My family and I had a large party which the manager and crew were very accommodating, sweet and helpful. The food was par which is why 3 stars.

My new favorite place in Wellington top quality ingredients - delicious food. It's a hidden gem. Came here for lunch with my wife and had an excellent meal. Serving sizes are just right - prices are fair

We went for lunch at it was way better than expected, there was only one server when we got there and he was on point! The food was surprisingly delicious! Crab cakes, shrimp ceviche, swordfish was great! Will be back!!!

My husband and I went there for Valentines Day, and while I know it's an extremely commercial time of year, there was no excuse for the tables stacked up next to each other and uncomfortable rented tables and chairs right outside of the bathroom. We were literally on top of another couple and the service was slooowww. I understand maximizing your money but this was disgusting. 140 dollars to sit on a strangers lap? The food was actually pretty good, although not hot enough, hence the three stars. We probably won't return.

I would drop by if you are in the area. After a day of Polo it's perfect spot to have dinner and party down. I had a waygu steak with large potato fries and a Chopin Dirty Martini with blue cheese olives. The steak was cooked to my liking and wrapped up the meal with key lime pie. Shortly after dinner, they cleared out the tables for a dance floor. It's a happening spot.

We had no definitive plans on Valentine's and we were shocked to see a same day 7pm reservation available so we jumped on it. Much to our dismay, we arrived at a restaurant with tables packed like sardines. Seeing how uncomfortable everyone inside looked, we opted for a table outside by the heaters. About 10 min later a table that arrived after us requested a heater closer to them so they took the only one by our table to accommodate them. We asked to have another heater put by us which didn't happen until we were well into our dinner. The food was cold and mediocre and we were incredibly underwhelmed by the slow and impersonal service. We ordered dessert to go and paid the bill before the dessert came out. We waited 30 minutes plus for our desserts and felt like the staff was trying to rush us out of there so they can seat our table. It got so uncomfortable for us that we left without getting our dessert- with no credit towards our bill either. I understand that Valentine's Day is one of your busiest days and that you would want to accommodate more volume than usual, but please staff your restaurant appropriately. It's a shame that in order to fatten the profits for one night you have lost potential repeat customers in us.

Just not a fan. Food is decent, but the wait staff was not very attentive to our large party and the prices are outrageous for what we ordered. We waited a long time in between visits from our waiter and the food took an extraordinary amount of time to arrive.

Love this place! Food is very good and the outside area is relaxed with a fountain bubbling in the background. Staff are fun and attentive allowing for a relaxing evening! And then.... It clubs up the night for you so you can have dinner and stay for the DJ! It's an all in one! Thanks Juan! Love ya Brigitte!!

Service was the worse I've ever had. Food was very low quality, specially for the price. Would not come back again. We were a party of 10 and no one enjoyed their food. My water was not refilled ONCE! The only positive aspect on this restaurant is the atmosphere and decor. I do not recommend it. I rather eat at city cellar or capital grill or palm beach grill much better quality and same prices.

I would give it 5/5 but the price and how busy it gets kills me. Great, consistently fresh food with a bang, not much more you could ask for!

I happened to be in the area with my mother on a late Sunday evening and decided to have a nice sit down dinner, at The Grille Fashion Cuisine. Once you step into the restaurant, you immediately get the impression you're in for a treat. The decor is modern, enigmatic, artsy and overall, emanates a masculine, yet romantic mood with the dim lighting. There is a dark wall blocking the view of the open kitchen, which, in my opinion, defeats the purpose of an open concept kitchen in a restaurant, but I know many people find those open kitchen designs to be a distraction when they're sitting down to eat. Perhaps, that's why they put the wall there. The bread was great. It was served fresh and warm and is made in house, along with a couple fluffy pats of butter. There's nothing more annoying to me, than a small dish of cold hard, un-spreadable butter for the bread. So, this automatically tells me, the chef here knows what's up. They have an impressive and sophisticated menu. In addition to the menu, they have a cleverly designed 'sub-menu' that offers a 3 course meal for $22. A great deal for someone on a tight budget with a not-so-tight palate. You can select from a variety of options, which are also from the main menu. Beginning with my appetizer, I had selected the Grilled Asparagus, which came with a horseradish cream and soy 'molasses'. The flavor I got from the first bite was surprising-- unexpected and delicious. The mixture of flavors between the soy-molasses, the horseradish cream and the tender grilled asparagus was really something different and exciting to experience. The portion size was perfect for an appetizer. After that, I was eager to get my Barbecued Salmon and Mashed Potato main entree and that too was delicious. The mashed potatoes were great and married well with the barbecue sauce-- also, a nice surprise. The salmon was cooked perfectly. The portion size? Quite large and quite filling. I was stuffed. The dessert I chose was good, but next time, I'd probably try the Key Lime pie. I had the warm brownie with the raspberry sorbet. The sorbet tasted like it was made in-house, as I'm sure it was and that was very good. I enjoyed the portion size of the dessert; Not too big and overwhelming, but not a two-biter, like the new trendy 'joke' that originated at Season's 52. The size of this dessert was just right. I'll be back!

