In my opinion, absolutely the worse meal I have ever been served. Ordered a "daily special", grouper. Could not cut it with a knife. Called the waitress over, told her the problem and with an attitude removed both mine and my son-n-laws plates and hurried off to the kitchen. We waited another 40 minutes and I called the hostess over and asked her to get our waitress since we had not seen her in all this time. She went to the kitchen and a "floor manager" approached our table 5 minutes later. He apologized for the problem and said "We are having problems with getting the grouper to temperature", what does that mean????? The most lame excuse I have ever heard. By the way not bread or anything was offered to us while this was happeneing. I refused any other food being cooked since it was approaching an hour since my wife and daughter had gotten their food. We were having a birthday cake at home after since this was my wifes birthday. He gaves us two gift cards and went back to the kitchen. We were preparing to leave when the "Manager" finally approached the table looking very frustrated, gave us her card and said something, apoligizing I think and walked off. I give all resturants a second chance and this was Bonefish's. I will never go there again nor will I recomend Bonefish to anyone I meet or any of my clients. I have one star on the rating because I had to pick one to start the review or I would pick none.

This place is 4 stars and a solid four stars. I'm taking one star off for the estimated wait time being way off, we were told 15-20 and waited nearly an hour. Not a fun wait with kids. There is the water right outside the door so that kept them slightly occupied. Our waiter was excellent, extremely attentive, I wish I could remember his name! We had the bang bang shrimp but asked for it without breading and they were able to accommodate us without a problem. The food was very good, I had salmon, my husband had steak and we both really enjoyed it. I wish there were different choices for the kids menu, it seems like every place we went in Vero or surrounds areas had the exactly same choices. A kid's grilled chicken salad and more vegetable options would be great to see on the kids menu. The atmosphere was loud which was great for the kids, their noise was drowned right out. Crayons with the kids menu was a major plus. We will certainly visit again if we are in the area.

The service is very slow, even though it was not busy. It took 20 mo to get water. My entree of scallops and shrimp arrive cold and the shrimp not properly cooked. What is so concerning, not one person asked or came by to see if the dining experience and food was positive.

Was amazed that a seafood place could do lamb chops they way they were supposed to be. I asked for rare and this is what I got. Perfectly cooked and spiced. Sides were good, except for an over cooked potato. Appetizers were excellent. Reasonably priced wine. Will go back again. Nice outside patio dining.

There last night and although I didn't get pictures of everything we four had and enjoyed...we are regulars to this chain restaurant and always enjoyable. And the service is always great. I've written and posted about BF before. Our waiter tonight was Devon and he was great. The picture I posted was the 8 oz. Filet mignon I had. ($22) with Bernaise sauce, served with couscous and scalloped potatoes. The potatoes were disappointing..very dry, but the steak was for the first time THE MOST TENDER, melt in your mouth steak. It was a tad undercooked from what I ordered (medium rare) but I am telling you, phenomenal!! I'll be here till end of March and will have another one of these. The bang bang shrimp and coconut shrimp apps, corn chowder soup and salads always enjoyable! Enjoy your next trip there.

We have often come here for a dinner usually served at the beer with a bit of alcohol included. So, may I say that I have not been disappointed by the crab cakes, salad or beer. All was excellent, great service, clean surroundings, and it has been an overall super experience.

Bang Bang shrimp were ok. I'd order them again. Food was good. I've had better, and I've had worse. Atmosphere was decent.

I've never had a worse experience at a Bonefish Grill than the Vero Beach location. It started off strange from the moment we walked in the door; my two friends and I asked for outdoor seating, and the hostess, who was not warm or welcoming in any way, told us that we could sit in the lounge area outside, or there would be a wait for a table. So we headed out to the lounge, only to wait 15 minutes for a server to greet us. During our wait, we noticed two open tables outside. I myself was a hostess, so I knew that one open table would probably be filled soon, but there were two, and they sat empty our entire wait. When we were eventually greeted by a server, we asked to move to one of the open tables, which she said was fine. From there, with a new server this time, it took another 15-20 minutes to get our bread, and then another 25 to get our food. Both of my friends ordered the fettechini, and the noodles were literally clumped together in a ball. I got the appraised teriyaki chicken bowl, and pieces of the fried rice were not cooked fully. We waited 25 minutes for undercooked food, in small portions like bonefish usually does, costing $14 dollars a piece for an entree. Even our bang bang shrimp appetizer, which is usually phenomenal, was lacking the sauce that makes it so tasty. I hate to say, I will definitely not be returning to this location.

