Very disappointed to report having ordered from the take out menu for my daughters birthday (6 meals in all) and receiving moldy food. Further disappointed to report that when we called the restaurant to report this (mind you, I have a house full of company) the most the manager could do to correct this was to write my name down. Hoping that the manager didn't understand the seriousness (we could not finish the rest of the meal all of us feeling a bit queezy) I got in the car and drove to the restaurant with the meal and the check. Still the manager did nothing. I'll never go back. Absolute yuck!

Even though O'Charley's is a chain, we have never been disappointed with the quality or quantity of our food. Our last visit was a Sat. night around 6PM. There were patrons lined up outside so we knew there would be a wait. The hostess told us 1/2 hour which we didn't mind. The wait was more like 45 min. which I don't mind but it was disturbing to notice at least 10 tables were open-clean and empty. This had to be disturbing to young families that were trying to corral little ones. Our server was very good-taking our drink orders and checking back with us often to see if we needed anything else. We got the 2 for $15 dinner choices-my husband steak and I got Terijaki talapia. My fish was done to perfection and the sauce gave the rice and veggies just the right compliment without being over bearing. My husband enjoyed his steak and baked potato as well. We shared a mini apple dessert-so glad someone has noticed dessert doesn't have to be as big as your head. We will return but management needs to review their seating policies. Maybe the wait staff was on break-but there should not be so many open tables when there are so many people waiting to be seated.

I've been going to this location since my husband and I were dating. The service is usually very good as well as the food. My only complaint is a severe lack of low fat and vegetarian options. I don't enjoy ordering a bunch of plain side veggies à la carte. I'd love to see a few well thought out, nicely portioned meatless entrees. Chilis down the road has a lighter options menu, but that place is gross and I don't enjoy dining there.

Good food at good prices in a good atmosphere with good staff. Eating at the counter alone is a pleasurable experience-not something every restaurant can boast- for "real food" at reasonable prices-you may eat "processed industrial food" if you want at a Dollar a throw, but this has quality at it's heart.

This is a chain so it looks almost identical to every other ocharly's kind of sports bar meets steakhouse?? We sat down got our drink order and there kick ass bread rolls. We ordered and our food came out pretty quick. The servers and manager both came back around to ask how everything was and it was good I had the ribs. I do not like that they keep the membrane on the bone side. That's some rookie crap there. But I was overall pleased with my experience here. Went again. And not at all pleased. I tried the ribs again. I don know why. Very little meat not at all worth the 12.99 you pay for them. ordered the broccoli and came out cold. The only nice part about going on Wednesday is free pie.

Still my favorite O'Charleys! The Caesar salad is crisp with plenty of cheese, and this O'Charleys knows how to cook pasta. Other O'Cs frequently overcook their pasta, making the Chicken Cajun Pasta mushy and sticky. But I've never had bad pasta at this location; it's always perfect.

I just s happened to stop in and I am glad that I did. I hadn't been to an O Charley's in years so I was pleasantly surprised by a few new additions to the menu. I had the cedar plank salmon with broccoli casserole and both were great. My server Brittany was very pleasant and stayed on top of things the entire time. I will be returning.

I love the family atmosphere of this place. Very bright and clean with great servers. My husband loves getting the chicken tenders from here. They have a light and airy batter and are always juicy and tender. The last time that I was here I got the panko-crusted shrimp and hand battered cod. They were both delicious. We will definitely be coming back here

My favorite dish at O'Charleys is Cajun Chicken Pasta but they don't all make it good - most times, it's over cooked. THIS O'Charleys makes it perfectly and delicious!!! I'm stewing between 2 and 3 stars for this review, but I'm defaulting to 3 based on past experiences. My favorite thing about O'Charley's is their weekend brunch. I enjoy their rolls, but I think the dinner menu is less than great. My son likes the kids options. So, it's just my son and me for dinner tonight and the service just felt weird. Usually, the service is the best thing about this O'Charley's but the guy we had tonight (didn't catch his name) just seemed really hurried and when he attempted to stop and check on us, he was standing behind me. Guess you'd just have to be there, but it was weird. Mind you, my son is 4, and as this weird server brought back my credit card and receipt, he said to my son "stay in school little man, trust me..." and walked off. I'd be willing to bet there's some history there... I'll go back for brunch, but I think I'm done with dinner there.

Really? Frustration is a thing that leads to multiple responses from the ones frustrated. Anger may be elicited as well as feelings of bewilderment. I have had enough of the racial bias in customer service here in North Georgia. Tonight, my wife and I go to enjoy a nice moment out so we choose this O Charley's; mistake. It was a busy evening and all of the wait staff was attending to their Caucasian customers attentively but my wife and I sat for 20 minutes without even a hello. An older white couple was shown to their seats well after we were sat and before they could get comfortable in their seats, "Welcome to...can I get your..." the problem was that the waitress noticed us watching her so she had to see about us. "Oh, has anyone helped you?" No I replied, who has this table? "I do she said." Then after taking our order, she scurried off like the various squirrels that my dog chases in my yard. Really? I have had enough and I am going to call out every business that displays bias towards some of its patrons. Sure, the manager saw about us after my wife spoke to him but even he was asking everyone around us how their meal was while bypassing us like we were not there. Poor marks to you O Charley management and wait staff but one good thing, the food was excellent.
