I finally had an excuse to go back to what was one of my favorite rib joints in town... boy was I disappointed. They have changed the ribs again! Now you can only get baby backs, instead of St. Louis style as well. While they are still better then getting them at a salad bar they are not rib cafe worthy, Sorry. I really hope they can change it around, and if they do, let me know.

Went there with wife and my 2 kids. Started with buffalo wings. Pretty good but didn't come with usual celery & blue cheese although they brought blue cheese when I asked . Then ordered 2 orders of full slab ribs that the 4 of us shared. Also pretty good. Main complaint is that for the appetizer & 2 meals the bill was $70 plus tip. Full slab meal was $25.99. Sorry but ribs were not worth $10 more than the ones at Chilis down the street. Probably won't come here again.

Pretty solid ribs... we ordered for takeout and ate at Julie B.s house. I had the 1/2 baby back, with a sweet potato and we all ate some wings to start off. The wings were delish.. OH how I love wings!!!!!!! My sweet potato was good, it was plain and that was how I always request it. I am glad they dont add extras just because.. The Ribs were A-OK!! Now in all fairness we did order to go so they weren't right out of the stove/oven/grill. Tastewise they were great.. they were nice and soft. Good overall! YUM I will defenitely return to eat in, I wanna taste these in their full glory.

Stopped in last night and was pleased to discover they first opened in Chicago near Wrightwood and Halsted. The food was very tasty, sports on the TV over the bar, friendly server. It's in a strip mall so not much ambiance but lots of pics of famous Chicago folks. We will visit again next time we are in town. W both had ribs. also baked potatoes, Cole slaw and beans.

I tried their half rack of ribs and macaroni and cheese. Ribs were delicious! Ate the whole thing in one sitting! Worth the price. I got it to-go but the place was very clean when I came to pick it up.

The best ribs I have ever had! Huge rack, amazingly seasoned, not over sauced and simply fall off the bone meaty amazing. Forget all the other rib chains cause this place is the best hands down!!! Service is attentive and very friendly! Try them, you'll thank me!

Our family has been a fan back to when they were on Saddle Club. Last two recent take-outs have been much different than what made us fans in the first place. First time, it was cold under-cooked fries - crunchy not in a good way. Threw them out, figured every meal can't be right. Tonight, my wife's baked potato was brown inside when she cut it opened. Response? A request that I drive back to return it and they would replace. Out of spite, I did. Not more than a "that's not right" when they saw it and tossing me another BP (that I had to open, unwrap, and check) with a "sorry about that". No surprise restaurant was completely empty and workers were all pre-occupied with their smart phones. Flanagan's gets our ribs business here out.

I think they have new ownership - and it really shows. I'm no barbecue or rib expert so take this for what it's worth. They do a very good job with their food and the service was awesome! They have quite a few tables but the place is small so it filled up quickly for a weekday evening. My wife really enjoyed her pulled pork sandwich that had a heaping serving of tender pork. My half rack of ribs was full of meat that was wonderfully done. Sauce is always on the side as it should be. Our server was amazing which earned them the extra star. We ordered a bottle of Cabernet and she offered to briefly chill it before serving. Nice touch! She was very attentive without hovering. And a small bowl of peanuts greets you when you sit down - tasty. Good prices, great food and wonderful service!

I ate here tonight with my husband, our 13-month old son, and my husband's cousin. It was tasty! We started with wings which were nice and crispy with good, spicy flavor (we got the medium sauce). My ribs and my husband's ribs were plentiful and tender--not quite fall-off-the-bone, but close. The BBQ sauce was yummy--smokier and less ketchup-y than most. My husband's cousin said that his burger was cooked exactly as he ordered it. And my son loved his little bits of ribs from our plates and his huge sweet potato! The staff was friendly and attentive--our waitress even brought out stickers for our little guy to play with. What a nice time out!

I've eaten at Stevie B's Rib Cafe in Weston since their old location in Saddle Club and Indian Trace (back in 1999-2002) Now located in Weston Road near 84 RD. And their Baby B Ribs are still the same! DELICIOUS-I mean that!!!, I am a big fan for RIBS and this Place does it like no other one. They still have the same taste even 10+ years later. I go there once a month with my family. If you like RIBS, this is the place in South Florida! Cheers! Chris

AVOID! I went to this place about 10 years ago. They were delicious. The ribs were moist and succulent, and the fries were curly crispiness. Then they moved locations, and all went to meat hell. The service was inattentive, which was surprising given that we were one of three tables. The food was an eyesore and tasted even worse. The ribs were dry with little meat, and the sauce was super sweet. What a shame this place has become!

I know sounds a little bit stupid! The location is in a plaza/mall. It's a small place, very clean, even with the look of a average place. I don't know, the food was good, but I as missing the BBQ experience if you know what I mean. Again the food was good, but just that. The french fries were a little bit cold (one star less for that!) ---- Quizas suene estupido, pero si voy a comer rib/bbq creo que el lugar es importante. Es toda la experiencia de ir a comer BBQ que le suma tanto a la comida. El lugar esta dentro de una plaza, es pequeño y limpio y en este caso demasiado limpio! El lugar en si, no dice nada. Los ribs estaban muy buenos, el servicio fue correcto, pero las papas fritas estaban frias y por eso les di una estrella menos. De nuevo, nada de que quejarme de los ribs, pero del resto, no fue una experiencia memorable.
