Had to grab lunch for a team of 7 teenagers that are in town for the 2015 Florida State mock trial finals. One of the mom's had asked me to pick up rotisserie chicken from publix and veggies; however, since I could't reach her to ask what type of veggies, I decided on Boston Market sides. I was happy to see that they had catering to go that feed 4-6 people. I chose Mac n cheese, steamed veggies, corn and mash potatoes. We were told that it would take about 20-30 mins for the food to be ready which was no big deal. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We were given gravy and serving utensils which comes in handy when you are staying in a hotel. I know that their price is a little high but it's definitely worth the price. The food was great! The students were very pleased!

We have been coming here for years. Food is good but the chicken portions are getting smaller and smaller. When I mentioned it to the cashier, she just shrugged her shoulders and said "They are all like that. " No longer a good value.

Tried this chain place on a busy family visit, when everyone was hungry but not wanting to dress up and go to a sit-down place. Ordered family meal to simply things, but with lots of fine sides......excellent rotisserie chicken, dressing, gravy, creamed spinach, sweet potatoes, stewed apples.. Very rapid cafeteria-style service with courtesy and good humor. Prices comparable to fast food, but quality and nutrition was far superior. Now seriously considering getting Boson Market for Thanksgiving....with some personalized home-made touches, like a can of nuts.

I came into Boston Market for a quick lunch around 1:30 last week. The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was not as pleasing. I got the sides sampler plate. You could tell it had been setting in the heater bins for HOURS and was not fresh. Very mushy, not much flavor and stale in texture. Probably won't come back for a while.

food quality has gone down in the last few years it seems like.. still quick and easy and fairly cheap is the plus side..

I like the new service approach and dishware. I wish they can bring back the chicken tortilla soup.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean seating areas. The food here has never let me down. They usually introduce new sides and desserts on a regular basis. I love going here on my lunch break, even when they are busy it is a calm environment to enjoy a delicious meal and to change the pace of the same old same old.
