speaking with the manager (Calvin) we were inclined to give Elements another try and basing this review on the drinks I'd have to change my 1 star to 4 stars. The boyfriend had the cold passion fruit milk tea and an english toffee white mocha and I had the hot Honey milk tea and the hot Almond Milk all of which are amazingly delicious. Tony and I are even back today for more. I highly recommend the Almond Milk it has a soft nutty flavor that isn't over powering at all. The young lady at the register yesterday was a total sweetheart. Very friendly and knew the drinks like the back of her hand. The gentleman we've encountered today was funny and very helpful. The manager that we had issues with the first time we came in is here today and hasn't made eye contact or even spoke, but I think it's safe to say that it's to be expected from him. We're only in town for a few more days and have resolved to simply enjoy the coffee and tea. ********************************************************************************* The ONLY reason why Elements receives such a piss poor rating is the fact that the customer service my boyfriend and I experienced was way below standard....I'll repeat that BELOW STANDARD. STANDARD. I digress. My boyfriend and I moved away from home over 10 years ago and welcomed the site of a new place (for us anyway). We were stoked to walk into Elements and see that it didn't have the fake environment that you sometimes get in other coffee places. It was clean and eclectic, which is a major plus, but it went downhill from there. The manager at the time (Justin) was assisting three young women in front of us and FAILED to even acknowledge that we were in the building. So while we waited we poured over the menu and made up our minds on what we wanted. It was just a matter of waiting our turn. and waiting, and waiting, and waiting. It got to the point where Justin completely disregarded that there were other customers in the store and proceeded to flirt with the 3 ladies well after they had placed their order. It wouldn't have bothered us so much, however it was as if we didn't matter and we weren't there. I'm a stickler for customer service and I just felt that as a MANAGER of any establishment it would have dawned on him to at least say "Hi guys I'll be with you in a second" Tony and I would have gladly waited a substantial length of time. We just wanted to be acknowledged. We never got our coffee and ended up calling Justin to inform him of our disappointment. We ended up at Starbucks where the customer service was outstanding. I strongly suggest that the managers over at Elements take serious notes from the people at Starbucks. They're customer service rocks. *********************************************************************************

Used the yelp coupon for the free Tea. Nice friendly place. Nice atmosphere. Turkey sandwich well what can I say. It was a good Turkey panini

Nice local coffee shop much better than the Starbucks nearby. The food was good and the coffee was great. I had the Mocha Latte and you can really taste the chocolate in the drink. Also they have free wifi that provides a good signal and descent speed. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Albany.

Great coffee, good prices and excellent service. I highly recommend this as the best coffee house in Albany. It a great place to grab a delish cup of coffee, at a very reasonable price...and chill.Enjoy!
