As a weekly customer, I can say that this is a really solid Chili's. I would recommend their Ribs, Fajita's, and my personal favorite, the Buffalo & Ranch chicken sandwich. (Which I mentioned in my original review.) Service here is top notch. We've gotten great service from Joey, Jarrod, Alex, and Ana (who is usually working weekends). The management here does an excellent job running things as well. Recently, this restaurant completed a major renovation, and it now feels much more open. Even if you are not a fan of Chili's or chains in general, I highly recommend this location.

The food is okay. But the service at the curbside pickup STINKS! you wait forever for someone to notice you and end up going inside anyway. The food is cold like it has been sitting. That is one of my biggest pet peeves. If it doesn't take 30 minutes to make then don't say come in 30 minutes unless you're going to cook it right before I get there! Other restaurants don't seem to have a problem with this.

This specific store the food is terrible. It taste like bag and frozen which it probably is. At least make the effort. Place needs to be updated badly.

I am not a huge fan of Chili's to begin with. The server was extremely slow, never bused our table when bringing new items. We had no space for anything. We had to ask for refills, when we could find our server. I got the margarita chicken. It had zero flavor and was very overcooked. My fiance got the fajitas, his chicken was also very overcooked. Service sucked, food sucked. Will be skipping this place unless we are forced to go back with friends.

Chain or not, I'm a sucker for a Chili's and they can really vary wildly on location. This is a great location. We have been here several times and never had a problem. This one is clean, the service is excellent, and the food above average. They don't have a great beer selection, but their 2 for 1 happy hour all the time is pretty great. I really like their original chicken crispers and the skillet chocolate chip cookie dessert is awesome.

Probably the worst and most unclean restaurant I've been to in years. I was a large party, 12 to be exact. The hostess sat us at not only a table missing chairs, but their was nothing but crumbs, trash, food, all over the floor. Their obviously was a highchair at the pervious table before us. We asked the hostess if she could sweep it up and she replies back with "well I was going to do it while you were sitting down." Let's be honest... You don't sit guest at a dirty table, everything should be done before the guest is sat. I am a manager at a cooperate restaurant and this is poor restaurant management.

I've been to Chili's from California, to South Carolina, to Florida, etc. Every time I visit a Chili's, I know exactly what to expect and they never fail to deliver. I've been going to Chili's since I was 10 years old and it has always been my favorite restaurant. Staff is always friendly, mistakes are quickly remedied (I was given the wrong sandwich once and it was quickly comped, and I was given free dessert), and the atmosphere is always fun!

The greeter seemed to be annoyed dhe had to seat anyone. Once we got to our seats though our waiter was nice and very prompt. As for the food it's Chili's, and you know what you get...... Chips are always a little to greasy and the food is luke warm.

I have been here several times, I always had a good experience here. This past Saturday night 9-28-13, my wife and I when for dinner there, it was Nasty. We were seated in a booth near the kitchen and couldn't help but notice the waitress eating and some of the cooks blowing there noses. I am not the type of person to go out of my way to write a review, but i do believe that none of the staff should be eating chopping on food and slurping down drinks while they are handling costumers food. and to top it off our waitress was rude, she was surely diagnosed with R.B.F. (resting bitch face). I won't be back, i used to like this place i am disappointed

Ah, it's so nice to come here between lunch and dinner. There was hardly anybody in the restaurant and I could actually have a nice early dinner with my mom. Our waitress greeted us and sat us at our table. We got the 2 for 20 deal. The cheese sticks were good and they brought us out a side of ranch dressing by request as well. We both got the honey chipotle chicken crispers that was oozed in a lot of sauce and I got the corn of the cob while my mom got extra fries with hers. It was a huge portion and I brought the rest home. We were refilled with water and soda without even being asked and the quick service is something I miss on a typical weekend night there.

One of the best Chili's around. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, waiters and waitresses very quick and knowledgeable. The food portions were very large as well plus the atmosphere was very home-y and pleasant. I would recommend this location.

So I came here for lunch and got. -Quiet respectful service from a dude who's name I didn't catch. -the triple dipper (southwestern egg rolls, boneless hot wings & chicken chipotle honey crispers) Good service, I wanted two waters initially, but he filled em up quick each time, it was great. Food was classic Chili's although...just a little dry.

I like Chilis in general however this location is usually congested and service may or may not be timely depending on the latest group of servers.

Really disappointed, second time that I've had some sort of big piece of nerve and fat in the enchiladas, that is a big turn off... Although both the waitress and manager were accommodating can't take away the food that they are serving

Out of all the times I've been to this chilis (which is quite a bit because I live across the street from it) this has without a doubt been the best visit for my husband and I. Joey is probably the best waiter I've had. You never had to flag him down and he paid very close attention. My husband and I never even had to ask for a refill. Before our drinks were empty he would come out with the refill. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because one of the managers brought out my food. Notice how I said 'my' and not 'our'. This chilis is normally pretty busy so I understood but really? Joey came back over shortly after and noticed my husband didn't get his food and immediately got on top of that. Honestly, unless he's there I don't think I'll be coming in haha!

While the servers try to do there best and handle the customers, don't expect fast service or even great food once they start to get busy at dinner time. I believe most of the problem is in the kitchen and their long delays. Overall the dishes are average, at best. But it's still a good place for happy hour, chips and flatbread.

Never been disappointed at this location. Always great customer service. You'll be served within seconds of being seated. Food comes out in timely manner, regardless of how full the place is.

Great place to come after a sport activity, or simply lunch. Great for the kids, yet the menu supports every age:). Service could be a little better, but overall chilis is a good casual place to have a drink and hang with the kids.

Usually I'm not into Chains but Chili's has done a decent job with their price/quality balance. The 2 for $20 meal is a home run, and their guacamole is above par. I'm going out on a limb here but 4 stars for me.

Love Chilis! For people writing negative reviews, I really think you need to know what your getting yourself into when you visit. The server does their job if they let you know about any drink specials, menu specials, and any rewards programs they might have. If they've done that, all with a smile on their face, and a courteous attitude, they have done their job, pretty much everything else is out of their hands, and they should not be help responsible for it. Love the new tablets! made paying and reordering cocktails so much easier!
