This place is awesome! We have lived around the country and these compete with any I have had. The yummy homemade cream cheese makes it special. The breakfast sandwiches are out of this world. It is so good I think I need to go right now and get a bagel.

Since a recent change of ownership and remodel, the service has plummeted. I have visited three times in recent weeks and had a consistent experience each time: inexplicably long delays with hardly anyone in front of me. We're talking 10-15 minutes or more for a bagel with cream cheese. Today was the topper. I ordered 2 bagels, not toasted, not even sliced. Just 2 bagels in a bag with a side of cream cheese (figured I'd do it myself and maybe get to work on time). Took over 9 minutes! The 2 customers ahead of me both complained about the service times, and the customer just ahead of me (who had also ordered just 2 bagels in a bag) got a refund and stormed out. He was justified! I just don't have the time to devote towards being a customer here. There is something fundamentally wrong with the way they are processing orders, or perhaps a lack of adequate help. But either way, my time is important and valuable and is not being respected here. Food quality is fine, I am just not going to wait that long for it.

Really nice people here. Though they've definitely got some things to improve since they recently opened. The breakfast sandwiches are not bad though it's worth getting double meat and eggs to avoid still being hungry after (like I was). The coffee station also needs serious attention. I wouldn't necessarily call it a coffee station actually. It's more like a random obscure table with coffee and some creamer haphazardly thrown together. If they desire to be taken as a serious breakfast place they need that upgraded asap. Overall, again, super nice people that just need to fine tune a few things.

My husband and I walked in just before lunch-time (11:10 am). Unfortunately, their toaster was broken but the service was stellar. The bagels come from Brooklyn par-boiled and then they finish boiling here. Have the usual bagel flavors (poppy, cinnamon raisin, multi grain, ET, etc.) plus a few unusual (French toast and jalapeño). I tried the blueberry bagel with honey-vanilla cream cheese and jalapeño bagel with jalapeño cream cheese (hubby ordered same). Very fresh and tasty. We would try it again, when in the area...if the toaster is working.

Here in Melbourne and had best NY bagels here! these are NY bagels great coffee and great service. Will be back here for my NY bagels! The cream cheeses offered are a nice variety as are the bagels. The egg and cheese just done perfect! Nice clean welcoming spot to enjoy best bagel over nice conversation. They have board games Connect Four being one of my favorites and cards too. It makes for a fun time. We had our own Connect Four Championships lol!

Great, local bagel shop. We've only been here for breakfast but food and service are consistently excellent. As close to a NYC bagel shop as you can expect in Brevard County. Note: this place is far better (and cheaper) than Bagel World (a few miles away).

I found this place because it's close to my office and it had good Yelp Reviews. This place is the quintessential coffee shop, but without adequate seating and no open mic nigh flyers. They offer up deli style sandwiches, homemade bagels, home made ice cream, and they do it inexpensively. This place is tucked into a Publix shopping center. I entered the small cafe, was instantly greeted, and mulled over the menu of sandwiches to choose from. I settled on roast beef on whole wheat. I got mayo, dijon mustard, onion, lettuce, and tomato. The meat was piled on high! It was a quality roast beef and wasn't overly salty. My sandwich came with a pickle spear, a bag of chips (or potato salad), and a fountain soda. This came out to be under $8. The space was small and tidy. There are a few tables behind the counter (and few located on the sidewalk in front of the space. A TV was broadcasting CNN. They two guys behind the counter were extra friendly. I was in the place for about 10 minutes all together. I will definitely have to check out breakfast in this place and enjoy a scoop of ice cream. Great little spot for lunch and another great locally owned business.

Love this place. I have yet to try their lunch menu. Breakfast is great!! Bagels and breakfast sandwiches are very tasty and fresh.