The coffee was OK but we never got our food. We arrived for brunch at 11:45 on a Sunday and found a restaurant that was less than one third full. Coffee came out quickly but when we asked about our food half an hour later (just an omelet and eggs Benedict) we were told that we were backed up behind several large tables. (We saw only one but hey, the place was empty.). Five, ten, fifteen minutes later- still no food. A manager came over - same story - large tables. Finally , after concluding that if the food ever came we wouldn't enjoy it, we paid for the coffee and left. I doubt that we will be back.

Fishy tasting grouper. They gave me another entree. Bang bang shrimp tacos. Food was just ok. Good service mediocre food. No hurry to come back. Then they forgot to take the grouper off! Had to remind the waitress. The bang bang tacos were ok not as good as Chilis.

First time I've been here, can't believe it took me this long to go!! My husbands parents took me there, a couple of days after My birthday...so got the lobster tails, that I had JUST gotten at The Ocean Grill ON my birthday! Well, of course the Ocean Grill is always my favorite, but really like this place, will try the shrimp or fish next time. I don't like fishy tasting fish, so heard the snapper is good here, along with the shrimp. My husband had the Salmon & loved it! Also, really nice ambience!

Came here while visiting parents in Vero Beach. We really enjoyed the food here; everything was prepared and presented very well. My husband and niece both had the steak, which was cooked perfectly. I went for the grilled scallops and shrimp with couscous on the side, and I enjoyed it very much. My parents split shrimp pad thai, which was surprising delicious. The service was excellent! Thumbs up to our waitress, who was very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely return next time we're in town.

Our server Stephanie was great. Good job on the classics like Ceasar salad and Fish & Chips. Trout was well prepared. A bit loud but comfortable.

The food was good (bang bang shrimp tacos and chicken appetizers as well as kids fish and chicken tenders), but it took a little while to get service and little details like lack of silverware were annoying but not so much that I wouldn't go back. They seem to be busy all the time and I look forward to trying some of their other menu items.

Excellent food, excellent service and consistently so. Been here several times, and as always, delicious!! I honestly don't believe there's a bad thing on the menu! Sunday brunch is also excellent.

Although it's a chain, the food is consistent and the service efficient. On Tuesdays they have lobster specials. A lobster tail, cooked perfectly, a side and a salad makes a just right meal. It's a welcome addition to Vero. Three Avenues has turned out to be quite a pleasant area for dining and shopping.

I just have to take a few minutes to write a positive review of Bonefish Grill since the first review was so opposite of our experience. I often think it has so much to do with the server and we had Ryan who was absolutely wonderful. The fish and chips and caeser sald were delicious and as I said, marvelous service. We plan to try the shrimp bang, bang Wed. tonight actually.

We arrived at a busy time, walked in to where the hostess stand is, to have a woman yell at us from behind asking if we had reservations. She was wearing all black and I did not see any name tag. She apparently worked there and was the person putting people on the waiting list. We weren't told where we could wait, we werent offered to wait in the lounge area that appeared to have drink service and we were not told we could wait outside. We waited at the bar, got our own drinks and went to the back patio. The servers on the back patio looked at us funny but we did not know that they had their own servers. The bonefish martini was very good and the bartender was quick and nice. We were finally seated at our table, we walked past many empty tables but we were shown to the very back corner facing a wall near where the servers put in their orders. It was an irritating place to have our table, it seemed that every server in the entire place walked past us or hung out there. They have a LOT of servers. We ordered appetizers, the server went off to put those in and came back maybe 5 minutes later to take our dinner order. We both ordered steaks, my husband getting the special and I got a filet. After 5 minutes my salad came out, I took two bites and pushed it to the side. I have never had spicy caeser salad before but I know to never order that from this place again! A few minutes later our appetizers finally came. We ordered the ceviche and the calamari. Both appetizers were great, we really enjoyed the calamari sauce. We should've stopped there. Before we were even half done with our appetizers, our dinners came out. My steak was ordered as "medium", it was very rare and cold to the touch. The steak and the potatoes au gratin that I got had no flavor at all and I had to put a lot of salt on both which I never use. My husbands steak appeared to be cooked correctly but his lobster did not look or taste cooked at all. There was an overwhelming flavor of cumin on the lobster which really ruined the flavor. We finished dinner, turned down dessert but my husband did order espresso. Wow that is the worst, absolutely the worst excuse for espresso or coffee I have ever seen! There was a TABLESPOON of espresso in the bottom of the demitasse. I am not exaggerating. When I complained about the amount in the coffee splattered cup the server said "Yeah we've had a lot of people complain about it, thats just the way the coffee machine works, its a rip-off." I asked her for a double so my husband could at least have a coffee. She said "Oh well I can do that and not charge you for the second shot." I certainly hope not since it was still not a full "shot" worth of espresso! The tiny demitasse cup with a "double shot" was only 1/4 full!! Like the server said, its a rip-off. The atmosphere here is very loud, for a chain restaurant the servers did not seem trained very well. (Our server ignored us for a larger table that came in half an hour after we were sat, she also spent several minutes trying to cut the top off a screw cap bottle of wine.) I hope they get their act together quickly, we won't go back for more than appetizers and drinks though. Sad, we were so excited that a Bonefish was coming here, we love the one in Gainesville.

