I have yet to have a bad experience here. I mainly go through the drive-thru and honestly, I don't think I've ever waited long to get my food. They have 2 windows, which truly helps move things along. And the staff has always been friendly and courteous to me. I also love that they're open 24 hours!

First time and last time at this McDonald's...or any other for that matter. I walked in and there were 3 other customers seated and eating. There were 3 employees doing what appeared to be tidying up in the walk-up area. I stood there for a full two minutes, obviously cloaked in my invisible robe, before someone asked if I'd been helped. What? Anyway, I asked for a chicken sandwich and fries, to go. When my bag was handed off, I foolishly didn't rummage through it to see if the order was correct. Later, I discovered some very hot (A+ for that), overly salted, and therefore inedible, fries. Inside the chick sandwich wrapper was another sterling find. One sad piece of chicken two lonely pickle slices on a plain bun. No dressing, tomato, lettuce....zip, zero, nada, nothing. In other words, a bag of crap for $6+. No wonder this morning's financial news says that McDonald's is going down the tubes. The killer was, when I walked out to get into my car, I noticed six cars in the drive-through. Poor suckers. BTW, our resident raccoon LOVED that sandwich! There's just no accounting for taste.

I took my daughter & niece there for a treat...wrong decision!!! Cashier was great, chicken nuggets were fresh & yummy. The playground area was a complete mess w/ spilled drinks & food on the floor & dirty tables. Of course, I couldn't tell a 3 & 5 yr. old we're leaving because it's dirty so I decided to tell someone. The manager sent a young man to clean the area & then proceeded to ridicule him in front of customers, telling him he was too slow. The manager pitched in & helped which I thought was nice but she was not at all apologetic or friendly towards us. Didn't smile or say one word to us. At fast food restaurant, I don't expect much but I DO expect cleanliness. Shouldn't there be an appointed person to check & wipe down tables every 10-15 minutes?? God knows how long the place would have remained that way if I hadn't said anything.

More expensive than other McDonalds. The double cheeseburger was a 1.99, although tasty it should be on the $2 menu. This is still more expensive than Burger King and Wendy's.

Good side is the place is new & clean. The employees were somewhat helpful but not overly friendly. Ordered 3 thing total and where the only ones there at dinner hour and it took forever for them to complete it. No music or anything in the dining are so lots of awkward silence. Also there is no ketchup or other condiments available in the dinning area so I had to go back to the cashier to ask for ketchup. She hands me 3 little packets... so I'm like um there are 3 of us can please have a few more and was told that sorry the manager has asked them to limit ketchup. Are you serious? ??? No creamers, sugar, or sweaters out for coffee either so I guess you need to ask for those as well...

I'm using my wheelchair today instead of my prosthetic leg like I normally do, so rather than going through all the hassle of transferring into my wheelchair and going inside, we went through the drive-through, planning on eating the food in the parking lot. When they gave me my food through the window, I asked right then if my wife would be able to go inside and get a refill after we finished eating, since we would be eating right there in the car. The young lady said yes. About 20 minutes later we finished eating and were about to leave, so my wife went inside to get a refill. She had gotten about 1/4 of the cup filled when someone rudely yelled at her that refills are for the time of the purchase only. It turned out to be the manager. My wife told her that we had just bought the soda, and that we ate in the car due to my wheelchair, and even pointed out that the girl had said we'd be ok to get a refill. The manager then informed my wife that the girl wasn't allowed to make that decision and that refills were for dine-in only (funny how it just changed from originally only having to be at the same time). My wife hates confrontation so she left and got back into the car and told me what had happened. To me, eating in the car in the parking lot is no different than eating at one of the outdoor tables, but the main point is that we were told we'd be able to get a refill and were now being treated rudely for trying to do so. I pulled my wheelchair out, got into it, and rolled inside, cup in hand. I explained to the manager that we had just purchased this food, produced my receipt dated for only about 25 minutes earlier, and pointed out that me being in the wheelchair was the only reason we opted to eat in the car, and that that should not be a reason for why I wasn't allowed a refill. I then pulled out my credit card and told the cashier that I would like to pay for another large Coke, as either way, we wanted more soda. It's only at this point that the manager then said to "just get your friggin refill". Then, as she turned away, she said some comment under her breath, but loud enough for me to hear, about how two dollars can't really be that important to me. I very quickly informed her that it had nothing to do with the money, but really had to do with the principle of the fact that firstly, if they have a customer who is only eating in the car due to a disability, that should be taken into consideration, and secondly, that one of their employees had said we would be allowed to get one, and now we were being treated as if we were crazy for thinking we could. She then made some smart comment about how people with disabilities are always looking to be treated equal, but never hesitate to use it to their advantage, at which point I simply chose to leave. That was extremely rude and uncalled for, as I was not using my disability to get myself a refill for free. I was simply trying to get what under any other circumstance would've been a free refill.
