I went here on Saturday night with my parents. We got there pretty early (5:30) but the place was already filling up! I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl at the recommendation of my server. I didn't have much hope for this dish to be that flavorful since their specialty is seafood but I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken was so tender and the dish itself had so much flavor. There was also a delicious mango salsa served on top of the chicken and it was heaven! My mom had the bang bang shrimp tacos and really enjoyed it. She added slices of fresh avocado which added that extra flavor. Dessert was the coconut pie. It was served with a Myers rum sauce and it was to die for!! It was warm and moist. It was so good... My mom requested to order an entire pie which she is picking up next week. The server told us they make the pie from scratch and you could tell. Not what you would expect from a chain restaurant but a delightful surprise! I'll DEFINITELY be back for the teriyaki bowl and the cocoanut pie!

I was taken here on a date tonight and it was great. The bread comes out really fresh and the olive oil they give with the bread is really well seasoned and delicious. I have always believed that you can tell a lot about a restaurant by the quality of bread that they put out. I ordered the fish and chips. My date ordered the shrimp. We were both pretty happy. The coating on the fish was too heavy and the meal was overall a little greasy. the portion of fish was small compared to the fries. I would say the food was barely a 3/5. Our waiter was nice and very attentive. The coconut shrimp appetizer was great. The shrimps were huge and the coconut was fried to a perfect color. There was this sweet spicy sauce drizzled on the shrimp that created a great balance of flavor. Overall, bonefish was a great experience, but it depends heavily on what you order.

I am not a fan of chain restaurants, but sometimes I have no choice but to eat at them. Four of us dined for an early dinner before attending a show, and all in all, it was a good experience. We started with Bang Bang Shrimp, which is always a crowd pleaser, and the Ahi Tuna appetizer. Ahi was okay, although a little sinewy. For main courses we had Ahi Tuna steak, the Sirloin, Fish Tacos and the grilled Salmon. Everything was good, not great, the worst dish was the steak, it was TINY, but at least the cut was good. The biggest problem I have with the chain restaurants is that the food is so "industrialized," made in a huge warehouse and assembled at the restaurant. Atmosphere is nice and the service is good. It is a nice place to meet with friend, I just wish the food was a bit more "home cooked."

Greeted quickly at 6 pm Friday. Bartender was quite friendly. Tuna appetizer was well done with Sricha and wasabe. Lollipop lamb was pretty good. Teriyaki chicken bowl was awesome. We sat at the long table outside the bar - there's never a wait, and you can have drinks or a full meal there. Beware - as the sun sets, the sun will bake your eyeballs for about an hour around the bar area. The windows are poorly covered, and they face due west.

I've been blessed to frequent a phenomenal BFG at Pentagon City! Have visited many other great ones.....this one is barely to fast food standards....not a busy night....inattentive bartender focusing on young ladies at other end of a nearly empty bar....over 15 minutes to get a room-temperature bowl of Bang Bang Shrimp, in congealed sauce. Our mistake, we stayed. Took 20 more minutes to get room-temperature edamame and wagyu potstickers! This BFG is totally substandard. Corporate needs to visit immediately and perform some invasive training and employee replacement. These poor performers are blowing the Bonefish brand!

Disappointing start to finish. Went for a movie and was early enough that we wanted dinner. Waitress said $6.00 Margarita so I ordered one. Not only was it terrible, they delivered two at $6.90 each, and then took them away before they were finished. Didn't matter, I was still overcharged for both. Food was so-so and a note on my $70+ dollar check did get a call from the on-duty manager. He kindly gave me a card for a free appetizer. Yeah, sure. None of the three of us wanted to come back so we just left the silly card where it lay.

Went for dinner after a movie. Overall it was a great experience. I would give it 4.5 stars if possible. The -1/2 star is for haphazard service. Our server was great, but overall the speed of food and drink delivery, and the order in which things came appeared disorganized. I think it had to do with the fact that they were short handed and slammed...but again our server was friendly and helpful. Drinks- the Hawaiian martini and sangria were very good, a little stingy on size of pours but who cares Food- surprisingly amazing. I have been to Bonefish in Orlando and Bradenton and this particular one blows the others away. Started with the bang bang shrimp which is always tasty. I had Lily's chicken with scalloped potatoes which was awesome, but my father's dish (the Fontina Chop) was the star- delicious, tender, wish I had ordered it! Overall we will be back, hopefully soon :)

Will definitely go back and ask for the same server !