I really enjoy their food, but they need to step up their service. When they first opened their service was moderate. Since they renovated, I've noticed the service has not improved, but worsened. My boyfriend and I waited almost 40 min for our bagels and many people who ordered after us got their order before we did. I also noticed customers that were getting frustrated with the wait. They then told us that they ran out of the bagel that we were there so we had to order a different kind when they should have checked before they put the order in. The people at the register do not pay attention to the customers and they forget about drink orders often. They worry about themselves and get their own drinks. I was coming very close to asking for my money back. You expect a place like this to have fast and quick service but that did not happen. There are people that have places to be, like work and school, and they do you not have time to be waiting for a single order Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

The people were very nice. Nice atmosphere. However, these are not at all like a real NY bagel. There is no way they are shipped down from NY. Unless you mean upstate NY, which are not real bagels either. Real bagels do not have cornmeal on the bottom and they are boiled, NOT BAKED! They should be soft and chewy, with a slightly crispy outside. I was born and raised on Long Island, so I know what it should be like. Again, the employees were very nice, but this review is for the food only.

Authentic New York bagels. Friendly staff and fast service. We've tried the plain & everything bagel and the Egg sandwich.

This place is close to me and is becoming my go-to place for a tasty breakfast sandwich. The bagels are fresh, boiled not baked, and very tasty. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The coffee is very good. There are other choices nearby, like a very good Starbucks, but the food is better here.

The bagels are phenomenal now that they are trucked down from NY. On a side note, I just choked on a jalapeño.

I had been told that this was a great place. So, I took the family on Saturday during a tournament for the kids. The service was terrific. The owner was super-friendly. The food was amazing. Best bagels I've had in a very long time! The portions were quite large. My wife and I only ate half of our sandwiches for lunch and were quite satisfied. The kids had bagel pizzas which were awesome. The price was very reasonable the five of us ate for under $30. We definitely got more than our money's worth! I look forward to going back again soon. I highly recommend the Goodfella and the Italian.

Excellent bagels and great selection. We buy them by the dozen and freeze them, then thaw them for breakfast every day. Call the day before and they will have your special order waiting in the morning.

Great bagels, great sandwiches, and they even have ice cream. Seriously--just go and get your coworkers some bagels or just grab a sandwich for lunch.

Great local stop. I got the lox platter (even though I had some concern about getting it at such a small place) but it was delicious. This is definitely a little gem in Viera.

Great food. I absolutely love the bagels there. There is a great variety of bagels as well as different cream cheeses. Also egg/cheese/meat combination bagels are good. The lunch is excellent as well. I love the pastrami sandwich's and Italian subs. The pastrami might not be as big as the sandwich's in New York but big enough to fill you up at a cost of around $7 is lighter on the wallet than those huge sandwich's. Also salads are real good. There is also ice cream and milkshakes. The people that own and run the place are great people. You get excellent food for a great price. I highly recommend Bagel Box.

Finally a bagel place in Viera!! This is exactly what we've been missing! It's counter service with limited seating, so be prepared, as it does get rightfully busy on weekend mornings. They have a great variety of bagels, including the standards (sesame, cinnamon raisin, etc.) and specialties like chocolate chip & jalapeño. Their bagels are big, fresh, & yummy! Their menu is pretty standard - flavored cream cheeses, egg & meat bagels, nova, tuna/chicken/egg salad. They also offer subs and ice cream, so it's a great place for breakfast, brunch, AND lunch! Wish they would expand their menu to include additional salads, like pasta salad, white fish salad, etc. (It would also help them to compete more with the bagel place on Lake Washington.) However, it's great to finally have a place like this in Viera! Hope it stays!

As a NY'er in Cocoa I have to say how happy I am able to have this place near the VA in Viera. I look forward to my appointments because of their great specialty sandwiches, bagels, and great friendly staff. Top notch, I am a regular. If you know a vet that goes there let them know about bagel box. They will thank you I am certain.

For Bagels and all the fix-ins it can't get much better. But wait for it...the salads are fantastic too. I am impressed with the quality and quantity of food you get for your money. As a thrifty shopper, I am impressed and not only is the food good, but I get my monies worth too. Not to mention the owners are great American's and we need more people in business like Brian and Cara Hill.

Finally a nice deli in the Viera area. I stopped by and got a Hot Super Italian Sub to go. It ended up being one of the best Italians I've had in awhile. The picture doesn't do it justice. Can't wait to stop in for breakfast some time. 4 stars instead of 5 because the meat was already sliced (Subway style) and was microwaved to heat the meat. Despite that, still delicious.