I WISH I could give it --ZERO-- stars but alas! This place is right next door to my work so I thought I'd give it a try...We walked in to be greeted by someone in a ball cap who I would assume was the owner, "greeted" is not a word I would use to describe these people...they're ALL so nonchalant with the customers (all 3 of them)...texting, talking with the wait staff and ignoring the patrons (again...all THREE of them) ...pathetic. Soo...I ordered a chicken cesar salad....simple..right??? Not so much...the chicken was extremely dry and burnt and there was very little of it...I told the waitress and she just looked at me "well, did you want another one?" No. thank you...came out with the bill and charged me for it even though I had only taken two bites and one of them was to spit it out on the plate! That is just BAD business. $14.00 salad....$3.00 Diet coke and charge $2.00 extra for a few greens...HA!! I will NEVER go there again.

There for lunch and what a disappointment! A lovely location but unusually ordinary food. Husband had a pailliard of chicken which in spite of warning not to overcook, turned out dry. A marinade would have helped. Nothing special about salad dressing and the guy who shaved the parmegiano must have been running by. I had a very peculiar 'chicken salad'. I have been eating chix salad for sixty years and never run across one where the chicken is diced before cooking....makes one think it probably came diced out of a food service tub, which it probably did. An odd and tasteless dressing and on a tough, grilled but cold piece of bread. A side of mostly under-ripe watermelon finished it off...I will never understand people who serve out of season fruit. Hey, something is always in season....like oranges and grapefruit now...and they are ripe....Duhhh. Well another mediocre restaurant not to go back to.

review is based on food - not the night scene. Excellent independent restaurant that doesn't serve bad food! Everything we've had has been exceptionally awesome with a wide selection. Vegetarian options for those that don't want meat. Beers and wines are obviously handpicked by someone that knows there stuff (no Bud on draft, etc etc...) . Prices are reasonable for what you get. The party scene could get a little crazy if you're here at night, so be warned if you want a quiet night out. Otherwise, this is a rare gem tucked back in Wellington near the horse parks. Foodie food finally. Wish there was more of an organic/local focus, which they only touched upon on the menu. Otherwise, check this place out if you're visiting or a local.

Last night I went to TheGrille a/k/a The Grille Fashion Cuisine. It seems to be listed here twice. I am posting this at both locations because either things have drastically changed in a few weeks or I have no idea why the previous reviews were so bad. One review by someone who didn't like gays or equestrians seems to be gone. I am neither. I went with my wife and two other couples. We had to see a show. so all we had time for were entrées. When the waiter gave us the specials it sounded like the Chefs on Top Chef were talking and I was very leery about what was to come even though it sounded chic. We went there because the daughter of one of the couples had been there and said it was great. We ordered 4 different entrées. I had Hanger Steak with grilled vegetables and mashed potatoes. Best hanger steak I ever had, mashed potatoes were incredible and so were the vegetables. That was $24, very reasonable. My wife had Duck ($22) in a Pinot Noir sauce with Parmigiano Risotto and she adored it. The other two couples had Crab Cakes ($30) and Double Cut Pork Chops ($24) and they raved about it as we laughed about the ridiculous review that almost kept us from the restaurant. We don't know who owns it and none of us had ever been there when it was Nicole's. None of us live near Wellington but had to be there that night. We are from Delray & (NY), Coral Springs and Tamarac. By the way, I though women eat all kinds of things these days. The last reviewer, Tony B, said there was nothing for his wife to eat. Our women had Duck, Pork Chops (one of our friends enjoyed eating it off the bone and she is very beautiful, feminine and intelligent) and Crab Cakes and there was even dainty chicken on the menu along with some fish/seafood regular entrées and specials. I'd even bet they would have enjoyed my steak. Tony, times have changed and this restaurant is terrific. I'd go back anytime and by the way the Hanger Steak I had was better prepared and tasted better than the $48 NY Shell Steak I had the week before at Chops in Boca. One more thing, in your review, and in the other review I read, there was no talk about the actual food. Did you eat any? I didn't see any naughty elves but the next time I go back I hope they'll be there.
