Kind of expensive for a sub. Almost 40 bucks for 3 subs was kinda a surprise. 2 mediums and a large sub came to 38 and change. Price did not equal the quality. Even got my wifes order wrong. I would not recommend jersey mikes.

No whole wheat bread at 2 pm? "So how long have you been out," I asked? For a while she said...(REALLY!) Apparently nobody who works there knows how to make bread. I was given a coupon for a free beverage when I buy a regular sandwich. From now own when I'm in the neighborhood I'll be going to Publix where they aren't just sitting around socializing.

Great staff for the most part! They make excellent sandwiches! The shop however, is very unhygienic. It is dirty and a bit messy. Really need to focus on that since FIRST IMPRESSIONS are important! Also, the sodas seem "watered-down" every time I go there and the staff is always sweating because it is so hot it there. Cutting costs maybe, but it is getting gross in there.

Being from Pennsylvania I have gron up on true Phila Cheese Steaks, these are ok but nothing to write home about. I find them to be very expensive compared t what I would get in Philly and no french fries what is a ceese Steak without fries!? Not much meeat on the steaks but lots of onions and peppers. I don't see mysef going back here again. Place was clean, staff was friendly and certainly easy to get to.

food is good compared to others sub shops. This store is always busy when I come here and the store is a little cramped. Other than that service is great. Due to the cramped quarters when it's busy, I don't think that I would enjoy my food in the restaurant, so that's why I always get it to go.

OK. If you read my reviews you know my take on sub places in Florida. Well I finally found one that I like. Now I might be a bit prejudice because I live a short distance from the original Jersey Mikes in PT Pleasant but I still have a taste for these even in Florida. Look it's not to say there aren't other good sub shops around and when I find them you will know so stop yelling at your computer screen that I don't know what I'm talking about. Also the bread is different from a Jersey sub. For some reason most sub rolls here are very light and airy. We are "use to" dense and crusty but no matter. They have a great variety and they put enough meat in it so you're not just eating bread. Very fresh due to volume I assume as it was busy when we discovered it. I have to find out the next time we go in if they know how to make a Genadi Sub.........hmmmmmmmm.

I was very happy when Jersey Mike's came to Vero Beach, finally a decent cheese steak. However, I have a horrible aversion to onions and peppers, I always make it very crystal clear, I need my Cheesesteak with absolutly NO onion at all, not a oh well it is only a few, or even 1 small piece, I STRESS my food MUST be kept away from the onions. Today I picked up 2 large Cheesesteaks, mine was great until i got to the end of the first half when I bit into a piece of onion, causing me to vomit all over our dining room table. NOT A JOKE NOT AN EXAGERATION!! Not only when I ordered did I make it impossible for them not to understand I could have NO onions near my food, but I verified it before I paid 27 bucks for 2 cheesesteaks at the store, I asked did you make 100% sure there were no onions on my steak, and I was assured there were not. All this means is the kid that made my food simply did not pay attention to what he was doing, it was not as though he added onions he did not, he did, allow an onion to somehow get into my food. Needless to say our Football and Cheesesteak dinner was ruined, my wife very angry at my expulsion ruining her dinner and mine as well. I called to let them know what happened I did not ask for a replacement because I could not bring back the one I had just vomited on, and I would not expectr them tpo replace it otherwise. Again Ithe cook did not add onions, as far as I know there was just the one, but as I had made clear to them that one was enough, 30 bucks down the drain and no dinner. Thank you Vero Beach Jersey Mike's Bob Eskin Vero Beach, FL

Went yesterday to try them out and compare them to the Jersey subs I grew up on. Not bad at all but a bit pricey. Definitely check out the list of specials before you order. They have 3 sizes of most of the subs (and the kinds and contents are listed on their website): mini, regular, and giant. Giant works great to share for 2 hungry people. Although hubby got part of my share..guess he was extra hungry. :) The special is a specific (different kind Mon. thru Fri. ) regular size sub, chips, and a drink for $6.99. On Sat. and Sunday you can pick whatever kind of regular size sub you want. Anyway, unlike any sub shop or grocery store here in FL that I've been to BUT very like the sub shops in Jersey, the meat and cheese is cut right in front of you for your sub so it does not get much fresher than that. As for drinks, they not only have a soda dispenser with the regulars, they also have fresh brewed sweetened and unsweetened Luzianne iced tea...what a nice thing for me to find!! :) Service was good although hubby did have to ask to have our table cleaned before we ate and it was not busy so no excuse for not keeping up with stuff like that. My only issue with this place compared to others is that since moving to Florida and having subs made on different breads, I am hooked on Publix's multi-grain rolls. Just like in Jersey, Jersey Mike's only has Italian rolls which are good but as I said, I do love that multi-grain seeds and nuts type stuff. :) Now if I could just combine the Publix roll with the Jersey Mike "innards" I'd have a perfect sub....hmmmmmmmmmmmm....:)

Very fresh meats, breads. Somewhat limited in choices... (meat and cheese or meat and cheese). A bit of a change from Quiznos and Subway. Definitely worth a try.