Went to Bonefish Brunch last Sunday. Everything was excellent from food to drinks and exceptional service. Surf and Turf Eggs Benedict for my husband. No complaints and he is Picky !!! I had the Creole Shrimp Omelet with Goat Cheese. YUM!!! Spicy and Delicious. Au Gratin potatoes and toast were also very good. Blood Orange Paloma was a bit on the strong side. Hade quite a buzz on when we left. Highly Recommended.

Just completed our 3rd meal since opening. A very consistent service and food quality that beats most restaurants in Vero Beach. Certainly one we will frequent often.

I came here for my mom's birthday while our family was vacationing in Florida. The food was good but the service was incredible! (and that's why I'm giving this restaurant 5 stars) Our server was attentive and engaged in conversation as she was taking our orders. I would definitely recommend you to come to this restaurant.

My friend and I spent the weekend in Vero Beach in April 2015 and had a ball trying to decide which restaurant to choose because there were so many good spots to try. We finally decided on Bonefish Grill and visited on a Saturday evening. When we arrived the restaurant was already crowded and I was expecting a long wait. However, we were seated within a few minutes. Our waitress was cool and very helpful with explaining and recommending items on the menu. My friend ordered a pre-fix menu that included the bang bang shrimp as an appetizer and the portion was so large it could've been an entrée. I decided to get the lamb chop appetizers and my endamame beans. My waitress gave me a heads up the lamb chops were a lot smaller than the entrée portion and I wished I would've listened because the lamb chops were nicely seasoned and I wished I had ordered the regular entrée. We both had the mango white sangria and the drink was delicious. However, the favorite part of my meal was definitely the dessert. We both ordered the donuts which were three warm croissant- like donuts and were served with sea salt caramel and chocolate sauces. They were delicious without the sauce but the sauces which you could dip inside the donut or pour the sauce on top of the donut made it scrumptious. There's plenty of parking since the restaurant is shared with other restaurants and a few shopping stores that we took advantage of after dinner. Overall we had a great time at Bonefish grill and would go again.

Happy hour deal was $1 off a $5 draft, and just 3 choices on tap, so things were not off to the best start. Carrabbas has common ownership with bonefish, has 1/2 price drafts (not $1 off), and has Cigar City (local craft) as one of them, so I wish bonefish did the same. Special on Wednesday was bang-bang shrimp app for $6, and every table seemed to have it. I was no exception - it's popular for a reason. Recommended. A second Server brought mains, and I asked for malt vinegar for my fish and chips - he was never seen again. So despite pretty solid food, Bonefish seems to continue to suffer on service issues since my last review years ago. One server took the order, another brought food, and a third refilled glasses. The original server only checked up on us when we were done (too late to ask about the vinegar the second guy didn't bring). This place could easily get that 4th star, but my experience keeps it a 3 (and averaged with my parents' 1-star experience earlier in the week - undercooked fish and absentee service, it should really get a "2").

We showed up about 20 minutes before our reservation and were immediately shown to a table. The server took our bar orders and brought out bread and olive oil promptly. Forgoing an entre tonight, I had the Cold Snap Fresh Cevishe($7.90) with the Cilantro Lime Shrimp Salad($12.90). The Cevishe was served in a ice glass keeping everything chilled. The scallops, shrimp, and fish were tender, a hallmark of ceviche, and the seasonings perfect. However, some of the tortilla chips served with the Cevishe were rubbery. The Cilantro Lime Shrimp Salad needed a bit more vinaigrette. I like a light hand with the dressing, but the onion completely overpowered the salad. The shrimp were large and grilled to perfection, perfectly seasoned. I also had a bourbon and ginger from the happy hour menu and it was very good. Over all, a good evening for a very good chain.