We went to Bone Fish to celebrate Father's Day with my husband, mother and two children. We were promptly seated for our 11:00 reservation. The restaurant was about half full. We waited over twenty minutes for our server while we watched the other diners immediately being served warm bread, drinks, and placing their orders. Our server only came after we asked for one. Our family order was very basic, and included two orders of oatmeal. Our drinks came out at all different times, and at 11:45 we were informed they were out of oatmeal. My husband ordered an omelet instead, and I decided I'd share with my daughter. Our food was finally served at noon, an hour after we were seated. My husband's omelet was not even close to what he ordered. The server mumbled something about picking up the wrong order. The entire dining experience was dreadful. My husband and I can only comment on the bread (which was delicious), since that's all we ate for our Father's Day celebration. The waiter was basically unapologetic, and no effort was made to try to remedy the situation. We will not be returning to this establishment.

Let me start off by saying with the overall experience we had I would never have thought this was a chain had I not known better! The waitress was extremely seasoned, knowledgeable, friendly and professional...She never let our beverage glasses get below half full which is rare when dining out....For an appetizer three of us shared the crab cakes which had so much crab in them it was amazing...There was just enough bread crumb to hold the flavorful patty together....For dinner I ordered the lobster stuffed shrimp which not only sounded delectable but tasted just as well as it sounded! The entree was served with five jumbo shrimp with no shortage of lobster stuffing.....and the price was just right....I could go on and on about this particular Bonefish Grill and their overall attention to detail, professionalism, food quality and guest satisfaction...I am typically not a fan of chain restaurants but I will give it to Bonefish they got it right in Videira, FL.

Food is fine but nothing special. Expect mediocre but acceptable service. I have been to this location 5 times since it opened. After the initial training cadre left, the service has dropped off. Nothing bad or offensive, but certainly no better than restaurants that cost half as much. Goods: the food will be prepared as expected and arrive at the correct cooking temperature. (e.g. medium well come pink throughout not bloody red or charred). This includes fish and poultry. The complimentary bread is very tasty. The house sangria seems to go over extremely well with everyone who tastes it. Others: the beer selection is small and unimaginative. Expect heavy on the Anheuser-Busch products. Most disappointing was the repeated serving with excessive head. 2-3 fingers in height on multiple occasions. When I commented that it seemed like a lot of head (which equals missing beer) the server agreed by saying "yeah, that is a lot" and just walked away. If you can ignore the mediocre service and stick to the bang-bang shrimp, Kobe burger, or sangria, you should be fine.

Has gone downhill since opening. We enjoy sitting at the bar for the faster service. You have to flag someone down for a drink and a menu. The food is over cooked. I feel as though they are just throwing it together get the next dish out and for the price I would expect better. I have eaten at a table as well and expect the same. Poor management as to be the cause. I use to be a regular but I am not going back.

Went the day after Christmas. Was not crowded at all. But our late lunch (1:15PM) took about 45 minutes for the simple dishes on the special lunch menu. The chicken Caesar salad was a bit boring with hardly any chicken, dressing or croutons. Less than stellar.

This three-star rating indicates an OK. I so want to give this a higher rating because (for the most part) the food is very good. This so-so rating is reflective of the service which runs hot and cold, and, as you can see from other reviews the service is unpredictable. Went on a Tuesday this past week at the height of dinner service and sat in the bar. The place was not filled to capacity but the service was poor. Our server had assigned tables in the bar and the dinning room so he was running all over the place. People next to us were very frustrated having waited quite some time for fresh drinks and dinner. Our drinks sat on the corner of the bar for about 6 or 7 minutes before the server brought them to the table. At that point we decided not to order dinner, drank up and left. This location has been open for about a year now and I just don't understand why the service is so hit or miss. I wish management would take notice and action.

