The food here is nothing gourmet but at least as good as other Chinese restaurants and super convenient to home. The fried rice is actually the BEST I've ever had in WPB.... Perfect! The sweet and sour chicken was what you would expect from a strip mall Chinese restaurant... But was by no means bad. Prices were in the range of local restaurants

I ordered General Tso's Chicken as take out. I got home to find just flavorless batter fried chicken with out any sauce. Someone packed it in a Togo tray with a clear top without noticing. Someone else packed it in the bag without noticing and the server checked the order did not notice. What does this say about the restaurant's quality control. Not much. Never again. Please see the picture of my Chicken.

I ate there a few times until I noticed how dirty it is. Bugs and bug parts in the condiment bin and the floor is sticky and dirty. The guy who runs the counter is really nice but I can't eat in a dirty restaurant.

Probably the best Chinese take out in the West Palm area. Orange chicken is delicious.

Barely edible shrimp fried rice and Kung pao chicken. Inside does not appear well-kept. Would not recommend.

Great chinese food! I still have not been able to find anything better. Fast takeout, and is next to my favorite Publix.

another chinese restaurant in south florida. pretty average. had the crab rangoon. those were nice and creamy. could eat 100 of those. vegetable chow mei. thin noodles. i thought i was supposed to get flat noodles? it was missing some flavor. i guess they dont use msg? maybe they just like to take it easy? idk. also had the hunan delicacy. interesting dish. shredded spiced beef with vegetables and a shrimp stew on the side. its like two dishes in one. good deal! i also had a wonton soup but hmm could not eat those wonton. the meat tasted a little off. i just could not do it. here kitty kitty kittty... meow. meow.

Great quality food for the price. Nothing extraordinary in flavor, but it always seems fresh, and they make it right in front of you after you order. Low prices, good portions. I always get it as take out. I have yet to see this place not packed full of people. I am usually very weary of Chinese restaurants and cleanliness, but the amount of food they move is a good sign of food moving in and out of the restaurant.

I can only speak for the General Tso's, but it was mostly batter/flour with just a hint of chicken. Every other bite I was pulling pieces out of my mouth because it was impossible to chew. Maybe other items on the menu are better, but I won't be back.

Maybe family run, maybe just a bunch of guys who cook well and quickly, but the place is good for take out. GC has the ambiance of a gas station, so don't plan on eating there, but their food is worth the 10 minute wait to have it cooked and boxed for take out. Good dishes: Combination fried rice, mixed vegetable lo mein, sesame chicken, General Tso's chicken, moo shoo pork etc... I guess what I'm saying is that the standard dishes are good, like you'd get at home with a chinese mother. They don't have Congee, and their soups are edible, but not great, hence I dropped it a star, but the place is good, cheap and quick if you stick to standard dishes.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