I went to a late lunch about 3:30pm. Now the food here was outstanding. Rainbow Trout, Ahi Tuna, fresh vegetables, but poor management makes this a place that I will NOT return. It's a shame really. The food was cooked perfectly, rainbow trout was delicious with the mango salsa. My Ahi Tuna was seared on the outside with black and white sesame seeds and raw in the center. The house "Bone Fish" salad was tasty and served without water at the bottom. Good menu overall, a tad on the expensive side, but probably worth it due to food quality. However... The problem I had was the attention to detail in preparing and serving the food. One olive had a pit even thought the other kalamata olives were pitted (I almost broke a tooth.) It was slightly crushed like you do when you pit them, but surprise! the pit was still in there. Another was grey and looked like it was very old. The manager did NOT take responsibility for this and said that they came in a can and that they (meaning the manufacturer) missed it, so... I'm lucky the manufacturer didn't miss anything else! She did apologize, but really the first rule of management is to take responsibility. I would never have served either. Also, there was a small piece of paper that looked like it came from a straw or napkin on my tuna. I also got a piece of bamboo about 2 inches long in my green beans. (The manager explained that they do have bamboo skewers for some other dish)! Also, my wife got a small piece of wilted green something (parsley?) that she picked out of her salad. She didn't have a problem, but coupled with the other mistakes was just bad. In addition to this our salads were served after we just got our meal, not really a problem for me or my wife, but as restaurant managers and chefs know, you don't fire the main dishes before the appetizers are served. This was just a mistake, but all of it screams bad management. Also the manager, was siting at the bar chatting up a friend or someone when I left. Not drinking, but really you don't sit at the bar when customers are coming in during service, especially if someone just complained about a few items that clearly could have been avoided. On the good side, I thought my waiter was the best and he was one of the finest I have ever had. His name was Eman(sp.?) The manager did give me a $10 credit, so I gave it to the waiter (he ended up getting a 50% tip due to the reduction of the food bill)! The food was good, so I gave the 3 stars. This is nothing here that cannot be fixed, but I'm afraid to go back and get something really bad in my food or choking on a piece of bamboo. Please fix this.

Came here with a couple of girlfriends for dinner & drinks! They have pretty good happy hour drink specials (I got a glass of house wine for $3.25) and the food has always been good. This place gets crowded esp weekend nights though.

This is a great place to come before a movie. The menu has some tasty food and the service is fine. The atmosphere is good but sometimes a little loud. Overall, you'll have a good dinner & great time. The food will satisfy your taste buds.

Great place and great fresh seafood. Bang bang shrimp is awesome. Happy hour is even better. Save room for thr chocolate creme brulee.

Awesome service and amazing food! Brian was our waiter. Great place to celebrate your birthday

Have been here three nights in a row while my sister is visiting from boston... Each night gets better than the last !! The drinks are great, wed night bang bang shrimp is AMAZING and tonight our server ( Erik) was beyond fabulous, very personable and knowledgable... Made great food and drink recommendations...

(5)Alison K.
Excellent service and food. Consistent with other bonefish grill locations. The saucy shrimp app and fire grilled shrimp and scallop combo entree were both delicious. This location has only been open two weeks and they have already got it right!

Chain done right....good food, service & value.

We had a great waiter, Eman. He made our dinner great. The bang bang shrimp were great. Come and try them.
(4)Tammy R.
We thought we would come check out the new summer menu. The scallops and shrimp were okay. The trout was not impressive. Overall just an average restaurant.

Went in on a Sunday for lunch, first time, staff were very nice, the attire the waiter wore was classy , they all looked like chefs, very clean look! I had PEI mussels, sweet and spectacular flavor! Took the broth home to have with pasta. Mimosa was excellent .

This place is VERY well decorated!!!! I've eaten there three times, the food is always consistently very good!!!! Our drinks were never empty. They have a mixologist to make martinis, his name is MJ !! Tell him your "type" drink BAM a fresh OUTSTANDING drink.

Hubby and I had date night and although it was packed we sat at the bar and ordered our meal. It was amazing and all the bartenders were awesome! Melissa was the best and we will definitely be back for drinks and bang bang shrimp!
